Had the best service and interaction with Ithana, Hana and Vasu. Perfect example of amazing customer service and they prepared & handled the food in the best manner. Thanks guy I ll be back for sure

Staff were really rude and gross with food handling. They put old beans with new beans and mixed it in which could cause food poisoning. Also the guy at the cash register was very rude.

Their service sucks ass. Did an order pick up. Picked it up at 1:43pm on nov 5th. Told an asian short girl that im here to pick up my order she shakes her head acknowledging me and just proceeds to walk away and ignore me. Helps someone else then looks at me again. Waited patiently for her to finish with the customer shes with hoping she ll help me after that customer. Nope she goes on to the next and then proceeds to ask the next customer if they wanted chips. I had to raise my voice for someone to finally listen to me. Like do people have to yell at you guys to get you guys to do something? Like everyone sees me standing there and doesnt do anything. Only does something when there proceeds to be a rush. Like im only picking up my order and you cant even give it to me? Damn you guys have the worst service ever.

Improper portioning, poor customer service. If y all ever visit this location and the protein looks less than other locations it s because it is and the employees are not following proper portioning procedures of 4oz, they re making up their own portions. I asked them to weigh my protein because I ve had enough and guess what, it was only 3oz, instead of apologizing and owning up to it the employee educated me on how they portion their meat. Got a takeout burrito, when I opened it to eat it it was a blob of unraveled burrito ingredients, I didn t mishandle the bag or anything they just didn t wrap it properly at all and I was left with a bag or inedible burrito ingredients

This is me second time ordering burrito From this location. This time everything except meat inside(carnitas) was good If this can be called meat at all?

The staff working Sunday afternoons are great, in terms of service and providing reasonable portion sizes. Every other interaction I have with staff on other days/times including this evening (Aug 6th, 2024) make me question whether any customer service training has been provided to staff at this location. Staff were more preoccupied with their own chatting rather than serving food/listening to my order. I had to ask for the same bowl item three times and received attitude from the individual for asking a third time. Two staff members here, Hemadri and Charmaine, have provided consistently poor service every time Ive been here (no greeting, attitude, lack of thank yous, slamming food items on the counter and/or grabbing coupons aggressively). Hope these issues can be addressed.

I could eat Chipotle everyday but everytime I order from here now my burrito is leaking beans and sauce after my first bite. My burrito turns into a bowl by bite three. Please wrap my burritos properly :(

Very salty. Spent a lot for a healthy meal that was full of sodium. Not happy about that. Ordered two meals and the food is very salty. Other locations are not like this.

Black gentlemen working was giving such small portions, as if it s coming out of his paycheque. I found him to be rude. Also, he took the order of guy next to me who I didn t even now at the same time lol. Not sure what he was trying to achieve, took double the time needed to finish my order. They need to stop being so stingy and also have some brains when it comes to their procedures, instead of making up your own way.

I took a take out for a steak bowl a few nights ago and unfortunately the taste was awful. I would definitely not come back to this location ever again because the portion and the taste of the food was not even comparable to what I used to get before. Lately, Ive been feeling that things have changed a lot. Before I started watching YouTube, I thought my situation was unique to me, but there, I found many people with similar experiences. I ordered through an app, and it felt like everything rice, vegetables, meat, beans was at half the quantity it used to be. Im not specifically talking about gender or race, but theres a high chance that the server only gives out the amount they themselves would eat. The owner must be very happy with this. They dont seem to notice that the business itself is sinking.

Every time I order from here on Uber Eats I get double meat hoping to get a decent amount of protein and the portion sizes are still ridiculously small. The bowls always come half filled. Dont understand why they are so stingy.

I ordered the El Pastor Chicken Bowl with double chicken. It did not appear to be double chicken; I do not mind paying more money for meat, but they were being frugal with the double meat. As soon as I mentioned it, she said there would be an extra fee on top of the double chicken. I told the employee that it didnt look like I got double chicken, but at this time shes giving me attitude and rolling her eyes. I don t believe I was impolite in anyway, I m simply pointing it out. Im paying $24 for a double chicken bowl, and I feel ripped off.

