Authentic Indian restaurant with pocket friendly Indian food on Bloor St E
Nice food and good service by the employess We love their samosa and bread pakoda❤️❤️
Order steamed and tandoor chicken momos. Loved the flavours and portion size(moderate). Tandoor momos were a little burnt. Otherwise, tasted amazing. The red sauce was a little spicy but goes well with the momos. Special Tea was ok. Staff was courteous and friendly. Seating was a little congested. Prices are super reasonable. However, it is mostly comfort food.
Best Indian restaurant for Catering order in GTA downtown. They take customized party order tray for Odia / Bengali-style food & many more. Quantity and quality is the main reason i order from the restaurant frequently.
It was our pleasure to place order from Maja Indian Cuisine for an Office party at Downtown for 15 people. They delivered the food perfectly on time which was hassle free and nicely packaged. Most importantly they paid attention to our detail and carefully considering in preparing the food. Food was nice and was appreciated by one and all at office. The quantity was too good. I would highly recommend Maja Indian Cuisine for any kind of party.
Ordered butter chicken and chicken tikka masala take out to eat at home, with our steamed multigrain brown rice, taste like heaven. Other than price being a bit expensive, all good
I was walking around but not sure what to have for dinner and came across Maja Just had their delicious veg thali. Tasty and fresh. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Just make sure you remind them you paid. lol they forgot I paid first.. just funny but an issue when you have business downtown. Anyways food was amazing and delicious that I cleaned up the thali. They apparently have buffet on weekends too!!
Happened upon this little gem on a Saturday afternoon. All you can eat delicious Indian food for $15.99! Fresh- I watched our lovely host make the naan bread and delicious!
Delicious buffet, with wide variety of curries. Freshly made butter naan made my day honestly. Spring rolls, samosas were hot and unlimited. Delicious food.
Amazing experience of local Indian cuisine! Recommended!
The food is amazing. I loved it...
Very bad food. Naan were half cooked. Tasted like stale vegetables. never recommend this restaurant to anyone
Vry food and services. Most of the naam was burned and veggies tastes are also worst.
Their food was not good as expected. The food was not totally cooked and there was toooo much oil. Naan taste like burnt and stale. Vegetables were very oily and warst. Service was very bad. Drinking water was not cleaned and filtered. Prices are very high and quality was very poor
Good service
Excellent place and food
Good experience
Disappointed with the food , Last time I had naan and panner the taste was worst full of oil and felt like it was cooked three days ago . This time again no flavour no taste . Food : 1/5
ambience is too good and they are too polite. they offered us there new dish which is bread pakoda and they have not launched yet but they made it for us which was so so good
Amazing service , delicious food and drinks especially tea , very well made, the best one since i arrived here
One of the best naan I ever had in GTA
The food is amazing. I loved it...
Amazing food...Great Service
The food was amazing , the taste reminds of back home especially the samosa and pakoda
Was craving some Indian food and came in here with friends, loved the food - especially the samosas (finished before I could take a picture for the review)!
Needs improvement in food quality and taste, costly too. I dnt recommend
Try out this new items in menu. Especially this Vada Pav and very friendly staff with a great service.
Disgusting
Good food
Great chole bhature with proper quantity and great bhatura size. The restaurant is good and accessible in downtown bloor. Must visit for quick snacks Vegetarian options: Tasty chutney with chole
Staff was so rude and irrespective. Customer service is totally zero.
the food is so good, ive come here 3 times in the past week! vada pav is my fav!!
Best place for samosa
Worst restaurant I have been to. They dont even have basic manners. Customer service is the last thing they care about. The cashier/server will make you pay as soon as you place the order and once you have paid they will make you wait forever for your food. Even to put prepared food in boxes they will make you wait for 20-30 minutes which hardly takes a minute to do. You can try placing an order for pickup but its only when you reach the store to pickup the order that they will start preparing it. You bear all the wait time and arrogant behavior just to get horrible food filled with oil. Hygiene: 0 Food: 0 Customer service: -10
Amazing food, the owner is the sweetest person ever Must try food Food
I had an amazing experience at maja restaurant the pavbhaji was great
Nice food
I had an amazing experience here, the owner is so kind, and she cooks most delicious food in the town....
Great food and great service !
nice hot fresh chai with tasty samosa
Amazing customer service and even excellent food. Perfect spot for indian food . Variety of dishes starters, main dishes ,desserts.Tried there non veg thali and butter chicken was absolute smash Definitely coming back
Both veg and non-veg are great choices for new comers as myself! Got a thali, mango lassi and tea to go, left satiated and satisfied! Wont mind coming again.
