2263 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M6S 1N8, Canada
Known for its housemade pasta, this long-running establishment offers traditional Italian fare.
Our server was great. Very knowledgeable and on the ball. The food came out with perfect timing. Fresh food & pasta made fresh. Really cute intimate date night spot.
Nothing is quite like a plate of freshly made pasta in a garlic butter sauce under a load of fresh scallops, and lobster with artichoke and green olives. And Queen's Pasta delivered that perfectly yesterday. The grilled calamari and shrimps were beautifully served on a bed of mixed greens. The limoncello tiramisu was outstanding. This is a nice neighbourhood restaurant that I will return to again and again.
Queen’s Pasta is a fantastic local restaurant that never disappoints. The staff is always accommodating, ensuring all our needs are met, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. The food is consistently great, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!
We had one day in Toronto. A friend of mine found this place. Absolutely recommend! Pasta was fresh and creamy. A friend had a special made with Cajun spices. Staff is friendly and attentive! Nice ambiance with music in the background.
Food was amazing, went on a busy Saturday and nothing took a long time to come out. Ordered the mussels, that were on special, as well as grilled salmon with potatoes and veggies. Had a drink called a Humber, very refreshing. Also had a dirrrty martini.
Pasta is made onsite and incredibly fresh and tasty. Unique combinations, kind and professional service….didn’t feel rushed along like some restaurants. Ambiance makes you want to go often with family or friends and make memories. Highly recommend!
One of my favourite italian spots, I've been coming to Queens Pasta for almost a decade now. Delicious homemade pasta that never disappoints. Staff are always super friendly, service is prompt, gets a bit loud at times but that's because they're almost always busy. Highly recommended!
We re-visit Queen’s Pasta Cafe … still good! Though we don't visit the Runnymede area frequently, it's always a treat to come here once in a while. During lunchtime, we stumbled upon this charming Pasta Cafe and decided to give it a try. We were delighted to discover that the pasta had a wonderful texture, and the sauces were absolutely delicious. Moreover, the Burrata cheese lived up to my expectations, and I was pleased with my choice of Peroni beer. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this place again in the future! 👍👍👍👍👍
Had an amazing Pasta. Top notch preparation and delicious taste. The ambiance was also good. Definitely a repeat and good find on the Bloor St. for an unforgettable pasta.
A Bloor west neighbourhood gem. Worth a visit even if it s not your neigibourhood. Friendly Service, upscale but not pretentious. Diverse menu, diverse customers, I can only speak to the bruschetta and the jalapano ravioli with Cajun tomato sauce. I know right? Sounds delish! And it was! Thank you! I will absolutely be back Vegetarian options: There were options for vegetarian guests. Although I didn t order them, I seriously considered it.
Had our anniversary dinner there this evening. The food was tasty, the ambiance lovely. The service was friendly. We will go back.
Amazing food
Great spot for dinner with family and friends
We love it here! Classic Italian vibe. Good portions and delicious fresh pasta.
Top notch service!! They were great to our family party for Thanksgiving. Had the entire upstairs room. Food was fantastic and had a good atmosphere. Staff were great thanks so much.
I dont know who told them Carbonara has onions in it. No, it should not And not al dente. I used to come here years ago, and have fond memories, but clearly the quality is not what it used to be.
Sam in particular was amazing. Such grace and beauty. Clearly a winner. Lol
Calamari appetizer was cold and rubbery and mostly salad. No bread provided and had to PAY extra for some! Entrees were not bad. Dessert tiny for the price. Service wasn t very good, had to repeatedly ask for water etc. 20% tip automatically added (on top of the taxes!) because small group of 6. Not worth the price. Paid parking close by. Clean washroom. Would not return. Not recommended.
Phenomenal
Amazing restaurant overall. Service was quick and kind and some of the best pasta out there. Would highly recommend to anyone, such a hidden gem!
Pasta is so good...
Enjoyable time with my family. Food was amazing. Had the seafood pasta. Shrimp, lobster, scallops. I cannot do white cream sauce. They were very acomdating.
