Absolutely the best falelfa I have had. Great staff and the portions are huge. Ghazi even gave me a container of the falelfa to take home and cook for myself!!!! Best shawarma in the city! I lived in the Middle East and in Toronto this has been the best shawarma, kebab and tabooleh at a quick service restaurant. I embarrassingly uber eats them too much (food is always consistently delicious) but whenever I m in roncesvalles I go in and everyone is so lovely that works there is so lovely!

Food here is amazing. I love the falafel wraps especially in the lavash bread over pita. The service workers are always so nice and they even offered me delicious complementary tea! It isn t my first or last lunch here.

They gave us cold food and it taste terrible. And we were sick the next day.

its a great shawarma joint. the potatoes and eggplant are my favourite sides here and if you haven t tried it yet, get off your feet and try it!

Customer service was subpar. A man at the register selected 20% tip himself without permission before handing over the machine to me. Then all three employees began staring at me and chatting in their language, which continued as I left; we made eye contact through the window as their heads briefly followed me. I didn t consider it to be necessarily rude but I felt very uncomfortable. All of that didn t sit well with me and I felt unwelcome. I didn t want to make it more unpleasant for myself to say something right then and there, definitely will not return again. At least the chicken shawarma was quite tasty but it didn t make up for the awful atmosphere.

Vegetarian options: Veggie samosas might be the best thing Ive ever eaten in my life!!! So good. Highly recommend. Falafel was also very good. Food

The chicken shawarma is delicious. Fresh and soft, unlike some other places I have been to where the shawarma meat was dried out.

Delicious but pricey if you get one plate per person. Approximately $20 a plate per person. Plates can feed two people easily. I recommend doing one plate that s shared amongst persons.

I have to give 5/5 praise for Manpreet. She was so sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and made my experience at Lebanon Express the best Ive ever had. I had the Chicken salad plate and I cant stop talking about how delicious it was to all my friends! Youre all so sweet, coming around with little desserts to sample and the food is fresh and delicious. My favourite take out spot in the neighbourhood. I dont know when I will stop saying Im new in canada,but Im new anyway..this day ,I was just passing right outside this Lebanon place..I noticed some samosas which looked very well cooked and i could tell from far ,they were tasty..and yes they were.I popped in and it was before their opening hr,but they opened the back door for me.. How nice..let me tell you,,Im going back there soon with friends for the samosas..Bravo to one lady who told Me she is from Sudan.She was very nice to me...Much love.

I once had an Uber driver who said that he would take rides just to get to this place because he lived across town. It is THAT good. Hands down the best place in Toronto. Also, the people that work here are wonderful, sweet humans. Vegetarian options: Great for veggie options. The lentil and chickpea salads are super nutritious. Rice is delicious with saffron spicing and the potatoes are great as well. I am addicted to their Tabouleh salad.

Nasty chicken shawarma bowl. Bought a chicken shawarma bowl and let me tell you, the chicken was dry and rubbery, the food tasted stale. No surprise the chicken sucked because they store it inside a metal drawer. Disappointed!

Been served fast ,they are friendly,food is delicious and the chief is the best he even give us free sweet on the house.

We visited today, really enjoyed our meal. portion wise good. it was all delicious. The guy who served us, his name is Ibrahim. I especially thank him very much. He was so nice , served us with a smile.

I cant believe I havent tried this all these years living in the neighbourhood. My wife and I loved every single bite of the food we had but really pushed it over the edge was the kindness and attentiveness of the team there. They saw I had two trays to take to the patio and came to hold the patio door open to me. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The food was phenomenal. This place is wonderful. The people are very courteous and nice, everyone treats everyone with the utmost respect and everyone has an interesting biography here. Ibrahim is a sweetheart and always looks after his customers. The food is incredible, be it the shawarma, the skewers, the wonderful salads with a lot of variety. I come at least 2 times a week to get my fix. Highly recommend if you look for fresh food and delicious shawarma.

STINGIER than SUBWAY with their toppings. You re serving a shawarma plate and don t give beets, onions or lettuce?? Honestly how much do onions cost? You re charging over $20 a plate, get real. The owner/manager must be treating the staff like garbage if they re afraid to give you standard toppings almost every other shawarma restaurant offers.

This was not a good meal - and we ordered four! Ive had good experiences here in the past so I was surprised. The meat was dry and not shawarma like at all! The taboule was just a head of parsley and the potato s were flavourless If Spending $20 a meal I expect more! Food

It amazes food it feels like middle Eastern life style

They used to be good, but unfortunately their staff doesn t understand orders much lately. I ordered their shish tawook skewers and somehow came home with something I didn t order despite being right in front of them. They don t pick up their phone!

