The person in charge of this location is only interested in pushing out very low quality food. This has to be the worst 241 ocation I’ve ever been to. Even the slices are tasteless and bland. Does anyone care??
Stop leaving stacks of flyers at my apt building. We have a sign clearly saying no flyers displayed. It is a waste of paper since the whole stack gets thrown directly in the recycling Edit: Obviously didn't speak to the distributor because they are still coming
This is the worst pizza spot in Parkdale (slightly worse than Pizza Pizza). Cardboard crust, sauce that tastes like cheap pasta sauce. Rubber cheese. The only reason to visit is if you're a middle school / high school student looking to get a cheap slice that fits your lunch money budget.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! The manager "Jackson" is a liar, and refused to rectify the mistake made by this locations delivery driver. Yesterday we ordered pizza through Uber Eats, which goes through this locations delivery system. Near the estimated time, I call this location and confirm the delivery and was told it would arrive in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, no pizza. I call and get told that it was delivered and left with the concierge, so we go down and check. NO PIZZA. We call back, and are told we are lying and that the order was delivered. This then leads to being repeatedly put on hold, told we are lying, and being hung up on. I am disgusted at the lack of customer service from this location. What's makes it even more frustrating is that I CAN HEAR THE DRIVER IN THE BACKGROUND SAY HE DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, which the manager and customer service agent never admit to. What kind of service is this! No one admits to the mistake, instead telling us to speak to Uber. What kind of company suggests this as a solution, when the RIGHT thing to do is to remake the order and get it delivered ASAP. 241 Pizza forces Uber to use their delivery drivers, but takes no responsibility for the orders or deliveries. The manager, "JACKSON", and customer service agent refused to speak to us, putting us on hold and hanging up. We went to the location we heard the delivery driver say in the background, and guess what, WE FOUND OUR ORDER AT THE WRONG PLACE. This company, and the team who works here disgusts me. So I repeat, DO NOT ORDER HERE! Edit: I wanted to add for those of you who see the response to my review that I sent a complaint on the feedback form on the same day I posted here and have yet to hear anything back. This company is a sham and rips customers off. They lie and take no responsibility for this services. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!
been coming here since 1997. i remember as a kid my mom would buy me a slice sometimes after school and we would walk home with it in hand, toppings falling all along queen st. there are definitely better pizza places in the city, but for a classic no frills style slice, this place always delivers, today is no exception. i always get about 4 containers of their hot sauce. i wish you guys sold a larger bottle because it is sooooo good.
I got a delivery from 241 of a Hawaiian Med. thin crust pizza and i had a generous amount of cheese and other toppings on it. Overall, the pizza dough was elastic, generous sauce and great tasting.
I have been a regular customer here since 2004 and the quality of food haven't changed a bit yet. Be careful with the HOT sauce though😋.
5/5! It was my first time ordering here but I'll definitely be ordering it again. $14.99 for 2 small pizzas, two toppings each, including 2 cans of pop.. amazing deal!!! Seriously, I will not be ordering from anywhere else.

Bro 241 fell off i order extra cheese the cheese is mediocre and burnt, not to mention i ordered thick crust, and it was THIN! He put it side to side with an actual thin crusted pizza and IT WAS THE SAME !!!

Looks like ownership or management has changed in recent months. Unfortunately this joint is below average now. At the same time their menu prices and delivery pricing went higher. Thats a double strike. CiCis Pizza is holding the Parkdale tradition together, so they will get my orders from now on.
PIZZA WAS DELICIOUS, WINGS HAD A SWEET TASTE TO THEM, OVERALL FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. 5 STARS

On Thursday, i Ordered pizza for pick up, i headed home because i had too much on my hands and i left but when i got home i didn t see my phone so i begun searching the places where i was previously as I kept on walking, the last place I was at pizza So I asked THE ASIAN CHEF if he had seen my cellphone, not to mention its 14Pro Max, I had all my bank card, credit cards and Visa cards. THE ASIAN CHEF said yes, it s girly pink folding case, he gave back my phone with all my cards are in it, nothing was lost or stolen. So I figured may be it was me as a female around the time I came to order because there were few young boys chilling and eating pizza. Not to mention he save my day because I was at my moms house for my niece birthday party and I live very far so I was frustrated and the hassle to apply for the card it s devastated but Thank goodness THE ASIAN CHEF
Took 45 minutes to arrive and was really disappointing when it did, $40 for two very poor quality medium pizzas. Ended up throwing most of it away. Delivery guy was super nice though.

