I had the worst experience with General Manager, Rashmi at this location. I had ordered a large pizza through doordash for delivery. Ordered was delivered after 30 mins and was entirely wrong. When I called the restaurant, the person put me on hold and said going to talk to the manager for the situation. Spoke to the manager after and she told me they had sent me someone s uber eats order. I asked about my options, she said she can get a new one and get it delivered since my address was not far. When I called back after 40 mins to enquire the status, she said she spoke to doordash and requested I dont go to doordash to report. I told her I would have for the inconvenience (waited 1.5 hrs for my order), get a refund on delivery fees, service fee and tip I paid. Her reply was, Ok, then I ll call my driver to get the pizza back and told my husband that I am being stubborn. She hung up on me and when I tried to call the restaurant back, she kept disconnecting continuously. I am a regular customer and this kind of behaviour from GM is extremely rude. BP, The Queensway - You lost a loyal customer and thanks to your General manager, Rashmi who has earned a bad review for you.

I have been to this location many times everything was not great but ok. I went tonight...beginning from our waitress who said it was her fist shift and she was ok. She was polite and kind. However the 2 pastas we ordered were absolutely disgusting!!!! One pasta was full of basil...literally green tomato sauce. Horrible taste. The other pasta was mush and completely dry. It was like eating mashed potatoes with Alfredo sauce and shrimp. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Then I dont know who he was but he was a total obnoxious and couldnt care less about his customers. He told me they get their sauce from elsewhere. Im italian..my first mistake was going to BOSTON PIZZA FOR PASTA. He tried to tell me the pasta is not pre cooked. Well it was at our table in less than 5 minutes. So lied. about that. All I can say the food is disgusting. The staff tonight was dont care attitude. Last week they screwed up a chicken caesar salad...how do you do that? Anyways, if I could rate them at 0...i would for every department. If you are hungry not the right place to go. MCDONALDS IS 100 TIMES BETTER. Being a customer on many occasions they didnt give a dam. So you know what you guys can do at Boston pizza!!!! I DONTNEED TO SHARE TGIS COMMENT. I did a pick up order I told the girl 4 times what I wanted and still when I got there my order was wrong and had to wait for a new pizza .. luckily I caught it before I got home the girl on the reception is new and in training i get that but she has to know how to communicate and if she can t understand people after repeating 4 times she should not be taking orders the only thing that was customer service worthy was the manager who gave me 25% off without me asking to speak to anyone

Server forced me to complete this survey but they brought out a dessert for a friends birthday. Food was delish though!

We came to your Queensway Location for lunch today with a group of 4. It was a pleasure to have Prutha as our server. She was very friendly, efficient and professional. The food for all of us was very good. Great taste, good portions and fresh ingredients. Compliments also to the chef and host. I would recommend the Chicken Mushroom Fettuccine, Salmon Bowl and Chicken Parmesan and Cesare Salad.

Amazing place for pizzas and chicken sandwiches. Our server Prutha recommended the Honey Dill Fried Chicken Sandwich with cactus cut potatoes and the vegetarian pizza. Flavors were top notch and service was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be back again soon to try out more options. Over from Scotland on holiday, food was delish! Staff were lovely and didnt have to wait long for our food. Definitely go back again, Im coeliac and had a glutenwise meal which tasted amazing

