I decided to order Dominos after a long time and got surprised with the delicious Philly CheeseStake pizza. Strongly recommended and will order again soon))

Placed an order on the app. 30 mins later I arrived. The app says it has been boxed up 10 mins ago. The screen in the restaurant said my name next to Ready but they had nothing ready when I arrived. I had to leave they made me waste an hour and I had to pay a fee for my Uber.

It s the worst place and worst staff. I wish there would be zero star option that I could give. I ordered online and my home is just next street (600m) and they didn t deliver it for 50 mins though their tracker shows delivery in 18-28 mins. When I called them they gave an excuse of being busy and later they completed the order WITHOUT DELIVERING it so that they won t have to show in their system that they didn t deliver food. Also, previous time when I ordered pizza they gave me burnt and when I called and complained to the store, staff was so rude saying that it comes that way only. Their staffs are liars. I am eating dominos since so many years and I know how their pizza is. They said they would compensate my online coupon and they never did it. I called asking for it again and they said we would never compensate it. This store on 312 Queens St E (10460) has very arrogant and worst staff. They need to change their staff because they are serving worst food and ruining domino s chain.

The price of a dominos pizza is already astronomically too high. So i already rarely order dominos. But when i do, not only am i paying a ridiculous price, but I get inconsistent results. Uncooked pizza. Overpriced pizza even if it was cooked properly. This is my last time ordering from any dominos.

Ordered a pizza here last night, first time I ever ordered a dominoes that I couldn t eat. Horribly made pizza base was incredibly thick I couldn t believe the weight of this pizza it came like a deep dish pizza when I ordered regular base. it had enough base for 2 separate pizzas and it was a medium. Waste of 25$.

Been ordering from Dominos pizza for months and not once have I ever paid $10 for a small pizza. Ive seen $9.04 including tax and Ive seen $7.90 including tax. In fact I have a receipt from last week where I paid $7.90 for a small pepperoni pizza from this location and just called today and was asked to pay $10 before tax. Avoid this location if you can for they are deceptive and manipulative with their pricing. You can get better pricing at the Papa Johns at Victoria park and Kingston where they will charge you $8 tax included for two large slices of pizza which is essentially four slices.

I ordered a pizza, and it arrived two hours after it was cooked and two and a half hours after I ordered it. The pizza had been marked as delivered for over an hour, which is why Im so unhappy. It arrived completely cold. The pizzeria is right below my window, and it should take no more than five minutes to reach me. Id give this delivery a 1 out of 5. Also, the delivery guy didnt give me a receipt from the card terminal, and it vanished as quickly as he did.

Very long delivery times. I live 6 minutes walk away on foot, and orders take a long time. Today, it has been 1 hour since I ordered, and 50 minutes since their online tracker said the driver left to be out for delivery. There is 2 cm of snow on the ground right now, and they cited that as the reason for delay. Service is definitely not worth the $4.99 delivery fee. Too bad they seem to now be using the same or similar tasting sauce as Pizza Pizza. I dont like it. Used to really like Dominos quality.

Ill be honest, I love Dominos and this location is so conveniently close to where I live so Ive been a regular patron ever since I moved here. But what I saw today when I went in for a routine pickup disgusted me...there is a guy at the front desk handling the phone (between 10.10 and 10.20pm on Apr 30, 2023) who just casually put his fingers in his mouth and then proceeded to handle the telephone unit after that..WITH THE SAME FINGERS. What else does he usually handle with his hands when he isnt busy applying his saliva to the phone? Does this place have ANY food safety standards at all? wow that was some experience I thought Id never experience in Canada

Wed 27 SEP - order # 28 for Ali I usually order from this location, and most of the time, their pizza are well prepared. Sometimes tho, they surprise you with an overcooked pizza, like the one I received today (see picture). I called the store to explain the situation, as it happened few times now, and spoke with the manager named Mohamed. I asked for another pizza to be delivered to my place, located 5 min, as I couldnt came back to the store with small child already in bed. Unfortunately, their only fix was to bring back the pizza for an exchange at the store! Mistakes happen, but its DISHONEST to put in a box a burn, damaged & dry product, and to not be willing to accomodate a regular customer, when I even proposed to pay extra fees as needed. My advice here to all, is to check your order before living the store, if you cant this place at all .

