I must say that the food is always fresh, delicious and served with pride. Ive known the owners for the past 30 years and Guicamo and his wife are always accommodating.

Food was quite good with a nice selection of Italian dishes. The restaurant is quite crowded and noisy - as other people mention in reviews - but thats the vibe - reminiscent of side-street European restaurants. Recommended as a solid choice for dining in downtown Toronto.

Its our go-to for classic Italian.

Delicious food, good service!

Overall excellent premium dining experience! Parking: Downtown city location. Some street parking and public parking garages nearby. Transit is always recommended going to downtown Toronto. About 20 minute walk from Union Station and subway stops close by on Yonge St. Kid-friendliness: A formal premium restaurant, ideal for a special occasion for a family with mature children.

Food is good! No doubt! But the ambiance, the price and the service is all subpar.

Great Italian food. My server was so accommodating, offered us a private room for our group and very friendly. I wish I remembered his name. More of a mature look and feel than we expected but classy.

If I could give this review a 100 stars, I would! It s a family owned restaurant with passionate and friendly owners. The owner served us himself and then Joey, our server, provided us with exceptional service for the rest of our dining experience! The food was the best I ve ever had - we re leaving with full bellies & hearts. What a wonderful experience!

A little piece of Italy in the heart of TO. Attentive waiter, fantastic food, exactly the right ambience. Definitely recommend.

Ive come here several times over the tears, and never had a bad meal, love their tortellini. People I have sent here loved it and never heard a single complaint. They are truly a testament to the Elm Street landscape known for the high quality food, and calm atmosphere, and friendly welcoming professionals youd come to expect in that single block. I recommend Elm Street, but I really recommend Donatellos for your next meal or occasion.

A little expensive for what you eat

Wonderful old school Toronto Italian restaurant!

Came in on a random Monday evening. Welcomed by the host I sat inside. Food: Ordered the house salad and tortellini. Salad came quick served with a side of some sliced bread and butter. It was an alright salad with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber dressed with oil and house dressing. Nothing spectacular, this is the kind of salad you get in a grocery store with semi fresh ingredients. I believe, it s absolutely criminal to charge 15$ for it. Tortellini were definitely bought from store just mixed with sausage crumbles and sauce. Once again absolutely not worth 30$. Service: The servers are not very attentive. The personnel is undertrained and lacks experience. I asked for a bill and the guy brings me a dessert menu. Later, the other server who actually brought me the bill admitted that some of the others don t even speak English. Overall, the name of this place is the only Italian thing in there. The food is on a food court level and 100% not worth the money.

Loved the food and atmosphere- Has a bit of a New York vibe

While the Penne Arrabbiata was exceptional and demonstrated the culinary excellence of Donatello the service left much to be desired, the host s arrogant demeanor drew away the overall experience. Good food should be matched with good service. I hope the management takes steps to improve, so that future diners can fully appreciate all that Donatello has to offer.

I recently went to this restaurant with my partner and our good friend. The service initially was good, the wait staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. We ordered the grilled calamari for an appetizer which was good, though small for $19.95, and each an entree. The pasta was good, though they got two of our entrees wrong. My partner was told that the dish of shrimp and scallops would come with a white cream sauce pasta, but when it arrived it was a marinara sauce and had no scallops. My friend ordered an arugula salad, but received the summer salad instead. Upon telling the waiter that our orders were incorrect, he seemed annoyed and only took away the dishes to be corrected after another waiter was informed. The tiramisu was good and the coffees were enjoyable. Upon getting the bill however, they charged us each $8.50 for water. Not only is this a ridiculous price for water, but we weren t even informed that the water would even cost any money to begin with. When we told the waiter we had asked for tap, he apologized but basically blamed us saying we should have noticed that he was serving mineral water instead of tap water. I really disliked the lack of transparency about pricing. Overall, the food was decent but the service was subpar and I don t think I ll be returning.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! The waiter was very rude to us we were 3 girls and he was very racist. We didn t like the service at all so in the end we didn t give the tip. He said that you have to give the tip at least 15 % it s compulsory and then we were about to give it but then I told him that we came to this place before as well so it s not mandatory but it s ok we will give it. He said if YOU CAN NOT afford the place you shouldn t come to such places and don t disrespect your community by doing so. It was so disrespectful and racist of him. I will never go to that place again. It s not about the tip we would ve given it to him but the service was so poor from the start. And we can afford it that s why we were there at the first place. It s my request to not let the staff treat their customers like that.

