Came here with family a few weeks ago. Excellent and friendly service - the place was packed. We visited during Happy Hour, which meant there was a unique (and well priced) menu available. The issue was, while some of the dishes were great, the taste variety was quite limited. Many of the dishes were too cheesy and/or deep fried (and when deep fried, a little too oily), with very few (if any) lighter or green options available. I think they can improve the menu.
I visited for a date night during happy hour and it was a good choice. The service is on point and special thanks to Sarah who was serving my table. The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious. I liked their burger and tiramisu the most. Believe happy hour is the best deal for this restaurant and definitely coming back.
Beautiful place. Welcoming decor. We had a fantastic appetizer (can’t remember the name) and brisket pasta. Both delicious and generous in quantity. A bottle of Tuscan wine of course to complete the experience. Friendly service with a smile by Selma. Highly recommended!!
**Detailed review of their “Happy Hour” menu** The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. The server was really nice and friendly as well. But the food is terrible. As another Google reviewer said, the happy hour is not happy hour, just half the portions of what you get during regular hours on the regular menu. We got a table for 2, ordered 4 things off the happy hour menu. $12 Fried calamari was a very small portion, soggy and the dipping sauce tasted just like regular mayo, nothing special. $12 Burger was really small, comparable to the size of a cheeseburger from McDonald’s. Taste was surprisingly good, but for $12, portion size was extremely small. $9 Fried Polenta fries… 6 pcs of “fries” for $9, tasted very bland, had to use the mayo from the calamari as dip to have some kind of flavour. Included my hand as comparison how small the portion was, it’s really unacceptable. $9 Margherita Pizza was basically the size of your plates, kids size pizza, tasted bland, but the dough was very well made and crispy. After tips, ended up being $57 for 2 people for happy hour, just food alone, no drinks. Very disappointing experience. Also both my friend and I both had stomaches afterwards. Never coming here again for food. If you’re coming here, just get drinks and for the vibes.
I need more locations please. Superb. Can get pricey if you order wine, but that's to be expected. I enjoyed this thoroughly. Only thing that didn't make this a perfect 5* was the service. I was there around 3 in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy but it took some time for the server to get to me. Otherwise, great experience.
We had a wonderful time at Oretta Midtown, our waiter Pablo M. knew the menu and gave great recommendations, he has fantastic customer service. The food was delicious. Handmade pasta with the fresh large Clams reminded me of the west coast. My daughter chose this restaurant because everything in the kitchen is so fresh including a massive herb garden. The deserts are unique and 10/10. They have a family cheesecake recipe from Italy 🇮🇹 that is worth going to the restaurant just for that. The Bacio Di Pantelleria a hazelnut dessert was also to die for.
Great decor, very high quality food, unique drinks. I don't remember any other restaurant in Toronto that I have been as pleased with in a long time. As soon as you enter, you are captivated by the place. It makes you feel very special. Both the welcome desk and the service staff have been considered down to the smallest detail to make you happy. We ordered sangria and limoncello spritz ahead of time. Both of them were quite good. Neither more nor less. Then we ordered Fritto Di Calamari and Crocchette Di Patate. Since we were not very hungry, we wanted to try it. The calamari in particular was absolutely perfect. I also congratulate Chef. Finally, we ordered a glass of white wine. I think the most noticeable thing among all the things was the white wines we ordered. It wasn't pleasant to drink because it wasn't cold enough. We entered by chance while passing by during happy hour. In terms of price and performance, it was simply perfect. I will definitely go back again and I recommend it to everyone. I don't know if the service and taste quality will be the same in evening and weekend crowds, but in a place where so much detail is considered, I'm sure they pay great attention to it.
Came here for dinner with friends and the experience was sublime. Ordered the tasting menu and they were very accommodating with respect to food intolerances. The pasta was the best I ever had, the taste, texture and plating were top notch. The artichoke is a must try. The service was friendly and enthusiastic. The ambiance is clean, modern, open air environment. The food was perfect, different blends of flavours, textures, foods masterfully cooked and plated to please all the senses, visually, aroma, and taste pallet. A high end dining experience with an above average price, great value for the money, would highly recommend this establishment.
Ordered the Paccheri Genovese it lacked flavour. Great presentation though. Service was slow only because the server didnt put in our dinner order when we ordered our bread. Beautifully decorated restaurant. Where we sat tables were to close to get together
I went for brunch. Bottomless mimosas are always awesome and the food was amazing.
I can t believe that they charged extra for the milk for coffee during brunch This is a new low in pettiness
Quite delicious Italian food. Compared to other Italian places in the area, I would say Oretta has my favourite pasta but not my favourite flavours. Its usually quite busy for dinner so the service can be slow but its a really nice ambience so the slow service doesnt feel like that big of a deal.
I organized a dinner at Oretta for my dautherts BDay and it was great, fabulous food, ambiance and nice people helping with everything. Thank you again for a fabulous night!
Paid $20 for this cocktail. Hardly 1 full sip of drink in it. No exaggeration. 1 sip of drink between the ice cubes in that tiny glass ruins your mood for the night. Foods comes without any side, you have to order sides separately. A $55 steak will come to your desk as just a piece of meat... Not even a bit of parsley or a spoon of mashed potato for the optics. A piece of meat in the plate. Of course, order sides separately. I felt that this place is all about emptying my pocket.
It was exceptional. The staff were amazing. Braden was such a good host. Glasses were kept full. Non-alcoholic cocktails were made on request-they were awesome. The food was out of this world. And this probably wasn t on the Oretta 2024 bingo card-but great venue for family feud :0) Straight from the initial email this was the easiest event I have planned. I will be back on my own but will also recommend this to all my corporate contacts as an extremely exceptional venue. I will also say the staff adapted seamlessly considering we had an event going on throughout service-not the easiest, I am sure.
