Not impressed at all with the portions. Satay bowl with al dente rice noodles. Didn’t know rice noodles were supposed to be al dente!! 0 star for food if I could. Looked like the bowl was half full. Look like they’re going down the road of just maximizing profit at your customers expense.
Horrible experience, they didn't listen to request for dressing on the side and left two items off the salad (I'm assuming they were out but they didn't mention this when ordered). Didn't notice until I was home so couldn't do anything about it.
Salad did not get washed properly. Ordered once at another location, totally fine. Ordered at this location? Diarrhea. How did I know it was this location’s salad and nothing else? Well because diarrhea was the first thing I got after eating 2 salads ordered from here.
Worst location ever. Don’t bother paying an extra $3 to add protein like chicken to your lunch — they either don’t add it at all, or they put like 1 or 2 tiny pieces. And there’s no recourse. You can try contacting them or the freshii head office directly and you won’t be getting your $3 back. This has now happened twice and nobody cares so officially, I’m never coming back here.
Worst freshii ever, I asked specifically to replace tomatoes and cucumbers with beans and avocado and paid extra for a couple other topics. After I started driving I realized that they only didn’t replace the toppings, they also didn’t add the toppings I paid for. Also the bowl was 1/3 full. It’s horrible. Avoid at all costs.
By far the worst freshii location by far!!! The workers do not know how to make the foods. I ordered the oxacca bowl and basically just got a bowl full of rice with small shreds of toppings. Such a waste of money. You should hire people who know how to make the foods, not just whoever is willing to work… disappointing.
This is a great freshii location. The staff are very welcoming, warm, and helpful. My go-to order for freshii's is the metaboost salad and added steak. I also tried the tortilla soup and the recover smoothie. They were great with my bf's banana allergy in making that smoothie safely and offered a taste to him and to add something else instead if wanted. It does have turmeric in it which I personally really liked paired with the banana and coconut flavour of the smoothie. They are on Ritual and ubereats apps. I find all freshii's to be expensive, but worth the treat as everything always tastes great, is a good size, and is full of a variety of fresh produce. I wonder if the person in the previous review experienced stomach problems because its such a large amount of fresh fruit and vegetable which can be a shock to the system if you dont usually eat alot of it regularly. This happens to me as well.
First time going to this Freshii location even though we live so close ... will definitely visit again ... We ordered takeout for home and had a Panga bowl w / steak added, a Metaboost salad w/steak added, a Tortilla soup & two Recoverii Smoothies ... The food was great and fresh and the soup was phenomenal ... I found out that I really don't like the taste of turmeric, sadly it was one of the main flavors in my smoothly, so I personally did not enjoy it ... luckily my gf does enjoy the taste so she got two of them and I had something from home ... It's only my second time eating at a Freshii but overall did enjoy the food and it really did live up to its name of being fresh, healthy food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and offered to help us with the menu multiple times and even suggested items weight enjoy, I would suggest asking them if you had any questions about their options for sure.
Kajal were very helpful in making 2 great smoothies & customizing my order, getting ice across the street when they ran out. 10/10

Was delicouse. Just got a chocolate smoothy. Was really good. It cost alot but if the ingredients are fresh thats what it costs. Staff was friendly and nice and recieved order in satisfactory timing.
Not really worth it? I paid around 18 dollars for a salad bowl with no spice, no flavour, the vegetables tasted like nothing, the dressing pack was too small. Overall a meh experience for me.
The food is standard, sometimes the veggies are a bit too largely cut but fresh. The prep time is a bit long considering it s considered fast food. My ritual said 15 mins and they did not start making the food until I got there - but it wasn t busy and there was only one other order. Take from that what you will.
I ordered for the first time last night and while the delivery and food quality was great, there was an issue with missing items. HOWEVER, as soon as the issue was brought to the manager s attention, he was incredibly professional and friendly in the way everything was handled. I WILL be ordering from them again. Mistakes happen; it s how they re handled that makes the difference.

Not like the others. The portions were much smaller than Im used to at a Freshii. I wouldnt even have minded if it were filler cabbage but the ingredients had ALOT of room in the bowl for the price and what Im used to with Freshii. I had the Buddha bowl. There was so little peanut sauce that I had to brew a green tea just to declump the solid mass of noodles on the bottom of the bowl. They should have put the cabbage on the bottom so the noodles dont sit next to the paper bowl. There amount of peanut sauce barely covered a third of the noodles... of which there was not alot. Apart from that the noodles were basically not cooked. They were tough, raw and stuck together. There was a mere hint of veg. I think i had like 2 tiny florets of broccoli and barely a quarter cup of the other veg. It was VERY UNSATISFYING for a work lunch. I had to go hunt down a granola bar and Im quite a small person. My colleague wanted a smoothie but they were out of ice??? she had just made a smoothie so they were out of ice??? I do not recommend this place. Go up to the other places in the food court.
Ordered a Chocolate Peanut smoothie. They served me the wrong smoothie, I told them, they made a new smoothie, the new smoothie was also the wrong smoothie . Paid like $12 for the wrong smoothie
One of my favourites. They give a good amount of food in the bowl too.