Absolutely Phenomenal food
Best food in toronto
Please dont go there. The food is not fresh and I am extremely unsatisfied because the food is super oily
Very great experience jere! Great food!
Randomly came across this restaurant and so glad I did. Tried the navratri special thali, the chane ans puri were so delicious. The chef lady is very sweet and soft spoken. Would definitely try more dishes!
I got two plates chole bhature from the restaurant. All the bhaturas were drenched with oil and not fully fried. What is the point of giving three bhaturas in two plates and there was no cutlery and salad which is a must with chole bhature
Excellent food
More delicious and full of hygiene
Good food , really loved the Indian style with authentic Indian spices.
The food was really awesome. The tea was truly great Food
Maja is a gem. Whether youre looking for a casual night out or a place to celebrate a special occasion, this restaurant delivers on every front. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon.
Best food in the area. Paneer roll the make is to die for.. visit this place everytime I come to there area. Must try
Amazing Price, Amazing Quantity, Amazing Taste. A must try Indian Restaurant.
Very good taste and friendly staff
Wanted to have lunch there today. Hit the store a bit after 11 am. Doors were firmly shut though business is supposed to start at 10 and the Closed sign showed 11 as return time. After waiting for a few minutes, I just left. Very disappointed. The store can do a better job communicating with customers and managing expectations.
I went to this restaurant few days ago, and the food was so great that I wanted to leave a positive review for the people who wants to give it a try, I tried samosa chaat and the vegetarian thali which were amazingly delicious in taste, it s worth the penny to try their food. The owner of the restaurant is also very friendly and sweet, so the overall experience was great.
Best indian food in Toronto
Literally the best Indian food I ever had in Canada. Good atmosphere with good prices and it s worth it for the taste. Must visit.
So slow, wait 32 minutes
Had an amazing meal today. Definitely recommend!
The food is too good. Good service
Place is really nice food is really good and this place is my go to place i study in college nearby so i come here every day great place to visit
Vegetarian options: A ton of vegetarian options for a great price Food
Great food and customer service
Its a great place with great atmosphere, and the owners are very nice.
Vegetarian options: Their chole bhture were too gud as well as the paneer rolls. I loved it. I had a great experience with Maja cuisine. Do visit everyone n try their veggie options. I sure u will love it Food
The chola batura was. Awesome and service provided by them was very good
delicious food. had a good experience
I had a great experience with majja cousine do visit for indian best food
Best tea near georgian
We ordered bathure but they sent poori.. too oily
Best food I had after so long in Canada!!
Serves delicious Indian food with great service. Highly recommended!
Only Samosa is great for price, but not the Veg thali. We ordered Paneer butter Masala, naan and gravy exactly tastes like the store bought ready to eat package, and there was tofu instead of paneer. What is the purpose of putting false photos on Uber or on store if you are not serving what it should be!! And the girl over the weekend is very rude. She always has that vibe of not in the mood to prepare fresh samosa!! The ambiance is ok..
I have been going to this restaurant for many years now and have always really loved the food. But I did notice that since they sold the restaurant the food quality is not quite as good and the portions have decreased significantly. At least they still make their own naan in tandoor oven.
One of the best places to make you feel at home
Great place with a variety of good Indian food. Happily be back for another combo set
Perfect Indian restaurant to grab your meal for the day. A variety of curries to choose from at an affordable price.
Best Indian place in Toronto.
Really good place if you re looking for good indian food!
This is not a place for biryani. They mentioned dum biryani and the moment I opened it smells bad, I m sure this is rotten food. What is the point of giving deals when it is not even good food. I just took half biryani, even it is $8, I Really felt waste of money. The feeling when you are hungry, wanted to eat and you get this kind of food
Wonderful food and wonderful service. Its our staple place to go. The prices are super affordable. Killer Chai too! Hidden gem .
Absolutely amazing experience here! My Dad had ordered a tray of chicken biryani for a party at his work. Not only were the prices reasonable, but they accommodated my Dads request to add boiled eggs on top. They presented the biryani very well. When I tried it, I had no words! The seasoning was perfect, and the gravy compliments it so well. Definitely one of the best chicken biryanis Ive tried so far. We will surely order again soon
Nice onions, would cry again
food quality is not up to the mark, every time I get some food like somosa or curry feels like they are reserving one day old and selling next morning.
one of worst indian food point, each time cashier charges more and then say sorry in the end, oil they frying somosa in looks like used engine oil ,by eating such food you will become cholesterol patent soon.