Will definitely be going back! I do not live close but will travel for there food. It was amazing! I ordered a to go plate before I finished my dinner! Must try Food
Food was 10/10. Extremely fresh, with high quality ingredients. Drinks were strong and tasted great. Very attentive service, food came out in under 10minutes. Recommend any of the sandwiches and the lasagna. Patio is a vibe too.
Lovely little spot, great service and atmosphere. Had the short rib ravioli - will be coming back to have it again! Vegetarian options: Noted veggie options on the menu Kid-friendliness: Kids colouring options offered as well a high chairs
Excellent
Service was excellent! Food was fabulous! Wine choice was diverse.
A little upscale but excellent food.
We had lunch today at Queen s Pasta. Unfortunately, I found hair (not my hair) on my plate, which was disappointing. After I let the waiter know, he silently removed the plate and replaced it with a new one. But the biggest disappointment was that nobody apologized or offered anything to make me feel better. I was left feeling that I was not a valuable customer after all.
Fruit flies galore. Had to swat them away through dinner. Food was okay, but for the price you can eat much better nearby. The place looks so dated and smells like cheese, not in a good way.
Fettuccine Al Pescatore was very tasty. We also enjoyed some refreshing cocktails. Definitely recommend.
Perfect place for a date night! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is super cozy. Their penne a la vodka is something else
We were there with 2 kids and 4 adults (two families)on Sunday. It took them to decide to show us a place to sit approximately five minutes. The place was empty, only one table was occupied. The food was ok, smoked salmon pasta, had 20-40 grams of salmon, plate was huge and the salmon was like a joke. Beer was cold. No coffee, WTH, Italian? Are you sure? Washrooms were horrible. Get your double masks before... They brought crayons for kids, which is nice. However, we split the bills and we had to pay 20 percent gratuity for serving 6 people. It is kind of ok, but I dont like it when its an obligation. We asked to split the bills, we all had two still waters, both families are charged for that. We were not cheap to go back and raise the issue but please educate your personnel, and also if you are a customer double check your receipt.
Service was fine imo. The chicken parmigiana was terrible. It had a big piece of chicken for sure but the dish itself had no flavour. We ordered 2 dishes for 2 people. Tips was automatically added for 20%. Dont go here.
Excellent selection of mains. Very authentic
First time at this spot I got the spaghetti and meat balls , asked for it too be spicy Very good .. full of flavors from a chef too a chef I d definitely be back .. oh yah you can tell the pasta was made in house Food
Absolutely delicious!! Wonderful food, good service, and lovely atmosphere. :) The pasta was amazing, and the steak from PEI was incredible. We look forward to coming back!!
The food was pretty good. The prices are kinda high for pasta. I paid $28 for penne with bacon in it. I think it s a little ridiculous that they won t do refills on soft drinks when the food is already so pricey, and they charge you $3.50 to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to your already $13 piece of cake.
Very tasty food and drinks.Perfect place to satiate hunger and first after a long busy day. Cozy atmosphere adds to the experience.
This place is fabulous and classy! I love ot hear and the service is outstanding.
Delicious cuisine served by friendly staff in a warm and welcoming environment. ! Food
Great neighborhood restaurant for good food and friendly staff.
All pastas are homemade and top-notch quality. They do have a beautiful patio on the side. I recommend the lasagna and fettuccine with shrimp.
Amazing customer service offered at this restaurant! A special mention to our waitress Lily who was very helpful and friendly. She was able to answer all our questions and explain everything available on the menu!
We showed up after attending a show. We were a group of 10 and had no reservation. I was embarrassed to ask for a table for such a large group. The owner prepared a table for us on the upper floor immediately. We were taken upstairs and a lovely table was set up for our group. We were so grateful. The meal was absolutely delicious. Everyone ate very well. The molten lava cake was the best I ve ever had! The pasta was fresh and tasty, and the grilled calamari and shrimp plate was delish! My son has a nut allergy and the wait staff was very quick to alert the kitchen and made sure he was able to eat safely. All in all, a wonderful evening at Queen s Pasta cafe. A neighborhood gem! Dietary restrictions: Nut allergy was seriously taken into consideration.
