Standout artisanal Korean BBQ with antibiotic-free Angus beef, along with a selection of traditional Korean dishes and sushi for a well-rounded dining experience
Tonight we tried Arisu for the first time. We were very happy with the large selection of drinks and food. We chose 3 dishes, the braised beef and veggie, the sweet and spicy shrimp, and the garlic beef noodles. Our order came with delicious side dishes and each plate was a wonderful creation. We were so happy with the quality of the food, the portions, and the hospitality of the staff! We will definitely come back again soon!
If you’re an indecisive person, don’t go to Arisu. Their menu will start giving you heart palpitations as you realize you may never make it to the halfway point. Korean barbeque, Korean dishes of many kinds, sushi, and even more are displayed in full glory. Move over Pickle Barrel, this menu has you beat. Let me try to help you out here. With cooking stations at every table, Korean barbeque is a natural choice. Go for the porky and piggy set for two ($59.99) that offers three cuts: pork belly, shoulder blade, and honeycomb (like pork belly but more tender). Grill up the pork and tuck slices into the lettuce wraps along with sauces and a bit of the scallion soy. The set even comes with a host of sides: a puffy egg custard that needs to be eaten quickly; corn smothered in cheese and butter; a host of traditional banchan, steamed rice, and even fresh vegetables for grilling. You’ll have all the bases covered. You’ll want to start off with a set before adding on extras like chicken ($18.99) to Korean barbeque. There’s not much that arrives with it, just a piece of marinated chicken leg. After all, to miss out on the steamed egg custard is a shame. If you’re dining as one or don’t like the idea of having to cook for yourself, order Arisu’s porterhouse steak ($41.99 special price; regular is $46.99). Obviously, it wouldn’t rival a steakhouse, but I found it was prepared better than HK café places – the steak was a thick cut and cooked to a rare / medium rare. And it’s a hefty portion complete with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables, and a bowl of spicy tofu soup. This is a long review, for the rest go to Gastro World.
I tried bbq combo and it came with a lot of starters and side dishes Also quality of the meat is definitely high! I could get Korean alcohol soju with discounted price when I ordered bbq combo! I will come back
Fun experience. Would have been great if the place was a bit darker and maybe they had music going. Bbq sets are good but found meat to be thick and it felt like it never got cooked. Overall it was a good experience but I just wish the meat was thinner. Prices r also kinda high from my pov.
Didn't try the bbq, but the dinner bento box was not that great. At $30, it felt like a rip-off. The mains (pork, tempura and bulgogi) were decent but the sushi pieces on the side were bad. The rice was cold and hard, and the fish slices did not taste fresh. The Maki rolls had so much sauce it didn't taste like anything. We were also only told after our meal that a forced 18% gratuity would be added to our bill (which also can't be split) for a table of 6. If you come here, it's probably a better idea to go for the bbq... Or even better, try out the plethora of other restaurants in the Annex.
Great tasting food. The service was okay since we did have to wait a while to have a server seat us and also when ordering. Overall the drinks and food is tasty. Highly recommend.
Came here upon seeing the special and seeing the vibrant appeal of the restaurant as someone who roams around the area. The interior is massive and functions like a restaurant/bar hybrid, definitely appealing for a night out. The special came out with a variety of dishes. The corn was good but was a small quantity for 2 people. The soup was lukewarm and tasted alright. The gyoza tasted old. In terms of the Meat, we really enjoyed it. The types of beef cut were rich and flavorful, the Chicken was thick and didn’t have a lot of fat, the Pork was nice although on a lesser level than the others. The quantity feels appropriately well for what you pay for. Overall at the special price this was a good experience.
On their website this restaurant claims to offer authentic Korean food, and it is not an exaggeration. The food was indeed excellent. In addition to the usual Korean dishes it offered unique and unusual items that can't be found in most other restaurants. The fritter sample dish was excellent, as was the stir fried octopus. The seafood pancake was light and full of seafood. Staple dishes like tofu soup, chap chae, and bulgogi were tasty of course. The fried banana and ice cream and green tea mochi ice cream were both perfect desserts at the end of the meal.
