This is my favourite place to go, staff is friendly do care about the choices, i am a picky person when it comes to food but still liked the services.. I tried meatless, vegy poutine option and i got the bestest one i tried ever.. the manager fatima she gave me the customize option even in poutine, can u believe that.. but thanks to her i enjoyed my fresh food.. thanks will see u soon..

My visit to Hero Certified Burger was a letdown. The Signature and Spicy Jalapeno burgers were disappointingly bland, and the poutine sauce turned out to be overly salty, leaving our lunch far from satisfying. It was my first time at the place, and unfortunately, it might be the last. Even though my partner recommended it based on a previous veggie burger experience, this visit left much to be desired from lack of flavor to questionable food handling practices. It was a pretty disappointing overall experience.

I just want to say, I m homeless and I had to run a go fund me cause all I wanted for my birthday was a hero burger from my favourite place at least that s what I had considered it until tonight. The burger was unbelievably dry, I really need to understand since when is it ok to feed people dry dry dry meat? My German Shepard refused to eat it, I made better use for the meat by chewing it and using it as flex tape for any bandage.

I love coming here. The food is good and fresh but be ready to wait forever. Theres always a long wait time because theres only 1 person working. Management should be better to know that 1 isnt enough. Food and service is good otherwise!

The 6oz burger was excellent. The burger sauce seemed to be yogurt based so it was nice and light compared to the usual mayo. The fryer had nice clean oil as the fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside without any oily residue. My meal was served to me. Only 2 drawbacks that are out of the staffs control. Washroom is downstairs so not wheelchair accessible and of course no parking available. Other than that, at $17.00 for the combo, more value for your dollar than McDs.

The woman served me was pretty rude. She didnt even bother to say a word to me. Would give zero for service if I could. Burger was disappointing. It was juicy but very very bland. Shop was ok initially but ended up filling up with sewage smell as I was leaving. Absolutely do not recommend.

Service was very attentive, prompt and very good ! It was very nice and quiet, no loud music playing and only 1 other customer. My burger, while made to my order request, just did not have that beef burger taste at all , it was very bland tasting and far too much ketchup and mustard dripping on the platter.

Dont let the outside fool you, try it and you wont be sorry. Burgers and fries were delicious. Freshly made, seasoned well, and the lettuce, tomato and onions are crisp. My first time I forgot to ask for well done so if you like a well done party ask for it. Fries are fresh and not over salted. Stop by and try it, I know Ill be back.

I am quite frustrated. I ordered online, and got two things. One of them being a plain burger. When I got it, it was completely wrong. From the bun (which isnt that bad but still), to being soaked in mayo, the bunch covered in relish, and have onions and tomatoes. The other burger had jalapeños which was an unpleasant surprise. I wouldnt be as upset if hero burger wasnt so expensive, but it is. I want compensation. I work in fast food, and I understand mistakes, but the whole order? Just double check before serving it.

Awful. Ordered a cheeseburger and poutine from them. The burger patty was raw and the cheese in the poutine was old and stale. No action was taken when i complained.

The outlet feels very untidy and unclean at times. Cant say much about the food because Hero Certified is generally decent, but I cant get myself to try it here because of how it is maintained.

The burger is very small considering the price you pay 14 CA dollars (combo). With less than that I can get 6ich foot-long in subway.

I went to hero at yonge and st.clair last night. I was about to order something but I saw the guy working there by himself. I have heard that theres a new owner in this location. Trying to save some money so he put one person but hes losing customers at same time. I used to love this place but now I feel bad for the employees working there.Greedy owner.

I asked the lady who works there to please put toilet paper in the men s washroom because the woman s washroom was closed. The lady who was cooking was very unhelpful. She told me that she was too busy to do that. I asked if she could ask the man she worked with but she said she was too busy. I asked if she could do so after she was done what she was doing. Still she refused and told me to go some please else. How is it the paying customer s fault that they do not replenish toilet paper? This is a basic requirement that would be expected of any fast food restaurant. I will not be returning to this place.

