You guys pissed me off today, Came there it was cold inside, waiting for 30 mins freezing,I ordered butter chicken pizza, and you gave me a bizarre stuff that Idek, Till I get home which is like an 1hour And 30mins with TTC, I get A super surprise, A pizza with toppings Ide like, You suck and you have to fix the heater inside, its not comfortable. 2024/12/22.

I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing, but was told they couldnt serve me. I understand that the store needs time to close, but it was disappointing not to receive the service I expected during the remaining time. I hope they can review their policy on assisting customers before closing, as this experience was frustrating.

Personally had bad experience with this shop we came from very long.it says it closes around 12. We arrived by 11:30 they said its closed already.if it closes by 11:30 change the timing to 11:30 not 12

HORRIBLE BURNT PIZZA!! We have stopped going to this place because they burn the pizza every single time. We thought we would give it a chance after a few years. Told them clearly on the phone to make sure the pizza is lightly done, don t want the cheese brown and the pizza crust burnt. When we went to pick it up they had cut the burnt crust off and the pizza was much smaller but was still BURNT. This guy continues to charge us and says he will throw in a free dipping sauce. How do you expect people to eat something that s burnt? Worse customer service and halal place in the city, do yourself a favour and don t go here!!

Update: New management & staff are better to deal with customer service. Saliha helped choose their new offering, try out their Lahori pizza if you like spicy. It used to be a good quality pizza but recently their pizzas have been not fully cooked. Only bottom of pizza is fully cooked but i could taste raw dough on top of the pizza. I have purchased four pizzas in past two weeks and been disappointed. Also, improve your cheese quality cause it usually too oily to eat. Dietary restrictions: Halal

I tried spicy supreme pizza and chicken on rice. Chicken on rice was good but spicy supreme pizza was waste of money, it was sweet not spicy, literally not worth it.

I took the chicken on rice for lunch and what a pleasant surprise. Rice, chicken and salad with accompanying sauces were all very fresh, delicious. Service is friendly. I will be comping back for more soon.

You guys need to focus on cleanliness. You must change your gloves after touching anything. I worked in similar restaurant the manager was very strict on the cleanliness. Everything should be clean not only the food. One of the chairs was wet and dirty, if you dont have time to clean it atleast put them away. How the customers going to sit and eat

Never coming back. They better stop lying before losing everything. I was told 20 mins on the phone, I arrived after 30 mins for pick up and then the lady was not expecting me yet lol. Guess what, they missed the order. No worries, just tell me the truth. They all ganged up saying orders take time, you need to wait, etc. while making the order in front of me without even admitting haha I argued why have you guys lied to me, and the arrogant owner said, why should I accept, you just have to wait And then I was told we won t serve you for demanding plain truth. That s why people don t trust muslims anymore.

Went to pickup a pizza. Found one of their staff picking his nose and then putting his hand in one of the large bins over the counter. Another one of his staff who finished eating something, did not wash his hands and started making pizza this contaminating food. The taste of the food was good though.

I have ordered a cheese pizza, but the pizza cheese was reduced by almost 80%. It was literally a tomato and bread pizza. Almost no cheese at all. I am done buying pizza this Ajwa pizza place.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I ordered a pizza and they made it but with a defect as three slice didn t have enough cheese on it and when I complained for it the girl who was actually rude and unprofessional said it s the pop up by baking it, I said it s not the pop up it s missing the cheese which she didn t accept. After a man came and asked me to make a new one.

The pizza s are good. Unfortunately the staff fails to maintain proper order for the disrespectful people that don t care about those waiting in queues. People are served regardless of their position in the queue which leads to a rather poor experience than you would have expected from a locally established place. A fast paced environment requires some firm rules for people who come to place and pick up orders otherwise it ends up being chaotic. If this can be managed, it will be a smoother experience for both - the customers and the restaurant.

I stopped by this place after hearing from a friend this is a halal pizza location. I ordered cheese pizza and BBQ wings for my daughter and I. The pizza was very tasty, and we enjoyed the wings. Will definitely be stopping by Ajwa Pizza again when Im in the area to try another one of their dishes.

Daylight robbery from this store. These guys added extra hidden charges to my total for no reason at all even though I confirmed the order on the phone with the store. These guys are thieves. First and last time ordering for them. Supporting an unethical business such as this store should be avoided at all costs.
