Food was good ,and worth for the money

Very good pizza. It tastes high quality with a nice fluffy crust and delicious, perfectly melted cheese. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It is definitely worth driving a little farther to get pizza from this place.

Its a shame this location is nowhere near as good as the one on Gerrard St. Vegan options like other locations but barely any cheese or sauce on the pizza and very dry, at least in my experiences Update: They never followed up with me after I sent them an email (They replied to my last review asking me to email them so they could follow up)

Medium pepperoni pizza was great, tasty, cheesey, saucy, lots of peps.I would order again from this location. Store is super clean, staff is very friendly. For me the sauce was pretty spicy so maybe be careful if buying for kids or ask staff about it.

Amazing service from Ryan! Pizza created by Rouen (spelling might be wrong) tasted great! Although would have liked it if the chairs didnt have any foot prints onem. But regardless definitely coming back just because of the service we received today!

The store policies here need to be changed. Stop using uber and other delivery services then if someone new to delivery they absolutely surprise with the note came up after accepting orders like me. Workers here may be blame because of that. Thank you and good luck to your business!

I am upset with their service and parking. After searching through Google, when I went there, there was parking problem to begin with. Then, when I asked for a slice and they said they only give slices in the morning. Parking: Difficult to find parking.

This location does not disappoint me at all this. Their pizza is top quality specially their walking pizza. I must say the only thing I m not to much of a fan, is depending on which staff is in and making your pizza. You will see the odd 1 person which is one worker handling the money and the pizza dough at the same time. It doesn t always happens it only happens when there is one person working alone. Overall very friendly and delicious pizza

Delicious freshly baked loads of toppings of your choice. We personally love their Veggie Mediterranean cos of its fusion of taste with a number of toppings!!! Staff is extremely cooperative and helpful at Yonge and Eg.

Weve come here about a dozen times - delicious pizza, reasonable prices, friendly staff and a clean storefront. Cheesy bread is especially good!

Honestly, its food. When they say, cooked tomatoes , expect just cut up tomatoes. Rounds of died black olives in rounds. Horrible plastic mozzarella. Doughty crust. I paid the same amount that I would have for Maker, with pizza pizza results. Nope. 2 stars for great delivery.

Really very good, amazing, delicious. I ordered two times from this location, really very amazing experience and very good service, on the top of that, pizza was loaded with toppings.

Pizzas are very juicy, like a soup, disqusting! Besides, the old guy, who is cashier, did not say hi or something in the beginning. And also, when I was there, a delivery guy came and he did not give the order because of no delivery bag, the delivery guy had told him that the bag is at the car, but the cashier was very rude!

Mediocre pizza at best

Supper friendly and helpful service. Pizzas are made fresh perfectly crunchy and soft. Recommend their Chipotle Chicken and Hawaiian Pizzas if you like the Gourmet types. Go with cheese and pepperoni pizza if you want to stay with the classic. My favorite store is at 188 Eglington, love the consistency of their pizzas.

The store has a positive vibe and the staff was nice and courteous. Pizza was ok, its a matter of taste, but i would buy again.

Solid fast food pizza place

Came to eat chicken Pizza ! Look at the pictures and see if thek suppose to be liek this ! Whole topping falls off as we are suppose to eat. The guy at counter is hella rude ! Instead of understanding he blames !! Management should teach some customer service. Giving refund is not the solution.

I ordered a chicken pizza. It was awesome, and the store was very clean with nice and welcoming guys.

Had the garlic bread and fried chicken combo. It is super filling, but it definitely could had been better in terms of taste. The fried chicken is more like an overcooked meat paste: dry and powdery, terrible mouthfeel. Bread is just a little soggy to my taste. Overall not a good experience for me. Seeing the place got a pretty good rating maybe this is just not what they excel at?

I ordered an apple pizza pie, expecting it to be freshly baked, as it appeared on the website. I got a freezy cold pizza, with a limp dough, which has gained a lot of moisture. The taste is flat naturally. I m very upset, because for two years I have been ordering savory pizzas there, and it has always been a wonderful fresh pizza

We order from Panago quite regularly. The quality is ok, sometimes it tastes better than others just like most pizza chains but last week our family (me, my husband and our 6 year old) got sick right after eating the pizza diarrhea, malaise and fever as well in the case of my child). We stayed unwell until the following day and my husband called the call center to inform them and was asked to fill out a form on the phone for the store to respond. The next day someone called me from the store (Eddie), told me they re investigating but that he s noticing that our order was vegetarian which he said shouldn t cause us to be sick since the oven is 500 degrees! I told him this is a very strange response and he said he will call again after finishing his investigation but he never called back. He Kept dismissing and arguing over every detail, never an apology or a sense of responsibility. Very disappointing experience, quite an insulting response and very mediocre and uncaring for someone doing customer care.

What an outstanding experience!! The pizza was so tasty it s just perfect specially the dough itself. I m glad we live close by so I can eat at this place

The front guy try to trick me with extra cost of the sauce, u always let customers know first ok?! and their chicken wings taste so weird, this is no way Italian pizza or buffalo chicken wings. Beside called my name wrong.

