Had great experience, staff was very helping and guiding which options to choose specially when you are vegetarian.

I had a job interview scheduled here, and I showed up at the agreed time, only to be told by the staff that all interviews for the day were canceled due to a meeting. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. No one bothered to inform me beforehand, wasting my time and effort. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their current staff. Extremely disappointing!

Hi! Witness here. I was on my way to pick up my mother in law around chipotle, when i heard commotion around the corner of the entry. Apparently these kids were making mess, and yes thats wrong. However this supposed worker or maybe witness started yelling at the poor kids saying he will punch the kid. I think violence is not necessary and I would ve been able to clean the mess. Thank you!

Great food. Place had a very dirty floor and dirty tables.

I have been eating from them for 1 year almost once in every week. Their food is tasty and mostly good quality, however last 3 months I got tired of their wrong order and today again my order was missing items. I will chose other Mexican restaurants next time in the area - they improved their menu and service recently upgraded my rating

Unable to eat because the Manager refused to prepare an item that it is available online but not in the restaurant. What type of rule is that ? We have had quesadillas before in other locations. We had to leave as the Manager was unable to help.

My wife wanted to order a bowl of just fajita veggies and just chicken. The amount of chicken was fine but for over 14 dollars to get a small single serving of fajita veggies is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They dont seem to understand requests, and theres so many better options in the area. Shame on you chipotle.

They give you half a scoop of protein. Half of it sticks to the spoon but they call it full scoop. Dont come here. Food

For me, some times the experience was good, sometimes they were bad, half the time I would get good portions that actually make it inside what I ordered, and the other half of the time I would get terrible portions and the ingredients that they are suppose to be inside of what I ordered are all over the container instead, The employees are usually pretty good but all the high schooler kids running around, screaming makes me not want to even get food from here.

I frequent this establishment at least once a week. I hold Chipotle in high regard, particularly their chicken al pastor. The staff consistently provides excellent service.

This Chipotle habitually gives miniscule portions on online orders. My last order half chicken half steak had maybe 1oz of meat, tops. If you want a burrito that is 90% rice and lettuce for $25, go here! Total rip off.

I ve been to many different locations and I have to say, idk if I came on a good day, the ingredients were really fresh. I enjoyed it. I understand people s frustrations with the portion sizes but they are more than willing to give more of anything but the protein.

I ordered the burrito bowl and salad bowl last night from this location on UBER Eats and NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EAT CHIPOTLE FROM ANYWHERE AGAIN!!! I ordered two different meals for myself and daughter and we both had painful and explosive diarrhea exactly 2 hours after eating this . I dont know if its this location specifically or all Chipotles but since the last time I ate from Chipotle was in 2018, Im going to boycott the entire franchise cause nobody should feel that way after eating food. I hope this company goes down the drain for the overpriced garbage they serve people.

Atmosphere can be cleaner and there are times when the rice isn t fully cooked (aka the rice is hard) but it s not a consistent issue. Otherwise the food is really good and the staff are good too Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options available

Worst Chipotle location in the city. They are ALWAYS out of multiple ingredients. Tonight they were out of white rice, last time they were out of white rice, corn, steak, and more. How does this happen? The short Mexican manager that works there is also on some weird power trip. Never going back.

Unreal portions for proteins it s unbelievable how they charge you $5 extra for extra protein yet you still receive an amount that is enough for birds. They need to stop being extremely chintzy cause at $20 it s absolutely not worth it.

I went there on February 25th (yesterday) at 1:55 pm and a rude guy took my order and I gestured to him that I want pinto and he rudely told me to keep your hand behind the glass. while my hand was behind the glass and I spilled too much rice and steak, if you are unhappy with your job, you can change your place with someone you dislike instead of being rude.

A mexican friend of mine recommended that I should try Chipotle. After trying the chicken burrito, I just fell in love with this place. The guac makes the burrito/bowl hit the spot every time. Ive been to multiple locations, and this one in particular stands out to me as the best so far. Their chef is great, their service is great, and youll almost always find a spot to dine in.