Went two weeks in a row for dinner had reservations both times excellent food service and get staff will keep coming back
Scrumptious and fantastic atmosphere Vegetarian options: Good range of veg options Food : 5/5 |
Great food and atmosphere. The Mussels were especially delicious
Very nice Restaurant and perfect food.
Great pasta and good options on wines , bustling yet quaint , will go back their carbonara
So consistently delicious!
I visited this place today with my team. It was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. Friendly staff, delicious food, and lovely atmosphere, Highly recommend 10/10
Fantastic everything!!! They do close earlier than some restos however. (But when we four members of The Birthday Club closed the place they were patient, friendly and accommodating) We thank ALL of the staff there once again and highly recommend Queens Pasta Cafe. We will 100% make the trip back to Bloor W Village from each of our distant neighbourhoods.. *Fair Warning! Dietary restrictions: A dessert was given to our No Dairy Diner (topped with Whipped Cream). Our fantastic server immediately took it back and replaced it with many apologies.
I first came here in the mid 1980s when a blind date suggested that we meet at this restaurant. Never saw the girl again, but Ive been coming back to the restaurant for almost 40 years now!
I stumbled upon this restaurant after spending a late weekday afternoon at high park to view the cherry blossoms, and I did not expect find my new favourite Italian restaurant! We got the linguini with chicken, and short rib ravioli, and both were very delicious. The restaurant was packed, but we were served very quickly. I hope to come back again soon.
Great food and service.
The food was exceptional, I had the meatball spaghetti and had enough left over for lunch the next day. The service was good but a little pretentious
Good cocktails, pretty decent pasta. It was a little odd I couldnt get bread after the pasta was done. Sopping up the sauce is one of the best parts! They said they no longer have fresh bread.
Burrata app 20/10 Lobster ravioli 10/10 Service and vibe 10/10 Definitely recommend for a lunch date
This is my new go to Italian restaurant . The service was immaculate top notch. I ordered bruschetta for appetizers. the chicken Parmesan and the rigatoni alla rustica for my entree and chocolate truffle cake for dessert. The pasta was perfectly made; heaven in each bite. I could kiss the chef it was so good. The servers took such good care of us every step of the meal. This is a great date night spot very cute and intimate. It was a 10/10 experience; I highly recommend
My wife and I just had a dinner at this place. Food was horrible. Not even close to Italian food. Black and white pasta and 4 small shrimps. Food was so salty that my mouth was burning. Never going back again. Alexandar
As always, food was terrific .
The waiter was incredibly rude to my friend. Horrible service!
I never eat out in this area, but stumbled across queens pasta and was able to get a seat on the patio at 7pm with NO wait(surprise number one)! Within minutes of entering the door I knew that I was somewhere special, and by the end of the meal was astounded by, frankly, the BEST service I have received in Toronto in years. The servers and hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely dining experience, not to mention everything we had was fantastic. The mushroom truffle pasta was exceptional and reminiscent of pasta I had in Rome last spring. Not usually a pasta fan (more of a pizza girl), I will be dreaming of this dish and ABSOLUTELY recommending this place to everyone. I will be sure to be back to take advantage of the $45 bottles of wine and pasta specials this summer!! Authentic Italian pasta and authentic European hospitality. I would give 6 stars if I could
They are amazing. The servers are so so nice and food is amazing. Definitely will go back q
It was a delight. I went for a date night with my girlfriend and V was our server. Shes wonderful and the food was excellent. Their specials are a must try. This was my second time and Ill definitely come back.
We had a private lunch served to our group of 16 upstairs at Queen s Pasta on Bloor St W. Head Chef Lou worked with us to design a multi course meal with options and diet restrictions considered. Chef Tony and his team executed the lunch and our guests were raving about the food and service. V was our server and she was fabulous. Wonderful attention to detail and very friendly. What a successful get together. Vegetarian options: Delicious! Dietary restrictions: All accommodations handled well. Kid-friendliness: Yes! Highchair, shared meal. Happy 3 yr old.
We had an amazing experience dining in this cute cafe at Bloom West. Food was amazing and authentic, will definitely visit again. The fettuccine truffle pasta is a must try.
