Came for the bar and friends. Played a few rounds of billiards. Has a patio section in the back, which is very nice. Staff are very friendly. Price is definitely right.

Disgusting bar and the owner is a hater, just because they only take cash and I only had credit card and debit card and I had a quarter left, I asked a friend if they could lend me a quarter and the owner kicked me for that, just because you have a issue with my skin colour, that s not an excuse, the owner is a two faced person never again!!!!!!when you are beautiful ppl like them will be jealous ..envy is a disease!!!!

Very friendly staff. Great patio. The place is clean and best of all there are 2 single stall, unisex washrooms on the main floor which are kept incredibly clean.

Ive been eating here on and off since I was 15 years old. Great souvlaki! Gina makes really amazing wonton soup from scratch. Glad to see that the transition to new ownership has been so positive.

Its a half-decent bar that often has alcoholics doing their thing in it But if you want a fresh made pizza with crust that is almost like shortbread this is the place for you

Golden pizza first went there in January 2018. Good staff courtesy owners and good people for the most part. Good chill environment for the boys to enjoy a pop and a game of pool. Gina is the best.

Great place for sandwiches and Greek entrees. Staff are friendly and prices are very reasonable. I always get the steak on a Kaiser with fried onions and a side of crispy fries. There are always regulars here at the bar counter, I indicating the beers are a good deal.

Good prices, helpful staff, and the food is well made and presented. If you want a cozy bar to have a hot meal and a couple of drinks in, this place is a good choice.

Ratings low due to the fact food was horrible ever since new management took over its all over ordered food for 3 my mom, my niece and I was to meet up with niece as this was going to be our dinner as we went to visit my mom her grandmother anyways not realizing the salads were placed with a hot side dish omg the salad was disgusting as I never knew they were in the hot side dish bag mind u not only that the tzatziki looked clumpy and dry like cottage cheese and shish kabob was like there was no meat there so was not impressed I lost my appetite and left the rest $40 over what a waste totally not recommended

Ive stopped in more than a few times while strolling Danforth Ave. west of Main St. in the east end. For some reason , I almost always order the same thing. Why? Cause its so dang good!!! Homeburger with cheese and bacon, order of fries (cooked to perfection!) with a side of gravy and a diet Pepsi. And the homemade chicken burgers are equally delicious! Friendly service and incredibly reasonably priced!! Stopped by today (May 30/19) and had their gyros on a pita - so huge and deeelish! Thank you!!

The food was cold and took forever (over and hour and a half) to get to us. The onion rings were actually pretty good, nice and crunchy with pretty good flavour. However, the pizza was incredibly bland and it kind of reminded me of those frozen pizzas that you can buy from the grocery store but with way less flavour. Overall, I probably wont be ordering from this place again. TLDR; Delivery took forever, onion rings were good, the pizza was cold and wasnt even as good as cheap frozen grocery store pizza. 2/5 would not recommend.

Don t walk in here laughing or they ll tell you you re too drunk to be served. I actually wanted to grab some food with my husband. The lady behind the bar was very rude and didn t even speak to me before asking me how drunk I was? I m a loud person and I laugh a lot. Apparently she didn t like the fact that another female was walking in I guess. I use to come here a lot when it was under the other owners, but if this is how they treat their customers now I won t be back. Let me give you a tip, maybe have two words with someone before deciding they are too drunk to eat your food. Also, everyone in your restaurant was drunk as hell. Maybe you should have cut off the guy smoking in your front door screaming at his friend. That should have been my first clue to get the hell out, but again, it use to be a nice place with great food. Too bad I couldn t try it again! AND for your info I hadn t been drinking that day, I was tired as I have a small child and my husband and I had the night to ourselves. Thanks for embarrassing us because you hate your job:) Train your staff properly, the young lady with the chunky highlights needs some customer service classes.

The place is being fixed up but still looks nice. The pizza was good but not great, Im also used to either east coast style pizza or Dominos. I would say the service was very nice, although they did under estimate the time to get our pizza but that wasnt a huge deal.