This was my first time giving a one-star rating to a place, and its solely due to the abysmal customer service, not the food quality. Upon entering with my Indian friend (I am also Indian), we were immediately judged by the waiter based on our appearance, which we initially ignored. When my friend inquired about ingredients due to dietary restrictions, the waiter rudely dismissed her concerns. Throughout our meal, he repeatedly made unnecessary comments as he passed by our table. When we finally asked for the bill, which totaled $100, they didnt inquire if we wanted it split, and when I requested separate bills, I was bluntly told it was too late once it was printed. I decided to forgo the tip because of the poor service, which is my right, and there was no indication on the menu or bill that tipping was mandatory. Upon seeing no tip, the waiter insisted it was compulsory, which I found surprising as an international student unfamiliar with local customs. When I offered to pay extra, he struggled with the payment machine and accused me of disrespecting the community & told me If you cannot afford paying you should not go out to places. When I asked another waiter to call the manager, he instead told us to leave the restaurant and wait outside. Eventually, the supposed shift manager dismissed our concerns, attributing the waiters behavior to a bad day and suggesting it was a local custom to demand tips. Overall, I found the experience extremely disappointing. Regardless of any cultural norms, such behavior towards customers is unprofessional and unacceptable in any setting where people come to enjoy a meal.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Donatellos. The food, service, and atmosphere were splendid.

1. The penne pasta was served with a dry surface, probably because it had been left out for a long time, and the penne sauce around the plate was not even wiped off. I guess there is no manager who checks the plating before serving the food. 2. Both vongole pasta and penne pasta were overcooked, and is there no chef here? The sauce was so tasteless that I thought... 3. Dessert Italian chocolate ice cream may have been melted and then frozen, but the texture was uneven and the fat, moisture, and ice were separated. No taste. Just the cheapest ice cream flavor at the supermarket? If an Italian eats it, they will likely ask that the word Italian be removed from the name of this menu. The other menus, bread, and service were okay, but I was so disappointed with the pasta and dessert that I wrote a review. If you sell $30 pasta and desserts like this, Italians will be angry

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. However, the service was the worst service I have received in Toronto during my three years of living here, which is quite shameful for a restaurant of such high caliber with prices to match. Our server Tibor was not welcoming, he acted offended when I asked for water instead of something else to drink, he rushed us to order and when I asked him to repeat the specials for my mother who is in a wheelchair and hard of hearing he was offended. If it were not for the service I would go back to this restaurant tomorrow. But, alas, I do not think I will be going back any time soon.

Went for dessert coffee and clearly the staff didn t seem to care to provide proper customer service since we didn t eat dinner there. Only reason I m giving 3 stars is I have had pleasant experiences there before but if your not eating dinner and then dessert your not wanted. Also the tiramisu could use a lot of improvement verry soggy.

We were in search for some dinner, after just checking into our hotel today. We walked around the corner to find a quaint Italian restaurant. Italian food is my absolute favourite, and therefore it was decided wed have dinner there. It appeared that they were fully booked, although we were told we could have a table if we could be out in an hours time, no problem!! We ordered the Bruschetta, the veal with pasta, and the gnocchi. The service was outstanding, very knowledgeable and quick. The meals were divine!! We asked for a bottle of red wine, and decided to go with the waiters recommendation. We had a bottle of Alchymia Primitivo, it was outstanding!! We also had dessert , the chocolate truffle cake and a creme brulee, both were delicious. The food and service were amazing, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thanks to our server, I forgot his name, although he is from El Salvador, he was full of knowledge about the food and wine and friendly!! I didnt take any photos of the meals, I was too hungry!

The food was too good but the waiter treated us a bit harsh.. Didnt like his behaviour but if you want to taste the best Italian food you must visit.

Dined in for dinner with a reservation for 2 at 8pm on a Saturday and was greeted to a bustling, rustic and cozy atmosphere. I would say it was more lively than intimate but I prefer it that way regardless. Despite there being a party on the upper floor and both the patio and main floor being packed, the service was excellent and our server Dewan was attentive and checked in multiple times with us asking how our meal went. Before we ordered, Dewan made sure to ask us if we had any dietary restrictions so they could accommodate for it. We had ordered wine, the Traditional Bruschetta as a starter, Tortellini Alla Borina, Gnocchi Donatello, and Home Made Tiramisu for dessert. Everything came reasonable fast for a full house and the pastas were amazing. The Tortellini was cooked to perfection and the sauce was rich but not too overpowering. The Gnocchi was perhaps the best Ive had in the city when comparing it to other restaurants of the same price range. The portions of the pastas were generous and servers came around with cheese asking if we wanted extra for our dish. And the Tiramisu was fresh and a delicious way to end the meal. When finishing up the meal, I spoke with Dewan on how we found our meal and he told us about the way they make some of their best dishes, which I found interesting and a cherry on top of the already amazing service. All in all, amazing service and food; I would come back here again and definitely book a reservation in advance because it does get very busy.