We have frequently ordered from your restaurant and always ordered the same stuff - burrito bowl with extra chicken. From the last few times your serving size has been getting smaller by the day. Tonight the burrito bowl was only half full and it will not be an exaggeration to say that there was no extra chicken. Very sad that you do this to your customers!

I ve been coming to this location for years and I have never been so insulted before. Zero customer service, zero respect! The menu has quesadilla under kids menu. No other area on the menu for $7. I ordered 3 cheese quesadillas and this guy charged me $12 per unit. Said that they made me large quesadillas. I said I ordered just 3 quesadillas. Also told the worker that their menu doesn t have large anywhere so how is that my fault. I said I guess I have to order 3 kids ones then and the guy didn t want to serve me my food. I work in customer service and this guy didn t want to give me a break or nothing. I asked for his name and the guy refused to give it. I ve been coming for years and I got to say this is how you lose a customer. Fix your menu. I ll be taking my business somewhere else. Update: the guy called security on me to kick me out. Unbelievable! Zero customer service. The worker is a bit older like 28-30 Hispanic with glasses. Not only did I get pushed aside and refused service I get kicked out forcibly. I want that workers name so I can formally write a complaint.

Ordered the burrito, got a soggy round ball. Noticed everyone else there were eating bowls, maybe those were better but the burrito was horrible. Ingredients were just piled upon each other and did not blend when you took a bite, you either got a mouthful of lettuce or beans or rice Will probably never try a Chipotle again when there are so many other places to try

Chipotle is the best! It s delicious! The staff is friendly and quick, but there is no restroom.

Made my order improperly multiple time. This time I got no queso, it missing one of the salsas, and they used way to much rice. The result was bland and dry. For a premium priced bowl thats half the size of other restaurants like burrito boyz, I expect better quality control. I am a very frequent customer (multiple times a week) but lately this has happened more and moren at this location. I may be dropping Chipotle.

This is my regular Chipotle but the staff has changed and I had a very annoying experience today. A nice man was making my tacos when a female worker pushed her way in and told him to make the tacos in a container instead of the usual foil. She took over, made my tacos wrong, told me I was wrong when I corrected her and when I got the tacos home they were like soup, had leaked through my bags and the container is collapsing. Ill be eating my tacos with a spoon tonight.

The first time I went here, I got a steak burrito bowl, don t recommend as it was not only dry but burnt as well. So I usually stick to the chicken, usually its okay and juicy. This time even the chicken al pastor was dry and burnt. So I had to throw most of it into the trash. The scoop of chicken wasn t even half full, and the veges was also such a small amount. Regular burnt meat and not getting the portions you re paying for is ridiculous. I love going to chipotle, but this is just disappointing.

Would give zeros stars if I could. I frequent this location and my partner has had digestive issues in the past. This time I was the victim worst food poisoning I ve ever ever experienced. Resulting in a trip to the hospital. Avoid this location they beee to be inspected. Something is very wrong.

I used to go to this place very often in the past. Tonight I went there after some months: they mixed up my order, the coke from the machine was not cold at all and there was no ice in the machine either. The washroom in this place was also very dirty and no washing liquid there. No napkin was available either. It was a very bad experience!

I would not be going to this brunch again.

Ordered tacos and there was SO much water from the tomatoes and meat juices that it was soggy before even leaving the restaurant. Do not recommend unless you dont mind them swimming in water and soggy.

Used to love this place for years but I think they are doing too much cost cutting now. I only order veggie. Even asking for multiple times for extra cheese or extra veggie, I get told that they already put extra. It s not one or two servers, it s the norm for the last few months. I would pay extra but at least let me decide the right quantity for me. I am even asking for expensive ingredients. I am going to be avoiding this place at all cost now.

