We came here for a small company group lunch and the pizza we got was delicious! The restaurant itself is small but cozy. They have a few tables with two being at the windows. They also have two TVs: one above the dining area and one above the cashier counter that is usually playing a Jays, Leafs or Raptors game. There is an antique lamp above the shelf where they keep ready-made pizza slices. We ordered a whole large Pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely divine. It came hot and fresh out of the oven so the cheese just melted in the mouth. The nice touch they put on the pizza was fresh basil leaves, which gave it a sweet fragrance and taste. The homemade creamy garlic dips it came with was just the cherry on top. They paired perfectly with the piping hot and spicy pepperoni. You can also tell the staff are very hardworking. This is a great place to get a slice of delicious pizza made from quality ingredients. They are very busy though so try to order ahead of time!
The restaurant itself has a small amount of simple dine in seating. We ordered the big roni with mushroom to go. The pizza itself had a great sauce, and was a crispy brown underneath. Unfortunately the crust was toasty, and even burnt in some places. The pepperoni were clumped and stacked together instead of evenly spread which led to some of them pepperoni not being cooked. Now the garlic sauce was some of the best we’ve had, great texture and not an overpowering taste of garlic. Overall 4/5, would try it again.
This is a wonderful pizza shop along Queen Street just east of Woodbine that serves delicious pizza with a variety of premium toppings including vegetarian options with catchy names. I have had various slices here on a multitude of occasions and they have always been outstanding - in fact some of the best tasting pizza I’ve had in Toronto. The slices are generous in portion size and there are a variety of condiments free of charge one can add to their slices. The owner/server is courteous and professional. There is plenty of seating available inside the pizza parlour if you want to dine in. All in.all this is a great addition to the Beaches area of Toronto.
Can't believe it took me so long to discover Otherside! Hands down, this pizza place is a hidden gem in our neighborhood. The quality and taste of their pizza are on par with the best in NYC — I'm genuinely impressed. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and light and chewy on the inside while the sauce is tangy and delicious. We ordered 'The Kevin', a straight up chesse pie, definitely a top 3 in Toronto. While I'm not one for too many toppings, I took a leap and also ordered 'The Nora'. Wow, this is a fusion masterpiece, marriage of a classic cheese pie with bold Korean flavours featuring bulgogi... sheer genius! I will be a regular at Otherside. Thank you Dave for setting up shop in the east end!
We found this hidden gem in the beaches and we were instantly impressed with the service, quality of products used, and how great the staff was with kids. After dining in and tasting various items on the menu we were sold on choosing Otherside Pizza as the caterers for our daughters birthday party. Dave was really great to work with and was very accommodating. All the pies were made fresh to order and on time. We love supporting local businesses and we’re so happy we chose them to be apart of our daughters big day. All the guests were happy and complimented the pizzas - even days after. Thank you, thank you. If you’re ever in the beaches stop by for a slice or a pie, don’t forget to get the basil garlic dipping sauce.
One bite, everyone knows the rules! The pepperoni pizza had good undercarriage but was charred to the point of being burnt. It changed the entire taste of the pizza. All I could taste is char. 5.6/10 The Mikey on the other hand was too floppy and a bit undercooked. 6.1/10 the pizza sizes are on the large side. Bigger than other speciality pizza restaurants. I was disappointed with both pizzas since I had high expectations based on the high reviews.
The pies are huge. We got one 18” and two single slices to feed 4 adults and actually had a couple of slices left over. The King Roni should definitely appeal to pepperoni pizza lovers, with lots of crispy, tasty slices covering the pizza, but personally I thought it was The Beach that stood out. It’s their take on the Hawaiian, but the combination of flavours - the sweet pineapple and red onion, the salty Spam and bacon, the heat of the peppers, and the cilantro - was delicious. Overall, a nicely done thin crust, and a good sauce to topping ratio. I’m not a dipping fan normally, but the Basil Garlic dip is a must try addition
Picked up a pepperoni slice but wasn't expecting the slice to be so big. Thin crust with a nice undercarriage loaded with pepperoni that wasn't too spicy or salty. Perfect amount of cheese and nice tangy tomato sauce Came back for cheese and pepperoni/mushroom/bacon slice. Both really good. Finally picked up a full pie(Mikey). It was really good. 18 inch for $30 can't go wrong This place don't miss. 8.5/10

