I have passed by this little Italian restaurant many so last night I decided to give it try. The meat lovers pizza is very good.

they take orders but then send out with uber eats, delivery drivers cant deliver and dont deliver and the restaurant says tough luck they are third party and nothing to do with us so too bad for you. you can come pick up if you want. be VERY LEARY with sending them your money because there is no service or understanding of business

One of the best pizzas in town. Their white sauce pizzas are amazing. Lakshay who works there is awesome and has great customer service skills. Very friendly. Multi grain dough is great and you never feel bad later. Their specials are really pocket friendly as well. The slices at this location are always fresh.

We ordered for the first time from FreshSlice near Yonge & Eglinton. Despite ordering 2 XL 4 topping pizzas with doubling up some ingredients, there were barely any toppings!!!! We ve never had pizza like this that was basically dough, cheese, and tomato sauce! We feel so robbed I called the store and instead of trying to make up for it and to either refund or offer to remake the order properly, the person on the other side offers a medium pizza to make up for screwing up the entire order!!! How is this fixing the problem?! Here s a thought: Maybe remake the original order the way it was supposed to be?!!! Do not waste your money; we are never ordering from here again.

Okay fast food pizza. The slices are cheaper than most places, but they re also much smaller. The quality and flavours of the slices are not great. They have some Indian inspired flavours. I personally prefer Diavola a few meters south, they have better pizza

Extraordinary place for a pizza. Eventually visited this place to collect my Large Surprise Bag and was greeted by the wonderful staff working there. Its pretty cheap too with large 4 topping pizza costing just $15.50 with customization options. I would love to give this place a visit again to fulfill my remaining cravings.

I ve always wanted to contribute somehow on my imprint on food waste and found an app called TooGoodToGo this pizza joint was the one I stumbled upon. I couldn t be more pleasantly surprised! I received what I perceive to be an extra large pizza with all the slices combined with a variety of toppings. It was cold pizza and all for only $7.99. If youre strapped for cash and love pizza, you can t go wrong. I warmed up a few slices at home and it was a chefs kiss

I got 2 pizzas and some cheesy bread from this place for pickup. While I did get it nice and fresh, the pizza was only ok. And the cheesy bread was quite underwhelming and not really that great, as most of it was crust. But it was quick, efficient, and cheap!

Ordered the cauliflower crust pizza and they sent the usual bread crust. Charged $3 ($6 for 2) extra for the cauliflower crust which I never received.

Ive ordered from here on numerous occasions via UberEats due to the price / promotions, but they never properly cook their pan pizza. Absolutely no crisp to it. Literally cannot pick it up the slices tonight without it falling apart on me. When I order pizza, I should not have to recook it. Ive given them positive UberEats reviews before, but theyve lost me as a customer tonight. Owners need to provide a semi-quality product, not just get it out the door as quick as possible.

I was told the other day that bathroom is out of order! And what does the staff uses when they need to go to the washroom?? I understand where these people come from but this is not the way to do business!! Almost all the people of this nationality use this same frase bathroom is out of order !! The pizza quality is up and down, the staff can either be great or disinterested BUT theyre always there for me when I need a quick delicious lunch that I dont have to think about. I eat here 5 days a week sometimes and ive never felt disappointed.

This is the most disgusting Hawaiian pizza we have ever tried in our life. Extremely small tiny pineapple pieces, but amount of spicy disgusting halapeno which we didnt ask for. I would definitely not recommend this place. Also pizza was so cold despite the fact that the place is about 2km from my home. I agree with Richard. I got Uber eats deal and it was the worst late night trash pizza I ve ever had. It was like pita bread or naan bread instead of real pizza crust. Both dry yet soggy. No structure, texture I felt like I was eating pizza toppings on pita chips. How this place has such a high rating is a miracle

Fresh slice makes great pizza, unfortunately this specific location is hit or miss. Ordered a few times and had something wrong with each order. I understand mistakes happen, but 3 orders in a row is too frequent and would benefit from some quality control.

Placed an order for pick up, site is easy to use. Pizza was made on time. I asked for a medium pan pizza and even wrote on the special instructions but it unfortunately came out very thin. This was the second or third time this happened. Ill just convince myself they dont know what a pan pizza is or just dont make them at this point. Otherwise, the pizza tasted pretty good. You get what you pay for from here. Nice that they are open 24/7.