Great service, great food and big space
Just excellent and the staff is great!
The atmosphere is very calming and they were quick to get us a table for four of us. The food was very fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back here!
I visited this place last week and definitely will be back!! The food and overall service was great! The staff were friendly and helpful! The Christmas decorations outside were great!
The best spreads of Korean bbq, best side dishes, amazing service. And for Korean bbq, not extraordinarily expensive.
Arisu really knows how to deliver an authentic Korean experience. I tried the Bossam, and it was delicious-tender. flavorful pork wrapped in fresh lettuce. The service was great, and the staff made sure we were always taken care of.
Great staff, and I really enjoyed the food
This was my first time trying Korean BBQ and it was delicious! The service was good and the food came quickly. It was a good sized portion as well. The only thing that put me off a bit was the washrooms - theyre in the basement and there was a sewage odour down there.
Food is overpriced and not that great. Location is nice. Service is friendly. I would advise going elsewhere if you re looking for good quality food. For A La Carte, go down the street to Korean Village Restaurant. Edit: The restaurant says my review is not based on facts. For two drinks and an app, the bill came to over $50. The app was okay and not worth the price. Having been to dozens of Korean and Japanese restaurants in the area, it s easy to identify quality food and meat and this restaurant fell short.
We ordered medium spicy food but the server gave us less spicy. The food was definitely not upto the mark but the place is quite upscale. Not visiting again
I went to this place with a few friends during the Korean festival and you know when the place is packed, it s a good place. This one server is an older lady and her attitude was so friendly and welcoming and funny during a overwhelming busy time. I recommend this place.
$5 for garlic, $5 for lettuce, $9 cheese corn, $5 for 1 milkis, this restaurant is a pure scam. you literally get all of these for free (except the milkis) at a normal kbbq place but they still choose to rob you of all that. you would ve spent $25 on nothing. even if you wanted to get it with a set, they don t even come with it. their set is literally incomplete. imagine paying $120 for 2 people and they want you to pay $5 extra for garlic and $3 for rice almost comical at this point. but i get it, y all gotta pay downtown rent. don t come here unless you wanna get absolute robbed. there are so many better places to go to that won t take all your money unjustly.
Food: Food was okay, ordered short ribs $26.99 (2 orders to start) the portion was small its saddening. ordered the cheese corn too, also small for almost $9. Service: the employees were nice at first, but definitely felt passive aggressiveness when talking to them. When we paid, the lady who served us took the bill and walked away in a disinterested manner. Were not looking for over the top treatment, a simple Bye, thank you works. Very disheartening.
North worth the money at all. The beef was too tough. Taking forever to get the staff. Wont come back!
Good atmosphere and food is ok
Great food and excellent place to catch up with friends. Will definitely come back
Montreal restaurant. I ate there when I went to Quebec and stopped by again when I came back.
Place has been around for a while - service was good food was okay
Why we kept coming here for all you can eat! Please correct it!
Tasty food but horrible service. Waiters are kind but food takes over an hour to come out. Couldnt even cancel because they kept promising food to come out. Ridiculous.
Quality meat for reasonable prices Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp on the side of the building for the side door entry for strollers and wheelchairs Food : 5/5 |
Honestly, if you want good service and food, maybe check out other restaurants. I know we went on a very busy day, but we waited almost an hour for them to bring out raw meat. They are also not very generous with their side dishes. Between the five of us, they only brought out one set. They did replenish afterwards, but this is not acceptable at a Korean restaurant where banchan( side dishes) makes the meal. I would not be returning nor would I recommend this restaurant to friends unless they want a bigger space .
I love this place. So much variety. Really big portions. I usually get the bibimbap and tried the mushroom avo hot pot today, which benefitted from the extra hot sauce we asked for on the side to make the Yook Gye Jang more spicy.
