I personally don t understand why their rating is so low..I tried it for the first time and their preparation as well as service were excellent. Ali and Naresh were very friendly.

Fresh Pizza, Affordable rates and service with a smile makes this the best pizza in the city. Maybe even in the world! I m biased because it s near my house and open late but it s an opinion based review.

Hearty pizza; doesnt skimp

If I could describe everything about this place in one word the word would be MAGNIFICENT, the service is amazing the employees are super friendly they remember you, when I ask them to cook my pizza a certain way its done perfectly everytime no matter who makes it, To me Ginos puts dominoes and Pizza pizza and all those other big pizza chains to shame!, Ginos Is Number One!.

Expensive, bad service, bad food. 20 min to get a small panzo&coke.

Restaurant is relying on Uber eats for delivery apparently. Pizza sat in drivers car while they did other deliveries for 45 mins . (Followed along on the ap ) I witnessed the driver deliver the 2 pizzas and wings from the backseat of the with no thermal bag . I contacted Uber eats and they offered a refund . I declined . The restaurant should not allow a delivery driver to pick up a delivery order without a thermal bag in hand so I blame them .

Best pizza for pizza parties, playdates, family and friends get-together! We generally get the thin crust and traditional sauce. Great meat and veggie options for toppings. Always a crowd pleaser. Pick up or delivery options available. Consistent taste and quality. Their thin crust, unlike many other places isnt hard and crispy, its still soft and enjoyable.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a chicken shawarma pizza and it was the worst experience ever. The pizza has NO FLAVOR, NO FRAGRANCE. I was really craving for a yummy pizza but my bad luck that I ordered from this place. What a waste of my meal. PLEASE DO NOT EVER TRY THIS PLACE.

Their main competitor is pizza pizza and I dont taste any discernible difference here. Vegetarian options: They have regular cheese, a premium veggie option and a regular veggie slice (tomatoes, a few other toppings). Many times Ive been and they dont have any more of the regular veggie option available. None are very good but pizza is pizza.

Highly recommend this place since they offer great pizza and have amazing staff working. They are so funny and great people with awesome energy.

Definitely an underrated business. Besides their pizza, their crispy fries, baked burgers and wings are also great. Friendly and smiling service. Sometimes the store can smell because of the infrastructure works around, but I cant blame them for the city infrastructure.

I don t recommend this place at all. The owner/manager(as seen in the picture) is arrogant and rude. Service is pathetic and you can see that they are not happy to make a pizza for you.

This place is my go to for wings and pizza but today I tried their chicken burger and it was so good! I request the chef to make it spicy and he did a great job! Highly recommend this joint :)

panzo was great.

Used to order from here all the time until my Girlfriend was calling in a takeout order and the guy on the phone got impatient and hung up on her. I went in to ask him about it and, without looking at me, he said he was too busy and she should have known her order exactly before calling.

Horrible what a rip off!! Ordered a panzeratti with 1 topping it ended up costing nearly 11.00 (which isnt the main problem). The panzeratti felt light like a feather and once i got to sit down to eat it the whole inside was empty with barley any cheese and little to no sauce and a few pepperonis. I took it back immediately and this sad excuse for an owner had the audicity to say that this is how all panzerattis are made... pfff ya right there bud. Keep on going selling a big ball of crust with almost nothing inside! I hope people see this so they can refrain from ever getting ripped off here.

I missed Ginos while I lived in NF. Now its right down tha road.

First of all, this place has one of the most amazing pizzas I ve ever had. Also their staff are angels. I went inside to get a slice at the end of the day, and one of the workers told me that a slice is 4 dollars. I was a bit uncertain weather to get one or not, and I think he saw because he told me that I can pay with whatever change I have. I told him that I have 2 dollars and he said ok. When he heated up my slice, he gave it to me and said that it was free. This is one of the nicest staff I have ever encountered.

I often buy from them. However, the employees sometimes act in a way that offends the customer. I ordered a pizza and when I told him I wanted it home delivered he hung up and he didnt answer my second call. After 30 minutes I called to give him the address and he told me to go to Uber, there is no delivery now. If he respected his customers, he would have told me from the first time, and that is enough.

I Paid $40 and the order came with not a lot of cheese or topping on one half, the pizza is not even properly cooked and the other half is runny with toppings not even set properly. Whoever made this pizza doesnt know what they are doing a 5 year old could have made a better one.

Worst pizza I ve ever had. Base was dry as rubber, very little sauce, very few toppings. Everything about the pizza tasted bad. Maybe it s just this branch but i had high expectations for Gino s pizza and completely disappointed.

Fresh this pizza is like, very hard to beat reletive to its cost per slice and calories etc. They got ants tho... probably should look into that.

The way treat their Customers is just devastating, and the food isnt that good as well, wouldnt recommend to go their, if you guys see this review please learn to respect the uber delivery guys as well, i saw last time how you guys make them wait and when they ask to do a bit fast you guys showed your real face.

I tried their pizza first time today and it was really best. Even i asked them to make my pizza bit spicy and they really made it as per my need. This place is really best.

Nothing super fancy, but for me, who is not a pizza expert, they make pretty good pizza, especially when ordering online, you can get a small pizza with 5 toppings for only 10 bucks which is amazing, or you can order in store for a large 3 toppings pizza for 15.

