I think this is the best pizza in Toronto! The New York style pepperoni with some hot honey is amazing! The atmosphere is also chill and nice. Great date spot! Love it

The pizza is amazing, but the service was not as friendly as it should be. The music is also way too loud for a dine-in restaurant. Everyone had to yell over it just to be heard by whoever they were with. I probably wont dine in again for this reason.

the staff there was not welcoming or attentive at all. genuinely not sure why they re working in customer service when they clearly look like they hate their job especially the guys. food was very mid especially the overpriced pasta with the portions being very small, 3 bites and you re done. pizza was also very burnt lmao definitely never coming back. get better staff

A fantastic pizza place. It can be a bit cramped, and there is a lot of fantastic pizza competition in the area, but its a must try if youre a pizza fan. Slices are very good, but dine in is the way to go.

The food is amazing but the customer service is beyond horrible sadly making this place an unpleasant experience, oh and forget trying to call this place and get a hold of anyone it s not gonna happen. If you really want a good experience I would honestly suggest Badiali they re customer service is so much more better!!

okay so i love this place for its food. some of the best pizza in the city in my opinion. but the service here is lacking a lot of the time. they never pick up their phone and i ve tried to contact them many different days of the week at many different times and it s always the same. I use this place for takeout 90% of the time and they don t seem like they are set up for takeout purposes for how often it ends up being a hassle.

Exceeded expectations on all fronts. Huge salads that tasted great - loved the hickory stick covered Caesar salad. Meatballs were tasty and in bright flavourful sauce. Flexible on the pizza toppings to have meat on one half, no meat on the other of the spicy Hawaiian . Great, perfectly crisp thin crust and good toppings ratio.

Great pizza, horrible staff. Our group was denied a table when there was a free table staring right in front of us ready and available for us. The older bald male host thought he was a bouncer at soho house. First he said our party of 8 couldn t fit the table when again it was obvious there was enough space. Then I asked if 6 of us could have that table. At first he said yes, then changed his story saying there was a reservation. Then we asked if we could sit inside when it was clear there was many free tables available. He then replied saying there were reservations booked all evening it is 6:30 pm. He changed his story every 5 seconds to reject our party when clearly they could have accommodated us. I was very hungry I asked if I could at least buy a slice of pizza he again first replied yes then chanced his story to no. I was very hungry i unfortunately didn t have lunch and simply just wanted food. I was willing to settle for just a slice. He wouldn t even allow that. This was the worst service of my life and completely ruined our holiday. I have been here before and the food is good , but the attitude tastes like garbage. Train your staff if you want to keep your customers.

Exelent costumer service and quality.

The pizza I received after 40 minutes was completely charred on the bottom. Looking at the bottom, you can see that after baking a pizza, when you bake the next pizza right away without sweeping the oven, the burnt powder sticks to some parts, making the burnt pizza look even more burnt. The servers were friendly, but they served the pizza despite knowing it was burnt. Can you say this is kind? There is no reason to recommend this store.

The pizza is nice but not amazing. It s a thin pizza, which is my preference, but quite oily. Also trying to order by phone call did not work (no-one picked up the phone after 2 tries)

Nice American-Italian joint. In general, this place deserves a 5. Staff were friendly enough for Toronto standards and food portions and quality were good for at this price point. My main criticism that I think can easily be fixed are the flavour combos of some dishes that seemed a bit odd. For example, the shishito peppers were served with a dip that had something fishy in it (maybe anchovies) and the two didnt go together. The honey on the burrata pizza was over the top and with the marinara sauce, it tasted like donair sauce.

Perfectly exquisite. Superpoint is a hip, cozy spot that reminds me of all the great wood-fired pizza joints in New York. In the conversation with Bar Sugo for best pizza in Toronto. Much better than Badiali and North of Brooklyn.

If you seat down and order pizza, it s fine! Now, if you takeout slides, for the price point of $7 a slide, it s not worth it - they re very dry and overcooked :( Service is not the friendliest, but that comes with the place s reputation and is not a big deal!