Dinning alone I felt really comfortable there. I would totally recommend this restaurant to my friends
We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a great meal. 2 people had the sushi which was so beautiful to look at when it arrived !! It was also delicious. The other two people ordered the cold buckwheat noodles with the barbecued beef on the side. It was so refreshing!! The service was very attentive and helpful as there was so many choices!!Highly recommend this restaurant which also serves their famous Korean BBQ.
I love the BBQ pork
Loved the place! The food was delicious and the service was very good! Definitely coming back.
Its really the best.. I dont usually write reviews because its annoying, but my experience at this place was so good that I immediately wrote a review as soon as I got home.! I didnt expect great service in Canada, but I think I had a more satisfying meal because I could see the attention to detail about using the store from the moment I first entered :) I wasnt able to ask for his name, but the server, a long-haired man, explained things clearly and was very kind. It was great! I was grateful that the female owner also checked the grill from time to time The quality of the meat was good, and I think I was able to enjoy it even more because the two people continued to pay attention to it. Even though its a place that sells meat, the tables were clean and free of grease, the lettuce was cut for easy eating, the meat plating, the soju ice cups, etc. They even had the sense to put up a partition so I couldnt see it during the final cleaning... Maybe its because I work in the service industry, but I could see things like that Even though I didnt say anything, the group I went with asked me if I liked this place haha. I guess it was obvious that I liked it. I was really satisfied with the details And it wasnt a noisy atmosphere, so it was very good haha. This is a place I want to come to with my parents. Ill eat there often in the future. Im going, Im making a regular reservation !!!!!! And the price is cheap too Event now? If you order a combo menu, soju is $15... It s not much different from buying it at Lcbo. It s really cheap.. but it s delicious.. Best value for money.. Arisu ~~~~~~
Busy, but the service and food is excellent.
Horrible place the food was way too expensive for the portions 31 fricking dollars for 16 pieces of popcorn chicken and thats a Large!? Its insanity!! Anyways if ur looking for a good place great food and good prices avoid this place. I am not joking run for your life!!!
Usually not busy and when it is the tables are spread apart enough that you don t really notice
The food is delicious, especially everything lol but the situation of them adding the gratuity to the receipt without letting customers choose whether they wanna tip or not is kind of not the way to go. I understand the tips blah, and I also understand it should be the customers decision and not a force of pressure.
We come here every year to celebrate a birthday. This place never desspoints you. High-quality meats, vegetables, good service, and nice ambiance.
Great food, amazing staff, spacious tables - one of my favourite spots for Korean BBQ in the city!
Excellent location and unique food, highly recommended Vegetarian options: All Dietary restrictions: All the ones you want to request Parking: Do not use Kid-friendliness: Completely Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah
I love this place. We ordered the meat to grill ourselves. The quality of the meat is excellent. We had beef and chicken. The beef bulgoggi was super. I think there was a portion of wagu beef as well. No spitting grease and they trade out grills that start to smell with burnt remnants. So many sides. I love the fluffy egg. The green lettuce to wrap all the grilled meat is so fresh and tasty too. We ordered a seafood pancake separately from the fixed menu. Loved it as well. Ice cream to end the meal is just perfect. They have soju and rice wine to accompany the meal if you wanted. I look forward to the next time Im in the city Ill be visiting Arisu Korean BBQ again. Parking: Just behind the restaurant there is a green P parking lot. Download the app and its easy peasy to pay too!
Easily my favourite Korean BBQ restaurant in Toronto. The food is other worldly, menu is exceptional and the staff are attentive and timely. The prices are also very reasonable. I brought my 8 month old daughter here for her second ever restaurant experience and they made it such a pleasant experience for her! Thank you Arisu and co!
Super fun experience for a large group. We did chicken and seafood Korean BBQ. We had a great time!
Follow @bredgyeats for yummy food pictures! If youre feeling cold during the winter, revitalize with a comforting bowl of beef rib stew, with tender pieces of meat and a light taste, or you can choose something more punchy with a baby octopus stir fry with plenty of veggies and a sweet gochujang sauce.