Drove down to the beach at 12:15 as listed on Google as their opening time is noon on Wednesday (updated a week ago) and they were closed, swung by again at about 12:45 and same. Called and no VM. Maybe they closed down??
We ordered online as their site said they were open, but when we went to pick up our pizza the store was closed! At least post online if you re not going to be open on a Friday afternoon! Very disappointed and we probably won t bother to order from them again! no idea how the pizza is as we weren t able to try it!
Ordered here a few times and the pizzas have been amazing. Can t choose between which is the best but the burrata and Nora are definitely top choices IMO. Definitely should give this place a try if you re from Leslieville and surrounding areas!

I consider myself a pizza snob. Bought a couple of slices just to test them out and wow this great pizza. Tasted like old school Ontario style pizza from back in the days where pizza was cooler than hamburger joints. I will definitely be ordering pizza from here again. The dude behind the counter was great - hes like oh theres a mushroom on that peperoni slice. That mushroom sliver was yummy too. Im saving the cheese slice for tomorrow.

This is the good stuff . OS Pizza is consistently exceptional. Our young kids also love it. Hands down best pizza option in the Beach (maybe east of Don River .maybe all of Toronto .maybe earth).

when I asked about vegan options the owner told me pizza nova is down the street. I did nothing wrong, I simply asked about vegan options, why make me feel like a criminal?

We recently ordered takeout from Otherside for the first time, and I was pleased they could accommodate a half-cheese, half-pepperoni pie (The Kevin and King Roni). The slices I had were great - not too charred or floppy. The base sauce on The Kevin was flavourful and added unexpected depth to what would have been an ordinary cheese slice. The slices are massive and can easily be split in half. Don t forget to get a few basil dip sauces as well. Safe to say, we ll be returning for more! Vegetarian options: The Kevin is a great vegetarian option - the herbs/spices in the sauce of the cheese slice amp up the flavour profile.
Their pizzas are huge. The dough is fantastic thin and chewy with a crunchy crust. Very authentic tangy pizza. The staff are super nice. Highly recommend.
Great quality New York style pizza.
Went there to grab a quick bite, got 3 slices to share and eat. The pepperoni one was burnt when they put it in the oven to reheat and upon asking that instead can you give something else or another slice of pepperoni they said that it is the last slice and we re not making any more. Had to pay and get the burnt slice. The cheese slices were good nothing special. Looking at 4.9 stars on Google I had high hopes but nothing great, very very basic and okay in taste. Out of the 3 that we tasted, the cheese one was average.
One of the worst pizzas I ve ever had. Burnt with barely any cheese or sauce. I am shocked there are so many 5 star reviews. Excellent customer service though.

We got takeout which included the Burrata and the beach. The beach was incredibly spicy. The burrata was good, but had a bit too much sauce on it. Overall the pizza was floppy. Not the best but not the worst. Food : 3/5

The pies here are so good & the owner is an amazing guy. Really like that they serve slices. Great quality ingredients at a really reasonable price. Never disappoints!
To everyone saying the pizza is floppy .well duh. A cardboard box is literally a sauna for a pizza. Simple fix: when you get home simply throw a few slices on a pan at low heat, it re-crisps the bottom in minutes. Delicious place! Keep your prices reasonable and quality high, and we ll be lifetime customers. Btw if you re vegetarian or like veggie pizzas my favourite combo is The Kevin with onions mushrooms roasted garlic jalapeño.

