Man usually give less vegetables than gals every time when gals do the service..I got more protein and vegs

I walk by this location everyday around the same time in the morning and see them prepping. They dont wash any of the produce at all. For example, just gram a head of romaine, twist and cut. There is so much dirt in those and possibly more surprises.

I have ordered from here many times, but today they most likely put my order label on someone elses order which is likely to happen but what pissed me is that when I called the support line as I placed it from UBER EATS they said I should check my order at the order, there is a window on the street to pick up the order, you cant be serious if you expect a customer to stand there, open the pickup box and verify ingredients, hire more employees instead so they are not overworked and make mistakes

This restaurant is notorious to messing up orders and forgetting key items. Management has been unresponsive when contacted about these issues. Most recently, my salad contained NO salad/lettuce. The good news: theyre apparently hiring anyone with a pulse. Management: unlock BOTH of your double doors. Also, your staff sometimes reply with silence when thanked - maybe train them in basic customer service and human interaction.

My first time visiting this location and it blows every location out of the water. My interactions with the staff from start to finish was pleasant. Food was delicious!! This will be my staple location. Staff was truly phenomenal

I am Spanish and this franchise is not in Spain. It is 100% recommended. Mexican burritos made to your liking. They are big and fill you up quite a bit. Healthy food within what is a fast food franchise.

Terrible customer service. The girls working there don t know how to talk with customers. They are very rude and have no manners no customer service. The girls working today are so rude. They gave me wrong order and charged extra for wrong order when I politely asked her tone was so rude. Owner should change staff to have more profit and who can provide better customer service.

Food was good

Boyfriend was at the corner and ordered a salad bowl for me, was really angry when he came back with a bowl that had no sauce, no cheese, no corn, only chicken and rice and few salad leaves Boyfriend never bought chipotle before and he said the server didn t ask him anything so he thought that was it. WOW, VERY DISAPPOINTED

They are notorious for skimping on portion sizes - its criminal.

They really do skimp on portions here! Moreover, when assembling my bowl they did not layer the ingredients but instead put them in different areas (rice on the right, beans on the left, etc.). Chips were also over salted.

Its a good Mexican joint to try. Service is good and food tastes great. Its always crowded especially during weekdays,so its better to take away your food and eat it somewhere else.

We come to this location all the time for team lunch runs, but it s been two times in a row where the soft tacos and burritos the wrap is cold. Eventho when they were making it. It did went into the round pan fry machine but I believe they are too rushed and only went in for less than 3 seconds. It was busy Tuesday lunch rush a lot of people were lining up and I had to put in 5 orders, the person taking the order was super rude and gave me all type of attitude as if I am wrong to order more than 1 serving. Very bad experience, not living up to the standard of the chain.

Food is good as always and the curb side pick up is extremely convenient

This is not the quality I am used to with Chipotle. The flavours seemed off, rice was clumpy, chicken cut into huge, irregular chunks, and the staff seemed totally frazzled and were mixing up people s orders. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location.

No big complaints here, location is clean and staff is nice. I do have to ask though, it s the end of the day and sure ingredients are low, but paying full price for a meal when half the meats have run out and there s no corn as part of the veggies, is it fair to still pay $15 for a bowl? Asking Chipotle if there are any options available to customers to get reduced prices if it s the end of the day and half the ingredients are out? Again nothing to do with the staff, and I wouldn t expect them to open up any fresh food for just one person at 10pm. Just paying so much for a bowl that doesn t even feel heavy is disheartening for a customer.

Good food and service, but outdoor seating is almost always occupied by Uber eats drivers. Manager said it s not against their policy. Very busy during lunch hours.

Idk the name of the guy but was there to pick up an online order for uber eats bro literally took 20 minutes to pack an order of chips and guacamole. Well That was today s experience I ve been the before think he is a new guys train him better

The Spanish lady gave me so little rice and protein. I think the portion gets smaller and smaller everytime I go there.

Hey Chipotle, what was in your chicken special yesterday? I have been experiencing violent food poisoning symptoms between 24-48 hours after eating half of the bowl. Gross, I will not be eating here again and will not be recommending.

The WORST. This by no means looked like a quessadilla, and the beef literally tasted like an ear, it had the worst texture and flavour.

The portions are super small, the food was excessively salty, I am a big fan of Chipotle but this location should be reviewed by the franchise!

Got take out. SO MUCH SALT. Had the veggie burrito and it was so awful I couldnt eat it. Did they dump a box of salt into it? First and last time at this chain!

Decided to get something new for once and got a bowl yesterday afternoon, I have been throwing up nonstop since last night. I didn t eat anything different than that, and now I have to visit the hospital because I can t keep anything down. The workers are also rude and pass the bowl down to each other like an assembly line. The place is crowded and the tables are disgusting.