I have to point out this rating is only for the booking process and not related to food at the restaurant. I sent a FB msg asking to speak with management about my feedback on booking but didnt get a response so I think leaving it here they can read for themselves. On October 11 I sent an email to reservation specifically asking to reserve the Benedetta room for a party of 12 on to hose a baby shower on December 7. I got email confirmation same day confirming the reservation ( you can check your email system or I can post those emails). Work and life got in the way so I only remembered to update the restaurant the latest number of attendees to be 15 instead of 12, by sending an email the day before. All along I was wondering why no one reached out about the party meals selection as posted in the website, but I didnt think too much about it, assuming that can be done at the restaurant. Then I got an email back saying party over 12 will be handled by event specialist. First time hearing this. It was the night before but I thought I already have the room booked so its only a matter of fact about confirming meals when I get to the restaurant. I emailed again asking would it be a problem because I reconfirm the number of attendees late. Got an email saying shouldnt be a problem. When I got to the restaurant on December 7, only was told they did not expect a party at the Benedetta room. The reservation was only for the main dining room. They did not have me booked for the room to begin with. They would not seat us at the party room because they did not plan for this, even I showed the manager ( I assume) the email about my reservation asking for the room. At that point it was too late for me to do anything. Guests of honor and other guests were arriving. I suppressed my disappointment and ensure my guests had a wonderful time. No one complained but it would be different if we could celebrate in the party room where everyone can move around and mingle, instead of my guests of honor stuck in the middle of the long table. Hardly able to take pictures with other guests during the shower. Our server tried her best ensuring us having a wonderful time and got what we needed. But I have not seen the managers again checking in on us. Nothing was offered about the screwed up in reservation. Cake cutting at $5 per person for a party of 15 was fully charged. Its a nice establishment, I give them that. But with this booking experience I will not consider hosting any event there again. Please dont tell me its my fault that I did not reach out earlier. I am the customer and I was ready to spend some money (I was told for party room I need to sign a contract and commit to a minimal spend). Please train your staff better by reading the email correctly. Good luck!
Great vibes and the staff is very responsive, but unfortunately, the food is too simple. No interesting flavors or rich profile or textures worth noting. I ve given it three stars just for two things which might be redeeming-The crust of the pizzas is decent and the meat that they use is very fresh. I ve never tasted mortadella like this but it s not enough for me to try and come back here.
Great atmosphere and food. Classy, timeless structures, will definitely come back!
Jerome the bartender was awesome
I had a good time celebrating a good friend s birthday at Oretta. The food was great, but service can be better faster. We had to follow up a couple of times for our food. As I was about to leave, I headed to one of the coat racks that was provided for guests, I realized my coat was not there. Not sure if it was stolen or mistakenly taken by someone else. So I told one of the staff and she said she ll have the manager talk to me. Unfortunately the manager didn t come but instead told the staff to tell me to leave my number incase someone comes to return it. That s it. There were about 3-5 tables occupied as it was past 10pm. So I mentioned, whoever got my coat has left hers, so am wondering if I could take one of the coats that were left behind. I asked if they can ask people here to verify the coats and whatever is left I can take. It was -5 outside, come on I need a coat going home. So they did ask at the end there were about three coats left. So I said am taking this because this is the same brand and style of my coat, except it was black. The male staff jokingly commented yes please, we don t know if she maybe color blind or just didn t see as it was dark and took the black . When I got home, I received a call from one of Oretta s female staff asking me to come back ASAP as it was their manager s coat. There was panic in her voice but also a lot of arrogance from the very beginning. I said can I please return it tomorrow or when am back in the area? It was too late. She said the manager needed the key in the pocket and I mentioned there was none. She insisted that I come at 10:30pm and even told me well that is not your coat! . Wow, how rude was that. After about 10-15 mins I received another call, this time it was from a male staff, maybe the one who helped asking around when I was still in Oretta. He said you can keep the coat just return the keys . It was truly upsetting that they would think I would lie about the key just because I want to keep the coat!! The following day, I received another call from the girl who first called me saying about the coat you mistakenly took please, to correct this, I got that the coat with their permission. I told them about what I was told last night and asked to call me after an hour as I had an appointment. I received another call from their GM telling me file a theft case against me. How absurd is that. I told him exactly what happened and reminded him that if I wanted to steal that coat, I wouldn t bother leaving my name and my correct phone number and continue answering their calls. He did apologize as he said it was a case of he said, she said . Truly the most disappointing part here was how rude I was handled. It felt all they cared about is getting their manager s coat back (who could have been prevented if she opted to talk to me the night the incident happened). It didn t matter if they upset a customer or doesn t get her coat back, which is both in my case. They made me feel that it didn t matter if they inconvenienced me or disrespected my time and space, even to the point of harassment. This incident happened earlier this year. It took a long time for me to post because I thought it wouldn t matter. But I realized it s important to say things like this that actually happened and was never resolved.
Highly recommend, special thanks to Joel who was serving my table.Great decor and very high quality food . Also has great customer service.
Came recommended from friends. Party of 6. Great pizza and salads. 3 of the same pasta were barely warm. The mocktail was basically soda, w a pretty name. Our dinner plates sat for well over half an hour before being taken away, but the tip is automatic for a party of 6. They asked on arrival if this was a special occasion. It was 2 milestone birthdays. Not sure why they bothered asking. We went elsewhere for dessert... I think the restaurant was simply too busy.
First time there. Was craving Italian food so my husband and I stopped in. Bright cheery atmosphere. They sat us outside which was closed in with heat. We had to go sit inside after 10 mins. The electric radiators they have in the ceiling were so hot It felt like I was getting burned. They could have turned some off, or lowered the temperature? Sitting with 3 surrounding a person is overboard. I ordered eggplant parmigiana. I received a dish with 3 tiers of round pancake like eggplant. The taste was not bad, but I had to dismantle the tiers in order to eat. Eggplant parmigiana is not traditionally made like that. It is made like lasagna, in layers. My husband ordered their tagliatelle but instead received pappardelle (super wide long noodles, 1 inch wide) in a veal Bolognese sauce. The veal tasted like pork. It was impossible to eat this pasta because they gave him a knife and a fork. As an Italian I am used to eating my spaghetti or long pasta with a fork, sometimes a spoon is required , depending on the pasta. And their forks are these huge heavy utensils with the tines being so thick they do not puncture anything making it difficult to pick up the food. We asked for a spoon for him (I understand its not socially acceptable in Italy) but we were told by the server that Italians do not eat pasta with a spoon and fork, they eat their pasta with knife and fork. LOL. Growing up at our Italian table even as a child I never had a knife to eat my pasta nor did I ever see any of my family members using one. We never chopped our pasta up in order to eat it. We learned to twist the pasta with a fork. LOL. If you need to chop your pasta up then dont bother eating long pasta, just stick to the short pasta. I did not bother to respond to the comment, I found it too hilarious.
