Everything is WAY too salty.

Ive gone here weekly for over a year for lunch. It is cramped to dine in except when seasonal outside seating is available. Have never been disappointed in the quality or quality of food -- honestly. The staff who have provided below average service did not last long.

This is a fantastic location. Great staff - friendly and efficient - I was in and out in a few minutes with a complicated order for my family. Much thanks.

New review : Woah talk about ruining a good thing, I left I great review and often complimented and tip the staff at this location, but after my yesterday experience I won t be having this as my weekly meal any more. Their whole crew was the same expect the one girl doing the meets was new (brown/ East Asian person) . She gave me 12 whole pieces of chicken, when I pointed it out I got 4 more , wow thank you so much didn t realize I paid $17 for a rice bowl and scraps of chicken ! Should have left it at the counter and def will next time if they try that again. Old review 5 months ago: Have gone the past two day in a row and am really impressed with service speed and portion , lovely staff as well!

The staff always seems in a rush, which leads to poorly made burritos that fall apart after a couple of bites. It feels like they re just trying to move the line along, and they don t really care about the quality of the food or the customer s experience. On top of that, the attitude of the employees is a bit rude like you re inconveniencing them by just ordering. If you re going to charge extra for guac, at least make sure the burrito isn t a complete mess. Not impressed.

Nice atmosphere, fast/friendly service. But the burrito left a lot to be desired. It s barely heated for a few seconds, no offer to grill it and became a gooey mess. And tasted bad, completely saturated with salt

I go to this chipotle many times and it hasnt let me down before. The food is very good and the food portions are reasonable.

To be honest Im just not gonna go to Chipotle no more. I can careless what your standards are. You have to serve food according to who is buying the food I learn this from very successful restaurant Detroit 75 Kitchen they serve the working man and woman. Give the people what they paid for a good sustaining meal. Lets say I am hard working construction worker. I work long shifts meaning I require an ample amount of food to sustain my type of lifestyle vs lets say a 12 year old child. Your pretty much spitting in my face and disrespecting me at that point. If you serve me some baby scoop of rice. You are acting like every single customer ask for extra rice. This is why I believe Chipotle should increase standard of what is considered extra rice. Extra rice should fill 50% to 65% of the bowl. Cause you need room for other toppings. I will take my business elsewhere

Location is ruined by my fellow Filipinos who just stand around and don t care about the business at all, who also give out extremely small portions of protein. Like it s coming straight out of their paycheque. No wonder people are boycotting Chipotle.

Inconsistent portion sizes. At another Chipotle, Im able to get at least 2 servings for 1 bowl. The woman serving me skimped me out of the side of sour cream I asked for.

This chipotle bowl was life changing. I came here after my last exam finished and ordered a steak bowl. I dont know if it was because of the freedom I felt after finishing the exam or the 10mg edible, but the bowl was generational. Also, their drinks were brain altering.

The service was not to my liking. I felt so rushed, like if it was an auction house.

Love to have this in our neighborhood. Wish the dine in section was a bit larger...only one table for a family to sit at and its super tiny, wed visit more often it there was more space to sit and eat

This place is absolutely garbage, food is saggy and it tastes like trash. The chicken had bits of bone in it! Other Chipotle s usually have standard in their food quality. This one is nasty, saggy and gross. I will not be returning here again.