I am very confused by the positive reviews. I ordered pizza and wings from this place and could only manage to eat two slices of pizza. The cheese was generous but rubbery and tasteless. The toppings did not taste fresh at all and the wings came with the tips attached. It also took an hour for the delivery on a Tuesday night. Not a fan.

I always order on skip the dishes and the pizza sub is very good. Only problem Ive had is that I ask for light sauce everytime and receive regular amount or even extra sauce such as last time, I couldnt even eat it due to so much sauce. Whoever is taking the orders either isnt looking at the special instructions or they just dont care. Very disappointing because otherwise it would probably be the best pizza sub ive ever had. But the amount of sauce just ruined it for me :(. To your response if you see this. Thank you I really appreciate that. I would like to try your pizza too so maybe I will call on and order a pizza and you can throw in the pizza sub for free, that way you dont totally lose out and I am also satisfied. Thanks again, I will be calling soon.

Ive visited Golden Pizza five times, and they were always great. Its a restaurant that you can easily pass on the Danny. Its nice enough, and you can tell - as you soon as you step inside and give it a chance. Love their pizzas. Will feed the family easily. They layer on quality ingredients, so its good to ask for the extras. Seems like the kitchen does a superb job. They put care into their simple and affordable menu. But its not half-assed like other bars on the same Danforth strip. Overall: a relaxing, very low key little joint. No attitude. Straight up friendly East York crowd. Worth a visit.

I love thus place and the family always a pleasure. My fav for wings and greek salad. You must try with the bbq wings. Guaranteed to make your mouth water. Patio out back for smokers.

Full of bums and beer to much

Food was not even warm when delivered, took 55 minutes, when told 30-40 minutes. They didnt deliver everything, missed our salads. When called told it would take 45 minutes to send them. I live 10 minutes away and that is walking. They dont sale everything on the menu either, wanted lasagna told they dont have it on menu any more, got new menu and guess what, lasagna is on it. Did not realize that its new owners ,sadly wont be going back or ordering. 85% of delivery was thrown out in trash.

Ordered a Large Pizza and a side of ribs, the pizza was awesome and the ribs were even better! And I love ribs! Pizza was so big and cheesey! I could only finish 3 slices. It was great.

Waited an hour and a half for a club sandwich and lasagna.. Not only was it low quality but it also arrived cold. How does food get cold and soggy when the drive is 7 mins max to deliver?! Cant even eat it, just throwing it out. Do not order from here! It doesnt even deserve one star.

I had been going here since I was a child with my family, the food WAS always amazing had that home made taste and reasonably priced. This location was taken over by new owners and has ruined the food, the people seem very nice and well natured, but the food is not worth it anymore. The salads are soaked in dressing, the olives taste like they come from a can ( I grew up eating this salad and nothing could have replaced it..... till now). The BLT was soggy and the bacon was not cooked properly. In my opinion I just threw 25 bucks down the drain. It may be for others and I hope it is, but I won t be ordering or going from them again. So unfortunate and such a let down.

Would leave no stars if I could !Omg the worst pizza Ive ever had in my life ! The staff was rude and the place was filthy , full of drinks and crack heads ! . Ive been going to the broadview location for about a year but I was at my friends tonight and unfortunately they dont deliver this far on the Danforth so we walked into here thinking it was the same owners and omg were we wrong ! Filthy dirty place ! Gross pizza and brutal lasagna ! We left most of the food in the table and walked out . Never stepping foot in here again save your money if you want great pizza order from golden pizza broadview if its too far Drive we did and man the food was amazing as always !

Best pita ever!!!! Fresh meat, amazing sauce, served hot. Taste of heaven when u r super hungry. I tried the Chicken pita after a late night work pure satisfaction.

Ordered pizza delivery from here for the first time. Now I see what all the fuss is about. Fantastic! 3 months later edit: It was great at the time, but now all I remember is that it was tasty, but oily. Good, but not terribly memorable.
