Ordered delivery at 5:33 today, still not arrived at 6:41. I called to ask about it and the driver hasnt even left yet apparently and then they hung up on me. Terrible customer service!

The website has been greatly improved, I had no issues while ordering online and Mamas is my go to Unfortunately this order was over an hour and a half and was disappointingly COLD. It seems unbelievable that a $65 pizza (with tip) was probably the last delivery of the driver. I am not abandoning Mama s but this won t happen twice.

TLDR: BAD MEET AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY DISMISSIVE STAFF THAT BLAME THE CUSTOMERS TASTE BUDS. If I could give zero stars I would, The pizza I had ordered was a ground beef and pepper pizza, but what we got was a pizza that had turned. My partner, who is a chef, immediately noticed that the beef was stale and turned, I called the restaurant to let them know but was met with laughter. When we ask about a replacement their first thought was to make the same pizza. I told them that I wanted something with no meat. Anyways when we went to pick up the new pie, the employee told me that they checked the beef and it was fine and that maybe it was a taste thing. I would avoid at all costs. It is never okay to serve stale bad meat to anyone.

Me and my partner ordered pizza from this location on Thursday March 21st, when we got the pizza we noticed after on bite that the beef was rancid and stale, we got a replacement (veggie pizza instead). The staff had told me that, The beef is fine its just your taste buds, not everyone likes the taste of our beef Sunday March 23rd we we very Ill due to food poisoning from pizza ordered at this establishment

One of my new favourite places. The food is amazing. Ive tried their spicy vegan and margerita pizza, and wings and they all taste SO GOOD. The sauce that comes with the wings is bomb as well. Order a $30 pizza only to have rancid beef on it. When we called the store the person on the phone laughed at us when we complained about the order. When we went to pick up the replacement pizza, they did not take any responsibility and blamed us that we did not like the taste . Save your money and go to pizza pizza.

Recently, quality of the pizzas have gone south! We have been eating pizzas here for years, but lately, the taste of the pizzas have changed.

I always ordered pizza on this location (Dundas W-east of Kipling).But unfortunately, My ordered from yesterday was a big disappoiment.The European pizza isnt the same as I used to order, its tasteless.and the second pizza I ordered, its supposed to be meatballs pizza,and again...there is no meatballs on it. Just plain pizza with cheese and onions.

So many pizza places in the city but nothing compares to Mammas. The texture, taste, everything, A++

Delivery was just shy of TWO HOURS!!! When I used to own a Mamma s Pizza, I would notify customers if we had an extended delivery time and let them make the choice of ordering or not. Can t say if the pizza was good or not because I refused it.

Absolutely amazing! Would order from Uber every other week for months now. One day Uber wasn t available and we ordered from the website and OMG! I ordered a party size by accident and the square sizes were even better! Hands down best pizza ever!

A New owner acquired this place recently and I noticed how much better the customer service and quality of their Pizzas. The owner is a nice and polite man who take pride in running a quality wholesome business. Their prices are decent and as always Mammas Pizza is the best local fast food Pizza joint in the immediate area.

The vegan pizza is amazing! Since becoming vegan, I haven t had a decent pizza - until last night. I m so glad I ordered two to try as I couldn t decide, because now I have plenty of leftovers The crust is beautifully thin, lots of toppings, and the vegan cheese is very good. I found my favourite pizza place! Thanks for saving pizza for me :) ETA - I have ordered again with another vegan friend, and the pizza this time was even better! The Kalmatta olives are decadent, as are the marinated mushrooms. I took the spicy vegan and turned it into something really special - or should I say, you did! Thanks again, Mama s! You re AWESOME! If I could give zeros, I would. Pizzas were undercooked and the order itself was wrong. Not only were these pizzas practically raw, but they were late by 45 minutes. When we called the store to fix the issue, they told us it was not their problem. I usually order from this location and Ive never had this problem before, but after today, I will not be ordering from here anymore. I am extremely disappointed in the staff at the Dundas location on the evening of June 18th 2023.

I went in and bought a medium half & half pizza, and it was pretty good! I ordered in store, and the wait wasn t too bad only about 10-15 minutes. The staff were also really friendly and willing to help me. Overall, a pretty good experience!

I ve been a loyal of this location for a while now. Recently they have changed to new management and they have been doing a great job! The pizza is delicious and the customer service is better than ever. I will be remaining a happy customer.

