The worst and most expensive shawarma plate I ever had in my life. Never returning to this restaurant even if it is the last one left on planet earth. SMH

Taste of Shawarma was an excellent place before. Today (Nov 4) I went there around 8:30pm to order Chicken Shawarma. The cashier looked like he was very high on weed. He was doing nothing, just standing and talking in a rude way.

This has to the worst shawarma I have ever had. First of all the brown rice was just white rice with so much cinnamon it s like it was doused with cinnamon flavour air freshener. Super deceptive and unacceptable. Especially if this was ordered by someone who is diabetic etc. Very unprofessional! Then the chicken where is the seasoning on the chicken? It s completely flavourless and is mostly chicken fat or skin. There is absolutely nothing to save the meal even the pickles smell strange. Honestly feel like I am being trolled. Who is the troll cooking this ? Cannot eat from or trust a restaurant thats dishonest like this

I ordered through uber, the order mentioned drink are required but when I received the delivery I did not get any drinks and to speak about taste the worst shawarma I ever had, it smells rotten, there is no customization that can be made. Overall a worst experience.

Horrible service. Ordered the food and they made me wait while making a take out order, after wards when I placed the order I saw that they put bar B que sauce instead of hot sauce and then they refused to change/fix the mistake they made. Waste of money

The shawarma I ate yesterday (first time) was average. It was tasty but definitely dry. I should have asked them to add more sauce (I could tell they put so little but I kept quiet). Honestly they re not just unfriendly. I actually fet intimidated. They didn t even offer me a tray or asked if it was for take out. They wrapped it in a bag without asking. So I ate without a tray because I didnt want to interact with them. Never ever coming back here again.

Their chicken shawarma wrap/plate is great but the Beef fries are just incredible. A scoop of feta, shawarma sauce and hot sauce is my go to and it never misses.

Perfect food and service everyone was nice and friendly. Best shawarma in the city no debate. I go every week it s my go to spot.

Whenever I visit my cousin in the area, I always get food here. I mainly order the chicken and fries (large), today however I ended up getting the seasoned onions on top of the chicken and fries- it was a great call (adds more texture). Sauce wise; Shawarma, BBQ and Garlic Mayo. Keep up the good work, stay awesome and until next time! Cheers! P.S. The food is gas (amazing)!

Sunday night online it says it closes at 12am, we show up at 11:42pm and the guy in the back automatically says we are closed . Not a good impression for a repeat customer.

Hello, I would like to thank the kind staff who came to let me in even though I arrived at 11:55 last night and I think it was the best shawarma I had in Toronto.

Horrible!!!! I even got upset stomach and threw up food is absolutely disgusting they smoother my meal with Mayo and not garlic sauce so yuck!!!!

Grabbed a chicken Shawarma 2 for 1. pretty tasty, meat to veggie ratio was pretty good. Price was great for a 2 for 1 deal but maybe a few bucks more than I would pay for it by its self.

Fries were insanely soggy and the chicken was burnt literally, I got the chicken&fires plate and just 1 hour after eating it vomited . Please change the oil on the fryers or something

Pathetic service: I went to this place and there were two guys in the staff. Both very un-welcoming and didn t even bother to take my order. While placing my order they did not even ask whether i want the stuff in it or not. While billing they did not inform me about EXTRA CONVENIENCE FEE they charge on every order just forcefully and unethically/ illegally. When i inquired the guy became very rude and asked me to go away. Do not recommend eating here :(

Had a disappointing experience at a shawarma place recently. The staff seemed unwelcoming, didnt inquire about customizations, and the service was quite rude. Additionally, I felt overcharged for the subpar quality of food. Hoping they address these issues for a better customer experience in the future.

The food is nice but the staff are not friendly except the guy called Mohamed. The price is not fixed everyone has their own price sometime you pay $$13 sometime $15 for chicken wrap or more. So pls be careful when you are paying. Otherwise the food is delicious

January 21, 2024 7:30pm The guy who makes our food was rude. He works like he has a lot of problems and doesnt like his work. He was very slow and didn t seem to care about the customers. He made us wait because he took the order of the two guys who were next to us and totally forgot our order. He didnt even care, not until we asked where ours was. Your restaurant staffs attitude will surely affect your store. Do something about it. This was the first unacceptable experience we had in your store. The guy was wearing a light gray shirt at that time.

The food was good but the cashier ( the girl ) was very Rude. After paying for the food i went to get a juice and she was asking me exact $3.67. I gave her $3.65 and she was asking me 2 more cents !! She doesnt know we dont have pennies in Canada anymore.

Ordered Uber Eats from this place and it genuinely got me sick. Was poorly packaged, oil was everywhere in the bag, and the chicken tasted both undercooked and burnt at the same time.
