Gross absolutely gross ...avoid this place. Food portions smaller than other teryaki franchises and Uber eats and skip orders undercooked and half assed with no effort ...that will by my last order here.
Paid 18 dollars for a chicken dumpling soup. I just got 4 little dumplings, and vegetables in it with no tasty flavour. The noodles tasted like flour. Overpriced, little portion, not coming back here.
I love their signature beef teriyaki, but their portion is terrible. I had to ask for a triple order of beef on my plate in order for my hunger to be satisfied. They used to serve a side of dumplings or spring rolls with this, but they've also stopped doing that. Overpriced and small portion. I will need to find a replacement to satisfy my teriyaki cravings.
Not worth the money. Paid extra for protein barely got any, paid extra for noodles, they were undercooked I wish I stayed hungry. The sauce has way too much salt
Great place! Portions are perfect for my liking and the food is served fresh and hot. Service is quick everytime I visit. Definitely recommend for something simple, tasty and healthy altogether
10/08/23 I placed my order for the beef teriyaki with brown rice. When I received my order, it came without the teriyaki sauce. I tried to place a call to the restaurant, but no one answered. The beef is really dry. There’s no flavour whatsoever in the food. I will be returning tomorrow for a fresh plate of food.
Absolutely terrible food! I ordered the salmon and rice that came with some vegetables. First of all the portion was very small and the salmon was aweful and lacked taste all I could taste was the soya sauce they had all over the food and the very very fishy and bland tasted that's seemed almost uncooked. One of the worst meals I've ever had. Stay away from this place it's not worth the $14 I paid.
While the food is good the customer service and portion sizes are embarrassing. Below is a picture of the 15 dollar “protein bowl” I purchased today. 15 dollars gets you half a box of veggies (mostly cabbage and sprouts) and chicken. When asked to fill the box properly the cook said “that’s the portion size if you want more you have to pay.” I’m sure what most people want is a full box of food :/ very disappointing.

The noodles were DISGUSTING. They were just boiled in water and sauce was provided on the side. Had no flavor and went straight to garbage.

A well run teriyaki franchise - my favorite location in the entire city. The cooks and servers are fantastic. The food and quality are consistent week in week out. 5 stars!
Too little, not enough to eat
I love how it says they open at 12 pm on google and then you show up and it is not open thats my favourite Edit: it is now 12:30 and they still havent opened

Best place for chicken teriyaki
Nasty food. Tasteless, cold and expensive. Their famous teriyaki chicken is $12 for such a small portion of white rice and strips of chicken. I felt scammed of my money.
So little meat for such a huge portion of rice and vegetables

Not a great example of this chain. The vegetables were mostly peppers which don t go with the teriyaki chicken. Other restaurants in this chain use a much tastier combo of mushrooms, cabbage and other veggies which match much better with the food. Don t know why this store is so different.
Shrimp was chewy and not cooked and it tasted weird. Didnt even get to eat all of it before I threw it in the trash! So disgusting.
Plenty of other options around that are more bang-for-your-buck. Would do better if portions were bigger

Excellent thai food, served hot and delicious with a sweet and spicy mix. I highly recommend the chicken fried rice
Good food, small portions, friendly staff (could be friendlier) ... too expensive. for example , 1 spring roll with noddles veggie and tofu (extra veg and tofu because the portions are tiny) comes out to 18 bucks.... kind of a stretch dont you think?
Quick and easy.
Agree with many of the other reviews - got some today and when I opened it at home, could not believe the size of the dinner - less than half the container was filled with hardly any chicken. Worth $7 - not $15!
Giving one star because the app doesnt accept 0. My food had hair on it. It was also tasting weird, as if something was rotten. Not to mention the cook, that also serves people at the counter. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not reccomend this place even it it was the only one open in the area.

I love teriyaki but this location sucks. They don t get the concept of extra rice even when you pay extra. They are also so cheap with the veg.