This is seriously the worst chipotle in Toronto. I have had excellent experiences at other locations, specifically the one at Bay so i was hoping for a similar experience here. However, the food that was given to me was indescribably bad. The guacamole was actually inedible, salty to the point that 1. I could not taste the guac at all, and 2. My lips literally stung with how much salt was in it. I first thought that only the top of the guacamole was salty, but upon further tasting, I realized it was all over salted. I do not know if this is some deliberate prank or if an employee had a bad day and is trying to get back at customers because it is incredibly difficult to over salt it to such a degree. But hey, benefit of the doubt, mistakes happen, so i decided then to actually eat the bowl I order. To my dismay, the bowl I got was not even half filled. 1. I could actually count the pieces of chicken that were given to me (around 7 pieces). I do not know if this is company policy as the location in bay usually provides me with more then simply 7 pieces, usually enough so I do not have to count. 2. There were only a few strips of lettuce. 3. There were literally 10 beans, Ive never had to count before but here i was counting the few beans in my bowl. To say that this was extremely disappointing is a understatement. I rarely go out to eat and the one time i decide to eat at a place I enjoy, i was served a meal which cannot even be described as lackluster. I would like to say again that this seems like a deliberate prank and that I am at the butt of the joke, extremely over-salted guacamole with a burrito bowl that could only feed a child. I would like to conclude by saying that every other chipotle location Ive been to is excellent, this place is just terrible. You can go here if you want, but if you have any standards I implore you to visit other locations. EDIT: Guess what, it actually gets worse. The chicken was also beyond salty, its just hard to identify the salty chicken when somehow the guacamole was even more salty. So yeah, this place is terrible, plus after reading the comments, i hope the employees get sued for endangering customers physical health.

Excellent customer service, delicious food.

Going against the general sentiment here, i think this is one of the better locations in the west end, i find the veggies are always fresh and ive never had a problem with portions. Although i do always go in myself and havent ordered online at this location. It is a really small space though so not much seating.

Food was genuinely disgusting. Need to stop giving chipotle a chance. There was no flavour, everything just tasted like mushy texture. Spent 20 bucks for a burrito and chips and couldn t even finish it. Waste of money, still hungry

I didnt enjoy my chicken bowl today. It was extremely salty. This put my health at risk because I have high blood pressure. I will not be coming back.

Good food and decent place. There was limited seating for my party of 6, but the food was as you would expect from a Chipotle. Prices were a little more than I think it s worth, but nothing crazy. The location is fantastic and super easy to get to. Overall I would go back but it s not any different from your average Chipotle. Vegetarian options: They have multiple veggie options with vegetables and beyond meat too. Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian and vegan options including a fajita veggie mix and beyond meat, and you can customize what goes into your dish.

Worst experience ever. People in the comments are right about how stingy they are here. But the attitude!! There was only one person at the front, serving the food and acting as the cashier. Bad attitude while serving. After paying I waited for my receipt and but she walked away. When she saw me there she gave me a look, came back and when I asked for my receipt she took it, said If you want the receipt, you have to ask for it, and threw it at me! Worst service ever!!

I ordered through the app and got a burrito bowl. After walking 10 minutes from work to the branch to pick up my order, I discovered it was missing steak, guacamole, and corn, and instead contained green salsa, to which I have a severe allergy. I promptly took my allergy pills and rushed back to the store to address the issue. However, they provided me with another order without offering an apology or showing any empathy. As a loyal customer, Ive brought all my colleagues to this branch, but after this experience, none of us will be returning.

Stingy location. My steak bowl had the smallest scoop of rice, barely covering the bottom in a thin layer. You can tell theyre skimping when the contents of the filled bowl is half an inch below the top of the bowl rim. Might as well walk to the Dundas/Yonge location or the one on Queen St W.

Ok my trying this was because I was following Chipotles stock, and its been going up non stop the past 5 years. From that, I was thinking People really love this place. Should I get some of their stock? Let me see how good their food is. Wow, is this place stingy or what. I ordered 3 steak crispy tacos, with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and corn salsa x2. I got 2 cubes of steak for 1 taco, and 3 cubes of taco for one other. There was plenty of lettuce, ok corn (well considering its 2x), but barely any cheese. I ate 3 tacos and Im still extremely hungry. I also ordered the chips and salsa. Its a big bag of chips but the salsa is maybe enough for like 4 chips. Now I have the rest of the bag to finish with no salsa. So I dont get whats so great about chipotle. NASDAQ website says Investors are also encouraged by the companys proven pricing power. Chipotle has raised its menu prices numerous times over the past couple years, yet consumers still appear to find lots of value in the burritos and bowls. Sorry, I dont find any value at all. I got 3 tacos and it was like I didnt eat anything. I might still get some chipotle stock tho. Not gonna argue with the market.

