I tried the falafels and they were delicious. I would definitely go back.
This lady had my wrap on the grill for like 10 minutes. The pita was the texture of crackers. Had to toss it because unable to eat without it ending up all over me
Theres a little non binary eastern european woman working there who puts hot sauce on purpose inside of men only wraps or food to mess with them......I realized that .....she does it on purpose .....men need to avoid this place...or else you might have ruined food... with unwanted hot sauce .disgusting wrap..cold rice...cold food...avoid this place
Terrible shawarma. They charge more than other places and it’s like I’m eating a veggie wrap…barely any meat. Feel ripped off. Definitely won’t come back. Still hungry
Not good. We had wraps. The one on Burnhamthorpe is much better. Garlic sauce tasted like ranch. They serve the meat out of a warming drawer. Not true shawarma.
Pretty good spot. There is no organization on where to start your order (like Subway) and they seemed easily flustered but it was overall a good experience. The crazy wrap is quite delicious but they didn't specify that it was going to be sliced up...kind of odd for a wrap?? Luckily the order was redeemed by the awesome taste. I also got crazy sauce and hot sauce added to the fries, which was a great choice. I think I prefer the location at Dundas and Cordova more but this is convenient for those who are in and out of the TTC.
Awesome service, best tasting shawarma in town and portions are very generous - in fact too much for most people. The chain of Ali Baba’s Shawarma shops in Toronto is way better than either of Osmow’s or Lazeez chains which dominate the shawarma scene in Mississauga and Oakville. The daily specials are probably the healthiest and most affordable lunch you can have anywhere but the entire menu is very affordable. Food court is also very clean with ample seating and good facilities.
Very friendly service, and very fair prices (especially the daily deals). I usually get the two falafel wraps, and they are very delicious! Overall, probably one of the better options in this food-court.
Great chicken shawarma plate :)
Got some type of chicken skewer which was rock hard. Also very stingy on the rice, carton was only half filled.
The food was not hot enough, but overall was good

Ordered online - was told to come get food its ready - waited an additional 25 min because in the past when ordering online ive gone and its not been ready. Got there STILL NOT READY - was refused a refund even though food was not made or even started. Had no choice but to take food got told they where again missing the ingredients to make my order STILL REFUSED A REFUND. Also ordered the deal of the day and was still charged full price. Wont be returning.
Staff and owner at this specific location have great customer service and are nice people plus the food is amazing. I ordered falafel sandwiches it was amazing definitely coming back.

The servers are very nice, and the food isnt expensive. (Especially if you get a daily special) The falafel pita is very filling and delicious. All In all, if youre in the mall looking for food, you cant go wrong with Ali Baba