Service was okay. Seems like a great place where you can still find affordable and good food.
Great food!
We used to be regulars here before the business was sold. The old owners cooked amazing food, gave good portions, and their naan was some of the best Ive had in Toronto. NOT ANYMORE. Not sure why the new owners changed what was already working, but it is not the same food anymore. Very disappointing. Vegetarian options: The vegetable dishes are all vegan.
We ordered several vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes for both starters and the main course, but all of them were tasteless. As a result, most of the food went to waste, greatly impacting our party negatively.
Disappointed experience (yesterday night )from the food ordered at Maja Indian cuisine for a group of 12 people. After the management change we expected some good quality of food to be prepared and served. Maja has gone after the party .
Great value
Best authentic Indian food! Great quantity and reasonable price
Best indian food, with most reasonable price! If you wanna try authentic indian good come here!
Update in 2024- This was our regular go-to place for the years we stayed in downtown. The combo used to give us the ghar-ka-khana feel. Owners Uncle and Auntie were very welcoming. Now the owners have changed and the girl at the counter was nothing close to welcoming, very disinterested in what she was doing, the quality and quantity of food has deteriorated. Will no longer visit.
One of the worst food that i ever had. I would rather eat my sisters cooking. If you want to waste your money then feel free to come here.
Much Better than some of the restaurants in India. Delicious food and especially the Chaiiiiiii Food
Nice Indian food, butter chicken and Lamb is so good ! Prices are very affordable,
Near authentic taste.Economical prices with Options for portion. Must visit place for Indian snacks and food.
Taste is good not bad. Quantity is low it is not worthable the prize. Ambians is not that good though. No neatness and no washing hands area too...
Best food and customer service by Chandni
Samosa s are good. Their curries are horrible. Ambience/atmosphere is extremely poor. Food
Really appreciated the efforts for the customers, staff really took efforts to serve us. Recommended...
Loved the Tea and Samosa. I bet you will not find tea like this anywhere else. Looking forward to try other delicacies... soon.
Selling 1week old curries Worst restaurant Food
Vegetarian as well as non-vegeterian were excellent & customer service was also excellent. I personally recommend to visit this restaurant frequently. You deserve best price and taste.
Food quality is not at all good , took veg combo 2 , chana and panner curry both were half boiled and rice was not good as well
ownership changed food is now garbage learn how to make naan price increased and quality worsened Food : 1/5 |
SAMOSA, SAMOSA, SAMOSA!!! I can only speak to the one thing I have ordered which is a favourite food of mine, samosas! We ordered samosas for a birthday party, they were bigger than I anticipated which was amazing, flavour was very tasty, the texture was great and overall they were a sure fire hit with EVERYONE. The samosas were so good that they finished before all the other food we had there. I had to go back to next day to buy some and try it fresh and those samosa were absolutely delicious! Definitely hooked and will be buying more again
Really great food and the naan fresh out of the tandoor they do is my favourite in the city. The couple that run the restaurant are so nice!
Ordered chicken briyani. What i got was coloured rice with some spices and tandoori flavoured chicken and rice. I wouldnt order the chicken briyani again as it seems like it was a frozen pre-packaged item and it was reheated. I say this because the chicken and rice was still cold in the middle of the takeout container. I will give it another shot with their curries as they looked alright. Service was slow. Nobody else was in line and they took their time.
I recently visited this restaurant that specializes in Indian cuisine and I was immediately drawn to their vibrant and enticing display of dishes. The variety seemed impressive, with a selection of both vegetarian and meat options available. Each dish was presented in a clean and accessible serving tray, making it easy to appreciate the rich colors and textures of the food. I noticed a Happy Hour Special sign, suggesting that they offer deals which is always a welcome touch. Above the counter, an array of desserts was showcased, which looked quite tempting. The place maintained a sense of authenticity with its straightforward, no-frills presentation. The food appeared fresh and was kept at the right temperature, with the serving area being tidy and well-organized. Overall, this spot seems to promise a hearty and genuine taste of Indian cuisine, perfect for those who want to grab a quick, satisfying meal and apart from that i have also taken a weekly Tiffin service from then which provides 7 non veg and veg mix curries for 50$ a week .
