Second time at this location, the 1st time was the puff's, they are tasty. The 2nd time was the deep dish, which was bland and very disappointing. I have to prepare my stomach with lactose intolerance pills to digest the lactose in the cheese, also I'm on a restricted income and everything is expensive, so it's a big deal to get a treat like pizza. Unfortunately I had a terrible reaction to something in the pizza, which caused acid reflux and allergic symptoms, stopped breathing, I had to go to the hospital, unfortunately my stomach is still sensitive from the trauma. I don't know if it is this location or a coincidence that I ate pizza and this happened, but it's enough to stop me from returning and I am extremely cautious now when buying food prepared by others. I also worked in the food service, I'm aware of food safety and the severity when safety is not followed or respected.
Late night order from Uber eats to satisfy some pizza cravings as they had some good deals. My first time trying Little Caesars, and I was disappointed. The dough was a lot drier than expected and the cheese and sauce lacked flavour. One pizza was cooked pretty well, but the other was under cooked.
man this branch is the best... like the quality of the pizza and poppers are A++++ vs some other branches. they are super friendly too!
Via doordash: Ordered veggie pizza with jalapeno dip. Order was quick and tasted good.
Ordered the large Canadian pizza. Topping nice on one side but very little on the other side. You can see the cheese with no topping. This was a birthday pizza what a disappointment! See picture below as proof of what we received. It also arrived cold.
Definitely one of the best customer service I’ve encountered among other Little Caesars restaurant. There were 2 ladies on site this evening, April 15th, 2022 and they’re marvellous. One staff even helped me bring the items to my car. Little Caesar is one of the best in town. Highly recommended.
In and out. No dining room. Fast Service Consider the Hot and Ready discount personal pizzas here, they are good to go :+) Would totally give more stars if there was a disc in area and washrooms for the family.
I would give it 3 or 4 but i feel they did not want to make this pizza. Ever order a pizza and not one slice is equal to the other. Its supposed to be cut in 8ths but i question the skills of the person that decided to cook this and cut it. The toppings were not equally spread out. At least 3 slices had no toppings on it. Smh im just literally in shock. If you want to go home then you should. And little ceasars. The least you can do is hire ppl that actually want to make the food and will do ao properly!!!

The pizzas were great, and the service was excellent! One of the employees gave the little kids free cookies!

This location is a wonderful place to grab a pizza, Im vegetarian and theyre cheese pizza is really great quality and it only takes 5 minutes to be ready. Unbelievably fast service. Speaking of service, the employees are always gracious and exceptionally welcoming. Thanks Little Caesars :)
Ordered a chicken,mushrooms and redonion pizza and the taste was horrible and the chicken was stale. I dont like the worst brand in Canada.

If you arent getting Crazy Bread, you arent eating Little Caesars right. Fast is their motto. The longest you will wait is 10 minutes. They have order ahead options online.

Welcoming staff. Love the veggie pizza and wings. I used to go in and order, but ever since they introduced online ordering, everything is a breeze. Never have to wait for my orders.

Little Ceaser is the cheapest and quite delicious option in the market. Whether you want a quick bite or a good pizza LC is great. Ghe other ones are quite expensive.

My family and I really enjoy going to this Little Caesar s location. The staff is very friendly and we have not ever encountered issues during our visits. What we like most about going there is that we don t have to wait long. Their service is pretty immediate. Big smiles, courteous help and very efficient. The pizzas taste great, the crazy bread with dip is good too ... and best of all their prices fit any budget. This place has often saved me in time, money and effort, especially on a Friday evening after work.

Placed an order for pickup. When I came in it turned out the staff had forgotten to punch it in. The manager immediately apologized and told me the order was free of charge. Sat for another ten minutes before she realized her staff had not even begun on the order yet. Another 20 minutes of watching other people pick up their orders and leave. All the manager had to serve me was excuses and apologies. Finally had enough and walked out while receiving more apologies. Thanks for wasting 40 minutes out of a busy day.

As far as fast pizza options for the kids Little Caesars at Midland and Kingston never disappoints. The staff are always professional and the food is ready within minutes at the most.

Highly recommend the Hot n Ready pizza which is only $5 if youre in a rush. Otherwise i would not eat this pizza if i had spare time. Some thing i do recommend if you have spare time is there stuffed crazy bread which is amazing!

Poor service, they claim Hot&Ready pizza, but is really just warm and ready! One of the worst Little Caesars I have been to, been there 3 times, wont go to this location any more!

I asked for a receipt and was given the credit card receipt only. I asked for my itemized receipt and she said no, because I might go away and someone might take my pizza. How idiotic. I told her I am not going away and I want my receipt. She then gave me my receipt. I bought the lunch special and she tried to charge me extra for the pop. When she brought the pizza out she called me MAAM which makes me want to vomit. Then she said You dont want a bag?. Why yes, I did want a bag. I dont know why she would assume I didnt.
