Great location to stop in and get a slice for a great price. Ten minutes and voila ya have dinner . Very clean, very friendly workers and an amazing price . Can't go wrong
Picking up a fresh pizza it's pretty good. Can't speak for delivery.
Do not order from this location! Ordered on Uber eats at 5:30 on a Wednesday. At 6:50, called the restaurant as they deliver themselves and they said it would’ve been delivered already. I explained I didn’t receive and the person on the phone said well check the lobby. I said it’s not there as you cannot leave food in the lobby/ with my concierge and he said okay bye. Luckily was able to get a refund on Uber eats but absolutely ridiculous customer service
The delivery guy came I gave him change also he gave my change back also when I was enjoy my pizza. Also I got a phone 8 times from that delivery man I called him he said to me that he gave me too much change and he told me also I gave two dollars back so he doesn’t keep bugging me again also delivery guys like that shouldn’t be work at 241 pizza anymore. Also called customer service and this lady from customer doesn’t want me to have my own mind to think for myself its like she wants me to be a sheep you guys hire wrong staff members that don’t care for there jobs also it’s to hurt customers I am not ordering here again because you guys are not doing your jobs right.
This review is solely based on the entrance of the establishment. In the past I've gone there and had to realize the door was very heavy. Today I went and pushed on the door a little harder than I normally was singing as it was happy before and it almost backfired and hit me in my in my face. The reasoning behind this is that the tile below the door has been lifted up due to a crack. So when the door hit the crack it automatically stop the door and I nearly went face first into it. Thankfully I didn't all limbs and bones are intact I did inform the employee behind the desk. He said he would put a sign up. That sign should have been up before I left the store. Show because I can't tell you if the owner or employee has put that sign up I am putting this on here now so if people don't have the same mistake I did. Otherwise I get five stars to this location for food and for services are both great people and the pizzas are always amazing. Hopefully they fix the one problem cheers They have fixed this issue very fast. Thank you
Great place! A lot of the comments here are quite negative, and to each their own, but the few times I’ve been here, it’s always been good food at a good price and the service, which seems to be a low point for many, is pretty on par with any other pizza joint, so to me, all is well. The amount of food is also a plus! I will admit one of my panzerotti had a bit too much sauce so it was slightly messy to eat but hey, so are most other hand foods! Would recommend!
Terrible customer service. Rude! Total ignored what I was saying. Even after I asked him to respond, he could care less. Provided no receipt and just dumped my pizza on counter. Had already moved on to next customer. I realize it’s just a pizza joint, but the older man is nasty
I'm not very picky when it comes to pick up specials but this one there's only two pepperoni's or one and a half per slice that's kind of ridiculous I might as well just ask for a cheese pizza don't be stingy you guys are not losing that much money by putting an extra pepperoni on a slice
I always go here when in downtown, its near by and fast. Issue pizza always served cold and their pep states horrible. I need to always get veggie. And they always play with prices. But when you want to grab something fast and cheaper go here.
Dont recommend. Twice now I have ordered a slice of pizza and a dip, they put the pizza in a bag and a dip on the counter, twice i forgot to pick it up while i was waiting for the pizza and nobody stopped me on the way out. Just put everything in one bag like a normal business does. Also slice of pizza is $6 and tastes like old cardboard with very little cheese. Just get small dominos pizza for $10 across the road.
Absolutely atrocious experience.. just recovered from a stomach bug I caught from what very clearly was a day old, crusty looking cheese pizza slice (they had no other options available at the time apart from veggie and cheese) No gloves either - just hands touching the food. I implore anyone who goes here be very cautious - you may get very sick as I did. Stay away at all costs.
Pizza was delivered all smashed up, I reached out to customer service, no one replied. I emailed head office a a few time not even a reply.
I will not recommend and I will not go there again. 1. Man and a lady both staff were preparing pizza without wearing gloves. 2. Very very little cheese in our pizza. Almost none. 3. Tandoori chicken was just normal chicken breast with tandoor flavour 4. Unfriendly, unwelcoming staff. Teach them to smile a bit. 5. Not value for money. Go to Dominos or Pizza Pizza. It is far better quality and price.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza my God was it delicious, ordered it medium sized so me and a co worker could share, perfectly portioned, it was also perfectly fat too wich made it more enjoyable to eat, if u are Muslim u must ask for the halal options they do put it on without you asking
DO NOT order from this place on Uber Eats. Like many of the reviews below, my order never arrived and the owner of the restaurant HUNG UP on me multiple times when I tried to call. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
DO NOT order from this store! I ordered pizzas on ubereat at 7pm, called the store couple times around 9pm after not receiving order. They either not picking up the call or hang up after few sentences. Was told the driver left the store after a call, wait until 10:30pm and the order still not delivered. However, the store showed it s delivered on the Ubereat app, where in fact didn t. Just DO NOT order from this store, it will waste your time, money and suffer
I feel scammed. Orderd Pizza on Ubereats. Nobody delivered my order, and nobody answered my multiple calls. Avoid the restaurant at any cost.