The pizza here is great. It s crispy on the bottom rather than the floppy slices one might expect. I m indifferent personally, and since the tomato sauce was so good (light and sweet with some garlic) it gets highlighted well by the simple crispy bottom. We took the 18 inch honey burrata. It was too much for two people, probably more suited for three. I highly recommend this pizza, the honey is a great compliment to the tomato sauce and the basil pops next to the creamy milky burrata. It took a while to get the pizza, as apparently the oven is small. It s not a big deal since the terrace was great and people watching is fun on Ossington.

I went with my family to share a pizza and valuable time. waitresses outside talking, you turn to look and no one serves you and even drinking shots hahaha. I had to buy a slice to delivery since my daughter was hungry. the worst service of my life. and they still want 18% for takeout? oh really? Zero recommended.

I went with my daughter and my husband and the truth is, bad service from the girls. They told my husband that he had to wait to be served, 10 minutes passed and the girls at the other table were drinking their shot. Bad service and attention, apparently they dont know how to earn tips. and we bought a slice of pizza because my daughter was hungry, they have the nerve to pout and ask for an 18% tip. We would not return and I do not recommend it

Ordered the large pizza for a group of friends. Standard pepperoni, cheese and added mushrooms. crust was delicious, sauce and cheese was good. But the pepperoni was so spicy, the pizza became difficult to eat after the first slice. Have to give a negative review after the money spent. Perhaps I caught a bad batch, but I don t think I can order from here again

Terrible staff. Very rude. We waited in the line for 20 minutes and they rejected us to sit since they were too under-skilled to accommodate 7 person. Worst experience of dining in Toronto ever.

We were 9 people who wanted to sit outside and they said sorry we cant do that And there was more than enough chairs and tables.the server refused to serve us! Without any explanation!

Great pizza spot

The honey and burrata pizza was fantastic! Great flavours and the dough was nice and crispy. Only frustrating part of our visit was that we had to wait 45 minutes - 1 hour for the pizza and the music was very loud which meant it was a bit uncomfortable to be there for so long. Cost is on the pricey side compared to other pizza places so was hoping the experience would have been a bit nicer.

Food is great. Service was horrible. We waited quite some time before our server took our service. She also serviced a table that came after us before taking our order. I would only do takeout if I want to eat at this place.

When I asked if we could buy one, a brown-haired man with a mustache responded very aggressively, No. I wasnt sure if they were out of pizza or if there was another reason because he walked away immediately. The honey burrata pizza is very good! Perfect amount of honey to complement the rest of the flavours. If you love a thin crust pizza, this is the one for you. We came on a Saturday mid afternoon, and got seated right away on a walk-in basis. The vibe is dark and grungy with laid back service. Vegetarian options: Yes.

Was alright. Really, oily cheese pizza. The location was good, and the atmosphere looked good, but we didnt dine in, so I cant really rate it. Maybe next time, we will have a better experience.

One of my favorite spots in town! The vibes are immaculate and the servers are so nice and friendly. And the food is great - the burrata and honey & spicy vodka pizza are favorites. But it doesn t stop at pizza, the rigatoni and Caesar salad are *chef s kiss*!

GREAT portions for the price point. You don t see those types of portions anymore in the city. The Caesar salad was so creamy and delicious, and not to mention MASSIVE. We also got the spicy rigatoni which I didn t think was anything special. We got the Honey & burrata pizza and it was very nice and crispy which we loved but it felt like it was missing something, maybe a salty component (like pepperoni or prosciutto) because the honey was very sweet & there wasn t anything to counter balance it other than the acidity of the tomato sauce. The SHISHITO peppers were my favourite, I m biased because they re my fav vegetable but for 10$ it came in such a big portion! Service was great and the cocktails were so refreshing.

Super point had great pizza! We stopped by at the perfect time for a fresh slice. It s cheesy and has the perfect sauce balance. I haven t tried too many shops in Toronto but I do think North of Brooklyn does a better pizza. Still really worth a try! Downside - no seating but you have to have a slice while it s fresh!

Unusually pretentious staff for a pizza joint and as a vegetarian I was thoroughly disgusted when my mushroom pizza had an overwhelmingly meaty taste. Not impressed.

Top tier pizza and excellent and interesting wines - love it!