Staff are so welcoming and friendly! The food is always incredible.
That was a sad cantaloupe.
Their piggy combo is amazing! By far the best deal for kbbq in the area. Amazing sides and great service as well we cant wait to go back
Had the kbbq set and it was a lot of food so it was worth it. Drinks were a good price and the service was superb. The staff were very nice and took really good care of us.
A variety of delicious K-foods Enjoy them!!! Food
After a long day of festival attending and shopping it felt so good to sit down in a clean environment and enjoy a hot pot. The food was great, the hostess friendly and attentive, the service was fast. Also, clean washroom. Yes, that matters.
We go there for every special event because we love it so much. Meet is high quality nicely marinated and not overly salty. Staff is very friendly. Very helpful. Will give suggestions if you ask.
If the kitchen closes at 10pm then update your website accordingly why put 11pm close time if you cant take orders at 10pm very terrible and rude just hang up the phone on me when mid conversation
Honestly this is my favorite new place to go to :)
Too expensive.
Super fun experience and really good meat! Must try!
Great spot for some Korean BBQ.
The Korean bbq quality is one of the best you ll find in Toronto. It is not all you can eat but the food they provide for the combo they have is extremely filling! Food:4.5/5 Our combo was 5 cuts of meat, soybean soup, steamed egg , different banchan, dumplings, green onion salad, lettuce wraps and cheese corn. The quality of meat is amazing! I feel like they could change the marinade a bit for different cuts of meat because the marinade was pretty similar for the 5 cuts of meat in the combo, never the less it was delicious! I m not a big fan of the steamed eggs in general as they taste a bit eggy but I did really like theirs as it was cooked to perfection! I wasn t a big fan of the cheese corn as it was too sweet. The banchna was great but could ve had a bit more variety. We also ordered Korean rice wine and seafood pancake and the seafood pancake was just mind blowing! We did ask them to make it extra crispy and it deff was ! Service:5/5 The ajjuma and ajjushi there were so sweet and nice and came to ask us if we know how to eat Korean bbq. They came to explain something about the rice wine we ordered and told us that they had just gotten a fresh batch that morning. Overall super warm and welcoming!
Today I went to eat maki set. I ve ordered that several times before. I was a regular costumer. It was very shocking that sushi s were looking like someone s leftover. I asked the employee why is it look like that and they told me that the chef has changed. After that they brought me another California sushi that was looking normal. I forgot to ask them if their chef could do that why did they sent me the leftover. So, it was such a bad experience for me. I dont think I will ever come to this place again. If you re planning to go, I suggest you don t order sushi.
Fantastic quality selection. Reasonably priced. Good service and serving timing.
Hands down THE BEST KBBQ MEATS I have ever had!! Wonderful staff members too
Wintelicious
We got the winterlicious special, it was good! We had lots of fun. Service was very quick and friendly
I went there yesterday, food teast less than before and they charge 5 dollars extra if you add one more for lettuce. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant and I will not go there anymore!
The best Korean BBQ place in Toronto. Great place for other authentic Korean food as well. Very clean unlike some other Korean restaurants. Polite and friendly staff!
Food here was good and the service was also good! They messed up one of our orders but resolved it straight away. They have both AYCE bbq and normal dine in options. The one thing that I didn t like was that they didn t clean the benches. Because it was black I didn t notice until I got up that there was old soy sauce stuck to my pants and jacket. I had to rub it out and luckily I was eating leather pants that don t absorb so easily. I ended up cleaning the bench myself.
Wanted to get the Beef BBQ and Sushi Set but wasn t aware that most of their combos required a minimum of two orders which would essentially double the prices on the combos. Felt like it was scummy marketing showing that a combo would be $69 when it would actually be a minimum of $140. The food wasn t even good and was overpriced as well. Avoid this place at all cost.