This location is trash and the people working clearly know nothing about making food. Pasta is always dry even when I call to say please make sure there is sauce on the pasta/pizza. Pizza has no sauce as well everything is dry. Even when I order extra sauce there is never any sauce. It doesnt matter if I call and give them my order number and ask for sauce they dont care. They know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about customer service. I will NEVER order from this dump again.

This Domino s is terrible, in particular the delivery drivers. I ordered two pizzas and an appetizer. The order stated guaranteed 24-34 minute delivery time. An hour passed with no update. I called the location twice and they stated the delivery driver was a few minutes away despite it being an hour lapsed time so far. 15 minutes later I called again, quite annoyed and voicing it this time. He calls the driver and I immediately get a call from the driver on my cell, stating so sorry. Got caught up at my other order . When he arrived, the pizza was cold and I realized when I got the food inside that the appetizer was missing. I proceeded to call the driver but he didn t answer, I called again but realized he had blocked me! Then I called the restaurant and they said they couldn t get ahold of him. No offer to get my money back.

Worst Dominos location. This is default delivery location so i cant change it. Tried 3 times this month. None of the order got delivered but App shows it as delivered. I asked my friends and neighbors they gave the same review. Skip this location and pickup in different store. Its hard to reach store phone , they put the call on hold.

PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Worst Dominos location I have ever ordered from. This is not just a rant, we ordered 4 times in a month and todays order was the last straw. They delivered a charred burnt cheese pizza. I cannot believe they were able to screw up a simple CHESSE PIZZA. We have had issues with each of the orders in the past - missing items, late deliveries and poor quality and even uncooked food. This is the pizza that was delivered to us today - completely burnt. When we called the branch, I and escalated the issue, they put me on a long hold. After trying 4 times again, to reach the branch they told me that they will take 90 minutes to send another pizza and they cant do anything else.

A 16 beef taco pizza, a 12 pepperoni pizza, and a sweat mango chicken wings (very spicy). Less than half an hour after eating, my stomach hurt and it was very uncomfortable.

There are many bad reviews here but, I order delivery from here quite often and have never had an issue so far! It s always good! And the delivery staff are always sooo nice.

They served me under cooked pizza, cheeze has not melted well. I opened the box before taking away that s how I found it. Don t waste your money buy from some other outlet. I selected Well-Done on app and still it was under baked, requested them to bake more and still the job was not done properly. The owner/manager/ staff should know that well done does not mean bake quickly at more high temp rather it should be in oven at the same temp for little more time. Pathetic Is one word I have for this outlet and also the area does not feel safe at night. Avoid it. I tried it for the first time and it was my last tome at this place. Purchased on May-18, 2022 around 9:30pm

This is the WORST Domino s store. They showed up with an empty box, overcharged me, did not explained why and the manager was completely useless to solve the issue. I had a free pizza on mu profile and he made me pay full price for it. This store is a shame for the Domino s chain.

We place an order to be delivered. We followed the web page and it said that the order was delivered, we call the store and they told us that the food just left and be there in the next ten minutes we wait 20min and they call us to say that one item was not available and they offer to give us a smaller item for the same price and lose money. They lied to us at the moment that they told us that the food was on the way when in reality it wasnt ready. All so they dont have good customer service.

The workers are not qualified, rude behavior, I ordered a pizza - they added barbecue instead of alfredo, which I am allergic to, they added pieces of onions to the pizza that should not have been added at all, I give the worst rating, do not buy anything here.

I ordered a small pizza with mushrooms from this location (July 31, 2022). There was hardly any mushroom topping and worst of all the pizza was dry (barely any tomato sauce) and flavorless. 3 kids tried the pizza and had trouble finishing their slice. What a disappointment! The other negative reviews of this location are a testiment to how poorly run this Dominos is. They should just shut down....