Very disgusting the pizza was held with hands and wings, honestly I don t think the worker realized it but it was nasty he scratch his ear then, while he is waiting for wings to cook. he took his phone sat down used it.meanwhile with the right hand he rubbed his short grey beard. Omg my co worker and I were surprised. He bought me a slice of pepperoni. When I got home I threw it away. Hygiene at places like this is a must it was very nasty to watch. When you go there pay close attention guys.
Delivery guy called and starting instantly yelling at me to come down. I attempted to explain that I had an injury which prevented me from doing so while also letting them know where visitor parking was available. They continued to demand I come down or they would drive away because they already had my money from online payment. Absolutely despicable
I ordered some chicken wing and fries combo through Uber eats. I had no idea that wtflock restaurant belonged to 241 pizza. They use own drivers, no Uber drivers, which means no tracking is available. So I waited and waited but the screen showed me they re preparing your order for more than 30 minutes. Eventually I cancelled because it took too long, and I was charged $24 for cancellation because the restaurant already started working on my order. After my cancellation, the order was still delivered. Nothing impressed. 1 fries and 2 of veggies on side were missing. Do not order from wtflock restaurant. You ll waste your money.

I wish I could give this no stars. I ordered from UberEats and theres no update and my order did not arrive ever, an hour later still nothing. I called the restaurant on contact number UberEats has listed and no one picked up and when they did they would hang up right away. I called 241 Pizza itself and they were so rude and said I have to call the restaurant itself which I informed that I had numerous times and they said they couldnt help or connect. I dont understand the point of that. So unimpressed.
Service was slow but the food was good.
Decent basic pizza and wings but there are dumb, dumber and dumbest working behind the counter Half an hour wait for a slice of pizza and small portion of wings with 3 people working there and they asked what my order was like 5 times, in an empty shop.

Will not order from them again, and if you want easy fast service this is not the place to go. I placed an order for pickup over the phone and was told it would be a 20 minute wait, no problem. i head over to the store and see 2 guys inside at the back but the front door is locked. they dont come up to the front counter for about 5 minutes so i call their phone number again and the CSR lets me know my order is almost ready and that the door should be unlocked. I go and check again and the door is still locked with neither employee coming up to the front so I couldnt get their attention. I wait another 15 mins outside the door and the same thing. Theyre at the back not paying attention to the customer standing in front of the door, which is still locked. I call the number once more to cancel the order as its been 40 minutes from my order time and they contact the store and let me know the order is ready. I go back and door is still locked, this time Im able to get their attention and the guy didnt seem to know the door was even locked and just laughed and came to unlock it. Very weird and unprofessional to keep the front door locked during business hours while not paying attention to the front while I can see they have multiple order tickets going. Pizza is decent, but not worth the hassle.

