I had the most disgusting food from here. Pizza was dry AF, the chicken shawarma tasted like cat food and this dump was pretty gross! It was way better when the original owners owned it. Old ass food should be your new name. Even the sauces are watered down AF!

Been a customer of this store for more than 10 years and I must said the quality never went down. The staff is always friendly and at that price nothing can beat it, the portion is huge. The shawarma was so delicious and also this probably the only location that offer chicken shawarma.

When you cant choose between pizza or shawarma , here we have chitos pizza !! Combination of both . Got a pepperoni slice with shawarma chicken , garlic sauce and hot sauce for under 5 dollars. Fresh and delicious !

Definitely a hidden gem, delicious pizza with friendly staff. Would recommend the chicken shawarma pizza, and get pepperoni on it for the extra crunch. Very reasonable price, a few stools to sit down on. They have a take out window so its kinda accessible.

Chicken Shawarma Pizza Slice - I was surprised by the amount of chicken shawarma that was piled onto my pizza slice, a quirky combination that somehow works, as long as youre careful to not spill any chicken. The combination of the slight tang of the tomato sauce compliments the chicken and cheese nicely and will fill you up with just one slice. To think you can order a whole pie of this!

I LOVE pizza, and their Shawarma pizza is one of my favourite pizzas EVER! Such a delicious combo, and such a generous amount of chicken. In my opinion, any comparable pizzas in Toronto are 3 times as expensive. This is a fab deal for a fab pizza. Their chicken shawarma plate is also an amazing deal, and delicious! This place has the best hole in the wall places for shwarma pizza and has great bang for your buck. Ready quickly and is always delicious. They have a couple bar stools but its tight and the door is usually open. Perfect for take out though!

Amazing deal for what you get. There are very few places in Toronto that give loaded fusion pizze slices as consistent as these guys. The chicken shawarma pepperoni slice is my personal go-to. The issue I personally have had has just been the temperature of the chicken. Everytime Ive been its always been slightly cold. Would like it if they could heat up the slice before giving it to you.

This is the best buget fast food experience in Torontos west end! Its a great place to watch people with the munchies or experiencing a teen induced growth spurt ordering up the most disgusting looking combination of chicken Sharma, pizza, French fries and garlic sauce. But hey, if they offer more sauce...of course you have to say yes! When you get tired of Chitos, or have a bit more cash in your wallet, go down te street to Caribbean Queen! She wont be there forever, and you need to try her patties once on your life!

As someone who has been going to Chitos Pizza for a long time, I do have personal feelings against some of the less savoury reviews but this review is not about that. I love the pizza here. They can never go wrong with a shawarma pizza. The staff are super nice and accommodate any needs as well. We do take Chitos for takeout most if not all the time and the pizza does not lose any flavour or quality. Their garlic sauce is one for the books and we are always satisfied. Chitos Pizza does what needs to be done, no more, no less. And thats why they are staple pizza place for so many.

We called in an order and were told to pick it up in 30 mins however when we arrived 35mins later the staff had forgotten to make the pizza. So we had to wait there (defeating the entire point of calling ahead). There is definitely some questionable food handling happening in this kitchen (bags of frozen fries sitting out,etc.) The chicken didnt look good and after seeing how it was prepared we were both extremely nervous to eat it. The pizza overall was really thin and had too many toppings that werent tasty.

Use to go here all the time. Decided to try it out after a while . Chicken tasted really fishy for some reason which is an indication they dont clean there utensils, left it out too long, or used old chicken. Garlic sauce and veges still bussing but it felt like it was missing something. Prices still cheap even if they increased slightly

This is an old school, straight goods joint. Had the shwarma pizza and it was ridiculously good. We had the garlic and hot sauce added on top. Crust holds the large amount of meat. Pretty damn affordable too.