Perfect place for lunch meeting or brunch getaway. Staff were attentive and excellent in every way. Will be taking the family there for sure.
An Italian restaurant in Toronto that takes you on a magical journey to the heart of Italy. I enjoyed the flavors of every dish, and their drink menu was really tempting .
I m a little disappointed in Oretta especially when they are busy this time of year. I have definitely had some poor service and mediocre dishes. When they are on they can be really excellent. I will give it another shot.
The food and vibe are great here, but the staff is the best part about this place. Salma was our server tonight and she was the bomb dot com. Seriously such phenomenal service!!!! Thank you!
The grilled octopus was flawless - easily one of the best seafood dishes I have ever had. Calamari was fantastic. Branzino was fresh and cooked perfectly. Would recommend 100%. Atmosphere is fun, modern and classy.
Went for date night last night and both the food and service was phenomenal. Couldn t quite hear his name but we were served by Joel (?) and his service/suggestions throughout the whole experience were 10/10. He has great energy and we ll be requesting him next time we re back!
Do not order the Caesar salad unless you enjoy a jar of anchovies. Don t go if you re vegetarian, they will not accommodate you. Our waitress forgot until we reminded her of our drink, and then again later, forgot our coffee reminded her and brought us a cold cup of coffee. Not a wide range of dessert at all. I would not return.
The Spaghettoni Al Limone was simply divine! A must-try for pasta lovers
Dropped in for late lunch and the food was excellent! Right amount , perfectly seasoned. Our server Sevana was professional, polite and very knowledgeable of the menu. A delight that added to our lunch.
Really good food, good portion sizes and friendly staff. A bit loud where our group was but otherwise great experience.
Very nice, fresh food with outstanding service. Love the tiramisu!
Just loved it all. From start to finish. Service was great. No one was rushed. Great food. Great dessert.
Very bad experience. Unfriendly waitress. The food wasnt bad but nothing exceptional. It was for a birthday, we had made it clear but nothing was done. Its not worth it
Such a beautiful huge gardenish place . You will get the feeling as if you are In one of the episodes of Bridgerton . Very polite staff and wonderful service. Cocktails are mind blowing and the Foccacia bread Food : 5/5
It is a fantastic place and has excellent food!
Amazing place to have a cup of coffee and delicious Italian desserts! Pastas look tempting as well!
It was a complete surprise.. I was taken to Oretta for my birthday for brunch on a Saturday. It s a bright beautiful restaurant. The service was warm and welcoming. Not obsequious but genuinely helpful . My friend s burger and potatoes looked delicious; her feedback was very positive. My soft boiled eggs on avocado toast was perfect and even better than expected. It was a comfortable and yet special experience.
Pecorino Romano thank you very much
The things I had were tasty, I ll be back to try more!
I came in for lunch. I ordered the lunch special with 3 courses. I payed an extra 9$ for burrata expecting a nice size. Instead I was given a quarter or even less of a ball of burrata. I would have much preferred to save my money and stick with any of the original options. On top of that I had to pay 8$ for some bread which was by no means good, just to eat only a quarter of it and then run out of burrata because they gave so little. That Burrata ruined my day. Staff and atmosphere were nice however. I spend 90$ on lunch with a drink:(
Lively but LOUD! Everything on the menu is solid. The pasta is a real treat and just as good as in Italy. I highly recommend it.
Their so called gluten free pizza is so not! It s baked in the same oven and same tray of normal pizza so it s all contaminated. It should not be labeled as such! You ve been warned. The happy hr shrimp cocktail is total crap.
Great food options, the berry cheese cake is exceptional.
I recently hosted my sons baptism at the venue for 20 people and it was fantastic. The food, service, and atmosphere was amazing, I would highly recommend hosting parties here. I will certainly be back and be hosting parties here in the future.
Came in Saturday afternoon. Service extremely slow and drinks took forever. Food was excellent
Overhyped
Our server, Nico was amazing! The food was done perfectly as well as the appetizers and drinks.
Food and service good but incredibly noisy
Great location and atmosphere. The thing is that the food was way too expensive for the quality. The che fame was too salty and the carbonara was too bland and undercooked. There also was no coffee/dessert menu, so we didnt get to know prices until the bill came. The ice cream was good which is why the food rating is not 1 star, but for $100 for 2 people, there really was a lot left to be desired after this meal (a large cup of water).
Real Italian place. Very good.
So we were 4 people it was the past Friday night and the service was really bad. First, took the waiter 15 mins to come so we order drinks. Second, we received the appetizers but we didnt get plates so I asked, then we didn t get knifes so I called the waiter and I asked, we got the pastas and nobody brought Parmesan, it was a disaster! I kept asking all night for stuff they should have brought immediately. I got annoyed and didn t enjoy my dinner then they ask 18% for the bad service.
Came here for lunch to catch up with a friend and I believe overall it was an okay experience. Firstly, the host was quick to welcome us and guide us to our table. On the other hand, it took a while for our server to give us water and take our order. Id say that took a whole 15 minutes. I got a Che Bella Spritz to drink and it was pretty good. I decided to do the 3-course lunch special, while my friend got the Focaccia and a pasta dish. 10 minutes later, our appetizers of Calamari and Focaccia came and both of us devoured that. Focaccia is delicious btw, the Calamari was a bit on the salty side, but I still liked it. Our mains of a Margherita Pizza and Spaghettoni Alla Nerano took another 40 minutes, which wasnt ideal. By the time dessert time came, my friend didnt really want anything, while I was waiting on my tiramisu. Turns out our server forgot about it, when she came around to refill our water and asked about the bill, and so we had to wait another 10 minutes for that. It was a fine experience. It did seem like she was the only server working around and tending tables, whereas the bartenders were working at the bar and the food runners were just delivering food. The only reason why I wont give the service a one star is because she did have a joyful demeanor, which is always a nice quality for a server. If I ever come back, I hope server check-ins are more frequent and the food comes out faster however.
Had a lovely anniversary dinner at Oretta Midtown! The food and drinks were fantastic and we were well taken care of by our server Sevana who was warm, very attentive, and made great menu recommendations.