I ordered the 2 panzo deal and selected my ingredients for both but ended up with one gigantic panzo with everything in it, unfortunately its just to much ingredients in one thing and isnt very good. Hopefully the ordering through Google gets fixed.
Charges $.50 for order under $10. I complained and the worker tried talking bad about me when I was just walking out to another customer as I m still there. 0/10 don t recommend

Today was my first time coming here. I ordered a slice of pizza with coke. The man with barely any teeth coughed directly on his left hand ( the same hand he grabbed the slices and placed in the oven) He grabbed the pizza from the oven with the same hand and placed on a plate . I know I should of told him to put it back but I was hungry and didn t want to be rude. Now I m at home 2 hours later and I m feeling very sick to my stomach. I regret not telling him to forget it . please be careful guys .
Wrong size, wrong item. Called the number back and the dude hung up on me twice! Failed to admit the mistake and look into the inquiry. Worst service ever. I have a receipt and pictures to match. Avoid this location!

The pizza slices here come in huge portions and oily as heck, however I am not complaining and its a great meal for when youre feeling dangerous. Their special hot sauce here is 10/10.
Terrible food. I hated everything about it, undercooked too. This place deserves to shut down and the entire company should go to hell.
Poor Pizza. The sausage was off. Removed it from the slice while eating. Cheese and bacon seemed good but still had the runs the next day. The beef tips were over cooked, dry, no taste, and salted with a horrible fake smoke flavour. The honey garlic sauce was just brown sugar with a dark colouring. Truly awful. Will never order from again.

Good place, been eating here I was a kid
This was my go to place for pizza when I was young man. Reminiscing the time pepporoni slice with pop 2.00 during my elementary days and now im in my 30s lol. I dont live nearby here anymore because I had moved outside of toronto but when Im nearby I do pick up a slice 80% of the time. What set this place apart from all the other franchises is their pizza slices are always fresh probably because they are busy when you have a bus stop in front of it and my favourite part is their condiments! The condiments they provide are parmesan herb mix cheese, smokey BBQ sauce, garlic powder and the best hot sauce for pizza; its their home made hot sauce. Keep it up and Ill continue to keep coming. Im glad some of the old OG are still there especially the old man that reminds me of Mario from lol.

Not the best pizza you can get but they are fair price. Staff is rude and pizza smells like frozen and cheap. But they are $5.50 for 2 slice pizza + bottle of pop. Not bad for cheap late night snack.

I really like 241 pizza, go there on Tuesdays you get 241 on pizza, which I think works out to a great deal. I enjoy their recipe and have found the staff who work there to be professional.

Staff is always friendly, I have known some of them since I went to high school at PCI nearby and they still remember me. Deluxe, Hawaiian, pepperoni and veggie pizza is almost always available for a quick pickup combo. The pizza is always good as well.

Best Pizza in the area. This is not your standard 241 Pizza. these guys are consistent with real cheese and fresh toppings and best price too.
Not over crowded. What you would expect from a small pizza joint. Medium walk in special took about 15mins so service speed isnt that bad. That said the pizza isnt the best, probably better off getting a larger size or going somewhere else. All things considered I would still order from 2for1 over pizza pizza.

I think they are cheating their taxes. First, they didnt give me a receipt, so I asked for one. Then he gave me one without tax on it. Lastly, I got one with taxes, but no information about the company. He refused to give me a better receipt. Doesnt say the name of the company or phone number or HST number. CRA check on these guys.

Enjoyed this place until one day after ordering I left something valuable on the counter, stepped outside(1min), then went back to take the valuable item and it was missing. Employees stole it and claimed they saw nothing refuse to check security tapes or return the item of value.
Go delivery from here, the wings tasted like the rubber they were definitely microwaved. The tandoori chicken was just chicken with too much powder flaked on. The sundried tomatoes were quite thick and chewy which made them annoying to eat and the onion was left in very large chunks. Would not order from here again.

The pizza slices here are pretty normal, but theyre more filling than youd expect! They usually have slices of pepperoni, Hawaiian, Canadian, and veggie. At all hours. Plenty of free toppings. They even have a homemade hot sauce thats quite hot! Price is about 80% of a normal slice.

241 pizza is no doubt one of the best pizza places you can go to in the area! The pizzas crust is fluffy and it rises! The cheese is cheesy and the sauce is boom-on! All the ingredients are awesome! I recommend this place if people want a good pizza for a decent price!