A perfect fine dining experience. We had a salmon pasta, a Vitello Marsala and a grilled veal steak. The salmon pasta is 10/10: the pasta is creamy and the salmon is perfectly cooked. The Vitello Marsala has a Italian flavour which we enjoyed a lot. Also a easy 10/10. The waiter has a good recommendation. The veal steak is above average. Definitely recommending this Italian restaurant to my friends.

Noise but a cute little Italian restaurant

Overall Experience we had was good but it could have been better. In some aspects it could have been better. Talking about the positive aspects: 1.) The server was very polite and was explaining every dish to us and clearing our doubts whenever asked. He was actively available to help. 2.) The quality of food was superb. The pastas were freshly made and the food was served hot. 3.) Overall Hygiene was maintained and the restaurant was very clean. 4.) The taste of the food and beverages was amazing. 5.) The presentation of the dishes were very pleasant and food was as good as it was appealing.

The person who served me tried to sell more expensive wine and food which made me feel uncomfortable. The worst thing is that this person keyed in wrong total cost (higher than actual) but did not apologize, and then he put his own tip amount without me keying in the tip percentage. I asked him twice that I should be the one keying in tip amount and percentage, but he did not listen and simply gave menthe final amount after he himself keyed in 15% (I wanted to give him the lowest amount).

Off the street Italian restaurant with too little space, loud but service was great welcoming mindful and quick. The food was not good for the price, was hoping for more flavour and richness.

My husband and went here for dinner last night. The exterior is very cute, and has a kind of New York vibe. The service was great- our waiter was friendly and attentive. However the food was, sadly, nothing to write home about. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer, which was decent- but when I tried the spaghetti (our mains arrived at the same time as our appetizers, which seemed a little odd)- it was overly greasy. My husband said that his tortellini lacked flavor. We ended up filling up on bread.

Been to the restaurant many times - gnocchi is good. However, this time around, the service was bad. Nobody came to refill our waters. We were left waiting on multiple occasions to place our order, especially when it came to the dessert. Then, the server had the audacity to charge 15% on the bill directly without informing us, only for us to realize after we have paid. He didn t even give us the option to select. Don t mind the tip, but you shouldn t be doing that without informing the consumer. They just lost a regular.

I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Donatello restaurant tonight, and it was nothing short of a disaster. The customer service was appalling; the waiter s response to finding a stone in my pasta was to call the manager, who was even worse. Not only did the manager refuse to acknowledge any fault on their part, but he had the audacity to accuse me of tampering with the food. The level of rudeness displayed was utterly unacceptable. As if that wasn t enough, the quality of the food was abysmal. Finding a foreign object in my meal is bad enough, but the overall taste and presentation were equally disappointing. It s clear that Donatello lacks not only in basic hygiene standards but also in fundamental customer service principles. I strongly advise against anyone wasting their time and money at Donatello restaurant. Save yourself the frustration and opt for establishments that prioritize both quality and professionalism.

My recent experience at Donatello restaurant was nothing short of a nightmare. The evening started off promising, but it quickly took a turn for the worse. The customer service was shockingly negligent, and the quality of the food was equally disappointing. Upon ordering my meal, I specifically requested a vegetarian dish due to dietary restrictions. However, when my plate arrived, it was clear that my request had been completely disregarded. The dish was not only laden with meat but also poorly cooked and lacking in flavor. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, instead of rectifying the mistake, they shrugged it off and showed little concern for my dietary needs. To make matters worse, the manager, rather than addressing the issue with professionalism and empathy, chose to argue with me, insisting that I had ordered the dish myself.

Donatellos was absolutely by far one of the most amazing italian restaurants in T.O. This is our home away from home...our meal is always very enjoyable and satisfying that we just keep coming back! Our server Dewan and yhe rest of the stadf was so knowledgeable with the menu and decribed the specials with such passion and conviction that we could almoat taste it...when our food came we relized that his description did not do the food any justice! The food is very well priced, and it is hard to find a GREAT italian restaurant that is authentic and outstanding. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to enjoy our date nights here...he would never make that drive if the food was not worth it! The clam linguine vongole was one of the best ive ever had, and I have been to over 50+ Italian restaurants all over the world, including Italy. Crab ravioli was to die for!