Our visit to Arisu Korean BBQ was an absolute delight. The variety of dishes, including perfectly seasoned meats, left us thoroughly satisfied. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. From guiding us through the menu to assisting with grilling, their hospitality made our visit truly memorable. Arisu Korean BBQ is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Korean flavors and top-notch service.
Price: went for Winterlicious but with a group of people and some ordered directly from the menu and the pricing was very fair for the portion size and quality My experience: beautiful spot, I was hesitant to go because I dont eat much meat so I was expecting a lot of meat being cooked in front of me and now know thats not true at all. The boxes were sooo good. Not sure what they do to their tofu to get it so crispy and pillowy inside but I think about it a lot. I had a beyond meat steak and it was wayy better than my expectations. Everything is just well done and quality. Service was great, for a large group of people they didnt take long, accommodated the different requests very well and overall made it a positive experience Id come back here for sure. An annex gem. Highly recommend
Went here for dinner with my father and step mother. Paid $60 each ($180 total + drinks) for their table bbq special. Nothing is really specified in terms of quantity on what you are receiving other than three orders worth. Despite this not being an all you can eat the portions were quite limited. Even on things like low cost sides (kimchi, potato, bean sprout) - did not seem to justify the cost or seem like three orders worth at all. What prompted me to write this review is when my step mother asked for some more lettuce to wrap her bbq in she was told it would cost extra. Our bill well exceeded $200 and we are being nickled and dimes for lettuce? Would not come back or recommend.
We had a great time here! They have a lot of seating and we were able to snag a table for a group of 8 (walk in) on a Friday night so Im guessing they are not that busy! Was a bit nervous to try but it turned out such a pleasant experience for us. They have a lots of options for kbbq and Japanese food so our vegetarian friends were happy. I highly recommend getting their kbbq set. A good amount of meat and sides! They are not unlimited though unlike most places. But still worth it. Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options in the sushi menu Kid-friendliness: We had a kid with us and she was pleased
It looks like the booths are only reserved for groups and possibly straight couples.
Large menu of Korean food. Pretty tasty. Can also do Korean BBQ Food : 4/5
My friend and I found ourselves at this restaurant after trekking around Koreatown on a Friday night and almost every single Korean BBQ restaurant was absolutely packed. Each restaurant had a wait-time of at least 40 minutes to one hour. Located at the corner of the building, Arisu is hard to miss with its big glowing sign that signified their ability to sell Korean BBQ set courses and even sushi. However, when we walked it, we were shocked to find the place almost empty. They only had a couple tables seated compared to the other places that were hustling and bustling. Nonetheless, we figured how bad could it be? The servers were all very nice and accommodating; always eager to answer questions and help us out whenever they noticed we were having difficulties with anything. The food was delicious as well, served on beautiful platters and presentations. They had set menus that you could easily select based-off whatever you or your guests prefer the most. Along with ordering certain set menus, you could gain special prices when ordering soju or certain other alcoholic drinks as well. I definitely want to come back here again because they apparently have some decent bento box specials during their lunch hours. Looking forward to the next visit.
The all-you-can-eat concept is a good experience. From the classic California roll to inventive fusion creations, the sushi selection is a journey through both traditional and contemporary Japanese flavors. The quality of meat for the Korean bbq was great and we really enjoyed any cut we got. Overall really great place for a nice gathering with friends or family.
The meat was absolutely incredible! We had the BBQ combo and loved every meat item that it came with. The service was also exceptional, they did not hesitate once to help us. The only recommendation I have is to perhaps vamp up their sides and to have creamy corn that has the option to be heated on the BBQ plate so it stays warm and fresh.
Small quantities and they cheap out on things which are usually free like kimchi and rice
The food was pretty good. I enjoyed everything I ate. The service was not stellar. We were a party of 20 and we booked 2 weeks in advance for a dinner reservation. When we were arrived, they had no bartender to make our drinks. The server also told us that she didn´t want to do the work to break down our bills to an individual level, so she lumped us by table and told us we would have to figure out amungst ourselves how to split.