Great experience 8/10
Mid food, but service was really good. Happy hour food really isn t happy hour , it s just smaller version of main dish. Better restaurants in midtown. Very expensive as well
Stunning interior but the good pretty much ends there. This place is paradise for those who love taking aesthetically pleasing Instagram photos. I came for the food. Made a reservation for a group of 5 girlies for Sunday brunch and was seated right away. I appreciated that they were upfront with another party coming in at 2:30 (which gave us 2 hours to dine). Service: Our server was fairly tentative, and our water glasses were never empty for more than 5 minutes. We were also not left with empty plates for too long. The deal breaker and my biggest pet peeve is when they bring out the food before any drinks we ordered. And (I think) that does not fall on our server but rather the service here in general. All 5 of us got some sort of coffee, whether it d be an Americano or a latte. They brought them out minutes after our food arrived. It s 5 of us, but our sever came back confirming 2 of the 5 drinks (which she got both wrong); when the drinks did eventually arrive, one of the girls had the wrong drink made for her. Food: I ordered the Nizzarda, with cured tuna and greens. Unfortunately, I was extremely underwhelmed by this dish. It was on the bland side. One might argue that it s a salad - but if you re charging this price for a salad, at least have something special/different. I drizzled the dish with their chili oil and the flavour was just still not there. Not the expert here but from a customer s perspective, the tuna also just tasted like canned tuna. I was so disappointed with everything at this point because I so badly wanted to like Oretta. So I got one of their donuts to go, the pistachio one, to share it with my partner when I get home. He tasted it and asked what flavour it was. I told him pistachio; he bit a chunk of the filling and told me to try it for myself, because it tasted nothing like pistachio. At least the pistachio filling is not neon green was the verdict. Overall, extremely underwhelming experience.
Pasta was so good!
Sarah is really wonderful ! Thank you to her for the Happy Hour aperitivo! Everything it was perfect Food
I absolutely loved this restaurant! One of the best Italian restos Ive been in T.O. I got the swordfish dish. Perfect texture and taste. Very subtle. We celebrated our anniversary there and the server asked us if we re celebrating right in the beginning and then they brought a complimentary Prosecco for the 2 of us! It made my date just more perfect!
I had a my birthday brunch with a friend today, and Joel made an already great day, even better with his impeccable service. Extremely friendly from the start, was extremely patient with our indecisiveness we weren t rushed whatsoever while ordering. Accommodated a table switch with a smile on his face, and his personality made the whole atmosphere light up!!! To top it off, he surprised us with a candle on the french toast order when we returned from the washroom, and snapped a picture right on time. If you plan on coming to Oretta, hope Joel is your server! An absolute gem in the city. Definitely will be returning! Thank you Joel! :)
I just had the most memorable experience here for my friends birthday brunch! I have to give a massive shoutout to Joel, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I m not one to usually leave reviews, but Joels service was so oustanding that I just had to share. His positive energy was infectious, and he made us feel so special. He even secretly placed a sparkling candle on my friends French toast while we were in the bathroom. He also offered to take a photo, that now we ll cherish forever and wouldn t have gotten without him! It was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Undoubtedly the best service Ive experienced in Toronto! Thank you, Joel, for making our day so incredible and for being the amazing person that you are.
Had a birthday dinner at Oretta and it is a beautiful location. We had amazing service and a wonderful time overall. The food was good but not great for the price. I would recommend the appetizers but the mains were underwhelming.
Great food, excellent service
Ive lived in the area for a number of years and this was my first visit for lunch. We had the prix fixe for $35 and it was DELICIOUS! The calamari, veal bolognese and tiramisu was more than enough -- we had to brown bag some of it and for someone who eats her major meal at lunch, that should say a lot -- it was a lot of food and Im not complaining :)
While I work, I see myself eating the lemon biscotti gelato. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The customer service is impeccable. The food is memorable like the people serving me. I look forward going back making more memories. Dietary restrictions: I have a condition called diverticulosis. Certain foods will aggravate it. No peppers or mushrooms. I enjoyed my meal with no after effects.
Excellent
I loved my experience . Ashlie is the best. I definitely recommend, I had the steak and wine and Prosecco and Ashlie was the best and made our experience great! Love it she should get a pay raise.
Drinks and service were good. Focaccia was delicious . The rest of the pasta dishes were ok. Food
Ashlie was an absolute delight!!! She greeted us with a warm smile and provided top-notch service throughout our brunch. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our experience exceptional. She anticipated our needs perfectly, and her menu recommendations were spot on. Ashlie made us feel truly welcomed, and we couldn t have asked for better service!
We were here for a date on a Saturday night. We sat at the table at 8:30 pm, after 30 minutes no one came to us, we had to call the server for the order. No water was served. We ordered arancini and olive ascolane and they were clearly pre fried, reheated in the oven. We received our pizza after 30 minutes.... During this time no one came to ask for something else to order (drink filling). Decent food shame about the service also because the location is very nice. Not recommended, in midtown there are better options.
Annie was a great server. The bartender and hostess were great too!
I ve visited this restaurant twice for brunch, and the food tasted great both times. However, during my second visit, I felt rushed by the servers to place our order or pay or leave, which made the experience less enjoyable. Because of that, we decided to try a different place for our third brunch.
If I would be able to give 0 star , I would definately do that. Server was so rude and because of amount of tip , at the end she told us do not come back again. In addition to that in one of our drink, there was insect and once she back with new drink she gave us smaller amount.Interesting that how a server can tell customer do not come back again . If you see Riya review, you will get same issue again reported by her/him meaning it is a permanent issue there
Very expensive for small portions. Around 25$ for a handful of pasta. Its tasty, but not worth the cost when there are so many better Italian restaurants in the area with more reasonable prices.
Hostesses and waitress were excellent. Food servers were great, Food was very salty on 2 of our three entrees (both pasta dishes). If we had known, we would have requested alterations to the dishes to get less salt. Should not have to ask for this. If someone wants a salty meal, it can be added at the table. Lesson for next time. The Caesar salad and bread was pretty good. Octopus dish could have been presented better. The dining room is well laid out with reasonably spaced tables, however, the walls don t have anything to muffle the sound and ceiling is quite high, so sound bounces off walls and ceiling and therefore place is quite noisy. If you want a quiet, more romantic ambience this isn t the place to go. Parking: Nearby free street parking is available.
