Today I took advantage of the 50% off deal and ordered an X-large pizza with 6 toppings. The pizza was very well baked and tasted spectacular. It was just what I needed and it made my day to eat an excellent tasting pizza.

Kind and attentive staff willing to help you find the best bang for your buck! Great tasting pizza too!

Cheese was completely burnt, pizza was extremely thick. Sauce was terrible. Never going back to this location again. Also, they forgot my icing dip for cinnamon bread. Ate 3 slices of pizza and threw rest out. Only ate some because was starving very low quality food.

Edit - Seems like theyve had some new staff recently who consistently undercook the pizzas now. Even when I request the pizza to be well done, it never is. Taking off a star for that. Decent enough place for pizza. I usually order online for pickup and its ready in 10 mins or so if its not busy. I wouldnt pay full price for a pizza here unless I was starving since you can usually get a deal online. Its a small store so nowhere to eat or sit and they dont do individual slices. If youre ordering drinks or sauce, make sure they include them before you leave. Sometimes they forget so I took a star off for that. I like that theyre open late.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOES. They sent me the incorrect order and when I called they told me they would give me a credit for a free pizza because they were closing. I called today and they said there was no credit under my phone number. And that all they could give me was a discount instead. When I tried to ask how we could figure out why I dont have the full credit under my account they hung up on me.

It took over an hour for the food to arrive from the time we ordered it, the driver picked it up and even though we live 15 minutes walk away it took them 55 minutes to get it to our house. Food was cold. Also disappointed to order bacon on the pizza and we get this fake reconstituted bacon lumps we all felt gross after eating from here. Not worth the hype around brand. Plenty of local pizza restaurants that are cheaper and have better quality.

I dont understand what happened but about 3-4 months ago this place went totally downhill. Used to be great pizza, now its undercooked, or just made wrong somehow. Not even really sure what theyre doing, but its wrong and the pizza is baaaddd. Applies to garlic fingers too. Dominos corporate might want to seriously look into this location!!! ASAP.

App says pizza is ready, I go to pick up, and its not ready for 10 min. This happens Everytime I order for pickup from here. They then proceed to forget parts of my order and I have to walk back to the store again. Everytime

Small neighbourhood dominos small place on a small plaza, limited parking due to street and stores nearby. No inside seating. Good pizza, always well cooked. standard franchise selection friendly customer service. Never have any delays. Overall 8.2/10

This was the first time I bought pizza from here. Usually I get it from the dominos one close to my place. The taste was amazing but Unfortunately I am having cramps and diarrhea after having it. I cannot say it was from the pizza for sure, but I only had this pizza and one beer from outside. So! I dont know.

Have been ordering here forever and like usual added/subtracted a few toppings through their website during the last order. Pizza was prepared incorrectly when went for pickup, pointed it out - had to wait to get a new one remade.. Wrong again! Waited for a third time! And then got yelled at by the girl at front to order a regular pizza and it s rush hour so it s only normal we make mistakes - can t expect us to read from screen . Finally lost my patience and told them that it s their job to read toppings on screen!!! Three incorrect pizzas in a row and then getting yelled at.. great customer service NOT!

We have been ordering food from this place for a few years now. They serve exceptionally great pizzas. They were exceptionally fast in delivering their pizzas. If the driver say, they carry the oven in their car, I would believe it..lol Though their services have been affected in the past few months, it should get better now. Their main guy Addy is back. He gives me a feeling that he owns the restaurant. Never seen a delivery guy running as soon as he gets out of his car so that the food is delivered fast. And it indeed makes a difference. He works like an all rounder when I walk-in to pick my order. All the best team dominos. Keep up the good work!!! PS: Thats Addy playing with my dog 3years ago

The food is good, but I don t think they ve ever fully gotten my order right. You d be better off calling the next closest location to be honest. Also, make sure you specify you want the dip you paid for. Otherwise they ll forget it.

Have never gotten what I ve paid for. The food quality is fine, but this location always forgets some part of the order. When calling for a refund on food I didn t receive, the only options are a credit (which they have never actually honoured) or to have the delivery driver give me cash despite the fact that I paid using credit card. Never ordering from this location again.