A quick lunch spot if you re in the High Park / Roncy area. Service is quick, friendly, and this place is busy and beloved by the local residents. The salad plate is only $15 and you get your choice of three fresh salads and one protein. I got the chicken sharwarma with all the dressings and the kale, beets, and cauliflower/eggplant salads. The salads were all fantastic and very fresh. They also have a large outdoor seating area and a refillable water station. Overall, great value for a healthy lunch in the area.

A great local shop that offers some delicious food. Came here with a large group and got to try out a few options. The chicken shawarma was delicious and can definitely fill 2 people. The people working here are very nice and give great recommendations. Stop by if you re in the area!

I love the new recipe of their rice. I live in the neighborhood so I usually go here often. I noticed new staffs which is ok at the begining. I always order kids combo for I do not eat that much. The lady called me and I noticed she was new, after she put some rice in the bowl the guy (looks like Indian) made a face to her and whisper something. After that the lady took out some rice which I understand because from the looks of it the lady was in training. What upset me is the Indian guy asked to remove MORE rice from the bowl and it is so upsetting that the rice is already less than half of the bowl!!!!!! I always get the same thing and as I said I am not that hungry but atleast give people what they paid for!! specially when they always buy at your reataurant!! And also don t do that whispering gesture infront of customer. Just incase that Indian guy can read this comment I am letting you know that being stingy doesnt gurantee your promotion!!! Do not do that in front of the customer!!

Food was decent, nothing like back home. But generally better than what I was expecting, considering the standard for Middle Eastern food in Toronto was so low. This gives me hope and is better than other chains in the city.

Wow. Beautiful flavour in all entrees. Kale apple salad was delightful. Garlic white sauce had a wonderful, full texture and rich garlic flavour that did not overshadow the salads. I havent lived in Roncesvalles in two years and I still go out of my way to get the veggie plate here. Its still one of the absolute best plates you can get in the city.

Delicious food! We bought 1 chicken platter, 1 beef platter, and a small container of baklava. Everything was amazing and the portions were generous. The sauces they put on top of the platters also really added to the dishes meals. Would definitely go back.

Tasteless unfortunately. I was very excited to try it since its my background. Everything was Tasteless and cooked wrong even the baklava was bad. Actually one of the worst I ever tried. I hope they put more effort into it bc is definitely not worth the money

Great food and friendly staff. Always order the chicken shawarma plate (let s say 10 times) and at check out have to remind them it comes with a pita . Sometimes I forget only to realize when I m home. 10/10 doesn t happen unless they re tactic is to pretend to forget the pita.

Taste was good..but wrap fell apart half way through. As I continued to eat and unwrap the paper, I noticed the wrap was very soggy and nonexistent on one side. It started to fall apart and leaked all over my hands. Hopefully the next wrap I order will be in better condition.

This is such a fantastic spot for Lebanese food! The ingredients are very fresh, which makes the food really flavourful. The family that runs the business are so friendly, and its obvious that they care about their customers and the food that theyre preparing for them!

Somalian lady at the roncesvalle location was prepping the veggies and did not have on gloves. She then touched utensils and other surfaces with her bare hands. She then proceeded to put her dirty hands back into the vegetable container located in the front fridge to prep more food. Gave one star due to unsanitary practices which also go against public health standards. Please provide employee with a coaching session on sanitary practices. I could have been a health inspector and I would have given your establishment a citation/fine for this practise. Date: May 28 2022 at 10:15am

Had a Beef Shawarma wrap and defiantly was express!! Was parked on Roncesvalles and just wanted to run in and order. Guy behind counter said no problem go watch your car and ill bring wrap out to you. These wraps and plates are sooo good and fresh, one of my favorite stops when Im driving in City! ....was just a bonus that this individual went this extra step to make sure I didnt get a ticket from parking enforcement which are like vultures on Roncesvalles! Nice when people look out for each other!!

Best shawarma from High Park to Bathurst, and from Bloor down to the lake. Plates are incredible with fatoush and tabouleh. If youre getting a wrap ask for it well done on the grill. Best shawarma in the GTA? Very far from it. But shawarma spots in the City suck. This one definitely does not.

THE BEST in the city. The traditional skill required in making their food so good is apparent. You dont get this quality and care very often. There is a gentle pride put into every dish, and the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Good healthy food. They have been doing really good business here for several years now. Pricing has been creeping up over the years but this seems inline with pretty much ever other vendor in town. I though the falafel sandwich was over priced but it was a large portion. Hot table food items and others made to order. Overall a good place to eat on Roncy. Solid Middle Eastern food.