I was here for a Saturday morning breakfast with my mom and Oretta was the perfect place! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was a calm atmosphere and the food and coffee came out quickly and were absolutely delicious with very generous portion sizes! Overall very impressed with the whole experience thank you <3
I really enjoyed my meal today. I had the calamari and they were perfect! Not chewy and not too crunchy. Just right . had the sea bass for main and it was great! Served with charred brocolini and roasted potatoes. All were amazing. Finished up with tiramisu which was so soft and fluffy and just the right amount. The staff were very pleasant and attentive, the venue is beautiful with second floor seating that overlooks the bar and a beautiful patio tucked to the side street just of Yonge. Cant wait to go back!
Favourite place to get bottomless mimosas and brunch !
My first time going to Oretta. Great atmosphere and very attentive service. Food options were good as well. I was here for a business lunch and it was nice that the restaurant was not terribly busy. Parking: Parking is available but expensive
So. So. Gooooood! Everything. All of it. Absolutely LOVE this place. Thank-you.
We chose this place for a late-night meal with friends, and it didn t disappoint. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and we were greeted warmly upon arrival. We ordered the half-octopus and a pizza both were cooked perfectly. The portions were just right for one person, satisfying but not overly filling, making it a great choice for a late-night bite. For drinks, we had the Zen cocktail, a bourbon-based drink, and a Tiramisu Martini. Both were beautifully presented and tasted delicious.
First time at this restaurant. Went for brunch. The Panino salsiccia e uova was oh so good. Very tasty. The crispy potatoes that come as a side are massive...and they dont have ketchup which I found odd. BUT, I would go again just for that sandwich. Shared the mista salad..it lacked dressing. But, otherwise fresh. Space is bright and inviting.
Staff were great, and the food was okay . Atmosphere brilliant. But it took our party to receive food an hr + after ordering. Same with the desserts. Portion size for the vegetables can be worked on as well. Otherwise, its a good experience Dietary restrictions: For a lactose free dessert option. Only a plate of mixed berries was offered as a substitution. Parking: Parking is in the garage of the farm boys and staples building. To find Oretta, you need to exit and walk around the front of the building to find the entrance.
Reasonable Italian food in a quaint setup. The decor is very fun. My main complaint is that drinks took a long time to come 3 beers and a latte showed up 5 minutes after our mains, though we ordered them all at the same time.
Neat spot in mid town. Great food
First off, beautiful decor. Tables for two a bit close, but food should make up for it. Not quite. Ordered fried calamari. It was good. I had as a main course, veal cutlet. Tough, dry and terribly over salted. Had 2 bites and I d say, chef should be ashamed serving this meal period, but for $40.00 thats a crime. They took it away and instead had a wait of 40 minutes for a vegetarian cheese pizza. I had 2 bites and left it. I wouldnt even take it home as a left over. My partner had Sea bass it was tasteless. Waiter was nice, asked for lemon for sea bass. It never came. I am shocked at how busy this place is. Food is really not good and its not an inexpensive restaurant by any means. I guess people go to be out socially. Its 100% not for the food. La vechia, grazie, ciabo any one of these restaurants a few blocks north has better food for thats a bit less expensive. Truly a waste of $135.00. Only nice part was, still hungry, we went next door and had some decent Ramin. Dont waste your money.
Emma at the bar had amazing energy and provided amazing service to me and my friends. she was knowledgeable about the menu and gave me amazing drinks. We had a great time and definitely plan on coming back
Lighting in the restaurant was ridiculous had to use my cell phone light to read the menu. Food was mediocre at best. With prices which were well beyond the quality of tye food. All in all a regrettable experience and unless major changes I will not eat there again
Went there with my mom on a Sunday, the place was packed but the atmosphere was really nice, very chic and modern. My mom ordered the Cavatelli Alla Vodka and I ordered the rigatoni alla carbonara. Hers tasted great, perfectly seasoned and cooked a little over al dente. Mine however tasted similar to mac & cheese, pasta was a little hard and salty. The server apologized but not much was done after that. I also ordered a peach spritz, nothing special but definitely not $18 worth. Overall, the experience was alright and the bill was expensive, $81 for two dishes of pasta, one coke with lemon and a spritz.
Absolutely beautiful place! Plenty of seating great Italian food great selection of drinks and great servers and bar tenders
Cocktails and Pizza were fantastic. Easy parking!
Bad service experience here. Came for family dinner and they forgot one of our meals. 4 of us finished eating before the 5th person s food arrived. When food (steak) came, it was cold and overcooked. When we asked waiter what happened, his response was when it switches from happy hour menu to regular menu at 7pm, they get a rush of orders and sometimes things slip through the cracks. Would think this would be addressed by the restaurant if it happens frequently enough.
I have been to this location multiple times mainly for the ambiance and decor. I also really enjoy the desserts. However the portion sizes of their pasta dishes are very small and their pizzas are always burnt. I have had pizza at this restaurant multiple times and the corners are usually not edible because it s burnt. I find the menu prices really high for what their offer. I may not want to go back again.
Only go for the pizza.
A classic Italian brunch place!
Gem of Yonge and Eg, especially the patio in the summer!
the Calamari is the worst Ive ever tried, not crispy , its soggy. We ask why and they said they tried as much as they can. If you cant do it right dont serve. Food : 1/5
Went for a birthday. Service was excellent. Food was great.
We only had dessert, and it was fab!
Fun place to eat. This is the newest of 3 other restaraunts owned by Sals group in the midtown Toronto area that weve frequented for years. The female servers wear pyjamas (which you can buy at an outrageous price) that dont do much for them (and why only female servers?) and they wouldnt let us in just for a cappuccino one day last fall when they were half hr from opening for dinner, which is their perogative of course. The food in their other two restaraunts is better but the thin crust pizzas are great as are the gelatos. Id skip the pastas and other desserts tho, and the calamari seems to be the pre-frozen type, not the real thing. Parking is hard to find unless you pay to park underground at not too cheap rates. Overall, a fun place to dine out with family and friends, but over-the-top prices.
Great food, quick service and fabulous ambience. However, the hostess wont give you patio seats until you convince them you deserve it. I had a 5 minute conversation with her to get one of the empty patio table.