Absolutely delicious pizza!! They have amazing vegan options. Love their plant based garlic bread!! I use a third party delivery app as I am out of the stores range to deliver. There was an issue with the app s delivery driver that was not the fault of the store and the store actually called me to apologize about the inconvenience. Amazing customer service, 10/10

I ve been ordering from this Panago location every week for years and I ve always been happy with the food and service. The Veggie Korma is my favorite pizza but they are all delicious. The delivery guys are also very nice! Keep up the great work!

Best location in all of Ontario. The owner really takes pride in this franchise and hires people who care. They take pride in the pizzas they create. Its a work of art. Very delicious and fresh locally sourced ingredients. No short cuts here at this location

Went in to pickup my hawaiian pizza. The store is spotless clean and the kitchen is well organized. Pickup process was as smooth as it can be as the order was ready on time. Pizza tastes amazing. Will come back soon!

First time ordering from Panago at Redpath and Eglinton, and definately my last. Business going right back to my usual pizzaria. As I write, an hour and a half and counting and the pizza hasnt even hit the oven yet according to customer service (Cassandra). Customer service was not helpful and ended the chat abruptly and without warning. I was not rude. At the end I advised that they lost a customer.

A more progressive version of Pizza Hut. This place specializes in personal pan pizzas but with high quality organic ingredients. The prices arent too bad and their lunch special is only $7 for any of their 8 inch pizzas. I ordered the philly cheesesteak pizza which did not have a lot of meat but was flavorful and had a nice crispy crust with a fluffy and chewy interior. The crust is also not as oily as Pizza Huts. Overall, pretty good for a fast food pizza place.

I love their personal sized pizzas, whenever Im in this area Ill always get one, they have a selection of different ones to try, they are all good so you cant go wrong with whichever one you pick, but I tend to like the Pepperoni Classic or the Panago Classic.

This is my go to pizza shop in my neighbourhood, even though there are more options around. To begin with, their pizza tastes so good, but what I love more about them is their consistency in quality and taste every time I get their pizza. The staff and the owner are so nice and friendly too. Highly recommended.

Fabulous staff...always friendly and pleasant. And they remember their regular customers names. The other day I was there waiting for my pizza and more then one person that came in was greeted by their first name. Very nice to see. And of course Panago has great pizza and a good lunch deal, $7 for personal pizza and drink. I hope Panago never leaves Ontario...much better than the regular chains of pizza stores.

Literally the best pizza in Toronto and the best staff

Ive ordered a walk-in deal and also had delivery from here. Both experiences have been great. Pizza is fresh. Wings are alright. The wait isnt long and prices are fair especially when theres a good deal I also appreciated the customer service and a clean, small space to wait and sit at.

Vegan pizza is super good but would like to see the use of beyond beef crumble and sausage.

Good pizza. It s always fresh and they re very generous with the toppings (so much so that I find they use a little too much cheese easily fixable by asking for light cheese when placing your order). Usually place my order (for pick up) over the phone and it s always quick and easy. They have a variety of options that fit many dietary needs. I was surprised to find that they offer vegan pizza; some of the other items on their menu, such as the cheesecake, is also vegan; though I have yet to try it along with all their other desserts which all sound yummy. We normally order regular cheese or pepperoni pizza and it s consistently good. Their garlic cheezy bread is also super good, I prefer it over their pizza because the flavour is great and the bread/crust is always perfectly crispy. An unexpected star of the show are their dips! They have a plethora of different flavours; my favourite being Italian garlic which is not overpowering (they ve struck the perfect ratio of garlic), and it complements most of the savoury items on the menu.

The pizza is great and the staff are polite. Edit: last visit was handed a cold pizza even after picking it up 10 minutes earlier than my pickup time (10:35), and they had their oven off at the time so they just handed me the damn thing after pretending to reheat it. Little things that matter...

I only eat panago pizzas whenever I crave for pizzas, the pizzas are made fresh, with good quality and quantity. Its a bit expensive side though...my favourites are the garden veggies and the chipotle chicken. Id recommend their walk in special, 1 personal size plus a pop for $7 to try out.

Cant really rate my experience because they wouldnt deliver my pizza. Apperently 15min drive is to far to deliver. After reading these reviews i had to try them building the pizza online was a fun experience but then the nice man on the phone says its to far to deliver. I just had a long day at work and have no time to make anything for dinner so i waste 20 mins trying online then calling just to be denied

Get the vegan meat free pepperoni pizza- make sure to ask for vegan cheese. These pizzas are the best. They feel hearty like my old favourites. I do feel they could add a few more pepperonis. lol. Make sure to have your own vegan ranch on hand, as their dipping sauce for vegans is limited.

Gluten free delicious Mediterranean pizza, medium size only, but well worth it. Generous toppings. My pizza arrived within 25 minutes after ordering. Courteous, friendly staff, both on the telephone and in person. If you are on a gluten free diet, I highly recommend Panago as your go to Pizza. Stay healthy, stay fit, eat well. By far, one of the best pizza chains in the city. Their personal pizza are really cheap. Fresher and more unique ingredients than most pizza chains. My favorite pizza is their fajita chicken one which has the chipotle cilantro dip as the sauce. If I get any other pizza I always get that dip on the side.