Update: Boston Pizza in Etobicoke contacted me and verified the complaint. Manager told me that if we come back, she will personally take care of us, and perhaps offer a free appetizer. Um, no thanks. She tried to justify the charge for the hot sauce by explaining that a regular hot sauce is free (like tabasco), but since they brought us the Buffalo sauce, there was an upcharge (even though we did not ask for the Buffalo sauce). Even more reason not to return. Went to Boston Pizza with the family for a late dinner, around 8 p.m., on Saturday night. The place wasnt busy at all, only a couple of tables were occupied and a few people at the bar. We ordered mains: the pizza trio sampler, buffalo chicken macaroni, the dipper (steak sandwich with fries), and a burger with fries. We also ordered beer for us and soda for the teenagers. Service was incredibly slow. Our mains took forever to arrive. Our server disappeared after providing us with our drinks. He did not come by to refill the sodas, or ask us if we wanted another beer. The person who brought out the macaroni forgot to bring the garlic bread that comes with it. We had to ask for it. We also had to ask for ketchup and hot sauce - twice. Waited another 20 minutes for the bill, while we watched the servers sitting and chatting at another table. They actually charged us $1.79 for a tiny paper cup of hot sauce, without telling us that there would be a charge. Talk about nickel and diming your customers. I would not return based on the poor service and lack of respect for customers. Do better, Boston Pizza!

The worst service I ve had in my entire life, had multiple serves walk past and not even look in our direction. Servers serving every table minus ours, even serving tables right next to and behind ours and not even asking our table if everything is okay. Highly recommend to anyone who likes chasing down service and being billed per order. Overall worst dinning experience of my life.

We ordered Med size Mediterranean Pizza. The crust was good (better then most of the otber pizza outlets in Toronto) but the taste was okyish. They overused the pizza sauce base due to which the pizza tasted sour. Overall I wont recommended Mediterranean Pizza just because of the sauce overusage.

Hire/schedule more staff during the day and change your kegs. Flat Guinness and $8 bar rail when it was appy hour for $5.. didnt stick around to order food when there was no server to be found then waited even longer at the front to pay. Went to jack astors got food and drinks in the same time we spent at BP!

We came to Boston Pizza to watch the Euro Cup soccer game, having made a reservation for 8 people three days in advance. We specifically mentioned that we were coming to watch the match. When we arrived, they couldnt find our reservation, but since the place was empty, they seated us in the sports bar area. There was music playing, no sports on the screens, and no bartender in sight. We asked the staff to put on the soccer game, which we had specifically requested. Five minutes passed, and nothing happened. We asked again when they brought us menus, but after another five minutes, still nothing. Frustrated, we left and went to Jack Astors down the street, where every TV was showing the game, and the place was busy. Its clear why Boston Pizza was empty nobody wants to go there. Highly disappointed with the lack of service and organization.

I just want to start off by saying that if I could give a 0 star rating, that I would. Unfortunately that s not an option, so I ll settle for 1 star. On Saturday, my friends and I arrived at this location, as earlier in the week we had called and made a reservation for 8 people. We wanted to call prior and ensure that they would be playing the Portugal soccer game. We understood that calling to book it earlier in the week would allow them to make sure that they had the space and would be able to get the game set up prior to guests arriving for the game. When we arrived at the location around 12:00 pm and two of our friends were waiting and were seated close to the bar. They were urged to get something to drink, however they refused because they were waiting for us to get there. They were not only asked one time, but several, even though the serving staff member knew they were waiting for the rest of our group. We spoke to the ladies at the front, who did not have any name tags or provide us their names, and mentioned we had made a reservation. They both looked like deers in headlights and had no idea about any reservation. They both disappeared and we entered the bar area. Because the bar was literally empty (no bartender in sight), there was no other soul sitting in the building, we walked into the bar area and looked at which tables would be best to not inconvenience them. Once we worked out a seating arrangement with one of the ladies, we asked if they could put the game on, as we had earlier in the week asked if they would be playing it. Instead, no sports channels were playing, just loud pop music over the stereo speakers. The girl said she would go figure it out and then returned but to see a couple that had come in shortly after us. Another girl then dropped menu s off after about 5 minutes and we asked again, for a second time if they could put the game on. 5 more minutes pass and she explained that she didn t know how to change the channels and we were pressured to order. She would need the other girl who was taking the order of the other couple to do that. At this point, we were upset. We asked her to give us a few minutes to collect our thoughts. Again, we called to ensure that the game would be on in the sports bar area, and it wasn t. Our reservation was lost, and the two ladies in the front seemed to not want to take our request seriously. In the end we ended up leaving, frustrated that they were not making any effort to put the game on or accommodate us, and went to the local Jack Astors down the street where we were accommodated (and quickly, might I add), were not pressured into ordering right away, and received excellent service unlike our experience at Boston Pizza. I would not even waste your time coming here.