I found nails, like literal frickin human nails in their food. I really should ve taken a photo of them. It s actually insane like idk what to say. And it s not just the food. One of their servers are very rude. No eye contact, aggressive tone, no courtesy whatsoever. Never going back to this specific chain although I really like Chipotle.

The employees try to give you as little portions as they can It s always awkward trying to order from here because they very obviously don t want to give you big scoops of rice or beans (even though it s free).. also they didn t put cheese on mine even though I said to put everything :( I think it s this location specifically that tries to skimp out on the portions because the ratings of this location is much lower than the other ones nearby such as Yonge St and also Queen St.

As an Uber driver, I asked one of the employees of this store to put a proper label on the envelope containing the food, and she refused and said that we dont put any other label. This package is completely unsafe and has the ability to make the customer feel that the driver has probably touched the food. And definitely, the negative rate includes the condition of the driver, not those negligent and irresponsible people who work at Chipotle and proudly defend the wrong thing they did. I hope Uber drivers will be careful about this issue and give a warning or reject and cancel and that the manager This place should think about these irresponsibility

Literally half the portion size of other locations. Its not just meat they skimp on, its beans and rice too for some reason.

Went to Chipotle with my girlfriend after my chemotherapy treatment and ordered 2 chicken bowls with guacamole... it was outstanding !! Fresh ingredients and perfectly grilled chicken.. the staff were friendly and excellent!! 5 stars

Don t order online from this location. This location is really busy and they don t use the pick up window at all. I ordered a chicken salad bowl with guacamole and had to go inside. They forgot my dressing for the salad as well as my guacamole. I ve never had this experience at any other chipotle location. Maybe the experience is different in store vs ordering online but I won t be going back to this location.

The 2 stars are because staff was nice. I should have read the reviews and saved my money. This tasted like a bowl of salt. A $13 bowl of salt. Sad, because I never get downtown and was happy to see a chipotle. Oh and by the time i got to my destination it leaked...ugh

I contacted chipotle following the contact form due to the very unpleasant experience, and I have only received a kind of automatic reply. My feedback was related to the unfriendly treatment by whoever prepared the food and for the messy, super messy, burrito that it was given to us. This was discovered, unfortunately, once we got home and opened it. It was impossible to eat it with hands: at the first bite, all fell apart and it was SO mushy (probably because she didnt drain watery vegetables such as tomatoes, etc). We want our money back please and thank you.

This chipotle beach is good, very close to my house, this is the newest branch, I order burrito which was good. Ambience wise they have a small pace but they managed that space properly, the only thing which I didnt liked was there washroom, which was very dirty, rest everything was good.

What an absolute horrific experience I had tonight at this Chipotle location. I simply ordered 2 LARGE chips and cheese and when the girl that was taking my order went to put the cheese into the container I noticed that she was using the small cup instead so I VERY POLITELY ASKED hey sorry but is it okay if I get the large cheese instead without hesitation she looks right at me, rolls her eyes grabs the large container and starts filling it, everything is fine. The worst part is when I notice they are only giving me one bag of chips I politely ask excuse me sorry doesnt the 2 large orders come with two bags of chips she looks at me and says do you really need two bags of chips... I paid for two bags of chips I shouldnt haveto try and fight for the chips I paid for. There was 3 employees there tonight, ( April 20 2023 8:15pm) only two of the employees there tonight really need some work on customer service and need to learn how to treat people better in the future.

Great service and friendly staff. The only issue I had was I placed an online order. They claimed it was ready for me to pick up and when I got there my order got cancelled nobody seemed to know what the issue was so I m sure it was a one off thing.

Probably the worst chipotle location I ve ever been to. They skimp heavily on the protein portions do yourself a favour and go to Queen just a few minutes away.