If I was the owner of this place, I would be embarrassed to know that my management doesnt care about responding to potential patrons, especially those looking to book space for a large party. In order to make a private party reservation, they tell you to send an email. I sent one, and didnt hear back for weeks. Eventually, I heard back, was told I would get a call, and then never received a call. I followed up a number of times and did not hear back via email or phone call (5/6 times). Usually when someone is asking to make a reservation like this, a restaurant would show appreciation and provide you with good service...Superpoint didnt provide the bare minimum amount of service and communication. I ended up stopping by the restaurant and multiple employees told me in person and on the phone it is a regular occurrence and they couldnt put me in touch with management - they seemed pretty frustrated by their managements bad business acumen. So, in all, do not rely on this place if you are looking to book a large reservation...

I drive for an hour just to eat here. Worth it.

Not the best slice I ever had but its very close to it. Better than your favorite place most likely. update had it for a 2nd time... Not as good as the first. too much seasoning added to the pizza at the end. the oregano and parmesan over powered the best part which was the sauce.

This is a really cool restaurant, the set up is awesome with pizzas being made upfront and a great vibe. That s the good part. We get seated in the back and the hostess gets the server who is standing outside, she opens the door and all we can smell is weed, keep in mind our 4 year old was with us, so I m not pleased at all. He walks in smelling like weed, doesn t wash his hands and gives us waters. We order some food, a meatball appetizer, a pasta and two pizzas as well as two diet cokes. After about 20 minutes our pasta comes out, it s very good, infact it was AWESOME. We had to remind him about our diet cokes, clearly he forgot to ring them in. The two pizzas then come out about 20 minutes after the pasta. The soprasatta with honey was good, the regular cheese pizza was AWFUL, way too much cheese, it was a greasy and floppy mess. It s been an hour since we ordered our food, we re finished and he comes by, we let him know we want a box for the sopressata pizza but not the cheese, it was awful. Oh, that sucks . We then inform him we also didn t get the meatballs, which is fine but we don t want them anymore it s getting too late. He gives us attitude you re kidding right? Is his response. I honestly thought he was joking, he was dead serious and then ran to the back to let the kitchen know. We got our bill, paid and left.

Great atmosphere Ill definitely be going again to snag another pizza. The Caesar salad is quite creative , definitely worth trying.

I got take out. Pizza was hot, delicious and much better than I expected. The slices are large too. I was greeted by a nice guy who was helpful when I was choosing which slices to try. I ll be back.

Heard and seen a lot about their pizza on social media so it s been on my list to try for a while. We got the burrata and honey pizza and it was really good. The combination of the creamy burrata, slightly acidic marinara sauce and sweet hot honey is unmatched. The basil was the perfect addition for that pop of freshness. I like how thin the crust is, while being not floppy when you hold a slice. Service was fine. They re not running to serve you or overly friendly. It s a good, busy and casual vibe.

One of the best thin crust pizzas I have had in Toronto. The vodka sauce pizza was excellent. My only complaint is that I wish they had more appetizers and small dishes considering the size of their pies. A small size will suffice for 2 people and a large one will be more than enough. We got 2 large and a small for 4 people and had 1 whole pie left. Their service staff are great with Nice location and atmosphere too! The value and quality is definitely there

I came on a Monday at 2:30pm. Rang the bell and was met with a gentleman who said greetings when he met me. I was amazed, he was going at it while baking the pizzas. He offered salami with honey, pepperoni, cheese and vegetarian. This establishment is professional and honey and clean. The gentleman working was quite nice and thoughtful. I recommended this establishment. Slices are available 12-4 and dine in 5pm-closing.

Just picked up slices from the front window. Their dining room/ lounge wasnt open yet.... so no clue on atmosphere. Pizza was good

You Cannot tell me these guys don t have crack in their pizza. Addicting is an understatement, not to mention all the staff from the servers to the pizza guys and the suave head honcho manager. I keep coming back here! The cheese pizza is so addictive. Their crust is thin with a great chew and dough has great flavour, sauce, not too sour and perfect amount of cheese. I ve been to many places and tried many slices and always I come back to super point. I ve been to: Bitondos - Average Conzos - Burnt and average Man in the fire - terrible, even worse cold, my pizza crazed sister would not take the leftover slices Badiali - Crispy crust, but bland dough Prince St.Pizza - Cold, bland crust, Miserly with the pepperoni king Slice - Really good especially the cheese slice with garlic oil. Whole pies not as good as individual slices only the 16 inch tastes the same as a slice North of Brooklyn - Good but not consistent. Sometimes the crust is super burnt

I m having an existential crisis after visiting this place. I m from Chicago and my husband is from NYC and we cannot name a slice of pizza we ve had that is better than the honey and burrata pizza here. Also, incredible cocktails.

