I had an issue with my order and while it took some effort, I still found the customer service ultimately fulfilling.

They have washroom but they don t allow customers to use washroom because they are lazy to clean up. They told me washroom is broken but I saw their other staff using it. So pathetic

Ordering is always easy and I have never had an issue with the website. My pick up was perfectly timed, the associate seemed to know who I was when I walked in and my pizza was perfect!

Ive ordered about 4 times, all take out, from this location (1313 King St W) The pizza is as expected, Dominos quality, nothing extraordinary and nothing to complain about. Ive always ordered from their Feast Pizzas menu. Other foods that Ive take awayed from here are also up to par: pastas and chocolate lava cake - yummy. The service is great. Staff is friendly and efficient enough. My orders were ready for pick-up very quickly. The storefront is clean, bright and not crowded with tables and chairs. One time, a couple of the staff were mopping the front floor before closing. Thats nice to see as it confirms cleanliness. I will be ordering from here again, Im sure, many times, as long as I live near by. And yes, I would recommend this Dominos pizza place to family and friends.

Ordered a pizza at the store and the employee told me to order online for 50% off. I went to pay and they said I had to click a coupon code in order to get 50% off. At no point did they tell me that I needed to use this coupon for this deal. They then told me that they don t spoonfeed customer s information to get the deals. Dominoes makes good pizza but the employees at this location makes them look REALLY bad. I will no longer be ordering from dominoes at this location.

The lady is so rude. I was complaining that the pizza was cold after waiting for more than an hour, but she yelled at me! I really like Dominoes but the employees at this location are so rude especially the lady. I will no longer be ordering from dominoes at this location.

We always get a 8.85 pizza with a drink and dip,they dont serve fries which is disturbing to me, and the pizza usually round up to 10$ and I always get the beef pizza with sprite and a ranch dip, enough for a meal serving.

Ordered a pizza here in store and when I arrived there was a thin crust pizza with the topping I had ordered, but I did not order a thin crust pizza I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings to feed 3 people. And when I got there there was this tiny little thin crust pizza and the guy there assured me this was my order a thin crust three topping, when I did not order thin crust pizza earlier, basically he refused to remake my order, and argued with my for 20 mins, I took home the thin crust pizza to then be cussed out by my parents, and then they went back with me and demanded he remake our order, which they did this whole ordeal was a waste of our evening together as they were visiting me from out of town. Really terrible experience, when the guy ended up making our pizzas after I brought in my reinforcements. Could have just apologized and just remade our pizzas free of charge.

Fast delivery and friendly staff

The pizza was perfectly crisp for a medium pan pizza, with generously applied three toppings. The wings I ordered were done just right. Everything was flavourful, moist and good quality. I used coupons on the Dominos app that made my carry out worthwhile.

Pizza was cold (reheated it and ate it) but cheesy bread was nowhere near cooked and I couldn t eat it

After placing our order, we were instructed to wait outside due to store cleaning during the busy hours. Unfortunately, the stupid girl seemed unaware of the cold weather, especially considering we were with our child. Additionally, I observed that the pizza-making staff didnt wear gloves, which I find unhygienic. So not recommended

Our kids love to eat Dominos after school and my go to when Im too lazy to cook. So so good! Staff are very welcoming and friendly!

I ordered earlier in the week, the pizza was overcooked and I got some wings, but they were all tiny little drums that were shorter than my pinky. Every single one. Really disappointing but it was late and I had already walked home.

Ive never had any issues at this Dominos location. They always make everything exactly as specified (even complicated customizations) and its always ready within 2 minutes plus or minus of when the website says it will be. I recently had a medium two-topping pan pizza, and it was completely issue-free and delicious. One thing this location does well (that Ive had issues with at other locations) is making sure that if you order half-and-half toppings, they really do a good job making sure that those toppings only stay on one half -- I had hot banana peppers and spicy sausage on my half, my friend had bacon and chicken on theirs, and nothing spicy for my half went on to theirs at all. It was perfect right down the middle. I know this is a REALLY small detail, but them getting that right really makes a big difference to our experience!

the staff are friendly ... but disappointed at number of toppings on the pizza. Maybe its because of the coupon but I always order the same kind of pizza and slowly the toppings have become more sparse. Three pineapple pieces if lucky per slice not like photo at all. I think I saw more blank space on each slice then ever before on the extravaganza pizza which is supposed to be black olives, pepperoni green peppers, onion, ham, sausage, beef crumble double cheese and mushrooms..

If you are in the mood for really dry, flavorless pizza with barely any toppings and sauce, then this is the Dominos location for you! Worst pizza ever I ordered two mediums. One with Alfredo sauce (which I had to pay extra for) and the other with original pizza sauce. Both pizzas had barely any if not no sauce at all. To say these skimped on the toppings would be an understatement. Honestly do not waste your time. Go to any other location. Their pizza used to be good in the past, but something has changed. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am over it. Never again!

Rudest staff I ve ever experienced.

I went to pick up my order and all the staff was just chatting they saw me and they didn t even care that I was there , when the lady stopped talking to their coworkers she just asked me if I was picking up , also I ordered cinnamon bites without icing sugar and they forgot !! Bad bad service

I should say that Im pretty ambivalent about Dominos -- there are too many of them in the city and I always get heartburn, but this location isnt any worse or better than most of the others. They make your pizza quickly, there are usually some good coupons or specials to take advantage of, and the staff are polite but not exceptional. Wake up hungover, order online, stumble around the corner, get told two more minutes, eat half your pizza, shake your head at the sad excuse of a garlic dip, eat the rest of your now leathery pizza later. Spend some unpleasant time on the toilet. Rinse and repeat every weekend. Mediocre pizza, minutes away from my doorstep. Ill be back, I guess. Credit where its due: that new cheesy bread is bomb. Keep that on the menu.