Came to this BP with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and watch UFC 303. Great spot and it wasnt too busy. We got good seats and had an amazing time and our server Megan did an exceptional job and had our birthday cake brought out with a robot.

Hit up Boston for dinner with my daughter. We both love Boston on The Queensway. The servers kind of know us as we come often. Today s sever was Mohid who s very cool and we are very comfortable having serve us, almost as if he s family. Mohid is a great server. He will leave you with a great experience each visit.

Normally I m not the person to leave a review. But, this had to been the worst experience dining in. I was told to wait 5 mins to be seated but instead waited nearly 45 mins. The dishes had visible food stains! The pasta I ordered had no taste!!! The server had nothing but attitude. 0 stars if it were possible. This location is write off!!

I went with a party of about 50 people without a reservation (oops) but they were super accommodating and their service was exemplary. Our server was Rashmi and she served all of us at once while taking the time to take care of each of our individual requests. The food was served incredibly fast and tasted amazingly indulgent. The portions of the individual pizzas werent too large and the side of fries was way larger than I was expecting, but it meant that I could share with the table. Its a great place if youre looking for somewhere to with a large group, though for the sake of the staff, I would recommend making a reservation :)

With the new owner taking over everything is the worst possible way baaaaad, dirty, smelly, service is not on time, they don t even know how to handle the business, hours waiting to just some one to come and take order and that s it they are gone again , and when finally they brought food there was long black hair every thing was very bad , the servers they don t even know the job , we just paid and went to another restaurant,,so pity for this nice place we had so much good memories, never never going back again .

We reserved ahead of time for 30 people (and still ended up having a party of a least 40-50 teenagers and adults) and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I wish to send a very special thank you to our super woman server RASHMI. She took care of the entire party almost single handedly, with superior customer service (and even extra compliments to us that made our day). Recently took a group of 40 Grade 8 students to this restaurant and they were excellent. The service was prompt, food was expedited quickly, and the payment setup was easy for our needs. Taking a bunch of teens to a restaurant can prove challenging to keep everyone happy, but the kids enjoyed a good portion size. Who knew pasta dishes came with fries too!! That was a huge win for the kids and the menu is simple enough to satisfy each ones tastes. I would happily bring a group back to this establishment. Thank you!

BP is usually a safe bet. Today not so much. We gathered to celebrate an adult birthday. The waitress got our appetizer order wrong, brought our dinner then disappeared. We sat for 30 min before we went to find somebody. Apparently she had an emergency and had to leave. Stuff happens but there should have been a manager or someone in charge to at least inform us. Little attempt to mollify us, no rebates, not even much of an apology other than that she had to leave. I sympathize with whatever her issue was but she is not the restaurant. They should have been more aware and not assumed we would be okay with the waste of our time, the spoiling of our time together. It s unlikely they were will be back.

Honestly our server was pretty kind and tried to help us with our concerns. However turns out that you aren t advertising your White Sangria correctly on your Menu, which can be a VERY serious issue for people who have allergies to berries that aren t on the menu. We had to send it back twice. Wasn t a horrible experience, review is due to the lack of clarity and accuracy of the menu. Staff are great. EDIT: If you submit a concern at 9:30 PM at Night, EXPECT to be called at 9:45 PM at night. Also manager promised to call back at a more reasonable time and never followed through on his promised.