My kids and I love their pizza. Prior to my last order Ive only had good things to say. I did order some lava cakes this weekend with our pizza though that they served completely frozen and the tops were all soggy due to the large chunk of ice melting on the top. Like, at least heat it up?

First and last **FAKE PHOTOS** I ordered an marguerita pizza and I paid $28 for a tomato sauce pizza. When I called they asked me to bring it back and reaffirm that was the way it supposed to be. I brought the pizza back and the person said It was right however if you look the photos they have there and On the website there is at least 2 pieces of cheese in each slice and that is what I received. I ordered a chicken wth cheese pizza which came a cheese pizza with one or two pieces of cheese on it. Literallyt!

I find the Specialty Pizzas very good. I have not eaten there so cannot speak to atmosphere. The times delivery is delayed due to traffic they kept me informed by calling my mobile which we appreciated.

In fairness, 3 strikes is how many chances we give those people who prepare food. We certainly appreciate the work any one does in the food business. We also fairly recognize when care is taken to not turn a pizza into a cracker (but thats what we got yesterday Wed. Nov. 22). We also recognize when someone is being very noticeably stingy and lacking any generosity on cheese and toppings (are you getting a bonus to give less food to the customer?). We love Mammas chain and this one has for the third and final time proven to be the poorest of them all by being dry, overcooked and stingy.

After a very long, bad day I decided to order some pizza from the flyer the hotel im staying at gave me. It took 45 mins for a medium cheese pizza, it was cold and not good. Ot was too thin, didnt taste good, too much sauce.. not the best way to end my evening.

worst pizza Ive had in my life disgusting not fresh funky pizza. I went back with the pizza and he didnt even offer to make a new one apologize or give a refund. Its just fake italian pizza lacking any kinda of premium ingredients. horrible pizza just go to pizza nova where its actually premium and no surprise funky taste.

AWFUL!!! Waited an hour and a half for my order then they forgot. Waited another 30 min for a burnt calzone. Then waited another hour for a replacement. No help or consideration. Will never order again from this establishment. They did nothing but make sad excuses. Well dont worry this family will no longer aid in the business.

Dont have slices anymore, just these small pizzas that Im 99% sure are from a grocery store. Ive never been to a pizza shop that doesnt sell slices. The new small pizza was also way worse than what Mammas usually sells. For that reason I have to give this a solid 1/5.

I was really surprised at the quality of the pasta! All four we tried were SO TASTY and the portion sizes were great for such an affordable price point! The pizzas here are incredible too, go for the fancy gourmet ones, you wont be disappointed.

We ordered a deep dish pizza tonight and we received instead the thick crust pizza. When I contacted the restaurant on Dundas Street, Etobicoke, they said they ran out of deep dish so substituted... Without calling us to inform us. My son wanted to try the deep dish, we were not interested in the thick crust (which was soggy). If given notice we would have ordered our usual thin crust.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Terrible service and take absolutely no responsibility for their business. We ordered from them and they didnt have a driver and called to tell us to come pick it up. They were shocked when we asked for a refund, which they never gave. When we called to ask why, they pushed us to a voicemail at head office or to use the info@ email address. But at least they wished us good luck. Dont bother with these amateurs. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was waiting for my pizza to be made and saw a mouse run across the floor. A MOUSE!! I told the people working as I was concerned about my food being sanitary, and they said the pizza is already done . Pretty grossed out and never coming here again!

Ive been here twice and both times have been delicious. Their pizzas are nice and crisp, not too thin, just right! The topings have been well distributed and plenty. They make them efficiently and the staff is always courteous.

A few years ago, when I used to eat meat, I ate Mommas pizza as often as I could afford it. The quality was great! As a vegan, I was excited to order because there are very few places to get vegan pizza. To say I was disappointed is a huge understatement. The crust was soggy (I ordered well done) and the toppings underwhelming (oddly flavored eggplant, spicy vegan sausage not labeled as spicy, sundried tomatoes even though I ordered regular and very raw chunks of onion). We paid $75 for 2 pizzas and drinks so this was a big spend for such a poor result. I will not bother ordering again and will instead just stick to the supermarket option.

I will never come this place again. I went there and without ordering i asked for washroom and he said you cant use eat because we have just cleaned and i waited for 5 minutes . I asked him again to use and he said we have cleaned and there was no one in washroom . Never ever come and suggest to this branch.

Hit or miss. One day you get a pizza that makes you fall in love the next you get a pizza that makes you never want to purchase again.