Delicious!!! In short, my friend and I had our sights set on this place because he wanted spaghetti... and meatballs. When it comes to spaghetti and other pastas - when we visited - this place was specializing in seafood with the pasta. The server even said so when he laid out some of our options. My Japanese brother was visiting from Japan, and he REALLY wanted spaghetti and meatballs. So I asked our server if we could get spaghetti and meatballs (not something I usually do)... He asked the chef, and sure enough, best spaghetti and meatballs ever! We both had it. Amazing! My only regret is that my friend picked up the cheque instead of myself. Our visit was from around 1pm to 2:40pm. The place was not overly busy but I can definitely see this place filling up fast during evening and night. We saw some people come and go, in our time there...but it was never over about 75% capacity. Probably since it was a Wednesday afternoon. Great wine selection. We also had the tiramisu. Additionally I can tell you, this would be an excellent place to bring a date. I would gladly recommend the spaghetti dish we had, if it were on the menu. My friend and I are not so special in the grand scheme of things. So maybe they would make it for you also, if thats a concern. Enjoy!

Extremely disappointed with the service and experience here. Came here for a drink and dessert and was given very sour treatment from the host who stated we could only stay for 30 mins as they needed the table for other guests. However, there were several tables free and no line up to get in. After coming here, I see why it does not get busy on a Friday night. If they want repeat customers they should learn to address customers better. Sad to say the drinks were watery and the creme brulee was less than desirable as well. Not worth the money. Would not recommend coming here.

Walking the downtown streets, my wife and I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Her salmon was fabulous, and I thoroughly enjoyed the lamb. We will remember this spot for future trips to the big city!

Atmosphere of restaurant was good but I think they can put some air conditioner there because of smelling too much wine , also service is not excellent, at the end we recognized they added tip by themselves so we should pay tip ,although we wanted to pay already but forcing people to pay tip is not an acceptable idea .

Amazing place and amazing food

Consider this comment your sign NOT TO COME, the menu is not varied, not even risotto as an option, when the food finally arrived (after 1 hour) it was horribly cooked, plain, or overly seasoned; nobody in my table of 12 finished the food, not even finished salads, we couldn t take it. The service was worse, I asked for water 4 times and waited for it for an hour too, when the food arrived the water arrived. It just seems understaffed for servers and for kitchen members. We will for sure never come back.

Hands down the BEST lemon martini! This place is a hidden little gem just off college st, its small on the main level but it gives a very cozy italian restaurant vibe. Our waiter was friendly and gave awesome recommendations! I had the tortellini and the creme Brule and my friend had the seafood linguine with raspberry sorbet. We also split the grilled goat cheese salad which was amazing! Would definitely come back and recommend to all my friends for their valentines!

It was a holiday gathering for us on the second floor of the restaurant. It felt like going home for dinner, especially those stairs that reminded me of my host mothers house in Minnesota.

Everything was excellent. The food was incredible, the pasta just melted in my mouth. We got the Lobster special, the arugula salad and one menu secondi - Shrimp and Veal in a red wine sauce. We were so stuffed, we didnt have any room for dessert or cappuccinos. The ambience made me feel like I was in Italy. Special shout out to the staff! Excellent service, the servers, hosts and maybe manager kept checking on us over and over again. We felt so taken care of. They were kind, professional and had excellent service etiquette. Had a lovely experience, food was great and the staff were friendly. We were disappointed we didn t get to hear the specials since we would ve preferred the lasagna, (we heard another table getting told) but what we ordered was amazing.

Party of 5 adults went for dinner on the way to the theatre. Great traditional upscale Italian restaurant with the experience beginning as you approach the perfectly appointed facade and arched windows and doorway. Heading to our table at the far end, we were seated at the end across from the bar which was perfect for our happy group. Our server was personable and very professional, the food was out of this world perfect and their wine selection and presentation appreciated. Thank you for a great dining experience.

the atmosphere was the best thing about the restaurant. The food was just ok and not worth the price or the wait. In the end the order was given to me incorrectly and then they made the food expeditiously which resulted in an extremely extremely watery food experience instead of something that was worth $40. The appetizer, we got the grilled calamari. Rubbery, no seasoning and was bland. As a non-italian I could have made that level of quality of food at home. The dessert was ok. Nothing special. Basically tasted like they had bought the cheesecakes from Costco and decorated it with some chocolate. Didnt need to go and spend money on this. Save yourself the headache and dont go here. Putting my food aside, I tried the food for my other party members as well. Again, food quality was at the level of what you can get anywhere else for at least $10 cheaper. Im all about helping keep businesses open and supporting them but if you want to give me poorly made food, charge me the same amount that its worth and dont over inflate your restaurant.