As someone that works in the area and loves chipotle, I frequent this location for lunch but the last two visits have been bad, white rice is soggy wet/clumpy, less protein and chicken doesn t have as much flavour. Overall, quality at this location has been on the decline.

Under portioned every single ingredient in my steak burrito. Despite being barely filled, the team member wasn t able to wrap this properly. Food was cold too. Wish I could get my $17 back. The value for what I received might be $10, at best. I stopped coming here months ago because this issue kept happening. I thought it would be different this time They ve successfully managed to lose me as a customer for the 2nd time.

The Asian girls serving at this location are so rude I complained to them about the portions they served because they had put way less guacamole yet they charge it for 8 dollars plus tax, this has happened twice and those two girls just replied rudely and didn t change my order, this is sad coz chipotle has always been a good food brand change ur staff.

This is the BEST American style Mexican food. Love their Burritos, Quesadillas or bowls. The service is quick and seating is ample. Highly recommended!!

They overcharged me but took 10-15 mins after getting my food while waiting for refund my food was already cold and I said figure it out until I finish it but still they cannot refund me after I went back, I asked if you wanna do store credit but they keep trying for card transaction, In the end they gave me cash I am more concerned about the cold food then my refund, you could have just offered me cash in first place

Visited on Jan 1st. Bought a single bowl, but was mistakenly charged for someone elses order ($85). It took 10-15 minutes while the team tried to refund my order, however 2 weeks later I have not received my money back. Ive contacted the website as suggested by previous reviews, along with Chipotle Canada but it has been silence. Someone from the team - please advise who I can reach out to about my refund!! After being overcharged $85, I was also charged for my own bowl ($15) which was cold by the time I was able to eat it. Based on the previous reviews, it appears that the team at this location should be receiving additional POS training as to ensure a better customer experience when it comes to processing refunds. We understand that mistakes happen - but the managers need to know how to fix these mistakes properly.

The service was awful, one of the staff was completely rude, it was my first time visiting Chipotle and I have no idea about the food in here, she was not helping me to understand what the Salsa is, and once I tried to explain that I was confused about the quesadilla since it looks different then what I know, she says THIS IS CHIPOTLE like duh!! I will never be back in here

Rude staff ! Bad experience

The worst experience ever, I would give it a 0 star if that is possible. They gave me the wrong type of sauce rather than the one I ordered, the food was too spicy that I couldn t even eat a bit. I asked them to remove the sauce from it, the manager came out and talked to me with bad attitude, and would only willing to replace me a bowl with only rice and meat. However I paid for a bowl with 2 type of protein and 2 sauces!

I m surprised by the low score, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when I stopped by on a Friday night after work. The portions were definitely bigger than the Atlantic location and the food quality was good.

The staff is so friendly, I have come a couple of times and I always feel very welcomed. The food is really good and the prices are fair.

I was picking up my food but apparently my food wasnt showing up in their system, so i asked one of the manager to help me i think her name was danina. I felt like she didnt want to help me and her tone was just very rude. Bad customer service from her wouldnt come here again

Recently, i got a bowl and accidentally ordered pork. Due to my religious beliefs i cant have pork so i had to throw away after couple bites. I decided to call the store to see if they would be able to make another bowl for me. They were so helpful and nice about it. Thank u guys keep up the good work

Extremely slow and understaffed and they couldnt care less. Very unprofessional manager that does not understand the basics of customer service. They try to exploit you and rip you off by charging you extra for their new chicken without telling you or showing the price difference on their menu display. Worst location Ive been to by far.

This restaurant is a joke, charging 14$ for half empty bowl. They can t even give me enough rice. Good luck eating there if you want to get scammed.

Frustrating experience today where 45 minutes of my time was wasted at this Chipotle location. I put in an order for a chicken burrito for pick up at 12:00 PM. However, at 12:00 PM, order was not ready. The employees for mobile orders looked to be working on a big catering order and they completely ignored all mobile orders. During the wait, the employee did not give any updates nor even acknowledged my order. After waiting 20 minutes, I tried to cancel my order on the app/website but it would not let me. I ended up finally getting my order at 12:45 PM. The mobile order section at this location was terribly managed by the employees/manager today.

Their food is good, but nothing like authentic Mexican food

Please train your staff to be polite. I picked up order on a bicycle and i was told you are allowed bring bicycle in a very rude manner saying this is not parking spot. If you don t entertain cyclists please put a notice that you are not allowed to bring bicycle inside the store. When asked stuff didn t even tell his name. This is first time in Toronto I faced this issue. Such staff should not be working in such renowned chain.

