Gino's Pizza & Wing Machine in Toronto

Ordered tomorrow November 3rd around 4.30pm. For the offer buy one get one free on uber eats, store was smelling so bad, all the kitchen area like oven, and trays were look like they never deep clean the kitchen. We order sundried tomato pizza, sun dried tomato was weird, smell and taste was not good. Other pizza was green pepper as comparisonto first one it was ok. But overall we are never ordering from this locatipn. Usually Ginos pizza are good. not happy with who ever made it and maintaing the store. Never recommended this location to anyone. Worst experience

Ordered today october 8, im a regular customer on uber eats, this time there was literally nothing in the panzorotti, not happy with who ever made it this time…. Usually better than this. Who ever made this is lazy

Don't you try their pizza...I have asked 2 boxes and stated in the notes 1 Ham and the other pepperoni...well , got 2 Ham... That's when you lost several clients, me and all my friends and family will be notify to never go there...

Absolutely disgusting poutine. These people take our hard earned money and dont even have the respect to perfect the easiest junk food. I'm sick of these nasty chain foods. No wonder you can't see the reviews on Uber eats. They purposely hide the reviews so we can continue losing our hard earned money. Put a stop to this and demand better food or simply boycott. Disrespectful companies

The lady that served us was nice and so was the man that made or order. Food was okay. The premises was horrible, we will never go back. The walls have plaster patches everywhere. Walls were dirty and needed to be painted. Music was waaaaay to loud and there were several drunk men hanging out in the restaurant (and a few outside the door) and they were still being over served, despite them being drunk, loud and obnoxious. My husband and I were surprised that the staff just kept serving beer and spirits to these people. None of the drunks were eating, they were just getting loaded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE. THEY SHOULD GET SHUT DOWN!

The food was pretty good!! But had WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPLY by the girl working there. I asked for dipping (as last time i got with my online pick-up order) that is free with pizza but she asked me to pay and started ARGUING WITH US.

Worst pizza ever. The owner he know nothing only caring about people working inside. Hey man people paying for the food take care of them. Don’t care about people working inside. Even people told me the girl I saw she don’t even work here why you show her here

SERVED RAW BACON & ILLEGALLY CHARGED US TAXES! I have attached photos of the receipt and the food to this review as proof. First, the bacon in our salad was completely raw, the bruschetta and pizzas were burnt black, and a pizza was missing a topping (green chillies). Second, the restaurant charged us HST/tax when they do NOT have an HST number WHICH IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! We called to report these issues to the customer service line and sent them photos as proof. Not only did the chef at the restaurant refuse to give us our money back, but he actually defended his food by claiming that it was fine and he did not see a problem with it, despite the customer service rep agreeing that the bacon was unsafe to eat and the pizza was burnt. I suppose the chef, not that he deserves to be called one, burns all his food at home and eats raw bacon exposing himself to food borne illnesses, like all great chefs do? Anyway, after over an hour on the phone with customer service, we finally received a refund for the burnt and raw food and all the HST that they had illegally charged us (which proves guilt, by the way). They are truly a disgusting excuse for a business and I hope they get shut down for thinking it is okay to serve customers raw meat and break the law to steal from customers and the government via tax fraud. As of the date of this review, they received a conditional health pass which can be viewed on the DineSafe website. This further proves that they are not operating up to health and safety codes. I'm sorry that I ever gave this business any money when they clearly do not deserve it. Please do not support these frauds and do yourself a favour and spend your money at a business that won't scam or poison you.