Terrible service
Nice experience
Its our regular go-to for Korean food. Great food. Great service.
A great spot for KBBQ! Can get quite busy but the service was never dampened by it. Good sized portions too
Love it my family and I enjoyed the food.
The food here is amazing, the atmosphere is laid back, the staff are incredibly polite and service is just as good. Top Korean spot in the city.
Amazingly good and very delicious food and good price
I ate bibimbap. There were plenty of vegetables. Since the dishes are stainless steel, the food gets cold quickly.
I had the bolgogi dinner and it was delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite and made sure everything was good. The owner asked if I was enjoying my dinner. You dont see that too often, to have the owner introduce herself. Great food and perfect service
Best korean BBQ place. Great service, great food.
Yum. Great KBBQ. Ordered the bbq set for two and a crispy spicy tuna roll and three of us were stuffed for lunch. Plus it s lots of fun to cook, the dipping sauces are great, and so are the kimchi and other little snacks- those peanuts, wow. I ve been to Benihana and tepanyaki places lots of times, and often cook Korean bbq style beef ribs at home, but this was my first visit to a KBBQ restaurant and I must say, I liked it a lot and will be going back again soon.
We liked the Classic Korean BBQ Combo. Food were great. Meat nicely grilled. Portion just perfect for 2 people. Service is sup par maybe due to language gaps or something who knows. Mostly on orders of drinks. Food
Great food and atmosphere, awesome service
Soso, pork belly is very bad meat.
I really like this place the majority of the time. Nice vibe. Service could be a hit or miss, something even when its not so busy in the restaurant you wont see your server for a while, most of the menu items are very good but the Korean fired chicken are a big disappointment, no crunch, and just soggy, sushi is pretty good tho, havent got a chance to try the BBQ yet, agedashi tofu and japchea is fantastic, would come back again.
All was good, just a little bit expensive
Large menu with plenty of great food (Korean and Japanese) to choose from. Service can be slow at times but still worth it to try it out.
I ordered Korean Meat Combo ($20) and ssambap ($20) Korean meat combo had 3 pieces of meat barely bigger than the size of a chicken nugget Ssambap had 6 Unreal amount of meat for the price A burger from mcdonalds would have more meat than both these meals combined UPDATE: wash their veggies before eating And rice balls for ssambap are all stuck together into a giant block
One of the worst place to dine in in the town. I went to washroom and could see their kitchen luckily. It was so unhygienic. It felt like vomiting. One of their employee touched nose and handle the food without sanitizing hand. That s was really disgusting. I would highly recommend not to do business with this restaurant.
Food was great! High meat quality and just the right portion sizes. We had a large party of 7 and we all had a good time. The service was friendly and fast. Will most likely be back
1. I ordered stone pot bibimbap, but I don t know what it tastes like. I dont think the red pepper paste tastes very good. 2. I was very surprised to see that they responded with a friendly voice before paying, but immediately changed to a cold voice after paying, perhaps because they did not like the tip. It seems like the basics of restaurant service are not there. Still, I went in with great joy and expectations as it was a Korean restaurant, but it wasnt really that good.
Horrible food, the lady server never checked on my table and delivered the food late, the food got extremely cold and we couldnt even eat it. Left everything behind. First time trying it and never come back.
very authentic
One of my fave Korean bbq spots!
Great service, very okay sushi. Got the maki set, not super impressed.
Excellent food and service very clean and friendly staff.
My friend and I came in on Sunday afternoon and it was very quiet. We started with gyoza and let the attendant know were still deciding. She came back and took our final order. We only received 1 out of the 3 dishes we requested and waited at least 20 minutes before going inside to see if anyone had our order. The lady came out yelling at us insinuating that we had not ordered. We definitely did, repeated the request twice and pointed to the menu. We were not happy with the service at all, especially considering how empty it was.
Good food, good service
Had a good selection for Korean BBQ as well as Sushi, Tempura and Sashimi. Very attentive staff. Quaint location with P park right behind. Thank you for the experience.
