Worst pizza and wings I ever had on Ubereats delivery. Wings we could not even eat the wings because they were so dry and hard. It was impossible to actually chew. The two pizzas looked worse than a frozen pizza. They did not even give me the two sauces I paid for. Go to the College street location. They make way better pizzas.
The pizzas are very decent, not bad, not great, but their main crutch is they close hours well before their posted hours regularly, and by that I mean pretty much daily. Not dependable at all.
I ordered an X-Large for takeout and upon receiving the pizza, it looked so greasy and definitely not an X-Large. The pizza was small compared to the box it came in. I understand times are tough but don’t rip off your customers. Even if I put aside the size, the pizza itself was disgusting. I never leave reviews but this pizza was so bad I had to leave a review so future customers aren’t disappointed with the sub par pizza. Never ordering from here again. Go to any other pizza store in the area but here.
Worst Pizza Experience Ever – Avoid This Place at All Costs! I don’t even know where to start with this disaster of a pizza joint. I visited Gino’s Pizza, and I have to say it was by far the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. The owner, a Sri Lankan lady, was beyond rude, completely unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about her customers or her business. First, the pizza itself was terrible—overcooked, dry, and tasted like cardboard. I wouldn’t feed this to my worst enemy. On top of that, the toppings were sparse, and I could barely find any cheese. It’s like they’re trying to cut costs at every corner. But the real issue? The owner. She treated me like I was an inconvenience the entire time. No smile, no politeness, just pure hostility. When I pointed out that the pizza was burnt, she acted like it was my fault! Seriously, who runs a business this way? Her attitude alone is enough to make me never set foot in this place again. It’s shocking that this Gino’s Pizza is still in business with such awful service, disgusting food, and a complete lack of basic customer respect. If you’re looking for good pizza, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. 1/10 – Worst pizza spot ever!
This Gino’s Pizza and Wing Machine on Bloor St West chefs kiss! 🍕🍗 The pizza was amazing crispy crust and loaded with fresh toppings. The wings were incredibly juicy and packed with flavour. The vibe of the place is super relaxed, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. Service was excellent friendly and fast. If you’re in the area and craving some great pizza and wings, Gino’s is definitely worth a visit. Can’t wait to go back!
Pizzas which had the same toppings for both were both missing the topping. The only thing Gino's did was say they would send new pizzas, even though I provided photos showing the missing toppings and to not touch these ones as they needed to be sent back to prove it...so now we get to eat 1:30minutes later... And weren't even compensated...what a joke _____________________ Reponse to their reply. I was provided with 2 options by customer service, 1 free topping next time or I could have replacement pizzas made and sent if i provided these back. I requested the new pizzas. 10 minutes later i was told that "only pick-up was now available" which was a lie as i was able to place another order online... They refused to send the pizza and that's when i became rude. By this point the pizza was cold and absolutely awful. The store than called me telling me the Uber was outside...it wasn't i phone back and they began hanging up on me as my number was shown. They did it 3 times. Customer service managed to do nothing regarding this location.
Ordered pizza light on the sauce. Pizza arrived as though I had asked for extra sauce and was very light on cheese. I contacted customer service asking for pizza to be remade, but this store refused. When I asked for a refund I was informed they would only issue a refund if 100% of the order had not been touched, however my daughter had already begun to eat the other pizza while I was on the phone with customer service. Manager/owner was rude and took zero responsibility for their mistakes. Don’t waste your money. $50 for 2 pizzas, 4 sauces and bread bites only for it to be done not to order and no attempt at making it right is ridiculous. Edit: it’s pretty pathetic that you have 1 star reviews as your second most common rating. Just like my experience, there is zero accountability on the part of the store/ whoever is replying to reviews. Believe those one star reviews!
This place is a true hidden gem! They have Wing Machine, Gino’s Pizza, and Panzerotto all in one spot, which is amazing. The deal on two regular panzos for just $10 is hard to beat! I even came back for my birthday and ordered a party pizza, which was perfect. What really stood out was the owner’s focus on quality they actually require Uber and Skip drivers to use thermal bags to keep the food warm, which makes a big difference. I was so impressed that I had to share my experience. I’ll definitely be a regular here!
Everything waa amazing
I went to order a slice and the guy was extremely short and rude for no reason, he barely heated up the pizza and I noticed a different topping on it , I just got my money back . Poor quality and poor customer service I would never come here again .
If you like cheap greasy pizza this place is for you. Ive gotten slices and full pizza on different occasions. always tastes like greasy cardboard. not sure how you make pizza pizza look good but they do. Good for a cheap drunk bite but thats about it. Lots of better food in the neighborhood.
The pizza here is incredibly amazing and tasty, fresh, and very good. The employees are very polite and have a lot of manners and respect. I recommend you guys to go to this place you wont regret it.
This place is so delicious I love the wings here. The wings are so crispy and fresh to be honest these are one of the best wings I have ever tried before! I will definitely go here so often. Keep up the good work Ginos!
I love the Panzerottos here they are so good and delicious it makes me want more. I am totally going here again with my family because there food and service is absolutely amazing!

I was very disappointed with this Ginos location. Pizza was under cooked and toppings were slidding over the sides of the pizza. Was really gross to eat. Wings were very tiny and not cheap.

Got myself 2 soggy slices of pepperoni. Barely warm, room temperature cheese. All the pepperoni was on one slice the other was 99% cheese (again room temp, non melted cheese.)