Worst customer service ever. They don t listen. I asked for a drink while the worker was making my order. I said it multiple times but the worker just ignored me. thought the bill included my drink but it didn t . When they didn t give me a cup, I asked for it, then they said I didn t say it ask for it even though I did like three times. Every single time I order from this location there s always a missing items ,last time I ordered from here I had someone else order I had to come to the store and get my correct order this happened twice ,(they still end up getting it wrong),there s always a missing drink and chips and the chips are always stale.Lets not start with the portion they put barely any rice nor chicken I can literally count the pieces of chicken,I ve asked for double chicken once the lady added only 3 piece of chicken!!!!

Worst Chipotle experience. As someone who regularly gets Chipotle, I went in person to order, lady barely gave me a normal size portion of chicken. When I asked for more she gets frustrated and give s attitude. Even speaking to the manager I wasn t getting a proper response or solution. Terrible staff experience. Stay away.

First time trying Chipotle, food was good but the place and the staff were not the greatest. It s dirty inside the facility. The person who took my order named Charmaine was acting like she was in a rush, very rude and very poor customer service and communication skills. when paying she was rushing us and didnt even ask is that everything for today.. she just took our money, gave our change which the bill was ripped! while we were standing there wanting to buy a drink. as well, i overheard her talking rudely to her coworker and talking her down! Would not go back to this location ever.

Ordered from here several times and there is always missing items. We even call to make sure after placing orders and they still miss things. Very frustrating and annoying and they do nothing about it. What is a salad with no dressing? Or guacamole and chips with no guac???

Great place to eat your local mexican american food. The prices are reasonable and the portions are good. I generally okly able to finish half of the bowl before taking the rest home to eat later. The place is nicely lit and the atmosphere is great. Lots of table and chairs to sit on.

Old burrito wraps and STALE CHIPS! I was hesitant on entering this location because of the reviews but I took a chance. I will not be returning. I ordered the chicken burrito and chips & queso. The burrito ingredients were okay but the wrap they used was old, I could tell because they had to heat it longer than usual. The chips were more than a day old, not crispy and had a sour taste. The queso sauce had little to no flavour. Worst food experience Ive ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. Theyre trying to save money and you can tell. The staff were friendly which saved this from a 1-star review.

I m not sure if they changed management since they opened. The quality was good in the beginning and possibly because they wanted to set a good first impression as a new restaurant. But the quality is SO BAD now. They decreased the size of the toppings. I usually get a burrito bowl and noticed the portion size is a lot smaller now.

This is a very well located location. Close to the citys core and main subway lines and not that far from a major highway. The food is delicious, what you would hope from Chipotle in general. The location is clean and the staff is very friendly. The only let down for me was one of their available protein choices was not available two days in a row (waiting time for it was quoted about 5 & 10 mins). Otherwise I think its a great place to go anytime you are hungry.

This store wasn t a highly-recommend when It just opened, but I started coming by more often lately because I saw their improvements in customer service and food quality! keep it up guys. Thank you for all the great meals!

Chipotle is the best thing to mankind

I went in here yesterday night and these employees are high af. They re super distracted, can t understand your order without it being repeated multiple times, quickly forget things and are very slow mentally and physically. I wanted to be polite and still thank the guy behind the counter, but I just couldn t - he took a solid 45 seconds to hand me my paper bag after I had paid. He literally spent 45 seconds looking off to the side and slowly rolled down my paper bag before leaving it right in front of him (he didn t really hand it to me) and walked off. I ve never had a more baffling experience in my life.

American Mexican bowls are yummy and tummy filling. Feels fresh and healthy as well.

Every bowl I ve ever had was either incredibly poor in terms of ingredients and their freshness, or the portions compared to other locations.

Dont expect a WOW Mexican food in Chipotle. I had satisfying experience here. But for sure, if I want to try something special, Id go to a local Mexican restaurant.