There s alway a big wait list, however when u get a table the service is fast you get your food in no time. They have really good Korean bbq, seafood udon and seafood pancakes. It s really overpriced tho since it s in koreatown and you can find other Korean food as good as their food for a lower price.
Its a great place, food is good but I dont like to be rushed. This is a big problem, in my opinion, that breaks the culinary experience.
Amazing experience grilling your own well-marinated meat. Great for groups. Loved the sushi, Ill come back for it...
Excellent service, decent prices and amazing food! K-bbq ingredients are also good quality
Expensive but it is delicious, they do not serve a portion that completely satisfies and the waiters are not informed about what is in stock in terms of drinks, they did not want to allow us to share dishes.
The food was really good, However the service was awful our server was extremely rude when talking to us and was also rushing us when we were placing our orders and really confused us on how the grill worked and how to order for it. The cherry on top was she was bagering my friend on why she didnt tip more then she did which is extremly rude to ask someone would not go here again for that reason
Absolutely worst customer service at this restaurant. The server has an attitude problem and is condescending to customers.
This message is to the owner. I am a regular at your restaurant, but after my last visit I will no longer be dining here. The older Korean lady server has been rude every time I visited your restaurant. For your business sake, please fire that server, she is ruining your business.
Very good food. Courteous and very friendly service with a smile.
Great customer service. Well disciplined atmosphere. Great food with affordable prices. You won t go wrong if you are well mannered!
Very delicious food at decent price.
It is the most delicious among Canadian Korean restaurants.
Came here with 3 other friends so I can try out Korean bbq for the very first time but was sadly was disappointed by the quantity for the price they were charging for the meats. The service was great and the atmosphere but the food are overpriced for how much and what they were we ended up leaving right after we finished our food to go to another place to eat since we all still felt hungry. All four of us split the bill and was charged $45 dollars as a broke hs student that is a lot for me lol. Would not recommend to come here I m sure not all kbbq is like this place but I am just traumatized by how hungry I felt after leaving this place
Korean restaurant with Korean interior in the city center It was delicious
this is my absolute favourite place to get Korean food in the city!! they have a wide variety to choose from and everything is always delicious!! the last time my boyfriend and i went there, i got the beef bibimbap in a stone pot (i added shrimp tempura) and he got their ABF fried chicken. he liked his chicken so much that he ordered another one and the manager came over to our table and started complimenting him, saying he liked his taste buds and then proceeded to explain how they prepare it. we thought it made the experience even better! we will definitely continue to come back.
Worst service and atmosphere.
so so
Amazing place for Korean food! Parking: Convenient parking at back of restaurant. Food : 5/5 |
Quality of meat is very good...all dishes are good but a little pricey and portioning is avg. Service was excellent! Food
Please be aware this is NOT an AYCE.
Amazing restaurant... must try...
Perhaps the best Bulgogi in the area. Strongly recommend.
Love it
Had a great Korean bbq experience here! A little on the pricier side but the three course meals are a great option to try different items. The service was really great and fast and they came to replace the grill multiple times without asking. The owner even came by to give us instructions on the best way to grill their meat.
Really friendly service, great prices, and nice atmosphere!
Galbi jjim (beef is really tender., nicely complememted by the carrot fungus. The kind of sauce that can t be bad, but way too sweet. Overall it s delicious, but steeply priced
Great and friendly service, very accommodating, but the food felt very white-washed version of kbbq, and it wasnt very authentic
Absolutely lovely Korean fusion food
A good place for a date or a small gathering. I love the booths, and the food is top notch. While there is a lot of great meat and seafood here, here are excellent vegan options too (that my wife loves). The menu is impressive and does not disappoint if you like Korean Barbecue and/or sushi. Been here many times, and it has never disappointed. The staff are really nice too. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian and vegan options. My wife (who is vegan) loves the Beyond Meat Bibim Bap meal, but if you dont like vegan meat, there are quite a few options without it.