Service was excellent and atmosphere was fine, but unfortunately the food wasn t very flavourful. I liked the naan, but the curries didn t have much flavour
I feel this place is run pretty well in terms of service. I ve been here a number of times but I feel this is pretty authentic Indian style food for what you are getting especially in this part of Toronto. I know the people who are managing this place know what they are doing and pretty sure they been doing this a very long time. If anyone complains about spice here then I don t think they understand what Indian Food is. As a Chef myself I appreciate the spicy food they serve here.
Love grabbing a quick bite from here. The owners are very nice and the food is delicious and the price is super reasonable. The naan is so good and you don t have to wait a long time for your food. 10/10 would recommend
Amazing food I just loved it. Also quantity is so much that a person like me can eat it for 2 times. I took a meat thali which was 13$ + tax, it was good specially the naan they give in it. Only the lamb keema was but smelly so if you don t like lamb smell opt for the other 3 chicken options they are all good. Would visit again
Did not regret going very good Naan is fresh. I got veg thali and loved it Vegetarian options: Good selection of veg types even amount compared to meat
Butter chicken was wow , naan was so soft !!
Paid 15$ for this trash. Literally has no flavor. Butter chicken is super greesy and does not taste like butter chicken at all. Tika masala is too spicy and full of greese as well. Staff are rude people and Ill never come back to this place again.
Great food at great prices . Their chicken tikka masala is amazing !
I like their vegetarian thali.
Delicious.
Nice food and excellent services
The samosas are insane And owner is super nice Food
worst experience ever, very unprofessional the old man was so rude and grumpy, and I was shocked to discover that there was no restroom available for customers to wash their hands before eating only one napkin per customer, if I ask for the second time, The server was disinterested in taking my order and seemed frustrated with my requests.
Great food and quantity for the price. We love the samosas and the naan breads are always made to order! Would definitely recommend for a quick lunch/dinner.
Pretty good Indian food at very good prices!
Always the best - never disappoints. Going there since it opened. Great. Vegetarian options: Fabulous choices.
Vegetarian options: Amazing options Recommendation for vegetarians
Back from a short trip and I find Maja has new owners. This was one of the best Indian food places I have been to, but that is no longer the case. Food now lacks flavor, bland and not spicy. Gone weekly for years, I wont be going back. Unfortunate
Very caring and friendly owners. Great place to get Indian staples at a good price.
First i thought i wouldn t finish the naan because it was Huge!! but then when i started eating i loved it and finished the whole plate. Thanks for making good food keep it up!
The food quality has changed since the owner changed. Not good now. The veg thali and non-veg thali quality is bad.
Vegetarian options: Good food with less price and good people specially owner Somya ji and all, in downtown only this place will serve you the best food with very less price and food good in taste always. I will visit next time for sure. All the best you guys keep it up. Thank you for your services.
Excellent place , employees are very cool and all their recipes are amazing
Ordered the lamb curry and lamb keema. It was delicious. The lamb was soft and tender and the keema was just amazing. Homely food and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely visit and recommend.
Affordable, delicious and filling , Maja Indian Cusine is the place to go if you are in the mood for a Vegeterian Thali The portions are decent and curries are delectable. What I enjoyed the most was the quality of the freshly baked Naan bread, which was soft and fluffy, perfectly soaking in the curries as required. I also enjoy having a special tea and a snack, be it the Vegetable Samosa or the Onion Pakora , both of which are delights to the tastebuds as well. The indoor seating is well-maintained and the decor involves peacock feathers which is a nice touch. The owners and staff are welcoming and hospitable, which is an added bonus. I highly recommend this restaurant
I use to visit the place for veg thali, and it was go to place but now I went, the owners are changed. Ordered veg thali and no taste in palak panner, egg plant was tastless, and even dal was tasteless just boiled. Dont waste your money here. You will regret. Its your choice but big no for one looking for tasty indian food.
Worst food ever. No salt, let alone any other taste/spices. A total waste of money and time. Vegetarian options: Tasteless cold food.
Amazing taste
Great service, amazing food with generous portions.I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great tasting Indian food.
Terrible people
Bought Chicken biriyani and taste/quantity was not good.
Food was amazing and their hospitality as well .
June 5 2023: I don t know if there are new owners to this restaurant but it s gone down hill. I ve been ordering from this restaurant for many years and it was excellent, until around May 2023 when I noticed big changes in the flavour and quality of their food. Today I bit into a small nail in my naan. Will not be returning.