We came here on Easter Monday and were seated right away without a reservation. We got the garlic bread and Caesar salad to start. The garlic bread was fresh out of the oven and super garlicky. The Caesar salad had crisp lettuce and enough dressing to coat each leaf. For entrees, we got the Spaghetti alla Bolognese, Rigatoni alla Rustica, Baked Rigatoni and the house special Cannelloni. All dishes were fantastic and super flavorful. For dessert we got the tiramisu. Our server Paul played a trick on my sister (who went to the washroom) by giving us a plate with some chocolate and whipped cream, and we pretended to eat the tiramisu without her. It was a great prank but my sister didnt fall for it haha. Paul was exceptional during our first visit to Queens Pasta. We will definitely be back!
Based on the reviews I have to admit to being truly disappointed with my experience. First of all the service and staff were really nice that s not an issue. But the food was not good. My husband and I went for a special occasion meal that was far from special. We ordered a white wine spritzer ($11) and it was not carbonated in any way - Just wine and water, no spritz. I m neutral on the caprese salad ($15) and garlic bread ($8). They were fine but not great. The pasta was the main issue considering this is a pasta restaurant. Overcooked and over salted, it honestly had no flavour. We ordered the Penne Alla Carbonara ($24) and the Smoked Salmon Mafalda. ($26) They were shockingly bland. They came piping hot - almost too hot to eat - and surprisingly without any kind of bread on the side, which I would expect for a cream sauce pasta dish. It felt like cafeteria food that was scooped from a chafing dish. This was some serious British People Italian Food And I cannot overstate the salt. It was just way too much.
I got the chicken Parm. (So did the 3 others dining with me) The Food was really hot but you could tell the chicken must have been precooked then fried again. The edges were so dry you couldnt even cut through it. The flavour of the chicken and red sauce was good. Unfortunately the Pasta that came with it had a burnt garlic taste.
Sam was our server, shes awesome. Food was delish, good value for money. House wine was tha bomb. Coming back for sure.
Was part of big group and served by Andrew. He was marvellous and contributed to us having a great night. Fast service, delicious and hot food, and would defo recommend Vegetarian options: kale ravoli dish - excellent
The short rib ravioli comes in a butter sauce that is divine. We also had the Mushroom truffle pasta, which was good. Housemade tiramisu, coffee, and that Bloor West vibe - made for a blessed afternoon.
Go here. Seriously this is probably the best spot for pasta in the city. The wait staff were on point and the food was amazing. Reasonable prices and great specials.
Felt disappointed for the overall experience. The atmosphere is alright but just too noisy and crowded. Food portion is small and just taste normal.
(Jan 2024) Such great specials, service, and food !
Never disappointed here....the veal scallopini is wonderful ...service and atmosphere top notch...a go to in Bloor West Village
Such a cute little place and delicious! I came here for lunch with a friend and had the chicken & mango chutney sandwich, very tasty! My friend had the lasagna and loved it. I would definitely come back to try more food!!
Consistently excellent food and service. They never disappoint. One of Torontos best!
Attentive service. Excellent pasta and seafood cooked to perfection. Tiramisu was nice but could have used more espresso. Food
My fiancé and I got take out from Queen s pasta during the lockdown and immediately fell in love. This past weekend, we were in the area unsure of what to eat and decided to try dining in. We went right at the dinner rush without reservations and were told that we d have to wait a while but they were so nice about it (and we were hungry) so we stayed. Less than 5 mins later we got lucky with one of the best seats by the window. We ordered the chicken linguine like our first time and the seafood fettuccine. The food was much better than we remembered and had an amazing dinner.
Great staff... great food...good value. Make sure you try the Burrata appetizer!
What a great local gem in the High Park neighbourhood. Great cozy bistro with charming interior decor. Service was awesome and the penne alla vodka was excellent. However the today s special beef lasagna was a near miss. The wine list was adequate but unfortunately the wine we love was sold out. Well, better luck next time.
Lovely place with great staff and ambience and of course the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my lunch and will be returning soon!
Food is always good at Queens Pasta Cafe!
Amazing dinner for four at Queens Pasta Cafe tonight. Everything was fresh and delicious, service was prompt and friendly. Would highly recommend.
