Good priced beer. The only issue I had wasnt with the bar itself but some of the patrons got into a screaming mattch/scuffle. Wasnt too thrilled about that and left without finishing our beers.

The Rusty Nail is just a small community Pub with a pool table and the Jukebox. Its attached to a Ho Lee Chow restaurant so the food is good

Despite the fact that there are three locations listed online, almost certain the Dundas location has closed. Thought we would get the Dundas street location, and therefore avoid the 1.7 star rating. Food is complete garbage. Had cantonese chow mein from this company before, and the dish we got was comprised of sad egg noodles with filled with cheap meat and almost no vegetables. Nothing like what Ive had from a different location. Broccoli dish, despite being covered in sauce, was flavourless and old . Ive never seen rice this deep brown colour, especially not in chicken fried rice. General tao is, as mentioned before, cheap and grisly. The only thing passable in this $50 order is the $3 spring rolls. Listen to your peers. Save your money. Dont eat garbage.

Dumpster food from garbage people. Waited two hours for three dishes that never arrived, dont waste your time with these clowns.

We waited over 2 hours for our food, having to call twice to find out where the driver was. The lady on the phone apologised saying that the driver was on the way. I advised that we lived 10 minutes away from the Dundas location, as per their website and they advised that location is now closed and the driver was coming from downtown. Minutes later he showed up and we opened our food. $100 later and the best thing on the table were the spring rolls. Everything was flavourless. The hot and sour soup was a gelatin disaster and had a funky smell to it. The General Tso chicken was sour and lacked flavour. The lemon chicken tasted of nothing and the sweet and sour chicken was neither sweet nor sour. We wish we had read the reviews before ordering. Not even soy sauce or plum sauce would have saved this food. We could have saved ourselves money and possibly upset stomachs.

The meat in the dishes were waaaaay over cooked and my bean sprouts were mush!! I dont know what happened? Last time I ordered from them, my veges were hot and half cooked, so much as to be a little bit crunchy and the way I like it; the chicken was juicy, but just done enough. In this order, all the meat was way way over done and very dry, plus wilted Veges. I phoned the west end, Jane and Dundas location, Toronto, Ontario and the women told me to ask for cooking specifications next time. She then hung up the phone very loudly in my ear; this hurt my ear drum. I dont think they care about their customers at all! The only pleasant thing about this location was the polite delivery man, but thats not worth the $56 I paid for OVER COOKED FOOD! This was a west end, Toronto, ON, Canada order!

Received a menu in the mail and thought we would give them a try. Food was delivered in a reasonable time and when the driver arrived we used our debit card. Despite the $3.00 delivery charge we anticipated, when handed back the debit machine the driver had entered his own tip amount with out asking and expected us to pay the total. We never realized this and had intended to tip him but when confronted his comment was we always charge a 10% tip . UNACCEPTABLE and DISHONEST and little did he know he would have received more had we had the choice. CHECK YOUR BILLS EVERYONE. Definitely wont be ordering from them again. BEWARE.

If there was an option to give this no stars, I would. Im not sure what was worse: the food or the 2 hour and 20 minute wait for delivery. Ordered our food just after 7pm and was told it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. An hour came and went, then an hour and a half. We called the store to see what was happening. Received a half-hearted apology and some poor excuse about the kitchen being busy (we ordered chicken balls, General Tso chicken and chicken fried rice - surely it doesnt take hours to make any of those) but that the delivery guy was 5 minutes away. 30 minutes later, still no sign of the food so we called back again. Same excuse. This time we asked for our order to be cancelled but were told that wasnt possible and the best they could offer was 30% off our order. Also promised that the delivery guy was literally right around the corner and would be there in 2 minutes. He clearly left the 0 off of the 2 because it was another 20 minutes before the guy showed up. When he got here he said that hed only picked the food up half an hour ago. So, now we can add being lied to, to our list of experiences with Ho Lee Chow. Got the food (if we can even really call it that) upstairs and dished it up. It was hands down the worst Chinese food weve ever eaten. The chicken balls tasted stale, the rice was really dry and it should have been called General Tso broccoli because there was hardly any chicken in it. Even our dog made no attempts to mooch any of it and usually he sits below you with puppy dog eyes until you give him a bite. When the dog isnt interested, you know its bad. They seriously need to consider changing their slogan of delivered fast and fresh to delivering the worst food youll ever eat hours after you expect it. Dont eat here. We should have heeded the warning from yelp. Learn from our mistake.

Worst asian food ive ever had. Food arrived cold. Food had no seasoning. My daughter wouldnt even eat it and she eats everything. I will never buy food from this place again. Please people dont waste your money like I did.

Spend $65. They forgot the sauce for the wontons and were closed when I called. I called the next day. I asked for a new order. She (the manager) offered $1.00 credit. I told her I couldnt eat the $5.00 wontons without the sauce and I still had them. I said I wanted them to send me a new order and I would give them back the old wontons to show I never ate them. She again offereed $1.00 credit. Then I told her she would not be happy if I have to come down and complain in person. She then said ok, but after the long week end. Horrible service for only okay, but expensive food.

Unlike their tag line, the food is nowhere close to hot, fresh nor fast. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this place last night. This is by far the worst Asian food I have ever had. Even the fortune cookies were not worthy of a bite. I threw the take away menu from this place and am mever ordering again.

This place is despicable. My order took 2 hours to be delivered. It was cold. It was 90% onions. I called to cancel my order an hour and half in and the owner was hysterically arguing with me. They finally gave me a discount of $30 and then went ahead and charged my credit card the full amount anyways. Frauds and terrible food.

So awful, the food is disgusting and they overcharge like crazy. Ordered delivery and it looks 2.5 hours and they told me I would get the meal half price, I signed my Visa slip (and changed my total to half the amount as they promised) and they charged me full. AWFUL service, AWFUL place. Do not go here.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST Chinese food we have ever tasted. we threw it out. General Tsao chicken breading was soggy flower that tasted like sand, and had 4 pieces of chicken the rest was nasty flavourless broccoli. our rice was old and tasted gritty, and our shanghai noodles were under cooked. dinner for 2 means only 1 spring roll appetizer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. FOOD IS AWESOMELY TERRIBLE.

To start off with we waited 1 hour and 15 mins for a delivery when the lady told us 45 mins. We called serveral times to see where our order was and the answer machine said they were closed. Horrible service. The food was cold. The fried rice had no salt and was stale. The noodles were like mush with barely any taste. Absolutely horrible. I dont recommend anyone else ordering from here. Its better to grab some Thai instead.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I ordered $40 worth of food and was amazed at how fast the service was!! Unfortunately I very shortly found out why, most of my food was stone cold. I called to report the issue and was saddened to be offered 20% off my next order, that at this point i was never going to order. I asked to speak to a manager, who told me shed send another order of the rice and spring rolls (the offensively cold items) but not my entrees. I told the manager that by the time my rice get here my entrees will be cold. she wouldnt offer to send me fresh entrees. Now Im fuming and am asking for a refund, to be flatly refused. Disgusting food, terrible customer service. I cant believe how bad it was :(