Best food and excellent customer service
Great place. Been visiting for years at their previous location on Church St and now here on Bloor St. Gave a 4 star review for food because Ive gone there twice during the lunch hour, in the past month (new owners) and the Naan seems to be already prepared so its hard and dry to eat. The lamb curry and chicken biryani have lost their flavors. I get take out for my family of 3 people so spend over $50 per visit. I will give Maja another try in a couple of weeks and hopefully its better.
I just did take out from there and see what they give me in naan.Very disappointed
Food was good! 4 people was why it was expensive. Kid-friendliness: Super friendly Food : 4/5 |
Ive been there for the first time since last one year. An underrated place in this area. Tried Samosas and Mango Lassi. It was delicious and just in very reasonable prices as compared to Brampton or Mississauga. A lot of menu items for vegetarians and no vegetarians, kids and seniors. Not only Indians visit this place, I saw people of various ethnicities came here to eat and take out. Definitely recommend to visit, :)
Excellent food and nice ambient at heart of the city.
Used to order from here monthly. Food is now bland and the naans aren t made properly (undercooked, doughy, with no crispy bits) since the new owners took over. A shame as this place used to be great but would avoid going forward.
I was walking on Bloor and in the mood for Indian Food, so that a perfect happenstance. The food I had was delicious and the price very reasonable. The service was great. Thank you!
I went back as per my previous review and thought that there is some improvement with the food. Still some work to be done but all in all I was satisfied. Didnt get the Naan just curry and butter chicken so maybe next time I will. Food
Great food
Especially your tea awesome . she always smile .Thank you for your service
lame
I absolutely love this restaurant it always has the best food, customer service and amazing atmosphere. Today I met Chandni and she was wonderful, you guys are the best, thank you always.
Food they serve here was very good in taste. Specially the thali options and combo options are very good which are worth the price
Great food at a great price! The staff is very welcoming and I always have a nice time here. The great taste at a reasonable price this place offers is very hard to find in Toronto these days. Will recommend Chicken Biryani and their curries
Really big portions for very reasonable prices. We initially stopped for samosas to snack on but the curry smelled/looked so good that we had to try it. So many curries to choose from and many vegetarian options. We got the thali and it s so nice to enjoy many different flavors. Also the mango lassi was so yummy.
One of my favorite Indian restaurants in Toronto
I would have given a higher rating but the restaurant forgot to put the rice in the bag and had to make rice myself. My husband said the butter chicken was kind of flavorless. There was a good amount of chicken in the butter chicken but the sauce fell short on the flavor side. I, on the other hand, had the curried eggplant and the chana masala and both were really good but like I said, they forgot the rice to my meal so I had to make rice myself, very disappointing.
Had a thali, Loved everything from my plate Very friendly staff Food : 5/5
Today i went around 1 pm. Ordered a vegetarian thali for dine in.. The server- she started making fresh Naan. And when i started eating the Naan was literally half cooked, i could touch the soft dough on all sides. I dont know what was her rush to give it so quickly. Also they never check the dining area, everytime i go there are dishes with food left on tables always, they should look at the dining and make sure to clean it.
Great food with affordable prices. Loved the Non veg options
Pleasant and friendly staff. Reasonable prices But sorry terrible tasting food It was loaded with spices but no taste whatsoever We bought one vegetarian thali and one no vegetarian thali Food : 1/5 |
Really good food. New owners and still a great buffet. We had 2 meat thalis (chicken tika masala and lamb keema), vegetable samosas, and tandoori chicken. We also added the aubergine curry and a lamb korma. The chicken and the lamb were tender and tasty. The Nan were freshly made and just perfect. We didnt eat everything and took the leftovers home to be savoured later on. Not only is this great food but amazing value as well. My brother lives in India and said it is as good as anything he gets there. Vegetarian options: Dahl, aubergine (brinjal), palak paneer, samosas, channa masala, aloo, mixed veg curry.
When we went for a stroll in the city and found this awesome place. Very authentic. We do recommend mang lassi
This used to be my favourite restaurant in the neighbourhood, however it s gone downhill since ownership change. I ve given it a few chance since the change, but it s consistently bad. Flavour of the food is now bland, and serving area is quite often dirty and unkept. Service leaves something to be desired. There has been multiple mistakes in my orders. Naan is consistently undercooked. If you ask for and pay for garlic naan, you still get plain naan. This has happened multiple times. It s sad that such a neighbourhood gem has gone this far in a bad direction.
