What a hidden gem ! This location on Sheppard has amazing staff ! The food is amazing ! I had no idea what they were even selling ? I was hungry and it sounded like Mexican food. I walked in and they took their time to explain the menu to me ! Great people !!! I can't say enough about the staff. I've become a big fan and eat there at least once a week ! AAA+++ If you're looking for quality, healthy 'home' cooked type food, I highly recommend this place.

I had been to this place last evening. Mexican is my absolute favourite cuisine. I tried this outlet first time. I rated it as a 2 ⭐️ since I visit outlets mainly for food, but the veggies weren’t fresh enough. The onion seemed old and had the typical acid smell especially in my mango topping. The veggies were sort of leftover at evening 6pm visit peak time. I don’t wish to mention much about the portion of toppings, but all I expect is fresh food, which I didn’t receive. Was dissatisfied. I don’t know now if it’s just this one or all mucho burrito outlets are the same.
Ordered the chicken burrito, the gentleman was so helpful and pleasant. Items were really fresh and they didn’t hesitate when I asked for more toppings. I would definitely recommend this establishment, fresh food, good value and friendly service. I will definitely be returning in the future 👍🏽
This location is absolutely incredible! We've never had any issues. We just called to place an order - a few minutes before closing - and the staff were so accommodating. Ankur was kind enough to take our order in spite of the time, and did so kindly and courteously. 5/5 for him. No complaints about this location whatsoever. Definitely recommend!!!
It was my first time to mucho burrito loved the food preparations my bowl was loaded and tasted great. A small suggestion to the staff, kindly keep a check on people entering the place without masks as when I was there i saw a girl without a mask and she was still served and I could see her literally standing on top of the food counter without covering her face.

Ordered their build your own burrito bowl catering + delivery to the office. Ankur @ Mucho Burrito delivered on time, was very accommodating for the few vegetarian/vegan requests that we had, he helped set up the entire lunch, provided serving spoons/tongs/utensils. He also provided additional vegan cheese/veggies at no extra cost. This is the 4th time I have ordered catering from Mucho Burrito and it is always a big hit with the employees.
This place has a calming vibe great atmosphere and kudos to Jay for amazing service will definitely come back .

The food is actually very good at this location. Great variety of toppings and sauces to satisfy whatever kind of craving youre having while maintaining some semblance of a healthy diet. The issue here is primarily the pricing. I paid almost $17 for a burrito bowl and I didnt even get a drink or any extras. As far as Im concerned, these prices are getting way out of hand. That is simply way too much money for a bowl of veggies with no meat.
What a wonderful experience. I ordered from the Weston Rd & Shepard west for the first time and couldn t be happier. I ordered the three chicken soft tacos and they were fresh and tasty. The order took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to delivery. I would highly recommend this location. I will be back.

My personal favourite is a chicken burrito in a bowl. (It was here I discovered mango salsa which has quickly become my favourite topping, along with guacamole of course!!!) The ingredients are always fresh and the staff is very friendly. Also, for anyone who is lactose intolerant, (me!) vegan cheese is available. Give it a try, hopefully youll enjoy it as much as I do!! Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese is available Dietary restrictions: For those who are gluten and/or lactose intolerant, burrito bowls are available and vegan cheese is available as well. Parking: Good size parking lot, there are other restaurants there as well (Mary Browns Chicken and Wendys are a couple of examples) along with Pet Valu and a convenience store. Theres also a Starbucks as well and Tims is right across the street! (Bonus!! )

When ordering from Uber eats and paying for extra meat or shrimp it will come less instead of more. I ordered without the extra to make sure. You will pay more to have less. This is sooo stupid and a scam

I recently moved to the neighborhood and I love burritos. I figured I d give this Mucho Burrito a shot. Not only was the burrito delicious, but the owner had the best customer service. He had great recommendations and was very friendly. This is now going to be my go to spot. I m very glad I found this location

I haven t had good food quality experiences with various Mucho Burrito branches recently and pretty much gave up on ever ordering from them again. But I was hungry after work and figured I d try this location out for the first time since it was in my area, and let me tell you, it was honestly probably THE BEST location I ve been to! The employees were all so nice and the food/quality was SO GOOD! They even went out of their way to make sure that I got freshly cooked veggies and chicken. I eventually ended up forgetting to ask for sour cream on my order but I honestly didn t even need it - that s how good and fresh the food was. I unfortunately didn t get the names of the wonderful employees who were working when I visited but it was after work around 3:30-4pm. Will definitely visit/order from them again :)

It was very good experience overall comapre to other mucho. Staff was very good and place was very hygienic. I order veggie burrito and pure leaf green tea. I saw later that it was expired and test different. I called location and later they refund for that . It was good experience except tea but I will go back for sure.
I was in the other day and had such a great experience!! It was the lunch rush and they were short staffed. Even though it took a while to get through all the orders, the staff were calm and kind to all customers! Id had a poor experience at a different location once but decided to give this place a shot and it was WELL worth it! It was immediately clear that the staff was primarily concerned with the customer experience and quality of the food they put out. They were happy accomodate specific requests and ensure that the food and flavours were ideal for the customer. Will definitely be back, 10/10!!

I came here with my brother when they first opened and I have to say, I received the warmest welcome from staff/owners. Very polite, quick service and clean store. I had the two burritos, chips and drink for $20. That is an excellent value! Food was tasty, and authentic for sure. I wish this business much success!

But i like to buy to-go food here because of the healthy and tasty Mexican food. Theres a lot of parking spaces to park nearby
