The food is good but the service is super slow and the prices are little too much

They dont have too many employees when I went with my friend There was one uncle preparing the food and for 2 shwarmas we waited 30 mins .

I would rather stay hungry than eating from here!!! I have been eating pita land from multiple locations and is probably the best shawarma place in GTA with multiple locations. However this location: The staff was super rude, veggies looked shabby and old, chicken was dry and super old. The garlic sauce is normally thick at pita land locations, these guys diluted it to cut cost. Went their once, not going back!!

I was looking for an option to give zero star but there was not an option, however the guy who was supposed to take orders here was chatting with some ladies ahead of us . since 30 minutes I waited I waited to order 30 minutes and after that I left the place no one even bothered to stop me or ask me would you like to order

For my Mexican brothers who want to come here, I dont recommend the beef poutine! The meat was very dry, burnt and very salty, the potatoes were not that bad. For the poutine and a soda it was 20 dollars. You are welcome.

The old man lacks full awareness and common sense that are required in customer service. I ve yet meet a cashier that slow. I did not end up ordering cause he likes to take multiple orders and once and expects you to stand there and wait. The place is always empty for a reason

The guy who was working was being so slow , he seemed like he didn t wanna be there. My shawarma didn t taste good he didn t even mix the sauces together which I found weird because every shawarma place I go to they mix the sauces. Never coming back to this pita land ever.

There was an offer on menu board saying Iftar special , your employee said he doesn t know about this offer , they just put it like that , this is an insult of the people who do fasting in Ramdan and you guys are making false offer that Iftar Special. I decided not to go with false fast food restaurant

Very slow service

Good tasting food, but if youre going to have a tip option at a fast food restaurant and you recieved a tip then please get the order correct. I paid for extra toppings on my shawarma and never got them.

Shawarma was very good there until now, now its vegetarian. They start using measurement bowl and dramaticly decrease amount of meat in shawarma. Keeping prices low by reducing quality not a good idea. May be its work on local contingent of famous worst Toronto district, but not for me. Vegetarian options: (Sarcasm) Vegetarian shawarma serving there.

This location use to be really good. The food tonight was extremely disappointing and for a large you re not getting enough ingredients. The flavour is lacking. I couldn t even finish it and the taste was terrible. It ended up in the garbage.

Poor customer service, sleepy guy, didnt get the order right. The sandwich wasnt packed and it opened up.

I went here a few weeks ago for the first time. I love schawarma, and I have a favorite place I usually go to get it. However, I was in the Jane and Finch Mall and decided to give Pita Land a try. First, the workers were super friendly. The one Iranian gentleman took extra care to make a delicious wrap. He was very friendly and did a great job making the wrap. I definitely will be going back. The customer service made the experience so enjoyable. Thanks guys for a wonderful day.

I ordered pita chips online and I got miss Vickie s??!!! Also the management was being very rude when I called the store and wouldn t change an item on the order which was only because they ran out of an item.

The small fries from McDonald s comes with more fries than this one, firstly, the place is dirty, the guy took 25 min to make this. I always go to the unit in Woodbridge and Vaughan, there is no comparison, look the portion he put. The plate was half of what I used to get. Don t wast your time and don t go there. It s so frustrating.

Customer service is bad. After giving one more chance to this place. I I am Changing my review to 1 star. Customer service is bad but the food is not good. Tomatoes were slimy, potatoes were really dry must be day old. Not enough meat. Waste of $16.

This Pita land is my favourite! Been going here since I was little and never disappoints. For 11.99 you can get a pita box stuffed with rice, potatoes which are delicious, and chicken shawarma. The sauces makes everything better. 10/10 recommend.

Mentioned they were open and went out of my way 15 mins to drive here without eating all day and it s closed. Store hours on google should be changed to ensure customers don t waste their time. People time and sacrifice should be respected. I hope people don t come here after 8pm. Thanks for sending home hungry.

i only get like one small scoop of beef on top of rice for 17$ the place is very poor they dont even have menu to show doesnt worth

I order from here through ubereats a lot. I was in the area yesterday and decided to grab a meal from here. I walk inside and wait in line. Theres 3 people and I dont know what was going on but it took longer than necessary to serve everyone. Maybe its because the worker was too busy having a conversation with one of the female customers? Anyways, a good 15 minutes passed and he wasnt finished with his order yet so I decided to leave and go next door to Pizza Pizza. I was willing to spend at least $20.00 here but I guess the worker felt having a conversation with the female customer was more important. If Im ever going to order pita land from ubereats again, Im going to order from the pitaland at Steels and Shoreham drive.