The worst part about this location is the staff. They are clearly not trained on customer service. I walk in and am the only customer in the store. I m waiting for almost 10 minutes with a staff of about 7 in the kitchen talking amongst themselves. I had an order for pick up that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. When I was finally addressed they realized it had been sitting there this whole time. Pizza was then of course cold by the time I took it home and they only gave me 6 brownies instead of the 12 I paid for when I opened the box. There s always problems with this store

The team is okay at this location. I was a walk-in order and it was not busy. I sat there waiting and it turns out they didn t call out my name when the pizza was ready, I was left sitting there for another 10 mins until they finally came over to ask my name and order to bring the pizza out.

WORST Dominos location ever. Do not order from here they call you to tell you the order is on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. Horrible and run business illegally. I ve ordered multiple times from this store over years, over 15 times they ve got my order wrong, delivered wrong orders. Today not only dod they deliver the wrong order they stole from my 14 year old sister. The ordee was 26$ for a medium pan crust pizza and she gave 40$ and asked for change but the driver said he doesn t have change then left. Had to spell the order out for the guy a few times on the phone.. needed to make him repeat it back to me. It was incorrect, told him 63 (street number) repeated it 6 . 3 . Must have repeated it about 10 times and each time he repeated back to me 53 5 3 . I was baffled how many times he repeated it incorrectly. Pizza doesn t show. Call him back he says I said 53 and that I can wait until the delivery guy calls and tell him 63 myself. LOL SICK. these other reviews are gold too. Someone close this place.

WORST DOMINOS EVER!!! THEY UNDER COOKED MY PIZZAS INFORMED ME TO BRING THE PIZZA BACK ( WHICH I DID AS I STATED IT WAS UNDERCOOKED) AND GIVE ME NEW PIZZAS BUT ADDED LESS TOPPINGS WHEN I WENT BACK WITH A RUDE ATTITUDE.

Dominos is our usual pizza delivery choice, usually because they are consistent. Second time in a row now. Now Im not impressed. Last time I thought it was a one off. Food arrived cold and this time the sauce tastes off.

Ive never had such a difficult process ordering a pizza before. I was only able to order BBQ sauce on top of my pizza after speaking to two separate individuals, paying an additional fee (for an additional topping) and spending approximately 7-10 min on the phone. This is absurd. The pizza was delicious and perfect (+perfect amount of sauce), but the customer service here is absolutely terrible.

I called in my order. They did not deliver on time and had no idea where the location was. Then they proclaim to call me yet never did. I ve been waiting over an hour outside waiting for them. The last time I ordered it was sub par. I thought I could give dominos another chance. They couldnt even deliver the pizza even tho I was right outside. I saw the delivery car, they didn t even bother to try and deliver the pizza. Instead ignored me and drove off. Again I waited outside and had been outside of my residences since the order took place.

I ordered a medium pan pizza with cheesy bread sticks and wings. Everything delivered to me was garbage. I ordered at 3:30pm, called the restaurant at 4:15pm because the website said the driver left at 3:42pm... They said the driver just left after i called and will arrive soon. Got my order 4:45pm. 1 hour 15 mins after I ordered. They said they called me but i didnt get any calls. Everything was soggy and the pizza was made poorly. The middle of the pizza was way too thin and the outer part of the pizza was undercooked. What a waste of ingredients. Frozen pizza wouldve been better than what i got. Avoid this store at all costs.

I had an extremely poor experience. I placed an order for a pizza last night, and I was delivered the completely wrong pizza. Right away I contacted them make them aware of their mistake- and they were extremely rude. Not only did they refuse to send us the order (that we just paid for) but refused to refund us as well. Ordered at 11:30 pm they showed up at 12:30 am with another order for someone in same building they messed up and.had to fix. Asked where.my food was and gave them my name. Was told he called me 4 times and when I said no you didnt he showed me the number he called which was a Barrie number. Ive never lived in Barrie. So I show him my receipt I got emailed to prove the call back number was different. He said he would be back in 10 mins with my food. I called at 1:10 asking where my food was and was told the store was now closed and they cancled my number.