There was a person named Rishab and he made for me his own *Rishab special pizza* (10 out of 10).It was really really tasty. Loved the pizza. It made my day. One Should definitely visit there

Ordered a large pizza and asked for delivery, pizza is usually 12.99 but they charged me 14.99 + 3$ for delivery fee. When i noticed the price difference, they told me price for delivery is different vs in store pick up which is unacceptable when you pay for delivery Fee.

Stuff is so nice..

Ordered chicken on the pizza, paid double for this topping and it turned out to be a complete JOKE. First, the order was placed over the phone and they didnt tell me about the extra charge. Second! You can hardly find chicken on there, and as soon as you do... I have bad news... they are old, dry and tasteless. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Ordered through uber to to fill our hunger from shortage of food . Its was a flop experience , with cheese uncooked and clumped up on top the same goes with topping as well. Looks like someone didnt want to wait for oven to heat up, though others got a good one haste ended up in our plate.

Ive tried so many places in BC but this place is the best! I asked for a Canadian slice but it was so good that I had to come back to get another one. Its cheesey and the dough was crunchy. I will definitely come back someday!

This is the third time ordering from ginos. It has been good. Pizza is pretty good but I was more looking for the wings. The first two times the wings were great. Saucy and cooked well. The last time I ordered some of the wings were old. Flesh was yellow and tasted off. I gave a three star because the other two times it was good.

Staff is very impatient with customers. If you want to order bad food and be treated like you dont matter, well go in youve found the right place.

The best wings!

Disappointingly the pizza had hardly any meat on it although the 3 toppings were all meat, didnt like the cheap tomato sauce, the chicken wings were small and dry (not enough sauce), and the cinnamon stick dessert were bits of pizza dough with barely any cinnamon or icing sugar. Didnt taste like dessert. The Ginos that I went to in Mississauga was good, but this location was awful :( . Too bad that its not consistent quality between locations.

Great place! The owner of this Ginos is such a nice & happy man! It feels like a family there. He retains his hard working staff which is the sign of a well run business. The wings are delish because they are baked. Their pizzas are damn tasty too! Im hooked! Thanks!

Best pizza place in GTA. If you are a fan of wings this is a best place they have lots of lots of sauces . In pizzas they have almost 5 kinds of base from my suggestion i will suggest you to try their garlic base. Only thing is its hard to find parking on the street. however I can sincerely say that they make a GREAT PIZZA.

One of the the BEST pizza places Ive been in a long time. Would highly reccomend going there as there price is really low for a great tasting Pizza. Not to mention how much variety they have with toppings, how much cheese they add and there soft dough. Keep the same recipe so everyone can enjoy this! 10/10

Decent food if you want a quick grab and go food, common stop for most high school kids around the area. Seats are hard to get and floors during the winter are very messy but otherwise the food is fine for it being a Fast food Chain.

Never have I ever had a pizza where the sauce was sweet. I don t mean kind of sweet because it didn t have salt or spice, I mean literally sweet like applesauce. The pizza might have been better had there been any flavor to it. I got the ground beef topping and it was easily the worst pizza I ve had. I don t know how the other ones are but this one was absolutely terrible.

Pizza is cheap, chewy, rubbery. Toppings are fresh, but seemed to just be thrown on at the last minute and didnt even cook, most fell off of the pizza. We live 1.5km away and should have just walked up. Delivery est 45 minutes, took 65 minutes, pizza wasnt even hot. Very disappointed. Worst pizza Ive had and far too expensive for what it is.

Terrible. On Thursday, November 1st 2018 I was standing outside this establishment waiting for my Uber when a worker from inside (unprovoked), came outside and verbally assaulted me for standing on the sidewalk and threatened to get physical with my boyfriend. This had also happened to a couple who were actual paying customers and they left due to the poor treatment. Avoid at all costs.

I went here late one night and the gentleman behind the counter was super friendly. He had even hooked me up with a complementary Mariana sauce for my panzerotti. The panzerotti was made fresh and reasonably priced. Since then I only go there for panzerottis now.

The pizza here is much better than Pizza pizza down the street. They have a $12.99 3 topping walk-in special with one dipping sauce.

Placed an order at 3:55 for pickup, went there fifteen minutes later to be told they hadnt received my order. When I went to call to confirm my order, the person in the store said they had just received my order. Good thing I completed my call, because the guy on the phone said they had in fact placed my order at 3:55. Asked for a discount, then was put on hold for 10 minutes because he had to check with his manager. So, in summary, for BSing me and wasting my time, this place gets one star. Plus, it was filthy!

One star for foul-mouthed service and mediocre food quality . They get an extra star for potential and opportunity to improve.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This is the worst experience Ive ever had. The pizza took over an hour to arrive, and when it did it was horrible. Cold pizza with overcooked crust, completely disgusting. When we called to let them know, they said if we wanted a refund we have to wait 30 mins for someone to come back and pick up the cold pizza. Our second option was a rush order replacement pizza that we had to wait 45 mins for. Horrible experience...save your time, money, and taste buds. Order from somewhere else!

Pizza was spot on. The taste and everything was far beyond what I thought it would be 10/10. Dont go for the garlic bread though. Its like hotdog bun without the crease with no garlic taste at all.

The pizza is good, service is your average speed. Decent amount of topping choices as well.