Used to be good, but recently just got a 12 dollar chicken sandwich and the size of the chicken was half the size of the bun. Not even exaggerating. The mushroom poutine is still a banger tho. Edit - How do you even know what my order is? It was not even in my name? And if somehow you do, where is that piece of chicken lmao. I got a piece of a chicken half of the size of the bun.

Only 1 person works in the store. Employee is overwhelmed. Jobs require taking orders and making burgers. Felt bad for leaving a 1 star. The vege burger also doesnt taste as good as it used to be.

I saw that this location re-opened and I had to give it a try, Im vegan so it was really nice to see all the many veggie options this location has, so i ordered the spicy veggie burger since I also love spicy!! And it was delicious, definitely going to come back and eat it again! The customer service was great and they gave me the promo of sunday deal for the spicy veggie even when it was wednesday which surprised me a lot! Super recommend this Hero Burger location!!

I visited this place and I had the best experience ever. The customer service is awesome. Everyone is polite,warm and positive. The burgers are super tasty and the deal is very affordable. Honestly I dont think I will get such delicious burger that has good quality ingredients in affordable price anywhere else. Its a must visit place when you crave for Burgers.

The quality was HORRIBLE soooo bad! Truly so upsetting that someone even packed it and let it be served to a customer! The chicken finger where literally rock hard dry pieces of nothing.. I m not kidding you if you order the chicken fingers it is the equivalent to getting cheap frozen chicken nuggets from the grocery store and putting them in the microwave not even the oven! NEVER one to complain! But I truly was sooo shocked at how Absolutely terrible the quality of the foods is here and how they where actually ok to give it to someone! BIGGEST rip off of $21.00 feel so jipped and so taken advantage of!! Do not go to their restaurant, if you do you will be wishing you had listened to me and will be so mad you did not find a different use of spending your money!! No picture because was so upset and mad threw them in Trash right away! But truly I promise you.. you will be overly disappointed when you get food from here!!!

I visited Hero Certified Burgers at Yonge & St. Clair a few weeks ago. I had a cheeseburger & soft drink & it was the best cheeseburger I have had in forever. Meat was delicious & the bun was hot! The worst burger Ive ever tried. Terrible quality and ingredients. Its disgusting how old and bad the oil is that theyre using. I didnt finish the fries and tempura zucchini as I didnt want to feel sick. My stomach got upset in the end. Once is enough.

This place needs to hire new cooks. We ordered from this joint and it poisoned me and my guest. The meat wasn t fully cooked and lots of people got sick! We did get a refund but for the health concerns that came with it was not worth it! Who ever orders from here please double check your food! Never again will I go to a hero burger after this experience. But to each their own.

I love this place for having every option whether you look for a vegetarian, beef or chicken food item. Except the burgers, they too have a large variety in sides, drinks, shakes and ice-creams. It is a family friendly place. Must visit there to add in your good memories and have a wonderful experience of such a delicious food.

Ordered from skip the dish. When the Ice Cream and Peachy Milkshake arrived it had weird clumps of cream and was not like regular orders Ive had previous to this experience. Safe to say this locations has old/bad milk issues causing curdling in there ice cream. I suggest they look into it before serving anymore customers in the GTA as this could be a big health issue. I expect better future results regardless as these things tend to happen from time to time so Im sure this issue will be solved by morning. Maybe even offer me and my guest a potential new order with fresh ice cream (no curdling).

It was great. Staff lady was friendly and helpful and the food was tasty. Had a spicy chicken burger and the spice level was perfect and had some real heat. Fries were good and crispy. The food was great (hamburgers/fries) were fresh and tasty, the place is a bit small and has only a few tables and barstools to seat looking out the windows. The downside was the service, they take your order right away but the waiting time to get your order ready was too long. Price a bit too hight for the overall experience, but if youre willing to wait or not in a rush, dont hesitate.

I pop in the evening for a grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries now and then for a few years now. My girlfriend gets the smaller burger and fries when shes with me. Always get prompt friendly service. Food always great. Tables always clean. A neighborhood favorite. Keep up the good work