Great food and ambiance. Very authentic Italian food
I feel terrible to write this kind of review, but I hope it serves as a wake-up call for you. We had a special night out, and I am deeply sorry for inviting my guests to this restaurant. First, it seems like the restaurant assigns servers to specific tables, but the other servers who only brought food to our table without making any eye contact or speaking to us felt incredibly rude. I know it s not a high-end restaurant, but a little attention would have made a huge difference. I was beyond frustrated with the food. Every single person at our table commented on how unbearably salty everything was. Did someone accidentally drop a bag of salt on our dishes? None of us could finish our meals. What s more, no manager or server came to check on us after we had a few bites, despite our obvious discomfort. We spent almost two hours (exactly 1 hour and 50 minutes) at the restaurant, and the wait times were ridiculous: 20 minutes to take our food order (after being asked twice about drinks) 30 minutes to finally get some starters, which we finished in 10 minutes An extra 30 minutes to get the mains Another 30 minutes to have the cake cut and brought to the table If I knew someone was experiencing such delays, I would go to their table to explain or at least check if they were okay. It costs nothing to communicate. Why did we have to beg for attention? We asked for the cake to be cut and brought to the table since it was a special celebration for us. The only decent part was the cool firework on the cake. But waiting another 30 minutes for it was infuriating. The server carried the plates in a showy manner, holding four plates at once, but one of the cakes on his right arm was smashed underneath another plate. Cutting a cake isn t that hard, but you charged us $5 per person for this service? I could have cut the cake myself and saved that money for something better. This total mess wasn t worth it. After spending half a grand on a meal, I deeply regret choosing Oretta Midtown. Poor management, understaffed service, and overrated food quality define this place. There needs to be a significant change to keep this business afloat. You are ripping people off without delivering quality in return. I hope this feedback highlights your frustrations and provides constructive criticism to the restaurant.
3 course lunch is a must!
Great food and service! Weve tried various pizzas and pasta dishes, and desserts. All was excellent.
Some lovely food and very accommodating of my baby grandson, even on a Friday evening
Great spot for a midtown patio dinner on a summer evening.
I hope the Chief can go to Italy some day, and learn how to do a real Carbonara. What I had was pasta swimming on eggs. It was disgusting. If you want a real Italian food. Go to La Vecchia!
BOTTOMLESS MIMMOSSAS. Great place, easy parking. Cute decor. The food was also very good
Oretta is very aesthetic but unfortunately the food quality does not match the decor. The meals are consistently overpriced for the offering. The happy hour specials are probably the only thing worth going for, and even then I think you could find better in the area for a similar price. I went for my second time today and got the lunch special for $35, from which I chose the antipasto, Chilean sea bass and tiramisu. The antipasto included prosciutto and another cured meat with no cheese and no bread, so basically a plate of cured meat with 3 olives on top. The sea bass was cooked well but was bland, and it included potatoes but only 1 stalk of broccoli like k. The tiramisu was the stand out.
Good Italian cuisine, kindness and care from the dining room staff.
3-course lunch for $35 is a deal. Service and front of staff were great too. Definitely worth a try if you re looking for a lunch spot around midtown.
Came here for our anniversary dinner and the food, service and ambience was great. We had the Spaghettoni cacio e pepe & Pappardelle Alla Bolognese. Both were great. Their hazelnut gelato was out of the world
The only reason I m giving 3 to this restaurant is Nicola. She was our waitress yesterday. Everything started good if I don t include her poor knowledge about Italian wine selections :) She rushed us out for almost everything and served super sloooowww At the end I ordered almond cake (or smth like that) my husband ordered hazelnut crumble cake (or smth like that) She brought spoons and left on the dirty table. Without napkin or anything to cover them. Considering she might be tired I wanted to ask if possible to bring another pair but not to leave on the table. She gave a side eye as I wanted smth not understandable or I have to swallow all the dirt on the table lol. She didn t even clean the table after we finished our dishes, why should I be okay with the cutlery which are not served properly? Later on she brought another pair but with a very rude attitude. When we finally got our desserts we noticed that there should have been fork and knife be served. My husband asked for it but guess what? She brought only for him and left them on the table :) Throughout the night she had that bossy attitude and kinda not willing to serve us anymore. I hope you re reading this Nicola, if you don t know about hygiene, it s your problem and if you don t like your job unfortunately it s your boss problem. I don t pay to please you but enjoy my night. Leave your complexes at home girl. Yeah, if you wanna enjoy your night guys try not to seat at the area where Nicola serves. You ll either get sick or annoyed.
lovely place to have a good meals!
I dined in at oretta for a birthday brunch and ending up leaving very disappointment and uncomfortable. The food is alright, not the best but not the worst. The waitress that was serving our table was not attentive to our table (checking in to see how things are going or common customer service procedures. Towards the end she attempted to refill everyone s mimosa glass to purposely charge everyone $40 for bottomless despite us telling her we do not like it. Unfortunately for myself I went to the bathroom and was charged anyways. The waitress asked my entire table why our tip was low and lied to our faces telling us it s restaurants procedures to know why a tip is low. Despite giving us horrible customer service and purposely up charging our bill. I still gave a tip. When I called the restaurant the day after to ask management if this was true. They said no and it was noted that our table left no tips when all of us left a tip for the waitress in CASH. Other reviews mentioned the treatment staff members will do to specific guest and it s sadly true.
Lovely place good food
Its a very loud place. We had to almost yell to be able to hear each other. Other than that, its a great place. Food
Its right by my office so Ive been a few times now. The food is good, they have the set lunch for good value but all of the food is worth it. Had the berry cheese cake gelato and the hazelnut the this time and they were amazing.
I came here for the first time last week to celebrate my nephews graduation - this place has amazing food & vibe! Great spot for a date night or for the whole family. We ordered a bunch of appetizers, pizzas, and pastas to share family style. Fun night out!
Good mid-town atmosphere for any occasion
The service was very poor, our server Ashlie was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spilt my mimosa on the table and did not clean it nor apologize. The person who dropped off our food to our table asked if we need anything else and we asked for a sauce, after waiting 15 minutes we asked our server and she said we were supposed to ask her directly, we were nearly done our food when we finally received the sauce. This service did not pend a tip however we still left 15%. After paying, she aggressively walked away without any acknowledgment. A tip is not mandatory and should not be expected. If my group and I received better service and treatment we would have happily given a greater tip. Was not a pleasant start to our day. Horrible service.
With my friends we went there for the 1st time and this restaurant is so good and Fancy. We waited for a long time to get served but beside that everything was fine. Kavin was really friendly and helpful, he give us some good advices and tips for the next time. He was really careful and was always here to help us, we really appreciate that :)
Went for happy hour. Fantastic.