We had planned on going to a different place and then found this restaurant close to our hotel. It was a great find. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

My friend and I made a reservation for lunch yesterday and it was amazing! We sat at the patio, and were immediately brought the menus (Jack was our server, also great!). We both had the Gnocchi Donatello (with the shrimp and chicken add-ons respectively), and Aperol Spritzes. Everything was absolutely delicious, brought quickly, and worth the price!

I expected a lot from this restaurant, and it was good, but not groundbreaking. The seafood pasta was quite pricey, and it was good. The location was so pretty, I recommend eating outside if possible.

It seems this place is highly selective for its clients and the criteria is about the owners/ staff expectation on what are you likely to order and if you are there to pay the big bucks and have a full course meal or not. It s been a second time we did not path a face control and their expectations, this time it was the owner who decided. While the receptionist was a bit apologetic and feeling somewhat uncomfortable and suggested we take coffee elsewhere (he suggested nearby places), if it was the only thing we were planning/ going to order. No other questions. The owner suggested that they were very busy while the tables were empty and almost no guests. What criteria we did not path? Denied access. Because they did not feel we were worth serving if our order was not quite to their expectations! A place with a specific form of discrimination. Sad, sad, sad.

The meal was satisfying, but the service was disappointing. The waiter cleared our bread without confirming if we were finished and gave us the bill prematurely, even though there were still 3 hours left before closing. Surprisingly, there were still occupied tables and vacant seats, with no one waiting to be served.

Food was amazing! The service was on point. I will definitely go back.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. Everything was perfect. My server Vince was friendly and knowledgeable and always made sure my wine glass was full. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend and will be looking forward to returning in the future!

Came for my husbands birthday and had a great dinner and time. We ran late due to bad traffic and called to let them know and they kept the table for us even though they were so busy. The veal was super tender and delicious, the tiramisu is made in house and incredible and they have a great selection of wine. Restaurant is adorable and perfect for an intimate meal. Tibor our server was the best and sweetest! He was very attentive and friendly! Thank you for helping make hubby s bday special! :)

This restaurant is a favorite for delicious Italian food. Each entree is customizable making it great for vegetarians. Every time Ive visited the staff have been so welcoming and attentive. I love the variety of spaces they have from the patio out front and the delightful atmosphere inside and the rooftop terrace. Contact the staff if youre interested in reserving their second floor for a birthday party or event.

Made a reservation for lunch for 2 people. Waited over 45 minutes to receive our food. Was told several times by the waiter that our food would be just one more minute. Had he been honest we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. EVERY other party that arrived before and after us had received their food and their bills. Had to take our food to go. No offer of an appetizer or soft drink refill to hold us over. And one of our drink orders was wrong. Was very excited to try this place but was a big disappointment.

We had a great dining experience here! Sat on the patio which was beautiful and the service was excellent. Wife had the Lobster Spaghettini and I had the Gnocchi both were phenomenal. We both had the Caprese Salad and it was excellent. Will definitely return and wouldn t hesitate to recommend to friends and family

This was my first time here, some of our party of 8 have been regular visitors however. Everything I tasted was delicious, especially the tiramisu, which I try in every Italian place. The wait staff was on point, they clearly were experienced dealing with a full house and still make sure we always had drinks topped up and food always coming out on time. I will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes I still have my eye on.

The absolute best pasta I ve ever had. Great wine selection reasonable prices. This is a beautiful quaint little spot. It was so good we talked about the delicious food all day and finally decided to go back a second night. We shared the Caprese salad ~ amazing, we also had some Pinot noir and Chianti with our pasta dishes. We finished off the evening with the Tiramisu which tasted like eating a fluffy sweet chocolate cloud. The staff here are all amazing and work together incredibly well. Superb service.

