$9 amd change plus tax for a slice of frozen cake that tastes mushy. 21.47 in total for two slices of freezer cake :(
I ordered mango dip , but it wasn't taste like mango. Salesperson suggested me something else, that was ok to try but not completely satisfying.
My son can talk me into anything and a cup of gourmet ice cream is no exception. What a cute little spot this place is! The prices are quite bougie so don't come here if you aren't expecting to pay a little extra. But if you do, prepare to be delighted. First of all, the aroma's are delightful and the display of colours and topping and syrups are a treat for the eyes - how pretty. The cafe is very clean and inviting and the service topped the whole experience off. Thanks all - we will be back. But this time I'M choosing the toppings....Not sure what my son did to our last order (see photo)...but look at all the variety. :-)
We ordered the powdered mini donuts and were throughly disappointed. The texture was inconsistent; hard and chewy rather than soft and fluffy. This is our second time ordering from this establishment and both times have provided a lacklustre experience.
This ice cream was the best that i have ever had. The topping was amazing and they have many other options too. Cleanliness, service everything was top notch. Couldn’t remember that indian girl’s name but she was amazing and also helped me in choosing the right toppings. Definitely recommend this place.

Variety of deeps, good portion, reasonable price, AND the level of sweetness is 👌 When you get there try the soft icecreams with the deep.
Extremely disappointed! Too bad that I had already paid. Heard the sound of a microwave and turned to see that the mini donuts came out a large container from the fridge or freezer. The chocolate sauce was applied fresh out of the microwave which made them extremely soggy and the donuts had the chew reflective of over-nuked bread. Worst donuts ever!
Service was fine but this place is overpriced and the ice cream is essentially flavourless. Save your money.

Tons of variety, there are 4 seats outside but the inside is extremely tiny can hold maybe 4 people while they order.

Super slow. I ordered Ubereats. Deliver guy told me he received the order 12mins ago, and when he arrived there,order wasn t started. And it took the lady around 10 mins to finish 6pc cookies. But food is fine.
Sick of so many dessert places offering overpriced frozen desserts that they microwave. Go to a restaurant and they offer better dessert for way cheaper than going to one of these. Do better there is so potential here.
I recently had a bitter sweet experience with this store. I had placed an advance order for my husbands birthday cake and I received an incorrect order two hours before we were supposed to cut it. What was commendable was their customer service. They not only helped me place a new order swiftly but also refunded all additionally incurred charges. Special shout out to Cindy and AJ for being extremely understanding and responsive. And finally a word on the product itself, the ice cream cake was yum and I will be ordering again!

Must try the cheesecake factory cupcakes or the cheesecake factory cupcake shakes. They have red velvet, blackout chocolate, and the vanilla bean.
The ice cream was amazing
I don t usually leave negative reviews because I like to give places more than one chance but seeing other reviews echoing my exact experience, I thought I d chime in. My partner and I ordered the sugar donuts (luckily not the chocolate covered ones that I m seeing others have ordered) and the same freeze-to-microwave experience happened. We already paid so there was no going back, but we were disappointed to say the least. They were soggy, chewy, sweaty, cold on the inside and hot on the outside. My partner felt ripped off and tossed them. It was a waste of food and money and we definitely won t be back
Terribly stale and dry neuked donuts and bombelino. The strawberry milkshake was overly sweet even to a child.
Came in late around 1030pm. Got and orddr of mini cinnamon donuts. They were very good still warm when I got home 30 mins later. Will definitely come back.
Overpriced. I m sure the owners are nice people but this place just doesn t work and I feel sorry for them. Premium prices for inferior product.
The waffles were amazing !
We were looking forward to trying this place but were quickly disappointed. Their menu looks amazing and really draws you in but were disappointed to find out their donuts and such are not made in house. The ice cream itself while good melted before I got a chance for the next person behind me to even recieve theirs. Customer service started out good with an individual explaining their concept upon entering but then she quickly disappeared. With a third individual working you would think more than one person would serve an individual at a time. But there was only the one working on a cone at a time. By the time the fourth person in our group got their ice cream, the first person had already been done theirs. It just didnt make sense at all why only one person would be serving customers while two others were working in the store and with the long line outside. We saw many people walk away simply because it was taking too long. This definitely needs to be re-evaluated.
It takes 15 min to have an ice cream! There is an obvious need for training or improving the process to serve clients, especially when kids are waiting
0 stars. $6.50 for the exact same soft serve as an ice cream truck. I think most people go once and then never again. Brutally trained staff on top of it. With all the good ice cream/gelato in midtown this will probably be a short lived novelty.
The best service and icecrem
I took my husband at 9pm as a late birthday resource we got Cheesecake Factory for his Birthday weekend. That night we got ice cream cones (dips were fantastic) and combine them with mini plain donuts , we could even save some mini donuts for the next day and they tasted delicious! Plus, we got an Oreo cake for the next day and it tasted like heaven!! Moreover, the young man behind the counter was extremely polite and patient with us as it was our first time ordering from their menu. Thank you!!!
Bought this Cheesecake Factory cheesecake and was extremely disappointed to see such a small slice for $10. Definitely not worth the price.
Very disappointing. The mini doughnuts are heated in the microwave. They were short-staffed with the volume of orders coming in (both in-person and online), taking a long time to prepare our order. EDIT: the owner replied below and asked me to send an email. I sent an email but never received a reply.
If you want dessert to store and eat later, this place is pretty good. Friendly staff right until the end of their shift.
If I could chose -3 Stars I would. Today, we actually heard the microwave and looked to see the old doughnuts we were served being taken out. The icing sugar coating had melted and dissolved. Some were soggy, some were hard and stale, some 1/2 soggy and 1/2 hard. Horribly disappointed.