Food is pretty standard for a Chipotle. Everything is pretty fresh. I did notice that portions vary person to person serving you. Some workers are generous, some workers you d think the portions are coming out of their own pockets. Could be cleaner. There are usually way too many sticky surfaces when I go.

Ordered a chicken salad bowl. They put steak instead. Luckily I found out with one bite. Pathetic service.

Not tasty at all

I placed a catering order for 25 people for an event I was holding. The quality of the food was good, but there were many things not included in the catering order that was supposed to be, as listed on their site and emails (ex. serving spoons, tongs, bowls, forks, napkins, reusable bag for the dry goods, set-up instructions). Although not all these things were necessary (set-up instructions) I was told that everything would be there in the order- thank goodness I had bowls, serving utensils, etc. Admittedly, I was a little excited for the reusable bag, thinking it would be a larger one, but it wasnt included. If youre thinking of doing a catering order, make sure to have some back up options for serving since they werent included.

Horrible experience!! I picked up 2 queso and a bag of chips only to go home and find a big piece of meat in the queso. Firstly, the ingredients for Queso on the public website do not mention meat. Being a vegetarian, this was unacceptable for me. When I notified the manager, she did not even know if queso was vegetarian. She took 15 minutes to confirm if the queso was vegetarian. After that all the manager could say was she s sorry and the reason this happened was that they don t cover the queso anymore. The employees have a hard time keeping the ingredients separate because of that. How is this acceptable? What if someone is allergic to a particular ingredient? After all this, she had to audacity to offer us a free queso. Pathetic, horrible and disgusting experience.

The guy making the burrito had obviously not been trained at all. Didnt even try to wrap it properly, he just folded it up like a taco and squished it together with tinfoil. Had to eat it with a fork

This chipotle restaurant is conveniently located in the middle of the center of North York center area. Its right on Yonge street which makes it walking distance from all different direction however Its very very hard to find a parking near the store for short time. The store gets very busy during meal time so to be mindful of other customers when you are ordering and when others are ordering. The foods are 100% yummy and the service are on point. The food preparing stations are very clean. Less than $20 and you can have a relatively healthy and great portion meal. Its not bad given todays inflation. I gave the 4 stars on atmosphere solely for the parking situation.

I got take out from here last week. I typically love chipotle. My bowl was good, but there were 2 hairs in it. 2! Kinda put a damper on it for me. Also I ordered take out through Ubereats, and waited at least 10-15 mins there for my food, after it already said it was ready.

After buying my drink, I opted to switch from a bottle to Fontaine root beer. However, the server not only refused to assist but also lied, claiming they couldnt accommodate the change. It might be beneficial to train and teach them English communication skills.

Don t come to this place total waste of money. The worst Chipotle I ve ever had. I had the burrito like I normally do and it s extreme salty and taste awful. Total waste of money. I hadnt been to Chipotle in about five years, I was very satisfied with my plant-based bowl and the one I bought for my wife. They were pretty huge. And Ianna (sorry I probably spelled your name very wrong) was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent experience.

Used to be good when they started, but offlate it s been going down the drain. Portions are small, quality is inconsistent, the rice is mushy sometimes or the beans are salty and spicy or their service is terrible. They miss simple instructions on their own website. It s just terrible, not worth the $16 we end up paying but because there s no option close by, we end up going there anyways. It will stop today.

This place doesn t grill the burritos, they just wrap it and serve you a cold burrito which is gross 3. How about mentioning that you charge $3 for guacamole before you put it in? I also only asked for a little and still got charged full price AND I asked for half the amount of meat, so got a cold, overfilled, overpriced burrito that fell apart the second I tried eating it 4. This was the best Chipotle I have ever been to, tonight, September 13. The customer service was outstanding, from the women who took our order to the man who rang us up at the end, to the women changing the garbage bin bags. They were such a great team. I had two little ones with me, 2 and 4. There were high chairs easily accessible and that was so nice to see. The store was clean and the food, so fresh and tasty! My hubby and I will definitely come back. Thank you to your incredibly professional team!