I recently visited oretta the vibe was soooooo amazingg. Not to forget our whole experience was So memorable and fascinating just because we had so amazing server clarra. She was so optimistic her hospitality literally touched us. She deserves a raise. Thank you so much clarra for making my experience so memorable.
I commend the restaurant for offering gluten free options but would advise that they work on their recipe so the food is actually edible. I paid $72 for the most atrocious carbonara and pizza I have ever had the displeasure of putting in my mouth. Good intentions, poor execution. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free
Good food and coffee
Great patio setup (can be windy, and noisy from the nearby construction). All Wait staff were pleasant & courteous. The Hostess had the cutest company provided outfit. Meal was delicious. Take advantage of their Happy hour menu - from 2:00pm, if i recall correctly. The gelato is a must!
The worst Italian food ever. Clams were over cooked and rubbery. Pasta was dry. Bolognese was over salted. Pizza crust was dry and pretty well inedible. Service terrible. Do not dine here.
My first time having beef tar tare on my pizza and...was not disappointed. Actually it was my first beef tar tare and it was still amazing. Not to mention the service was impeccable, from the moment you step in and from the moment youre out. Jennifer had served my friends and I during my birthday and was informative with all our inquiries and taste palettes. I definitely recommend this to those who also love that San Francisco type of interior and for some good italian cuisine.
Beautiful decor, washrooms clean and private, main dinning room a tad crammed, tables really close to the point when neighbouring customers take their seats they hit your table. Food was good not great, found a bug crawl from arugula that adorned our pizza. No chocolate gelato! We think one and done Kid-friendliness: We dined family style with our two kids. 3 apps , 2 pizzas and 2 pastas
Love the patio and of course the ambience and food.
Food was great, service was great, and the place is beautiful. And youre definitely paying the premium for it.
We just had appetizers and drinks. The drinks are good and the food is pretty good . Prices are fair. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I wasnt blown away by the appetizers but it was pretty good. I would go back.
Celebrated my birthday with a group of friends there. Lovely ambience, delicious Italian food and friendly staff. Our server made sure we had what we needed as quickly as possible. They brought a complimentary delicious creamy ice cream with a firecracker on it to spice up our birthday celebration. The espresso after the dinner hit the spot.
Fantastic! One of our new favourites. Sophisticated - the space is fresh and lively, and the food was fantastic. We had the lemon pasta and margarita pizza - both were excellent - still thinking about the pasta - so perfectly al dente... Only slight negative is it seems a bit under-staffed at bar, but on the upside, busy is a sign of a good restaurant. Keep doing what youre doing!
Went here for brunch and its definitely pretty, but for its price I expected better food. It was extremely bland, just even a little salt to season my potatoes or scrambled eggs would of been nice. Despite sitting indoors there were so many flies I had to constantly swat to keep them off my food. Personally would not choose to come back especially when there are so many other options in the area.
I think this place is somewhat overrated for Italian food. You could find somewhere more affordable and with better customer service. I am putting only two stars because of the customer service. When I first walked into a restaurant like this, I shouldnt have seen a hostess with a large hickey on her neck; it was unprofessional and did not look put together. Lastly, I thought many of the serves were a bit forgetful regarding requests for our meal. This place is okay but not the best for Italian cuisine.
Enjoyed an absolutely delicious brunch of Cardinale and Piemonte pizzas, the Cavatelli Alla Vodka, and the Pane Francese all per the recommendation of our server, Kayvon. The atmosphere was great, enhanced by the bright and colorful flowers that lining the patio. Service from Kayvon was exceptional: very friendly, polite, and sincere, as well as being very proactive in checking on our table. Would definitely recommend for brunch, and Im looking forward to visiting again.
Not competitive with the food, the quality of the ingredients have slipped, the octopus ragu was fishy tasting and it was as if they took frozen tiny peaces of octopus and added a can of tomato paste plus water then threw low quality bread crumbs on it to add texture, quite disappointing. There are far better quality oriented competitors within a minute walk I would recommend trying those. This is my 5th time because I really wanted to give it a chance but looks like Im done. Best of luck
Came for dinner and we decided to sit in the patio, there patio was nice we also found out we could still order for happy hour which ended at 7pm which was so nice, had no idea definitely took advantage of the great specials, l loved the pizza and calamari and the great service
I visited the midtown location May 26, for a shower. The homemade bread and rice balls were amazing- never had better food at a shower OR a wedding for that matter. The main course was the steak, with a broccolini pure - and crazy good crispy potatoes. Service was friendly and attentive!! be back!
Nice and pretty restaurant with good service. However, the food wasn t the best. I had the Tartara e Tartufo and it was quite flavourless. The appetizer wasn t too bad.
Love the vibe but the noise level is unbearable. Service was excellent. Our server Annie was attentive but the service is a bit slow. It took a long time for drinks and food to come. Burrata was good. Branzino is mediocre. Tiramisu Martini was good. Overall the dishes portion are a bit small.
Everything I experienced here was average. Nothing to write home about except for sitting on their patio on a beautiful day.
Food, drink, ambiance, and service were all awesome. Will defenitely go back
Burrata and Fig appetizer was AMAZING. Margarita pizza was OK but nothing special. Staff have always been very friendly and attentive. Food
Atmosphere and service was great, our pizza was a little salty and pastas was enough just for a girl
Excelent experience.
Was very disappointed by my first and only visit here. Came in for a birthday dinner for 2 only to receive very poor inattentive service. The dimly lit restaurant wasnt very busy, but a couple tables were occupied by very loud groups. We ordered 2 pizzas that arrived room temp like they had been sitting out, and then tried the Tiramisu Moderno, a modern take on tiramisu which was grossly overpriced at $15 and did not even remotely taste like genuine tiramisu. Save yourself the time and disappointment and go to literally any other Italian spot.
The quality of food is pretty good, but the some dishes are definitely better than others (the French toast is 10/10 but the truffle buratta scrambled egg dish is extremely mid. The cocktails are usually good. The atmosphere is nice, really beautiful. My issue is with the service. The restaurant was half full AT MOST and it still took forever to take out orders, get out food out and dont even think about getting a refill. Im especially harsh about the service because this is the second time Ive had this experience. Our sever was really NICE but idk if they are constantly understaffed or what.
Great food and wine. Highly recommend.