My favourite Italian restaurant in the city! Definitely a hidden gem at Bloor west village. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice dinner. Is better to book a little in advance if you re visiting on a Friday-Saturday night around dinner time.
We were hurried out at the end of our meal. We werent informed about our table having reservations. Would have been nice to know
We were upstairs, nice space. A few large groups, so pretty loud. Food and service were great. Be aware they love to pour big glasses of wine, so only 3 or 4 glasses to a bottle -> almost like they are trying to push you to buy more bottles of wine. Food : 5/5
Very cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. My friends and myself highly recommended Mafalda Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Rib Ravioli
Very good ambience , great service. Had Pesto Penne pasta with grilled veggies and Bruschetta. It was awesome ! Food
What a find! This place exceeded all my expectations for a memorable dinner experience. The highlight? Absolutely divine fresh pasta dishes that rival any Italian trattoria. From the moment we entered, the ambiance was charming, with soft lighting and a cozy atmosphere that set the stage for an enjoyable evening. Now, onto the main event the pasta! Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the perfect balance of flavors and textures. The linguine carbonara was spectacular. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. If youre a pasta aficionado looking for an unforgettable dining experience, I highly recommend making a reservation at this hidden gem. You wont be disappointed!
The waitress wasnt really friendly, food was ok but lunch for 4 adults without alcohol drinks and only 2 desserts to share I found it very expensive.....
A cute little place located on the west side of the GTA. The atmosphere was quaint and comfortable, you could spend hours just dining here with a close friend, chatting and having some wine. The pasta was delicious and came out of the kitchen and onto our table steaming hot. The creaminess and flavor profile of the sauce was amazing. We ordered the creme brulee cheesecake for dessert at the end. It was a touch too sweet for me, but super enjoyable nonetheless.
A neighborhood favorite. Always good.
Over rated restaurant in Bloor West Village where the locals have no clue what is good pasta
Been going to lunch and dinner at Queens pasta for many years. The service is not always fast but it is consistent and the serving staff are always friendly. The food is always amazing!!! Definitely worth a stop if you are in the Bloor West area! Vegetarian options: An excellent selection of vegetarian options!
A very pleasant surprise...food, drink and service all exceptional
Everyone loved the food, and it would be a nice place for a date or a nice dinner night/lunch.
Excellent service and wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend this cafe to friends and family.
Food was tasty but service was slow. Very expensive for meal.
Nice patio and great eats. Also generally good value . Food
Will definitely return to this restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is prompt and friendly. Great atmosphere too.
The waiter Tyler was very disrespectful
It was a very cute case, service was good
Excellent pasta. Keep coming back because the daily specials are always so interesting. I can t stand pasta places that do the same thing as every other spot. It s always pretty busy because it s so good.
Great staff - awesome wines . Wish they would tell dog owners that have aggressive barking dogs to leave them at home. I dont need that noise pollution of barking of stressed out dogs
Nice place, good food, wonderful staff. Worthy of your consideration for a night out. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, no problem.
We had a very lovely time until we were rudely kicked out. The waitress was super friendly all the way up to the bill/tip time. After it was all paid for, we were told to leave because another reservation was coming. Which normally we would have completely understood. However, there were a bunch of empty tables and an upstairs with multiple tables of 4 or more. They could have suggested we move tables if they needed THAT specific table. Just be aware that you are on a time clock. There is no time to fully enjoy the food, drinks, and company. Perhaps you guys should let patrons know when booking reservations that there is a time limit. Not just give us a 9 min warning. The food was great, but those last 5 min ruined it for us.
Indoor or outdoor dinning. Exceptional service and the food was so delicious that I had only 2 outta the five pictures.
I dont think Ive ever been in a place that has service that can quite match the one I received at Queens Pasta Cafe. The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, professional and their service was exceptionally fast. The pasta has to be some of the best Ive had in my life, far nicer even than what Ive had in various places in Italy. The atmosphere felt nice and modern, but also felt very down to Earth and not overdone, which is something a lot of restaurants struggle with, but not Queens Pasta Cafe. It was just right. Not only do I recommend it, Ill be sure to come back!