This place is my to go place to eat. I always will get the 2 slice pizza with CHICKEN and bbq and garlic sauce. The best combo and it fills you up. Shawarma in the other is good to but it gets really messy so be careful when you eat it. Also just 1 not good thing for me is the fries because its tastless. But so far i really enjoy the place and the people there are friendly.

Best deal in the city! A slice of pizza topped with an extremely generous helping of of delicious Shawarma chicken. I couldn t believe how tasty it was and under $5! They could charge at least double for this. And the service was super delightful and quick. I will be returning here again and again and I recommende you so the same!

Good food for good prices. I got a medium chicken shawarma plate for $7. It comes with lots of rice, a sizeable amount of chicken and a small salad. I liked the garlic sauce they put on it. It is fast, cheap, and convenient. I would order again.

Our office grabbed pizza & wings yesterday and one of the pizzas, with the incorrect topping, was completely burnt and the fries were horrible. We called up the restaurant and the woman said the manager had made them and she would let him know. We haven t heard back from anyone.

This place is a Toronto gem. If they had Michelin guide for best value hole-in-the-wall restaurants, they deserve a star. $3.50 for a shawarma-style slice is an almost make-believe price in todays economy. Small dining area, so it s best to carry out here and find a bench somewhere off Bloor to enjoy this masterpiece!

Had the chicken plate with rice and salad and it was absolutely delicious! The meat, the salad, the rice, everything was good. The pickled peppers were a nice touch too. The garlic sauce was also very tasty. Im glad I only got the medium plate for 7 bucks, it was already too much for me, I couldve never finished the large plate (8.50$).

Love this spot for pizzas! The pricing on the pizza with chicken I would say is a pretty fair price to pay for the large portions you get. 1 order is always enough for me. Make sure to get the sauces on the pizza and ask them to put a little extra if they can. Sad I don t have any pictures to share. It s because I get too excited and eat it too quick.

Shawarma pizza kind of fell apart on us. Not the real thing if you ve had shawarma pizza in Hamilton.

Edit: Wife had the Large Chicken and rice plate and it was just as good as the pizza. I ve had chicken Shawarma pizzas at a few other places, including a place with the same name as these guys, and this is the only place that does it right. I always get extra white sauce and hot sauce. I ve had a few of their other items which were not that great but this particular pizza is One of the best things I ve ever eaten in my life.

I love chitos I really do but last time I was in there a man from outside went behind the counter near all the food without a mask, didn t wash his hands and I found a hair in my pizza. Chitos has amazing food for amazing prices I just wished they were more serious about hairnets, masks and hand washing.

Its real hidden gem. Small place with best shawarma pizza. I would go out of my way for lunch. This time got chicken fries and its was absolute bomb. Garlic and honey sauce was on point. Wouldn t go there for shawarma and wouldn t go there for plain pizza. A 3$ slice of pizza with shawarma chicken, hot sauce, and bbq sauce is pretty good except sometimes you get some rly chewy chicken in there.

Chitos Pizza is a narrow storefront a few steps east of Lansdowne Ave., with an order window on the street and almost always a cluster of people waiting to order or pick-up. And theres a reason theres almost always people hanging about: the food - especially their famous shawarma pizza - is soooo good. In all honesty, while they serve up a number of yummy take-away treats at Chitos, we go almost exclusively to order the shawarma pizza. This is the definition of comfort street food for us. Order by the slice or by the whole pie, and get lashings of both the garlic and the hot sauce slathered on everything. And a word about the hot sauce: dont let the idea scare you. This isnt eye-watering heat. Its a lovely, slightly sweet heat that doesnt overpower the shawarma chicken and complements the garlic sauce perfectly. Its a must have if youre going to order this pizza (which you really should). And, heres the cherry on top of this sundae: a generous slice (and by generous we mean youve had lunch after one slice) of the shawarma pizza is an almost unbelievably cheap $3/slice. Yes, you read that right - $3/slice. And the slice is actually a quarter of a whole 12 pie. Amazing value for money.