I never post bad reviews, but this will be my first! It totally deserved it. By far the worst customer experience. The people working were rude, didnt care at all, and skimped out on several ingredients which were running low / out of supply in the container near her to avoid making the 10 ft trip to get a refill. Do yourself a favor, and eat at any other place around it.

You get $5 worth of food for $15. Save your money and go somewhere else

I ve been here multiple times and as someone who loves chipotle and has experience with other locations, I m pretty disappointed. The layout of this store is really weird. There is no space for a lineup which results in people all being bunched up in one spot, the serving counter is incredibly short and cashing out you are essentially standing inside the door well of the kitchen. Due to the layout it s really awkward if they have more than two customers at a time. There s no clear preferred area for overfill customers and I ve seen customers lingering in weird areas / confronting each other about where the line is without any direction from staff. This is the majority of times because it s a busy location. Last occasion they have more staff hop due to lingering customers waiting for service but because there is such a small assembly space each staff member cannot realistically do much. I had at least four staff members work together to assemble my order which was chaotic because they repeatedly had to request whose order was which, and obviously stressed out staff members would immediately walk away without confirming whether I wanted other ingredients they were responsible for (veggies, gauc) requiring constant clarification of which order was mine / things that had been missed. I ve also seen their guacamole oxidize so it s outer layer has a thick grey / brown colour which I haven t seen at other stores. I wonder if it was sealed in the same way or sitting out longer? I know about guacamole oxidizing but it s weird it s just this store, and I have had gastric issues after visiting this location. Beyond staff being obviously stressed and not attentive due to the chaotic environment, they ve always been pleasant and seem to try their best. Food portions are similar to other chipotles, but I d walk the extra 15-20 minutes to the chipotle near Yonge / Dundas or Bolets Burritos (which is cheaper and gives free guacamole with cash) over going back here. This comes from someone who waited months for this location to open

Very quick service. Everything was very fresh and the Chicken al Pastor was really tasty. Well balanced meal everytime.

I ve never given a three star rating in my life. However, I put in a digital order and they forgot to add rice to my order :( . On top of that their extra isn t really extra . Their portions are noticeably smaller than other locations. However the staff is very friendly and nice. The food is also delicious.

The manager at the store passed a racist comment to us, we had placed a huge order and asked if a tobascco bottle can be taken, she said you cannot take it there are cameras. We will be watching she said, you cannot take it as if we were thieves. It felt humiliating and disrespectful, really bad experience. I have never experienced a Chipotle as stingy as this one. All their food portions are skimped and are the equivalent of half the usual portion a regular Chipotle would give. They are serving half a bowl for $14!! Visit at your own risk!

Theres a reason why this location is always empty and the Yonge and Dundas location is always busy Theyre skimpy with portions here but Yonge and Dundas will give you a proper full size serving

Staff always seems to be in rush and keep forgeting to put veggies, lettuce and chesse. Compare to other locations (outside of Toronto downtown) over here veg bowl seems like half in terms of quantity. Not sure whether its intentional or some sort cost cutting.

Nice fastfood with good food and kind staff

Avoid this location for the following reasons: 1) They give insanely small portions, especially of protein, compared with a standard Chipotle. Simply not worth the price! 2) Loud terrible music is distracting. This isn t a vodka lounge, it s a Chipotle 3) Awkward seating is way too close to other people

Friendly staff, I went to Chipotle for the first time, he took the time to explain us how it works (it was 9pm though). You can compose your dish with proteins, vegetables, sauces and so on to your own gusto. The burrito was pretty big, and really hard to eat actually. Alledgedly the salad is bigger still. I assume it would be enough for 2 people. I enjoyed this meal for good value. I can recommend this fast food.

Visiting Toronto, I decided to eat out at Chipotle on Yonge st. The food was okay, however the staff seemed tired and kinda of angry. I wont pay a visit to this branch for sure Food

Ordered a veggie burrito bowl for pickup. I got to the store 5 mins after my pick up time and still had to wait 15 mins for my order. Considering it s a veggie bowl and is basically just rice, beans and veggies, I d have assumed they d put at least the regular amount of rice and beans - nope! Completely skimped out. I basically got a half a bowl. And they forgot the cheese! If you wanna eat at chipotle, don t go to this location.

Great place, Im working a long shift overnight and I went to this Chipotle to get some food. I got a chicken bowl and it was delicious. I highly recommend stopping by and eating something

You have to ask for extra just to get close to normal portions ripped off more than once here. Will not come back anymore. Chipotle increases prices all the time and this location can t even give decent value to customers. Don t bother ordering via app they will skimp on everything.