Didnt make a reservation but they were able to seat us at the bar. Only had the pizza which we really enjoyed. Prices were similar to most places in the area.

I am unable to rate the food simply due to the fact that I am unable to enter the premises. The steep step into the building renders it completely inaccessible to anyone with even moderate knee issues. I have actually witnessed sober, youthful, able bodied people almost fall coming out of this place so clearly it is an issue that affects many. Please do better. It is SO easy to buy or make a stopgap to put at the door.This oversight is shocking in 2023.

Had a small engagement party here in the back room. The email correspondence for planning could definitely be improved but the staff, food, drinks and atmosphere was perfect and exactly what we were looking for!

Google doesn t let you leave 0.5 stars, but I d rate this restaurant a 4.5. If I had to pick between 4 and 5 (which I had to, obvi), I m leaning more towards a 4. We got the 18 burrata pizza. Between 2 people, it was enough! We had 2 slices leftover. As for the taste, the burrata and basil were fresh, and the marinara sauce was flavourful and delicious! The only downside was the honey. It wasn t bad, but it was definitely different. Personally, I could do without it. But it was still delicious and it was nice to try something different.

Went for a slice on July 4th around 1pm and the pizza guy was very chill, friendly, and promptly prepared our order. They had two options on the go at that time, and my friend and I got two slices of the mushroom and olive, and two drinks. I really like their spicy Hawaiian, but they didnt have any ready at that point - next time! The mushroom and olive was something different and delicious. The have picnic tables on a protected section of the road and it was nicely shaded at that hour. Great place to grab a slice!

Stopped by for a quick slice and really enjoyed it. we saw that the cheese pizza came out fresh so we got a slice with their creamy garlic dip. Solid pie with a crisp and tasty crust, aromatic tomato sauce and lots of cheese. The dip was also stellar with great garlic and parmesan flavours. Nice guy working out front as well.

Top notch pizza and very fun and friendly vibe. Great place for beer, pizza and their Caesar salad with hickory sticks was a huge win.

The inside is nicer than outside. Pizza is better than average but not mind blowing. Service is good but you won t be greeted with a big smile and you won t be checked frequently. Overall the 3.5 to 4 stars makes sense.

We unfortunately had a really bad experience here this summer. Went on a Sunday with a reservation after getting there, it took quite a while for us to be seated because no one would even acknowledge us. Every staff we interacted with was pretty rude, giving off annoyed vibes. They seemed quite understaffed too even though the restaurant was pretty empty (bad management). After getting seated, we ve noticed a ton of flies surrounding us and blanketing a mirror just next to us. It was honestly gross and caught us by surprise. The place is super cute but definitely not a very clean one. We just imagine the kitchen. We sat through a bad cocktail and decided that it was too uncomfortable to be somewhere this dirty. We took our pizza to go, a burrata and honey pie, which by the way, was bland and soggy at the same time. Maybe this was a one-off but can t say for sure. One star for bad service, bad cleanliness and bad food.

Decided to stop by and grab a slice after visiting all the summer markets along Ossington. Ive heard great things so I had high expectations! There was no line for slices and the staff helped me immediately. What I Got: - Mushroom, Pancetta, and Onion Slice Final Thoughts: Coming in at around $7 the slice was a good size and heated up for you. The pizza itself was very thin, but I found the crust a bit burnt and too hard. There was a good amount of cheese and the toppings were very flavorful but I wish they were distributed better on the pie as it was basically just a cheese pizza after a few bites. I also found the slice to be pretty salty, but Ill be back to try different slices!

We found the Honey Burratta pizza to be average. Spices were very dominant. Its fine if there is no dough etc. The atmosphere is nice but it is very noisy inside.

Stopped by with two friends for a slice since badiali was closed and I ve heard good things about this place. First, the pizza slices were over cooked and over charred - we weren t charged for them and I can appreciate the guy manning the ovens made a mistake but why not offer us new slices? Ok I can let that slide but then we were told we couldn t sit at the patio tables since the other guy was preparing for dinner service. Really? You couldn t let us sit for under 10 minutes because it would disrupt your personal schedule? It wasn t like you had a line up of ppl waiting for tables. I always empathize with service industry folks as a former waiter/delivery guy but we were made to feel very unappreciated as first time customers. A truly disappointing experience. The two stars is for the pizza but it d be a zero for customer service.