We arrived with a party of 8. The staff, especially Tyler the manager (according to him), was reluctant to seat us given the size of our party. They finally seated us as if they had done us a favor, slamming the chairs as they were organising the seating arrangement and literally tossing the menus in our faces! AND then proceeded to inform us that we only had an hour and a half before we had to leave. There was literally two other tables seated in the entire restaurant at the time. The worst part - we voiced our concerns to the manager, total disregard and sarcasm characterised the response. We left. I rarely leave restaurant reviews but felt the need to leave this one. They surely went out of their way to make us feel unwelcome. Horrendous service - actually unbelievable.
Food & service was excellent!
Excellent food and excellent service!
My fiance and I love our experience at Queens Pasta Cafe!
We came here by chance but the food and the flavors of these dishes were a pleasant surprise. I will definitely return, and the atmosphere is very friendly and familiar.
Pasta is the best in the city. Kid friendly options are available.
Delicious food, outstanding service. Probably the most diverse and interesting Italian menu I have seen, including several vegetarian options. The portions are generous; regrettably I did not have room for dessert because the selection sounded delicious.
This place has a nice patio and a lovely inviting atmosphere inside as well. Good lunch menu along with their specials and reg menu, so youll definitely find something for everyone. Had the cheese lasagna and ceaser salad, both delicious! My female server wasnt too friendly or checked on me, Im sure she was busy, but all the other male staff were really nice, attentive, and friendly, so still 5/5.
I love this restaurant! I have been twice(in the past year) and both times enjoyed truly excellent food/flavors with excellent service and reasonable prices. Wonderful Italian food!
Really enjoyed the pasta dishes here. They take some culinary liberties and experiment away from the standard dishes, while maintaining a homely atmosphere and hearty portions. Kid-friendliness: Completely kid-friendly, and the staff were kind enough to accommodate our stroller in the patio area.
The food was not what I remembered it to be. Service and setting were lovely but the pasta, etc.. was store bought. Not homemade. Sorry! :(
The food and service were very good, but the outside area was very crowded with chairs and tables, so that you often couldnt understand what you were saying because of the noise at the neighboring tables.
Top notch food, wine, service and atmosphere. Impromptu summer dinner here on the terrace and was very pleased with everything. Will be back!
A nice Italian restaurant with a good variety on the menu. Very healthy sized portions and good atmosphere. Will go back for more!
Walk-in of two very accommodating & friendly. Very filling not too heavy.
The service was amazing and very attentive but I did not enjoy the black and white pasta. I found it very bitter and the olives were not pleasant. I love squid ink pasta and shrimp but this did not taste very good. Ate the shrimp and tossed the rest. Lava cake was good but also kind of bitter. I really appreciate the waitress I could tell she was working very hard and was responsible for a lot of tables. It was hard to get her attention at times but there were a lot of bus girls walking around to grab if you needed something. We ate upstairs which was fine but the downstairs area and patio are much nicer.
Simply incredible food. Amongst the best Italian pasta I have ever had. Highly recommend
We ordered salad and penne Carbonara ( with cream instead the of eggs, which is wrong for original Carbonara recipe) , we split the pasta to two people. Few hours later me and my wife got really sick. Service was consider OK (3*), just had been pushed, feels like it was rushed , but the food definitely needs big improvement (-1*)
Excellent experience, service great, food was super tasty and good sized portions.
Delicious pasta and even better service. Tilly, Tyler and V were our exceptional severs who made us feel welcome and appreciated. The mushroom crostini appie was to die for, salads were crispy fresh and seasoned to a point, and the seafood fettucini was cooked to perfection.
Love coming to Queens Pasta, was there on Sunday for a beautiful dinner with family. This place never disappoints! Always fresh and delicious and we are always impressed with the service and food! P.S The lava cake is amazing! Food
Had an amazing dinner with friends. There was something for everyone s tastes and I really enjoyed the gnocchi.
Amazing food, quick turnaround and massive portions!
Had a great lunch Fair prices Food
Wow, this place hates kids! Cant use a chair outside, are you serious???
Very unprofessional!
Im not sure how this place survives with such rude people working
If the staff cant handle a crowd, they should not be open during a festival. Host extremely rude . With service like this, 2% tip is too much . Not 20% as they state !! If I were you , I would stay away from this place.