The delivery driver for this place was horrible. Absolutely a disgrace. Refused to come to My apartment. Harrassed me to come downstairs. Because he was going to get a ticket. Continued to yell at me and swear at me that I had to to come downstairs. Then got his supervisor to call me to tell me to come downstairs. Told her he needed to come to My door. That s what I ordered food for. I cancelled my order. He then came to my door. Knocked and called me multiple times tell me bro look I m doing my best and continued to call and swear at me He only left when my wife yelled that she was calling security.
I ordered from Uber eats and this restaurant delivers by itself. No one came to deliver my order and when I called restaurant he told that call Uber eats. Uber eats telling to call restaurant and this horrible restaurant is not picking my call.

Terrible walk in service. The lone gimp didnt care for counter service, makes you wait while reading and making online orders. Fair enough. Counter service is horrible. The white Maltese guy touched his nose comstantly while handling pizza/ingrediants/cash. Do not buy from here is you are a germaphobe.

I went to 241pizza on April 18, 2020 at 8:20:06PM in the evening, there was only one working staff man, he made a poor medium pizza consciously and intentionally made me discomfort, may be not true but if this action is true it is against the law, thanks, one of your customers the location is 142 parliament Street

Very cheap move by 241 Pizza! Made a complaint to the customer service due to the results of my last delivery and they have banned delivering to my address. MAKE MY PIZZA BASED ON MY ORDER WHICH WAS CLEARLY STATED OVER THE PHONE! SLICE THE PIZZA IN PROPORTIONATE SIZES! DO NOT FORGET TO BRING MY DRINKS AS WELL! You guys screw up with my order and then have the audacity to ban me from having anything delivered to my address? Pathetic management and poor way to handle your customers.

Went in and waited 5 or 10 minutes before the guy came to ask what I wanted (he was making Pizza, I waited). Asked for 2 panzerottis and he just said Panzerotti takes 25 minutes, Im busy! and walked away. When I asked if that means I cant get a panzerotti he rudely said No! Call ahead next time. I have been going to this 241 for years, since they first opened at this location... and previously frequented the location further up the street. I have never in my life stepped into ANY restaurant that refused to serve food to customers because they are busy. You have just lost a life-long customer.
Usually I dont go out of my way to give a negative review. This is one of the very few places where I have ordered and by the time I left the store I regretted going to this location. The clerk is clueless when it comes to customer service. He acts like he is doing you a favor..STAY AWAY.
0.4 out of 10 on the cheese slices. Cold and the dough was too thick and too chewy. Cheese had a low quality taste and texture. Sauce had no tang or excitability. Not a good pizza. If I was wasted and lost Id still not eat this pizza.

Very disappointed with customer service here- last to be delivered on a route, driver notified us that there was an issue with scheduling- called the company directly and was offered no discount what so ever. Should not be expected to pay for a companys lack of management. Would recommend any pizza place in the area- absolutely nothing special here, if ordering would suggest to get walk in.

Got a few slices. Pizza was quite decent. Thicker crust than i wouldve likeed. Was too thick for a street side slice. Wanted a side of fries but since they bake them, he told me it would take 15 min. So i skipped that. Apparently every thing u order thats not already in the glass, takes 15 min to bake.
the younger indian/nepali guy who works at this location has major staring problems especially at women and is only nice to attractive women customers and cold and rude to the rest of the other customers.
Amazing customer service and the pizza was delicious and warm! Definitely found my go to pizza spot.
Just tried this place as they re one of the few pizza chains that have plant-based options (ie. vegan cheese and meat), because why not? Happy to say that The ordering was easy, delivery was quick, pizza was hot, and honestly tasted really good! Very pleased, will definitely be ordering again :)

We ordered a Meat Lovers extra large pizza that was lightly done. There was a 3 dollar delivery fee and we paid for extra toppings of which they were out of mushrooms. The mamager offered a small discount on lieu of the unavailable topping. My overall experience was an emjoyable one. The pizzas were really good.

It was good. A nice hot Hawaiian slice with pepperoni. I was having a bad day so I went here to make me feel better. Ultimately I didnt feel any better because I was trying to use pizza to make myself feel better about my questionable choices, but the pizza was good.