It was a terrible experience. We tried using the mobile app to order. We wasted our time as, it could not process our order. We tried to order online, and was directed to call the store. The person on the phone was not helpful, and hung up on me. We had to go to the storefront, and wait. (Please fix the app, and online experience)

I would highly recommend avoiding, going there, as they will short you on any deals they have, dipping sauces, wings thats supposed to come with your order and refuse to honour the deal if confronted, just to save a few cents. Will not be returning here ever again!

I used to love this location but now an incredibly rude woman answers the phone to receive calls. She kept hanging up on me when I told her that there was no sauce on the pasta we ordered. I have also filed a complaint with head office.

I order online from this location frequently. I admit I have called the store complaining an order was not on time, but the person answering the phone was very patient and understanding of the situation. Great customer service, thank you for all your assistance.

I liked the pizza a lot, can t say so much about the service. There is a really rude woman who answers the phone who always hangs up one you if you report an error in the pizza.

Great Pizza and outstanding customer service. My friend and I ordered online for in store pick up and found out there was a computer error and didn t receive the correct order. The manager was kind, professional, and understanding about the whole situation, gave us our missing food free of extra cost and an additional coupon for a returning visit. Super satisfied with this experience! (Also I love their blondiebrownies, they re so delicious!!!!)

This review is based on the customer service , not on the pizza itself. I will update once I receive my order . I was trying to use the website to order....but I was getting an error so I decided to phone in. At first the lady said she can only give me the instore coupons and not the online one... but after explaining how unreasonable that was , she said if I see the code number there that she can add it . Once I have the coupon code she told me a total price that was way more then advertised..she quickly transferred me to the manger amitog,the male manager he quickly fixed the problem . Edit : the pizza was nice and hot on arrival. The delivery man was nice and he also apologized about the situation that occured and was told to give me a coupon that I could redeem at my next purchase. Great service , great pizza.

Amazing customer service. My pizzas are always fresh and warm. Although, I have one suggestion to management. You should allow your employees to receive tips. Bad timing

Ordered build your own pasta with Alferdo sauce, onion, mushroom and pineapple and a coke. Guy gets paid and then tells me he forgot the coke and someone will be here in 2mins to deliver. Waited 20 mins to get the coke. After opening pasta there is chicken in it. I am vegetarian and don t eat meat. The CSA on the phone has the audacity to tell the pasta comes with chicken. Open your eyes and read order correctly before you comment. WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE. I order from dominos almost 2 times a week and never ever had this issue. Except for this location. Can t trust them at all. If i could give them 0 star i would.

First time ordering from this location and must say worst service. From the ordering process to the delivery guy who was bad talking the company when he arrived at my address. Not sure what was happening there that day but please don t involve your customers to your work drama .

Their food lately has been phenom as of late. When they first opened, they couldnt get an order right if their life depended on it. Now, the staff have really pulled it together and make a solid pizza.

I order a steak large pizza, and the dough was tasteless. The steak with the Alfredo sauce very salty a waste of food. They should improve their standards as Marlee Dominos. The service also needs to be trained the cashier seemed unhappy with her work. Not a gradable experience.

I dont usually complain but the one guy over charged me because he messed up and did not put a deal in, thus charging me separately. He didnt say anything until I realized the total wasnt right. Employee who fixed it didnt seem to care that he messed up.

Very unpleasant when you hate onions, order a pizza no onions and your appetite and mood are ruined because the store didn t follow the instructions. Frustrating!

Based on other reviews Im not the only one. The owner must be lazy too he only responds to 5 star reviews. This is the worst dominos in Toronto. The staff lie to customer. The pizza is made the way they want not what you ordered. (Saif) Try another location where there is management her the staff pretend to be managers take your concerns and throw it in the garbage. When you come the next time they say who did you speak with one of our fake managers they dont exist. Dominos head office need to take a look at this location. Very bad the staff dont like eating pizza they said when I asked what they recommended. I think there staff are paid under the table because no one cares there. Wont order again

I ordered a pizza online at 1218 and waited 45 mins before called in asking about my pizza. The lady said she would call the driver then call me back. She never did. The pizza guy shows up 125 and at this point Im upset and hungry. I asked if the pizza free and I was asked to call and make sure its free I was then told to pay for my two dips and delivery cuz the pizza is the main thing. After waiting o we an hour my order should be free of all cost. Its safe to say Im walking to get food else where. Poor customer service