I have been a loyal customer to Pita Land for the last 7-8 years throughout multiple locations. Yesterday, I visited this establishment because I was in the area and wanted to grab some quick food. I was completely shocked at the way the clerk treated me, and I dont know why reputable franchises hire rude individuals who cannot even communicate with a consumer appropriately. I also noticed that the chicken that was put in my wrap was very hard and crunchy. Also, what grasped my attention quickly was the unorganized the salad bar which was very unappealing. Secondly, I simply asked for Tzatziki on the side and the clerk wanted to charge me extra?!!! Ive never paid for extra sauce, that doesnt make sense!!! While eating my wrap, I noticed there was barely any tzatziki in it. I was honestly very frustrated and I will never visit this location again. Please fix your customer service !

Worst chicken shawarma plate.Its very expensive- $15.99.Drive somewhere 5min and get it for $11.99

Ive been to pita land multiple times but this location was not even close to being satisfactory. The older lady that worked here was rude, she gave us little to no chicken for our wrap. Ive been to other establishments and the portion size they gave was worth the 15.99 large wrap. When we questioned her she said ok so you dont want? Then cancel and proceeded to put away the wrap and the chicken she just sliced off. We then told her we would take a small instead and she took even more chicken out of the already small portion. There were little to no vegetables available either, the wrap was so tiny it looked slightly bigger than the snack wraps from McDonalds. If I wasnt starving I would have walked out of there. I could not believe a franchise this large wanted to cheap out on the amount of food they give away, I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Very small portions and it is alot for the plate. I also ordered the poutine and asked for hot sauce the older lady wanted to charge me I thought she was joking. Anyway disappointing you think with the amount of money they charge the portions be half decent.

Here is the trick in getting the best chicken shawarma you will ever have. You need to ask them add potato wedges inside and its only $1 extra, you will love me for this. The wedges makes all the difference.

If you like to waste your money please visit this store, one of the worst in town. Cold rice, cold potatoes chicken with full of oil, salad was ok. No signs of washroom says private - Food buckets kept in washroom.

The best wraps you can get at a really good price. And the staff is outstanding. Always helpful and cheery

I have NEVER had food as horrible in my life. We threw out about 40 bucks worth of food and left. I marvel at how they are still open. I wish I could give them the zero stars they earned.

The older women with the glasses that works there is honestly the worst customer service person ive ever come across ! Apart from her not knowing the menu shes rude and told me i was lying to her about my order ! I got my order over 50 times ! ITS THE 3RD TIME WHICH SHE DISRESPECTED ME AND MADE.ME WALK OUT WITHOUT NOTHING ! Horrrrible just horrrible ! Never in my life have i left a review but this was taken over board! That lady should be fired before everyone stops going there !!!!!

Bad service

First thing to tick me off was that I ordered a shawarma plate, which on their wall says 11.49, but was charged 13.99 (they never removed or updated the advertisement on the wall). Second was the service. Ive asked for hot sauce to be mixed into the shawarma when they put it on the warm plate but they wont cause not everyone like spicy?! Since when does flavours catch to a hot plate? Bottom line is for $15 you can get better food with better service. Alibaba isnt far away and the always do a good job.

Went to this restaurant was in line however other ppl were allowed to go infront of my bf even though he was next in line. Ontop of that for a couple small pieces of chicken they charge 5$ thats over priced the dinner plate itself is over priced. Theres probabpy cheaper places out there.

Although most of the stuff used to fill the pita is non-veg, the popular falafel is all time favourite of vegetarian people. My son and I love to eat falafel once in a while. What could be better than getting delectable falafel at Jane and Finch Mall in my community? Whether you are a vegetarian or none vegetarian, Pita Land restaurant is worth trying. The food is delicious and the service is good.

I got a beef shawarma wrap.... very tastey! They also have cheesecake from the cheesecake factory which I had to get. It was frozen but delicious when thawed. The lady the was very friendly and remembered me even though I hadnt been there in a while. Thats cool and shows good customer service!

This is a very clean restaurant. The food is quite tasty and made to ones preference each time. The chicken is lean and gristle free. I am an area shift worker and eat here a lot. It is one of my standby favorites in this neighbourhood.

Ate there last night. My god, the food was AMAZING. i ordered the plate with rice and my fiance got the chicken wrap. the garlic potato was really yummy. will be going back again next i am in the area