Just not good. I order make my own pizza and they had neither anchovies nor oregano?!? Not acceptable for a place with pizza in its name, IMHO. The pizza came with very little sauce, so it was super dry. My glass of water came in a real glass which I appreciated but when I asked for more water, rather than top up my glass I was brought a second glass which was fine, but it had a second PLASTIC straw (its 2024 people!). I can get far superior pizza for just a little more money elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all, ever.

i can only give one start not based on food or anything because i didnt even get seated, i came at noon for lunch starving and pregnant only to find NOBODY behind the bar at the hostess stand or anywhere else in the restaurant, there were two tables seated so im like surely there is someone here? after waiting about ten minutes and walking around saying hello, hello i go all the way to the back see a server folding napkins and i say to her hello? and she goes ya ill be right there in a tone which suggested i was the problem? anyways going somewhere else for lunch and wont be back, thanks boston pizza!

The salad was dry. Not enough Caesar sauce+ the croutons are weird. They don t taste good at all. The chicken looks dry. The lettuce is also bitter and not fresh. Try again. Also those fries are weird. The bacon is weird too.

Good service, but overall a pretty expensive menu for the everyday working person.

Pizza was good, service was good, though they ought to fix the tables from wobbling so much is all.

I have been to many Boston Pizza locations across the Ontario, this location was disappointing in terms of food quality and service. The quality of pizza crust was very bad and too much thick compared to other locations.

Great service but the chicken wings were on the small size.

I came on family day to celebrate my son s 9th birthday ! When we arrived there was 2 other families of 6 waiting already and from the sounds of it the hadn t seen anyone come by. The place seemed empty. The entire sports bar had 1 table occupied but no one to be seen anywhere . One by one they eventually came and got us we waited 20 mins before we were told we d be seated in 5 minutes. We were considering leaving but waited the 5 minutes. after being seated the waiter was over to take drinks after 5-10 minutes. We already knew what we wanted drinks and food gave our orders and she was off . Drinks were served after some time and food was on table in 20 mins. Not bad timing after we ate which didn t take my family long we were starving and inhaled everything . I did have you younger kids so we asked for a take out box . When she brought the boxes to table we asked for the bill . At this point it was an hour and half that we have been in the building . Again we waited 20 mins for her to bring the bill we were out . After the majority or the time just waiting for someone to come it was a bit ridiculous especially since it was family day you d figure you d have enough staff to run the place . They also have the cat robot servers to so if your lacking humans get them going . People were coming and waiting and leaving as no host came at all to say anything it was ridiculous!

Place is dead makes u think how long the food sits in the freezer... hmmm

I will say we have eaten at BP before in other locations, but I cant say for certain that I have had the pasta before. I ordered the create your own pasta but it was just terrible. I had two or three bites and decided i would just take it home and re-cook it with better sauce. The pasta was cooked right, but bolognese sauce was bland and flavour less.

We ordered coffee to start, but the cup had lipstick marks on both sides of it, and neither one of us wears lipstick. The plates had not been cleaned properly either. (They still had bits of food stuck to them, and we had to ask for new ones and then got a weird look when we did.) The onion soup I do not recommend at all! It was left behind, less two spoonfuls. The ribs were nothing special. It still had the membrane on the back of them, which I scraped off with a fork. (It was pretty easy to remove because it was kind of gooey.) The Cesar salad was ok, though, and the Hearty Jalapeño Popper Dip was very good except for the Cactus Cut Potatoes which were undercooked and not crispy at all. I highly recommend that you eat elsewhere!!

Went in here for my friends birthday. The hostess and the food were excellent!

The food never disappoints. I love there chicken pecan salad and the Boston brute sandwich. The fries portion has gotten a little small tho. Also there sangrias are amazing

I was excited to try this new pizza that Boston pizza came out with. The Italian Trio squarefooter! Mozzarella cheese with three sauces on top, pizza sauce, Alfredo and basil pesto. Loved it !!! Full of flavour and very tasty.

The normal BP experience. Food is decent but quite expensive. We went in later at night around 1030pm. Service was lackluster. There werent many people eating but the service was very slow.
