Always a good experience at Lazeez. Never been disappointed by the food or service. Very friendly staff!

The taste is good. But it s non-hygienic. So think before you go there.

Imagine you order a chicken shawarma wrap. Now imagine they forget to put any ingredients in the pita. This place has the most pinched wraps I have ever seen. You pay $14 for chicken shawarma to eat 95% bread. They had the audacity to put in a skin shaving of a tomato. Would have been less insulting if they didnt put anything. If theres a state of emergency and food is being rationed under martial law please let me know and I will remove this review.

The shawarma was from a vat, not freshly-cut as is standard at almost all such places. Also, the clerk rudely insisted that $17 shawarma bowls dont include any vegetables (this despite large posters titled Shawarma Bowl on the wall showing the full selection of veggies included). This place is a couple of tiers below the norm for its type. Its not worth the money.

The hours of operation says the store is open untill 2am in the night but they are not opening doors and they have locked them at 12pm and they also are not answering any phone calls made to the store. Really disgusting service.

Food quality is good. But they have sent me wrong orders over and over. I have asked for a refund at least 15 times. Also on the doordash you guys have it as 12 but it barely reaches 9 . I tried to give you guys a feedback but the lady on the date of this review, was just apologizing and pretending she cannot hear me instead of telling me they will fix it on the app which is a false information. I think at this point, I am done with this location.

The worst food Ive had at any Lazeez location. We were starving and decided to get a shawarma, but it ended up being such a letdown. The meat was dry and lacked flavor, and the whole thing seemed thrown together with uneven toppings. Even the sauces didn t help much. It was really disappointing, especially since we were so hungry. To make it worse, the girl with specs asked us for a good review, even after such a bad experience, and she was very unkind about it. Definitely not what we were expecting from Lazeez.

Ordered Chicken on the Sticks! Got only the fries and little chicken and barely any garlic sauce! I asked for tahini and they said it was empty.

The people working there cannot maintain hygiene or sanitary conditions of the food. I have had an issue with an order and never returned. One time, after tipping at the machine, I was also told by one of the staff not to tip because the owner keeps the tip for themself (very unethical if true). I would not recommend to spend your money at this place.

Finally, Lazeez has opened up. I am a big fan of the Lazeez locations in Waterloo. Today, I ordered large lazeez on the rocks. The portion I received today was lacking compared to the Waterloo location. I received significantly less rice, chicken, and garlic sauce than I am used to when ordering the Large Lazeez on the rocks.

I visited Lazzez Shawarma at church street and had an outstanding experience thanks to their Staff AJAY. From the moment I approached the counter, he greeted me with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Despite the busy environment, he was patient, and attentive to every customer. Very kind and humble. He was incredibly efficient in explaining the type of food they serve and made the Shawarma absolutely delicious. I am utterly disappointed with my recent experience at Lazeez Shawarma on 373 Church Street, Toronto. On June 3rd, at around 1:25 AM, I attempted to place an order over the phone. The girl who answered was incredibly rude, denying my order and insisting I visit the store. She hung up on me twice, displaying complete disregard for customer service. Determined to get my meal, I drove to the store and arrived at around 1:40 AM. I approached the girl over the counter to place an order, but she refused to take it and asked me to leave the store. Despite being a loyal customer for three years, I was met with disrespect and a lack of professionalism. She rudely informed me that orders are not accepted after 1:30 AM due to cleaning and closing procedures. There were two girls working at the time; the one with spectacles remained silent while the other was outright rude and ill-mannered. Her behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling anxious and extremely disappointed. I drove from Brampton to visit someone in Toronto and ended up going hungry because of this poor service. To make matters worse, when I mentioned leaving a Google review, she responded dismissively, saying, Go on, nobodys gonna see your review except me. This level of arrogance and disregard for customer feedback is shocking. Additionally, I will be mailing Lazeez Shawarma franchise headquarters to urge them to inspect this particular store, which is ruining their image. Upon reviewing other feedback for this store, I concluded that most of the positive reviews are fake, as they frequently mention employee names. However, when I asked for the rude employees name, she refused to provide it. I urge the owner to take strict action against such employees who lack basic customer service skills and display such rudeness.This experience was a complete letdown and has made me reconsider ever returning to Lazeez Shawarma.I am attaching video evidence as well

I ordered a shawarma, i mentioned extra garlic sauce and paid 2 dollars extra for it , they made my wrap very very dry , seems out my friend who had also ordered with me had the worst wrap with no sauce and wen i told the lady at the front counter she yelled at me and wen i asked for her name she said she will not give it to me but i eventually found her name is NISHA. NISHA at the front is terrible and needs to learn manners else quit Me being a customer had some respect while talking but she didnt . She was rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, Arrogant and extremely ill mannered . The girl definitely needs to humble herself . She thinks reviews dont matter as she is the only one gonna see it , but google reviews can make a business or ruin a business so Lazeez has to look into this else is gonna loose loyal customers as i am never gonna return to lazeez be it any branch. And by the reviews, seems like people have previously had issue with NISHA .I dont know if shes the manager there or employee but whoever she is( the least i care about) ,I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this .

Terrible order takeout experience, the staff doesn t add enough portions and when asked to make it correctly they make faces or try to charge you extra for regular sized portions of chicken and garlic. Had to throw out the food once home as there was not enough chicken and sauce, just undercooked clumpy rice. Worst costumer experience experienced by far. My friends and I went to eat at lazeez for the first time. The lady at the counter was very rude, and she wouldn t give the receipt. All of us ordered the deal of the day and she overcharged my friend. When we went up to ask her, she instead yelled at her. After arguing back, she finally gave my friend her money back. NEVER AGAIN!

I am a person who can handle spice but I did not want spice this evening as to why I asked for mild but I was served a VERY spicy shawarma wrap. I will never be returning to Lazeez because of this experience.

I had a fantastic visit to Lazeez Shawarma! The shawarma was out of this world - the flavors were perfect, and the portions were generous. What really stood out, though, was how nice everyone was. There was this girl with a dimple who was really kind, and a guy wearing a turban who was equally friendly. They made me feel so welcome right from the moment we walked in. It s not often you find a place where the food is great and the staff makes you feel like you re part of the family. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

I ordered on Uber eats, I didn t expect the shawarmas to be steaming hot. But at the very least I expected flavour and sauce. It lacked all that. It was so dry I had to dip it in my Fanta.

Lazeez shawarma is always my go to place for quick bytes. Huge fan of their lazeez special shawarma chicken on the sticks. Have tried both dining in and takeaway online orders. Meal quantity and quality is always worth the dollars.

I came here on January 4th around 11:10pm with my boyfriend to get a late night light meal. I live down the street so I have been here a couple times but this time the customer service was amazing. The male and female there were so patient with us and very kind. He was also accommodating and very friendly. Edit:I made unfavourable comments before but it s close to me so I keep having it. I had it in college after all. They improved. They have specials for us young ppl and that s who they care to now. Foods pricey and I m glad they splurge on customers at Lazeez. Big ups the student special. Vegetarian options: Get falafel