This location is always inconsistent with portion sizes. Especially with protein. Im not a gym bro but for $17-18 dollars they should fill the scoop properly. One time I had 6 sm pieces of steak, I was shocked to my core. The other day went I got 1/2 barbacoa the portion size was SO LITTLE. I asked for a bit more since it wasnt even the actual portion and the server was picking STRAINS!! Im sorry what? And with all due respect its always the ladies or (they/them) that always under portion every bowl product. Staff needs a re training and reminder that ppl pay $15-20 for a bowl.

Nice and quick grab on the go lunch or dinner. Try and choose to your own taste. Add or skip anything as you like. We tried chicken al pastro tacos. Chicken grilled and smoky flavour is excellent.

I had an order today with uber eat, which I charged twice instead of one and after when I wanted start to eat I felt something strong under my teeth with many pain, I saw it was a cherry corn which it was already eaten, I was really surprised and get mad , messaged to uber eat and they still keeping me wait for answer , even don t tell sorry Yes I really disappointed of Uber eat who they never care customer and never ever order to this store as the food is out of safety and very bad quality , can you imagine cherry corn in your food and under your teeth and no one is responsible and answer me .

Tried to pre order lunch 1 1/2hrs before delivery for 6 people, placed the order no problem 30mins before delivery the order was cancelled, no reason. I checked to see if they had blocked the time off because they were busy or something, they were still allowing orders. WHY? just make the restaurant unavailable. Funny though I could place the order from the website no problem except for the fact that it would have cost me $50 more with the crazy fees and tip.

Friendly staff, amazing management, if you re lucky you ll get to know Alex and he s the most friendliest person in the area.

Every time I come to chipotle I get such great customers experience. I appreciate they have some options for everyone. I got a salad and steak bowl. The ingredients were very fresh and properly seasoned. Staff was friendly. It was a nice time spend here. The downside is its the end of the summer so expect bees. Eat INSIDE!

The person behind the counter underscooped all the ingredients and just dropped ingredients in only 1 part of the burrito. When I was checking out I didnt notice I got overcharged, when my total was supposed to be around $13, I was charged $16 even though I didnt add anything that cost extra money.

Had a large flying ant bug in my chicken bowl. Wrote a review and was told to fill out some page on a website. No apology, never heard back from Chipotle after filling out the page.

We eat here frequently, not just because of the convenient location but because the food is fast, fresh and hot. The team always checks in to make sure youre building the meal and food experience you want. Love the chips and guac to kick things off and trying a new drink flavour. Love that you can add a little or a lot of heat. Will keep coming back! Parking: Green P is right next door.

Ewwwww I bought this yesterday because I was craving chipotle HAVENT had it in so long so decided to go there first of all this East Asian lady with curly hair she gave us so little really stingy with the meat even though I am paying more, and there s a disgusting thing found in my chipotle. And the restaurant was very dirty all the garbages in the drink station is everywhere and there s so many employees yet they can t even keep it clean, yikes.

I made order for chicken bowl the guy that serve put half scoop of chicken my bowl was all rice

I kept going back because I m dumb I guess, but one time the staff locked the customers in because the visa machine stopped working (this is illegal and I even contacted corporate, who didn t care and blew me off) and another time there was plastic in my shredded beef. Steer clear these guys are clowns.

Chipotle happens to be my go-to food but never have I been this disappointed, I get extra rice as I prefer my rice more then veggies and other food, each chipotle I ve been to always asks me IS this enough for you I get to chose the amount of each food that goes in my plate but this location, when I asked for extra rice they put just tiny bit as in not even a spoonful and looked pissed, used to be my favourite chipotle, now it s become a place to avoid, im a paying customer I should be able to decide how much food I have in my plate especially if u don t charge extra for it, the workers there are nice but not all of them, they should work on customer service, If you are an extra food girly def head over to the one between Yonge sheppard and North york centre, they give much generous amount then whatever this place is, giving 2 stars bc the food is delicious but the rest is a def no