I ordered Kung Fu Bowl for my daughter, and I noticed that my order was missing the rice I came back to the location and I mentioned to the attendance that my order was incomple, he started to argued with me that he didnt add the rice because I added free after some time argued with me. He wanted only to domp the rice only on top and he was refusing to remake properly. Horrible service. I would not visit again.
The food was okay, to be expected by freshii; but the location itself need a strong mop and a proper cleaning. I d pick a different location if you like your restaurants clean and tidy.
I went there last week with my family and I absolutely enjoyed it. Not only was the food delicious but the staff was so nice and friendly. The owner was polite and made us feel welcomed. The food was a good portion size and the service was prompt. Next time you want to enjoy a good meal in a good ambiance, go check out this place.

Healthy and delicious food
Great food, and nice employees, but when using the app to order ahead, they will always tell you that they have only just recieved your order just as soon as you walk in the door, when the app has told you 10 minutes ago that your order will be ready when you arrive. Not a huge deal, but I can certainly see that being a huge dealbreaker for someone in a rush.

Today I had the Superfood soup. It was delicious and it hit the spot. There was a generous amount of kale which is a very nutrient dense food.
Clean and quick service but portions are very small. Not worth going to this location.
Freshii has healthy, prepared, original food. My favourite is the Kung Fu Bowl. It is a mix of edamame, broccoli, carrots, chicken, noodles or brown rice, and Teriyaki Sauce. The chefs and staff fit your every need and the service is completely amazing. If you like healthy, well-priced, delicious, nutritious food, then I suggest going to Freshii.

Very professional environment. The food here is so delicious and healthy I would highly recommend this place. The owner himself loves getting the feedback from customers and is very concerned about the quality of service provided . Excellent job guys food is excellent. Found my daily lunch place next door

Today was my first time at this Freshii location and the experience was perfect! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and so quick. As soon as you walk through the door Akash greets you with a smile. Our meals were prepared quickly, accurately and to perfection! Overall delicious and visually pleasing. Food comes out of tin containers
Horrible experience. I usually eat at freshii frequently and love their tex mex burrito. I walked in today ordering my usual at this location I had never been to before to have the staff in the back and take her time to come up for my order, than she made it extremely soggy and didnt clean the grill clearly because my burrito had burnt sections on it. I would have loved to go back to complain but didnt notice until I got in the car and began to eat, how bad it was. Now I will be throwing away 9$ because the staff couldnt make a burrito with out burning it or making it too wet to stay together.

Yummy... Great service and food
After going to Freshii over the years , they switched recipes and there is something up with their chicken now! It has a weird texture and doesn t feel natural. I don t personally think it s nearly as good as the chicken used to be, and for the price and fact that the restaurant is supposed to be a healthy alternative to fast food that chicken is funky. I ll have tofu please, and I probably will be back because healthy restaurant options are limited , but I hope this message can be heard by the Freshii gods that told me this chicken is supposed to be their best yet.

Great staff and excellent fresh food
Ive been here twice this week and was very disapointed both times. First time the cashier tried to short change me instead of punching in the proper payment to give me change then my market salad didnt have any avocado. I complained and today and received a discount...todays salad doesnt have any quinoa. For a $14 salad they need to start getting it again. I wont be coming back to this location thats for sure.
This location has the most absolutely incredible, caring staff. They always give their 100% best into making the food! And speaking of the food, delicious! Great job!

Ate there on Sunday evening and have had diarrhea for two days now. Wasnt even worth it because the burrito wasnt even tasty. Im never going back after several poor experiences with Freshii.

One of the best Feshii I have been to. The new management has taken it to a new level of excellence. Love their smoothies! Convenient location with healthy food selection. I often stop here for a healthy snack before working out. Highly recommended!!

Great customer service! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I prefer this location to the one at Finch Station. The Umami salad (with quinoa and added flafels is to die for).
The place is comfortable, clean and quiet. The food is fresh but small in portion. Juice is a little bit pricy.

Staff went above and beyond, making sure we had water, manager checking on our food. I had the peanut sauce noodle bowl and it was simply delicious. I would go back and out of my way just to see the staff again...

I love freshii, but I dont think its a good idea to use bare hands to grab food after touching money.
Decent location, hard to find parking. Got the metaboost wrap with falafel, could have used a bit more dressing or at least better distribution. By the time I got to the middle of the wrap I could not taste the dressing. Portion size was good though.
Not bad if you are looking for something quick and healthy. The prices are on the high side and you really need to ask for extra sauce if you want some moisture with that bowl of rice. Smoothies are delicious though.