Great place great service the owner she s awesome. Gave us tea for free
Great dining experience, the food was great and inexpensive. No long wait time and the restaurant is welcoming
Very tasty food. Service is good. Please try, highly recommend Food : 5/5
This used to be my go-to for Indian takeout (I d always get the meat thali). Unfortunately quality isn t as good as it used to be and portions are smaller too. Naan is made fresh to order but on my last visit, it was burnt. Friendly and efficient service though!
House of Lip smacking spicy Indian curries and snacks. Good clean open kitchen. Dine in and take out both available. This place is conveniently located in downtown and accessible from sherbourne ttc subway (green line 2) 150 metre walk. Yonge and Bloor (line 1) 200 metre walk.
Best Samosa in Toronto and very economic. Update : This is for the people who are from Odia Ethnicity. This restaurant takes bulk order for Authentic Odia Dishes (veg & non-veg). Recently I placed a bulk order 10 people for some dishes which are cooked in authentic Odia style. Those dishes includes Ghanta, Chicken Kasha, Machha Besara, Aloo Kalara chips many other things. All the guests really liked and we really got all the dishes cooked in authentic Odia style from here which we thought nearly impossible to get in Toronto. Also, got sweets as complementary . And the price was quite budget Friendly. Vegetarian options: I only tried the Samosa and it looks like my Quest of authentic samosa in GTA ends here
taste good, large portion of food, especially mango Lassi was really great! I also ordered salad by phone call, but I didnt get it. so call again there. Worker said, salad is free! I dont know if its only for to go or not. Although I had to go back to pick up the salad, overall good price, good food, faster than fast food. *I ordered Samosa, Meat Tharill, lassi for 2ppl We left food lots food thxs
Disappointing taste of veg curries
Excellent food.
My recent dining experience at Maja Indian Cuisine was nothing short of amazing. Whats truly remarkable is that despite the exceptional quality, the prices are incredibly reasonable. Whether its the aromatic curries or the perfectly cooked tandoori items, each bite is a testament to their dedication to deliciousness without burning a hole in your pocket. If youre looking for a place that combines great taste with affordability, Maja Indian Cuisine is the place to be! Highly recommend!
Quality of the food sucks. Had food poison from having tandoori chicken at this place. They sell old food and wont recommend to anyone. Dont buy from here. They do cheating
Made me sick
Really very good Indian food taste in Toronto. And very good price too. I appreciate your efforts to make this place so nice and we are able to eat our choice in foreign country also. Thank you so much
Got Half a chicken Biryani for takeout $8 and it was just rice + 1 tiny piece of chicken ! extremely disappointed

Had a great experience with somya
Perfect indian food Ive ever eaten in Toronto at affordable price. The owner is really sweet and the service is amazing. Must visit place.
Amazing place
It was really a bad experience as we visited for the first time the dine in area was so dirty with food on the table service was really bad.
excellent service and amazing food
Excellent food
The food quality is very poor, full of oil and not fresh food. We tried samosa and biriyani a couple of times and every time its the same experience. I hate to write negative feedback but quality matters!! We literally throw the food in dustbin. Waster of money!
Cheap food, terrible service. Should be opening at 12 pm, refusing to open and showing me 10 minutes with his fingers. Ok maybe I can wait, but not outside in winter. That was my last trip there. Food
For affordable Indian cuisine without compromising on taste and quality I would definitely recommend Maja. The restaurant is neat and clean. The owner is very welcoming and knows how to deliver great service.
Maja has a variety of Indian dishes to choose from. My personal favourite is their Paneer Butter Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala and Gulab Jamun. Their Samosas are also pretty good. Overall good quality food at a decent price.
Really tasty food every time and everyone who works there is so nice and accommodating
If you are seeking some Indian food and dont want to pay a lot, this might be a good choice for you. The service, selection and prices are good, but the food is just average. The portions are pretty small and the atmosphere is non descript. Great place for someone on the go, or for take-out.
Little bit expensive but good!!
Tasty Indian food. I m regular here.
food is amazing, they make the naan fresh to order. prices are good, portions are generous. service is quick, polite. vibe is relaxed and unpretentious
Vegetarian options: Good variety of vegetarian options and the food was very tasty, quantity was generous. Overall, loved it.
Tbh the naan is the only good thing going for this restaurant. They need to step it up when it comes to the curries.
I came to order biryani. They lady with the nastiest attitude ask me what is that? She had no idea what that was. Sureeeeeeee though they have a huge sign outside the window saying they have aromatic biryani! Wow unbelievable
Always great food here