I have ordered from this location twice and both times were great. The food was fresh and the portions given were good. I recently joined Chipotle rewards and while ordering, was offered free welcome guacamole. For whatever reason, the promotion was not going through online (it kept saying missing item and even when I added guacamole to the cart, I kept getting that message). I explained that to a rep in store and she honored the promotion and gave me a side of guacamole. Friendly service and excellent food. If you have not tried the new chicken al pastor YOU MUST!! This is my new favourite location. Look forward to my next visit!

They messed up the whole burrito. Everything was literally falling out of it. The server said there was an issue with the new tortilla size but how am I concerned with that. They did give a second tortilla to wrap it over the previous half torn tortilla but were otherwise not too bothered about the situation. I had to wrap it myself.

Stone cold burrito. Not just not hot. Cold. All the way through. Didnt notice until I took it out of its bag and was in my office. It was not good.

This place has awful service. I have been here 3 times and every single time the servers push you through, and just dont feel welcoming. Its sad because Chipotle is one of my fav restaurants

I have been eating at chipotle for as long as I can remember. Never have I even experienced such a terrible service and a terrible sized burrito. Once asked about the portion size about a 13$ burrito I was told that I can add on stuff to make it bigger.

Whenever I visit Chipotle, Im impressed by the speed and efficiency of their service. The line moves quickly, and the staff members are always friendly and attentive. Its the perfect place for a quick lunch during a busy workday.

If the wierd between-world subway station from the Matrix Reloaded movie had a lunch counter, it would be this Chipotle. The food was not bad, not great, maybe I ordered the wrong thing... At least theyre not cash only anymore. Chipotle, for when youre sick of Thai Express or vice-versa!

I ordered a chipotle bowl and opened it at work to find a large dead insect mixed with the lettuce. I went back in and asked them to throw the lettuce out and change it before serving other customers and they said they already did , which is completely a lie because they did not know where the insect was in my bowl. Absolutely disgusting.

Walked in here and one girl was working. She avoided eye contact right away. Asked for a bowl for dine-in and said both rice. She looked absolutely out of it and just muttered huh . Left immediately and went to the location on yonge. Don t bother coming here. A few more minutes of waking would help you avoid the lifelessness of this place.

Your wooden utensils are terrible. The fork broke off while I was eating and there was splinter on the fork..Return to the plastic fork or do a better job with the replacement

food here is very salty and they give the tiniest portions. employees dont smile and greet you when you walk in. i had to wait a while before getting helped and the girl helping me was rude nonetheless.

This is first Chipotle where I got worst service. All employees were making face. There was no sour cream in container but still they were trying to make us fool. Give us burrito with super less sour cream. You guys dont follow backup system or what. Everyone was standing in front. Someone should keep sending backups in busy time. I bought fountain drink and cashier did not even gave me glass. I have to ask for it. Worst place I am never going to visit this location and I suggest everyone not to visit this location. Smallest portions for burrito bowls I ve ever had at any Chipotle. These guys are super stingy.

We ordered two vegetarian burritos from this location University and Dundas and when they arrived they were like frozen cold, the bread wrapped was wet and the aluminum foil was stuck to the burritos wrap. When we tried to remove it, it came off together with the wrap. By far the worst Burritos ever!

Chipotle s is one of my fav easy food, and I been trying a lot of locations, but this one wooow, every time that I got my Burrito Bowl, I got everything I want and more, they made the best burrito bowl. Also, the location is nice, clean and comfy, 10/10. Thank you for your hard work guys :)

Horrible experience! Firstly the bowl wasn t packed well, some had spill our by the time I walked home. She was so generous with the chilli salsa and made it so spicy that we ended up with upset stomach and food poisoning the next day. I had a burn sensation in by body for hours!

Great burrito bowl, pretty much what you d expect from a chipotle. Biggest problem is quantity; the double meat portion is sufficient, but it s $4 extra. Service gets slow during lunch. There s not much of an area to eat inside but there are some tables outside.

Learn how to roll the burrito, with sauce and keep it intact and hot. Not a pleasant exp. Had better at Burrito Boyz.