Ordered through Uber eats and they sent us two pizzas with the same toppings which isn t what we ordered. We also ordered 12 wings and only received 8 and we didn t receive our dipping sauces. We called the store to see if they could help us out since Uber eats is hard to navigate and the manager said we were wrong and hung up. When we called back again he was screaming at us on the phone at the top of his lungs. Absolutely atrocious customer service do not order from here. Update: we received a phone call this morning from the actual manager (we were mistaken last night) who apologized profusely. She took suitable measures with the employee who behaved in such a way and offered us a discount the next time we are in the store. Thank you for the swift response.
I ve had a lot of pizza from Gino s before other locations. This one me and my partner got so sick and I just tried to call and talk to them. They recommend me to go see a doctor because there s nothing wrong with their pizza and hung up very rude very ignorant I would not recommend this location to anyone. They re horrible service.
I bought 3 party square pizzas for my daughters birthday. And all guests enjoyed the pizza and said it was the best pizza the have ever tried before. Thank you ginos for the delicious pizza I would definitely recommend this place. Good work Ginos!
This Ginos location is the best pizza Ive ever ate. I ordered a large tandoori paneer pizza and it was so delicious and was the most crunchest cheesiest pizza ! the employees are so respectful and kind and I will definitely come to this location again !

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE ONLINE WEBSITE!!!! Went to pick up my online order a few weeks ago only to be told that they don t use their website (even though they advertise on the front window). Staff are not friendly and they honestly got angry at me about the situation? The responses to all the negative reviews are so so ridiculous Good thing there s much better pizza in the area Here s my online order confirmation email from August 13th
I ordered two pizzas online for a specific pick up for my partner to grab on their way home from work to bring to an event. Upon arrival to pick up the piece my partner showed the staff the order confirmation and they proceeded to yell at them until my partner called me in tears stating the staff were yelling, and screaming at her that they don t take online orders even though i clearly had a full confirmation email. They then proceed to ban her even though the staffed yelled so aggressively at them they left in tears. never go here and by all means don t even think about ordering online because even though the website and platform exists they don t take online orders - an addition i would love a productive response to this review from your team rather than taking absolutely taking no accountability for any mistakes you have made and no twisting the truth please and thank you and please stop blaming your customers (the ppl who keep you having your job) for your mistakes.

This location has the best pizza I have ever tried. The slices are so big and cheesey compare to other pizza shops I have been to. Expect a regular customer.

I got a cheese and veggie pizza here, along with a couple of chicken wings. Lemme tell you, the food was BUSSIN FAM. It was honestly tasty! I really like how these guys put in a lot of effort, working together as a team. They re up for success. Definitely, coming here more often. At the time of calling, they were very friendly but when the order arrived the chicken was damaged, rotten, I called to complain and the people were rude, very bad service, I asked for my money back and they robbed me, according to them, it is not their fault, someone could get poisoned from that chicken and its not their fault. They dont care for safety, they dont buy in this store, totally disgusting. the smell is disgusting
Horrible.....we actually waited 2 hours for our order to arrive. The pizza dough was raw and tossed it ,and the wings were nasty had to toss those as well.
Worst online order experience ever. Over 2 hours for delivery from restaurant around the corner, from time order was placed. Called to cancel order and get a refund. Staff member Max(no last name) was completely unhelpful, and hung up on me.
If you walk in, the slice is good and the prices are bottom dollar cheap. The toppings need to be better distributed through, and cleanliness improved

Ordered wings from them on Uber eats and the chicken was literally expired with a rancid smell. They covered it in sauce to mask it but as soon as it was opened it was clearly expired, sour meat. Should be investigated for food safety violation.
Reviewing not for the pizza, but for the man working there. What a lovely person! The POS machine is not working properly - (management please get a new one!!) - and he kept his calm and continued to have a beautiful smile on his face. Thank you and I will be back!!

Ordered from Skip the Dishes. The jalapeño poppers were burnt on the outside and RAW dough on the inside. The pizza was watery! This place is beyond disgusting. The location on Yonge and Eglinton is good but this was the worst pizza I have ever had. How is this place still in business?! Food was absolutely DISGUSTING ------ Edit below Nov 2023----- Felt the need to add more since your reply is so unprofessional. There is no misunderstanding whatsoever. My review is 100% accurate and honest. You should strive for better food and better cooking standard of your store please. After the disgusting food you made, I would rather starve than order from your store. There was no refund and there was no consumption of your uncooked and despicable food. The food went in the trash and there was no attempt to return to your store. I can only imagine you do this to many customers so must have me confused with other people that had the exact same issue. This order was the absolutely last time I ordered any pizza let alone from your establishment. Your reply reads as petty. It might be wise to offer your PR team some professionalism classes before answering any more reviews.
I called to inquire about the status of delivery as it was taking too long and was informed that the ordering system sent the order to their store when it should not have because my address is too far. I informed him that I m around the corner that the online system was right. Listen, mistakes happen and it s all good but whoever I spoke to tried to gaslight me into thinking they did not make a mistake and tried to say his gps even shows I m 45+ mins away. I confirmed he had the right address and could not understand the reason to lie. Just own up to whatever mistake was made and move on.

Very good restaurant, service was really on point and friendly, the pizza was great, but the front dining area could have been a little cleaner. NOTE: the kitchen area however was really clean and tidy, so overall this is really a 4.5 star experience! Well worth trying out and I will definitely reorder in the future. I should also note that this level of customer service in the pizza food industry especially in this area is extremely notable and welcomed, thank you very much!

Ranking has tanked. eaten here occasionally for a few years now. Recently they just cant seem to get an order right. Never the right sauce, never the right crust, its almost like beyond toppings they ignore the rest of the order.

Worst staff ever. Ordered suicide wings and was delivered wings with NO sauce. Called them and was basically blamed because I didnt specify that I wanted extra sauce and was rushed off of the phone. I was not asking for a river of sauce I just wanted suicide wings and got something that I did not want. If I wanted plain wings I wouldve ordered plain wings.