Awesome the servers are so great five
Despite its charming decor and attentive service, the atmosphere was overwhelmingly loud on a Friday night. The cocktail menu (especially the tiramisu espresso martinis) was outstanding. The complimentary lemon biscotti dessert for my friend s birthday was a delicious highlight too, as was the burrata with figs appetizer and its exceptional bread. The entrees were small in portion and only moderately flavourful so I d say skip those.
Fantastic spot, great food great menu great atmosphere and great service. Special shout to out to our server Vlad who went above and beyond - we ve been many times and he always recognizes us and makes the experience extra special.
This place is awesome great service and ambiance. The server was impeccable . I went here for Brunch
Went for brunch with the family. Service was good but a bit slow. But the food was pretty but not good, especially the French toast, which was so dry and hard to cut
As a family get together, the space is nice but it is super loud. The coffee is NOT good.
Kaiden was an angel! Loved the recommendations for the brisket dish and the cheese cake! Amazing ambience as well.
Great vibe and atmosphere. Super friendly and polite staff, although it was fully booked they tried to accommodate us giving us a certain timeframe. My salmon and egg was ok. I d only say the eggs were overcooked a bit. Friends were happy with other foods. Overall a nice experience.
Good food. Excellent service. We will return.
Great place for Fathers day brunch. Food was diverse and tasty. Service is a bit slow as it took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee.
Had the pleasure of being served by Kavin during our time at Oretta Midtown. He was so helpful in recommending what items to order and he was so friendly. Great experience!
Amazing experience at Oretta! Amazing food and great service, thanks to Victoria D.! Will be back next time we are in Toronto.
In my opinion is the best pizza dough you will find in Toronto. Cardinale pizza is the best. Well done!
Went to this restaurant this weekend. The atmosphere in the restaurant is excellent, large hall, pleasant and polite waiters. I did not have to wait long for my order. It was a little noisy. People come to celebrate the bachelorette party before the wedding, birthday, meetings with big companies. It is very cool! The food was very presentable, but my avacado with salmon was dry. With a small amount of avocado. Probably just picked the wrong dish. Other than that, everything else was very enjoyable. Would recommend!!!
Great spot for private events or great atmosphere!
An absolute favourite!! Great service, beautiful patio/atmosphere. The food is incredible and their happy hour specials are a bonus. Great spot to get together with friends!! Food
Always awesome. Guisppe is awesome.
Always a great experience and best happy hour in the city
I visited the Midtown location for the first time for weekend brunch. Reservations can be made through OpenTable, but this location isnt as busy as the King West location, so walk-ins may be possible. Food 3/5 - unfortunately, the food here was mostly just okay...the calamari had a nice crisp but certain pieces seemed saltier than others, like the batter wasnt mixed thoroughly. The Salmon & Avocado dish was underwhelming. The scrambled eggs had good taste and texture, while the brioche bun and smoked salmon part of the dish tasted like a home cooked meal quickly thrown together on stale bread. The zabaglione cream on the Frutti di Bosco dish was quite good. However, the fruits werent the freshest as some of the strawberries were browning, and the presentation looked like a lazy blob. Finally, the bacio di pantelleria had a beautiful presentation, and tasted like Ferraro Rocher chocolates, but I would recommend getting some tea or coffee to go with it as it can be quite rich halfway through. Service 4/5 - our server was friendly, and efficient for the most part. She asked how the first bite of the appetizer tasted but didnt check up on the table again as our water never got refilled, and it was a bit hard getting her attention to see the dessert menu. Atmosphere 5/5 - As always, the Oretta atmosphere is lively, since its a popular place to host events such as corporate gatherings, birthdays, bridal showers, etc. This, however, can make the restaurant quite loud. The decor is gorgeous, with lots of natural light flowing in due to their floor to ceiling windows, and the hostesses in PJ like uniforms is a cute touch. They have a cute, covered patio for the warmer days as well. Kid-friendliness: Lots of people brought their kids, and babies with strollers along
Went for Mother s Day brunch and it was awful. I ll start by saying the staff were very polite and fixed the issues as much as they could but I wouldn t return again. To start, we ordered and waited 50 minutes for our food to come. I asked for an extra hot latte and it came room temperate. They did their best to fix it but the latte came back another 20 minutes later. I ordered a steak medium and it came rare also cold. My wife ordered a salad with chicken. The chicken wasn t put on the salad but on a separate plate with bone in. To their credit they did remove the items from the order and brought us gelato to help compensate. But this was suppose to be a nice day out with family but my wife and I left starving. The server did everything she could to try and make it better to her credit but it was a little too late to be helpful. Everyone had their food and the time it would have taken for a new meal to come out I d be inconveniencing everyone else.
BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT Id like to share a recent incident: I was working as a security guard for a marathon on Yonge Street. My phone battery died, and every other restaurant and shop refused to let me charge it. However, one host was incredibly kind and saved me. I was exhausted after a 12-hour shift and needed my phone to stay updated. The atmosphere was bustling, and the staff were amazing. I appreciate their kindness and hope to return someday to enjoy a meal there. Thank you to the staff!
The interior design and layout of the restaurant is beautiful. Food was delicious and service was great considering we were there on a weekend for an evening birthday celebration. We also had our own private floor and area which was nice and more intimate. We would definitely come back again.
Went for breakfast/brunch. charming ambiance, good diverse menu, The service was fast and courteous, and the food, especially the salmon toast, exceeded expectations. A plus is the lavazza coffee ! . Overall, its a great spot for a morning meal on a cold sunny day.
We had a Mothers Day meal here and it was delicious. The service was just right, giving enough time to choose your order, but also checking in. Seating was decent inside, not too close enough space not to feel like a sardine in a can. We all ordered different dishes, but the calamari and buratta pizza really stood out. Desert was very rich and went well with an espresso. I would recommend making a reservation as there were many people waiting for a table. Overall, very pleasent experience.
The food here is pretty good but be advised that 95% of the dishes contain dairy - whether its indicated on the menu or not. So if youre one of those people who dont eat dairy, you wont find a single pasta dish or pizza to order and would do best to avoid this place!
Our waitress was really great - I appreciated her level of attention for a large group. The person who booked the reservation must ve called ahead and listed our dietary restrictions, and the waitress was kind enough to tell me, after punching in my order, that my pasta had bacon on it, and asked if I wanted to omit. The exterior is also gorgeous! Flowers everywhere, you can t miss the entrance. Plenty of parking downstairs.
Mediocre food. Nothing special but the place is pretty.