I went to eat with my friend and both of us were disappointed and disgusted: Cleanliness - really bad! Flies, sweaty staff, he was preparing food then working on the register and back to handling the food without washing his hands or being sanitary, as well as wiping the sweat off his face with his hand that was touching the food he was preparing. I dont usually review places but I was disgusted when I went to this location. While i was there, the worker who was at the oven literally used the pizza spatula/peel to PUSH DOWN GARBAGE IN THE GARBAGE CAN. He then proceeded to use the same spatula for the pizza in the oven. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!

Amazing specialty pizzas and authentic Italian food. I love the honey garlic chicken! Its a must try for anyone who loves wings. The staff are very receptive to catering customers unique requests. Delivery within specified time frames and delivery person comes to door with a big smile. I would highly recommend Mamas Pizza.

Mammas pizza are know for there quality and this place shows every bit of it. We ordered pizza and it took pretty long(15 -20) which was not a good start but once I had my first bite every second was worth. The simple Margherita pizza tastes so good. The price of each item is more then average place but they dont serve average pizza too so no complaints. Not only pizza but there desert are amazing. The other time when I just bought a slice of pizza but there was again no compromise in quality. Over all expenses was very good just including nice customer service. I like this place and will go again.

Just delivered from this branch (which is 220m away from where I live), there was a hair in the pizza and the guy on the phone has now asked me to bring the hair as evidence and wont send over a new one otherwise (which im gonna go do now). Never order from this branch.

He said to provide him with proof and that we should come to the store during a thunderstorm and show him the hair on the pizza.

Poor customer service. Cooking too long. I was waiting with my 2 y.o. daughter 30+ mins for 2 pepperoni to take out, however I was told it takes 10-15 mins. Updated after responded after 8 months Never again. That one was not my first time. I live near by. And every time you put the orders for delivery in front of orders made by customers who come by. I tipped you in front. However when I noticed you 20 minutes was past already you asked me with a sarcastic smile how do I know that and whether I have set up a timer.

We have always ordered from this place because the food always tastes amazing, it is a wonderful. That being said the service sometimes is lacking - today (Oct 4th), we ordered 7 items in all and of them 3 were packed in correctly. Walked in to pick up my pizza on Sunday and the back door was wide open and the place was filled with the odour of marijuana. The gentleman working walked in through the back door and brought me my pizza. Got home and discovered the pizza had been forgotten in the oven and the bottom and edge of the pizza was extremely burnt. After suffering down one charred slice, I threw the rest of the $18 pizza in the garbage. Ordered another pizza tonight. Walked in and explained my Sunday experience to the gentleman working tonight. Showed him the picture of the burnt pizza and was offered nothing except a sorry sir . Comping me the $10 pizza I ordered tonight would have saved me as a customer. Unfortunately, that wasn t done. I guess I ll spend my money elsewhere. Too bad.

I m in shock, the audacity. Cheap on the toppings and they don t even put the requested ones. We called to ask about the pizza and they were really rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. They told us to pick the topping that we didn t order off which is low class. Don t know how they run a business.

Please note - EVERY other location has always been amazing. Just this one is sadly AWFUL. Anyone wronged by this location please call head office to complain as they handled my complaint immediately and I will still visit any other location but this one in the future. My wife ordered her favourite pizza she has gotten for many years, the spicy vegan. It is supposed to have Daiya cheese on it like regular cheese. We drove 20 mins home to find there was no cheese on her pizza. We spent $45 on the pizzas... you would expect to have the toppings you pay for. We called to let the manager know. He told me if I wanted him to do anything about it I would have to come in and show him because his chef said he put cheese on it. We drive 20 mins back. He says that pizza is too spicy with the cheese their menu suggests to they make it this way. This is incredible considering he charged for the topping. I said that s not how a franchise works and it should look like the menu. He said that s how they do it at their location and if I don t like it I should leave and tossed my pizza on the counter. I asked for my money back or for him to fix it and he refused. We asked for the manager or owner and he said there was none and the place ran itself. He got very aggressive and asked me to step outside and fight. He came around the counter and kept saying let s go outside and asking me to fight. My pregnant wife then threatened to call the police and he grabbed the pizzas and said he would fix them. The fixed pizza still had barely any cheese. Head office was great to us when we called and are crediting us via mail. They called both myself and my wife to apologize and asked us to also email a record of what happened, with photos....which we did. We will continue to visit others locations who respect the integrity of signing up as a franchise owner and take pride in their business.