The pizza was amazing. Had the burrata with hot honey. The pesto pasta and spicy rigatoni was delicious!

Our second visit. The reginette was really good, but the pizzas were super salty. The server forgot some of our food and at the end brought incorrect bills and he only said sorry without fixing them. Overall not as good as our first visit and probably won t go back again

This place deserves a lot more 5 stars. Always nice ambiance with really good pizza & pasta.

Fire pizza! Great crust and soft chewy cheese. Sorry, I forgot to take more photos of the appetizers which were excellent. We had meatballs and spicy Rigattloni. Meats balls were hot, tender and juicy. Rigatoni was super spicy just the way I like it. Favorite pizza was the Pepperoni as seen in the photo. Just get it! I dont remember the drink I got but it was amazing. And the drinks are named after Simpsons characters.

Delicious pizza! I have tried a few from this place and it never disappoints. The atmosphere inside is nice and cozy. You can also order and eat outside on the patio (they don t serve out there) Food

This place is worthy of its hype! Just go, what are you waiting for. Obviously their pizza and famous ceasar salad is delicious but you have to try the Arancini balls they re stuffed with butternut squash! Such a unique flavour combo and I loved it.

Hosted a birthday here for a large group and had a great experience! Everyone raved about the food, particularly the olives, caeser salad, and pizza of course. The service was great even with our large group. Thanks Superpoint!

Pepperoni slice was really good.

Came here for an early dinner and there patio was the only available seating. It was nice but very close on street. The huge pizza and Caesar salad was the best part about this place. Even though the pasta was good, the portion was way too small for the price. Also I appreciate casual staff and comfortable work environments but the host didn t need to be vaping at the host stand. If I came back I would grab a slice to go.

We walked in around 5:30 and got a table right away. Place is lovely and the food was fantastic. We got calamari and an 18 inch pizza with half salami and half spicy vodka. Service was nice, our waiter kept coming by with water and asking how everything was. Calamari was delicious and tender, I would recommend it if you are really into cumin seasoning. Really recommends the salami if your looking for sweet spicy and salty!

The review by Sayeh Ettehasi is a pure lie! I was there as a costumer and this girl walks in with another girl and two men. They walk in without being seated while filming the patrons without asking. Right away I could tell they were extremely rude! The girls proceeded to film the pizza maker without asking him first and when he asked them to stop they became belligerent and rude. The server was always calm and polite and asked them not to record the staff. They stormed out of the restaurant while giving the staff the finger. Whatever review this guys makes, take it with a grain of salt. And no, nobody shouted anything racist, the staff was professional, calm and polite the whole time. Some people just can t be pleased. On the other hand I ve been a patron of Superpoint since day one and the staff has always been amazing and the food great! Please go, there are no racists here I don t appreciate when people come to the neighborhood acting like they are entitled to be rude and obnoxious.

We are first time patrons of the restaurant and just wanted to share about the review of Sayeh E.. they were 2 ladies and 2 men. We were seated at the table right beside theirs. We didn t see everything, we didn t see the part about the filming as that was in the front part of the restaurant but the staff was calm and handled everything professionally. When they decided to leave, one of the ladies poured their water all over the plates, the napkins and the table, which gives you a sense of what the staff was dealing with.

One of the worst experiences ever. I am not to complain but the level of entitled Ness of their staff was appalling... I will not support this business.

Pizza was average at best. Friends got pasta and the pasta looked better than the pizza. Drinks were alright. Service was nice and the atmosphere was cool and intimate. Fans of The Simpsons will enjoy the names of the cocktails. Overall, the food was just okay.

Had been wanting to try Superpoint for a while and I finally did - loved everything about the food and the drinks. Definitely will be going back!

Ive been to over 15 pizza spots in the GTA and I can confidently say that the pizza at Superpoint is Top 3! Nice thin crispy crust, fantastic sauce and the toppings are immaculate. Might I also say that I had the best Caesar salad ive ever had in my life and some of the best cocktails Ive had. Would highly recommend coming here.