The most wonderful place for my girls and I to celebrate a birthday! The atmosphere and the servers were all so kind and welcoming, we were recommended a wine that we LOVED and the staff could not have been more kind when we requested a special birthday tiramisu! This restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way, and the food and warm starter bread was to DIE for! The lobster pasta was our favourite, it was a special of the day so try asking for it as it s not on the menu. We ll be back every year until we re too old to talk! <3

My visit to Donatello s in Toronto was, unfortunately, a memorably disappointing experience. From logistical lapses to service that soured the evening, it s difficult to find any silver lining in the time spent at this establishment. To ensure a seamless dining experience, I made a reservation weeks in advance. To further cement this, I called a day ahead to confirm. Imagine my dismay upon arrival, when the welcome I received was not with open menus and a smiling host, but with the chaotic reality of no table ready for us. This set the tone for the entire evening. The staff s handling of the situation only further exacerbated our discomfort. Rather than acknowledging the oversight with professionalism and courtesy, we were met with a wall of indifference. We were left in limbo, seemingly invisible to the very people meant to be our guides to a pleasant dining experience. The bustle of a busy restaurant is no excuse for neglecting guests, especially those who ve made every effort to follow protocol for a guaranteed table. Invisible to staff, my husband and I were forced to wait over 30 mins outside without any follow-ups or bread for us while we sat. As we waited, an air of tension hovered over us, thickened by overhearing staff members speak poorly of us. To overhear ones self being spoken of negatively, and in error, is both disheartening and infuriating. It is an etiquette one would not expect from a reputed establishment. To note, this was the MANAGER who was speaking poorly to her entire staff, who then overlooked us during our entire experience or would come to the table and ASK us what did you do? Why is she so mad?. We were nothing but kind and perhaps a bit confused, my husband and I are not ones to make an ordeal or ever treat anyone with disrespect. As you can imagine, this drama being asked to us while we are trying to make the best of this already poor experience was quite the shock. I have been to Donatellos a dozen of times before so I was willing to wait out their mistake, but never wouldve anticipated this horrendous display of unprofessionalism. It s regrettable to report that my experience at Donatello s was marred by such a sequence of service failures, a stark contrast to the culinary excellence one would expect from a fine dining restaurant in Toronto. To future patrons, I would suggest ensuring the establishment is ready to honor their commitments before deciding to spend a special evening there. As for me, it is unlikely I will return or recommend Donatello s, as the most basic ingredient for a satisfactory dining experience - respect for customers - was sorely missing.

I brought a friend to celebrate his birthday with his wife and we were not disappointed. Their foods are delicious. I would highly recommend this place and if you are looking for an Italian cuisine this is the place.

Food was delicious. Service is very bad. Not friendly service, they charged $ 35 for special service. We didnt get any special service. Our server always angry mood. not a good experience.

Spectacular!! This place was so next level that I didnt even take out my phone for pictures! Every single dish was mouthwateringly delectable, the servers were seamlessly working together. The servers were extremely knowledgeable and kind. This restaurant is charming & heavenly. I will be back and many times over.

The gnocchi pasta looks like maggots.

I went here tonight with four friends. Four of us got the special of a a rosé spaghetti with lobster. This dish cost 45 dollars and was an absolute waste of money. There was barely any lobster and each dish had so much oil. We had dessert as well, I got the chocolate truffle cake which was 13.50. It was basically a grocery store cake that would be worth 22 bucks but for an entire cake. They need to lower their prices if that s the level of quality they are serving.

When I checked out their menu before I went in, I was not keen on their menu. Menu seemed rather boring. I was wrong. I was amazed by how cozy and comfortable it looked as soon as I walked in. I loved the atmosphere right away. I was amazed that we ordered butternut squash and crab ravioli that was off menu items( they used to have on the menu), without hesitation they would make them for us. Ravioli dough was for sure made from scratch, that means they probably added stuffing and cooked to order. How special is that they would do that when restaurant was a full house? And my ravioli was delish! Whatever they did with the sauce was like thick gravy and I wiped my plate with extra bread. I was also amazed by how generous portion size was. I was stuffed after my ravioli & friend s salmon dish was like 1.5 portions size. And the price was very resonable. Highly recommend this place.

Such a great experience! We rented a private room and the service was incredible. The food was fabulous. Highly recommended for a special occasion. We were celebrating my mother in laws 80th birthday.

Pretty good italian resto, great spot for an intimate dinner or a corporate outing. I had the Prix-fixe Menu-c, consisting of a antipasto plate, caesar salad, pollo valdostana, and tiramisu. While the food was good something felt a little lacking, very solid but I feel the food quality could be a touch better. Great selection of cocktails and wine, nice atmosphere and great service as well.