Wow, extremely rude host
Great service but the pasta was overcooked. The patio is completely covered so there is no sun to be had
They do an awesome vegan white Bean and kale ravioli
Perfect date night spot in etobicoke! Great selection of Italian dishes and desserts. Portion sizes also good. They also have two floors and a patio for good weather.
Always delicious and the staff are already so lovely. We go there regularly for family outings.
Pasta lovers and addicts will love this place. A vast selection of pasta dishes. Great desserts, too.
My friend and I went here for brunch and we had a great time! The service was quick and the staff was lovely, the dishes were tasty and we had a great time!
Excellent Black and White pasta with Shrimp.
My friend & I came here, as we had checked the reviews which seemed alright. However we had an unpleasant experience & will not be coming here again. The place was not busy when we got there & we were both seated by a server who was proper, well-mannered. She was probably the only good part. We both ordered the Ravioli, which was offered very quick & did not taste fresh at all. It was very chewy & hard & tasted like it was microwaved. Either way, we were looking forward to the ravioli as ravioli lovers, but it did not turn out great. Despite the restaurant being empty (there were only about 8 people including us inside) & more than 3 staff members, we had to wait at least 10 minutes to pay our bill as they were all avoiding eye contact with us. (We were completely finished our meal & the staff did not appear to be busy. The server who had served us had ended her shift.). My friend & I are both 22, females & we felt ignored & that we should have recieved good treatment as the other (all older) customers. We did not tip because of the unpleasant service (& the meal) although we had initially been excited about trying the place out. We usually always leave tips for good service at restaurants.
This was my first time to this restaurant and lunch was absolutely delicious. Velika was our server, she was extremely professional which was nice to see. I would highly recommend this restaurant, it was certainly clean! Love the Burrrrrata Cheese! And the Essssspresso Martini! Vegetarian options: Burratta cheese is a must try. House salad with the citrus dressing was delicious
Great ambiance with fantastic pasta dishes. Service was awesome as we had a group of ten.. one person taking drink orders, one person taking food orders.. everything was extremely fluid. Makes sense why this establishment has been around for so long!
This is an excellent restaurant in Bloor West Village. Highly recommended!
cozy environment and delicious food
My wife and I have been coming to the Queens Pasta Cafe for a number of years now; normally once or twice per season. Its our go to for pasta in the area. I always get the chicken parm as my entrée. Sorry that I cannot brag about any of the other dishes; but my wife does have her couple favorite dishes that she mixes up with each visit. We share the bruschetta and any of their starter salads prior. We have never had a bad experience at Queens. The food is always excellent. The staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean. Lastly, we recently discovered espresso martinis through a friend. Our first was at Queens Pasta and we were blown away. Since then, weve been going around Bloor West Village trying other espresso martinis elsewhere and have yet to find one nearly as tasty. We just got back from Queens, having an early supper. Sam Cooke was a good part of the background music, played at a nice volume. We could hear it and still have a conversation where we didnt have to speak over the music. Parking: A number of Green P parking lots on the north side of Bloor. Metered parking along Bloor. Or try your luck with side street parking in the area south of Bloor.
Cute bistro in BloorWest Village. Nice ambience, attentive staff. Parking: Both paid street and paid parking lots in the area but may difficult to find, depending on the day/time. Parking space Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options
Kid-friendliness: Treated kids with dignity. Wish there was a menu offering smaller portions for young and old alike. Food
decent restaurant, Baked rigatoni was very yummy! The only downside was that our appetizers came out cold & server didn t come by very often & had to always ask for help.
Cozy restaurant with tasty food.
Best food, drinks and desserts in the area!
Loved the food and excellent service!
Service was good, staff was friendly and the food was plentiful. Just a bit cold if you are sitting by a window on the second floor. Bring a sweater.
Good food, festive atmosphere and great server. What more do you need?
Literally the best pasta in the city
I have been meaning to write a review for a while. I have been coming to queen pasta for many years! And it does not disappoint. In fact it got better. Last week I went to have lunch with a friend and the pasta alle vongole was better than ever. It is refreshing specially when many restaurants are just cutting corners! Congrats