Extreamly friendly staff and great customer service at this location. Food quality was top notch. Apart from the pizzas I would definitely recommend their pasta which was by far the best I had compared to all other dominos locations. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. Will recommend and also visit again soon.

Don t order from this location. This is the third time a delivery has arrived cold and took over an hour. I sent it back. Go to the Dundas West location instead they do a better job on toppings and delivery.

When this place opened they used to make good pizza . But the last few times we ordered pizza they were not prepared and cooked nice . Also the staff don t seem to be following cleaning and health rules , they are touching everything and everywhere then touching the food . That turned me off , it s very important they educate the staff and teach them how to wash their hands , specially in these times where we have COVID everywhere.

The staff behaved very unprofessionally and refused to give cutleries for a pasta. How am I suppose to eat my pasta without a fork ?

The young gentleman who took my order was very very nice, polite and helpful. He applied a deal they had to my order without me knowing. And the pizza he made was done to the perfection.

I have bought pizza from here before but tonight was totally bad. I overpaid compared to the other Dominos on Niagara for the same pizza with delivery and I got pick up. Pizza was so over cooked. I had my own pizza place 10 yrs ago so I know what to look for. Totally felt like I was being ripped off from the beginning but everyone at home was hungry send o already placed the order. Will not order from here again.

Ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza. Completely uncooked the dough was literally raw and I called back and the lady I spoke to on the phone said all pan pizzas come like that if you wanted it cooked you need to ask for it well done I think this statement alone tells you the customer service here. I asked for a remake she said no. I asked for particular credit and she said no. She said both options are impossible and dominos does not do that. I have ordered from Dominos so many times and always been rectified. This was literally such a terrible experience I don t even know what to say. You won t get your money back, just an inedible pizza. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE!

Went to this place Wednesday night pizza was decent however I also ordered chicken wings!! Dam they were so bad!! Didnt seemed cooked enough the skin was bearly cooked with no real flavor to the point I came home and continued to cook them, very very poor!! Sorry Domino you have no right to be selling chicken wings if this is the quality of your product.

Stealing tips from costumers bad deliver

Went today to dominos pizza. I asked for double cheese and some extras. There was no extra cheese. Pizza was burnt on top and soggy uncooked dough in middle. toppings were ridiculously small. Was 7 tiny pieces of beef on entire pizza. Whats wrong with workers? You gonna lose all customers if you serving THIS. PLEASE HIRE PROFESSIONAL COOKS.

Recently ordered 2 x-large veg toppings pizza on friday evening for a party. There were hardly any toppings on the pizza. Such an embarrassment in front of my guests. Also, my walk in experience at this location has not been great. The employees are so casual n lack customer service skills.

Ordered their thin crust cheese, regular cheese and veggie pizza with lava cakes. Thin crust and veggie was really good! Lava cakes were good too.

Had the absolute worst experience there the staff extremely rude they made my food wrong twice told me they will call me back and then proceeded not too when I showed up they refused to talk to me and offered me a free dipping sauce. The man in the photo hung up on me, refused to help or speak with me.

Illegally the manager/worker asked a proof regarding my health. The pizza I ordered was also double prized. I ordered beforehand and did not even make to my desired making such as pan crust. I normally would not make a fus but I want to let other know to not go here. They charge more compared to other dominos 20 bucks for a medium pizza. We checked other locations and within Toronto. Does not make sense to price gouge.

Dominos Pizza never make me disappointed. The dough was not greasy but crunchy. The texture of pizza is simply amazing. Toppings are well organized on the dough, combined in my mouth.

LESS than one star. I work Queen street east in the beaches and live here in Parkdale. This past weekend on Sunday, after working a 8+ hour shift and exhausted it took me almost 2 hours to get back home to Parkdale late at night past 12am. I was starving so I stopped to place an order for cheese bread for my dinner because I had not eaten. I had bags with me so I said I would be right back to pick it up in about 10 mins when it would be ready. I went home to drop my bags when I accidentally fell asleep and never got my order (i was also never given a receipt). Today after working at a restaurant until after 12 am, I remembered that I never got my cheese bread, so I stopped and asked. I was told they through out my order and I would have to pay for it again. I never got what I PAID for. Corporate greed and bad customer service right there, I will not be visiting here again unless they can attend to this issue. I am simply being honest as another individual who works in the food service industry.

Horrible pizza, ordered Hawaiian, got maybe three pieces of pineapple. The sauce is too salty and the cheese was overcooked. Overall taste was disgusting. First time i had such experience at dominoes!

Poor customer service, my son and I always order from this location, I decided to redeem my free pizza , they give you 2 toppings, always pepperoni and green olives for me, for some reason the order didn t show the pepperoni, so my son asked if they could add pepperoni and they said no, we will have to pay extra ! What is the point of a free pizza that you have to pay for the pepperoni that should be part of the 2 free toppings! Bad customer service, I understand if I was asking for extra toppings aside of the 2 offered on the free pizza, they need to learn how to deal properly with the customers! They don t even deserve 1 star, even when the orders are correct they always burn the pizzas that we ask to be lightly baked!!