Never had such a bad experience from any other fresh slice location. First time when I ordered the pizza did not have the shape of a pizza. I ignored it thinking the chef might be new. Second order was completely wrong and I reached out to the store and the guest service email with pictures. Eric the store manager asked me the details and disappeared. The guest service said the store is going to take care of this issue. Avoid this location at all costs!!

Back when I was growing up in the mid-2000s there was a Fresh Slice Pizza place at the Pacific Mall foodcourt, and I used to go there all the time. It was my favourite pizza place of all time (and I dont usually like pizza). I was so upset when I found out that it closed down a few years later. And I was so excited when I found out this Fresh Slice opened up recently near my home!! Fresh Slice is still THE BEST! Not too filling, not too oily, but delicious flavours that you could never get anywhere else. I tried the butter chicken pizza, it was amazing! Great service as well at this location! Hope I never have to say goodbye to Fresh Slice again. Best pizza ever!!!

Im not sure what happened to quality control and customer service over the last couple months but the pizza I got should be rated under 2.0. The pizza was dry, hard and burnt. The thin crust is more like a tortilla chips, and the cheese and topping were burnt on. Unevenly cut slices and the cheesy bread was the same. The worker did not seem to care or try to accommodate the poorly made items, instead repeatedly said thats how they make it theres nothing they can do. Big difference from the pizza I got just two three months ago compared to now so I know for a fact that is not how they make it and he just doesnt care. Just because were in a pandemic doesnt mean quality control should get thrown out the window. At least have better customer service.

This pizza reminds me of home!! We always have to order pizza from here for our parties, our parties are incomplete without their pizza. I cant go a week without ordering their pizza. Such friendly staff who always remember me and make my visit a pleasant one. If you re in midtown, you need to try their pizza. It s the best way you ll ever spend your money on I promise.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE FRESH SLICE!!! Every pizza they offer is so delicious! Each bite takes me back to the happy feeling of eating that super yummy pizza from a childhood birthday party It also tastes just as good as leftovers - especially if you pan fry them! It s a crazy good deal in general but they always have additional deals and the staff are SO nice! They let me wait inside to keep warm/dry without me even asking I can t recommend this place enough! Try it, you ll love it!

We ordered from Ubereats and I was so satisfied that they sealed the pizza boxes with a safety seal to ensure contactless delivery. At this place You can order a pizza with different slices. Overall we liked the experience but not the best pizza in the neighborhood.

Asked for spinach on pizza. Didnt have it so they put corn on it without asking me and I have an allergy to corn! Crust is sauggy and does not taste like a pizza crust at all. Its very chewy. There is nothing about this pizza thats stands out. Price is reasonable, but quality is horrendous. Was very disappointed and was definitely not worth driving 20 minutes for from North York. Will not be going back here.

Cannot recommend this newly opened pizza place in midtown enough. Its bright, organized and everything is fresh. Weve ordered for pick up a few times now and came in tonight really late. This is the Italian Feast pizza and it was amazing!! Weve always been greeted with lovely customer service every time we go in and the owners seem like kind and hardworking people. I was planning on making homemade pizza for my girlfriends family for Easter and I totally forgot grocery stores were closed on Sunday, so I was short some ingredients. The friendly employees and owner saved the day and gave me a few ingredients I needed! The pizza at this location is also great especially for the price, much better than the Pizza Pizza down the street.

Had to post a follow-up. Tried this place for a toogoodtogo order and they gave out old cold pizza. When asked about it, the franchise owner said its company policy. Sell whatever you want, but let people know what they are purchasing. They should mention on toogoodtogo that they will be giving out cold day old pizza. But they do have a decent butter chicken pizza, just use the app and get discount on slices. Dont buy day old pizza from here. Farmboy and Metro ( within 10 minutes walking distance) has fresher pizza. Thought had found a good neighborhood pizza joint, alas I was wrong.

Although obviously short staffed (an hour for our 2 pizzas) and we waited inside for them to be ready, they were undercooked, moist and luke warm. Not impressed at all. There is far better take out pizza out there. I ve been to Fresh Slice twice; first & last.

We had a flyer in the mail for this place with some good deals and decided to pay a visit. The pizza was really good. The pizza crust was the star,the crust on a typical slice had the perfect crunch, very reminiscent of Pizzaiolo. The toppings were great too. Definitely a place to try in Y&E.