Ordered after hearing some positive reviews, have to say based on my experience its a great New York style pie, not reliant on all the cheese, but a flavourful crust and amazing sauce, and the side garlic dip is next level, I would honestly give it a 8.9

Took a drive in from Ajax based on a recommendation. Got the cup pepperoni pizza. Came well done the way I like it. Dough is phenomenal. VERY tasty pizza. The garlic dip is the best I ve had. It was worth the drive. 5 stars all around. Love that you can eat in and have an adult beverage. Highly recommend.

I had the pepperoni slice, which was very good. Great, New York style pizza with quality ingredients and a nice crust. You can tell they use quality pepperoni because the pepperoni curls up into little bowls. Definitely the best pizza in the Beach.
Checked out this spot last minute on a spontaneous night. We got half Beaches and half Mikey. I got to say the dough here is superb! Light, airy, thin and the crust you can eat on its own. The Beaches is definitely a must try. You get that sweet, savoury, salty and spice. The Serrano peppers give a nice kick which I really liked. Might be too spicy for some but if you re a spicy lover this give you enough heat without ruining flavour. The Mikey, what can I say when the pepperoni curls you know it s going to be great. Price is definitely fair considering it s a massive pie, could feed 4-6 ppl. Next time I will request a smaller size cut if they allow, just easier to manage eating in my opinion because the slice size was too big, gets floppy since it s thin crust. Quality of all toppings, size of pie to price ratio is definitely worth it.

Great pub to hang out in. I was always looking for a cozy British style pub. Found it. Greet food, excellent friendly staff and an amazing atmosphere.
Great spot for pizza! I had the Nora and the Burrata. Also got the OS salad. Both pizzas were delicious. The Nora is not too spicy with the kimchi aioli, along with the bulgogi, gave the pizza that Korean twist while still maintaining the undeniable characteristics of a pizza. The garlic ricotta on the Nora is a nice touch too. The Burrata hit all the classic notes - flavourful marinara, fresh basil and the creamy burrata cheese all on a crispy and lightly chewy pizza crust. Great for game day or any day really. Owner and the staff are real ones too.
I ate at the otherside pizza parlour just a short time ago. First of all I want to say the place is so cozy and what makes it real special are the two gentlemen who run it. I can t say enough about Crosby and Dave, who both possess wonderful and charming personality s . Now to the real task at hand . The Pizzas . I found the entire menu of pizzas to be very different and unique. I personally loved the Buratta pizza, such a simple yet tasty pizza, the texture of the Buratta cheese made it so incredible. Add the fresh basil leaves, fresh pecorino and garlic oil to that , now we got ourselves a party!!!!! For any real pizza lover who appreciates high-quality ingredients, I highly recommend you head down to Queen street and give it a go, you will not be disappointed. Dee

Best NY style pie Ive had in Toronto; the crust was thin and crispy, cheese was flavorful and balanced and service was great. The basil garlic dip was a welcome departure from the bland garlic sauces common in many pizza places. Ive no doubt that theyll continue to do really well and look forward to returning!

Was walking the beaches craving a good slice and found Otherside Pizza. Grabbed a King Roni slice and was blown away with how good the pizza was! Perfectly baked thin crust, balanced sauce, just the right amount of cheese, tons of cupnchar pepperoni, and the slice was so big I couldnt have eaten a second one if I tried. My only complaint is they dont deliver to PEI!

The best pizza I ve had in the city by far! Plus incredible service! When we first ordered the greens and ricotta to go, they gave us a box to keep the arugula separate so it wouldn t wilt on our journey home - how can that be beat? Thin crust, great sauce, quality ingredients and a perfect cook every time without any kind of unnecessary grease. Sometimes I ve had to wait for my order simply because they re so busy, and honestly I would wait a lifetime for a slice - so, so worth it! Truly can t say enough great things about this place, so happy it s here and can t recommend it enough.

My favourite pizza place in Toronto and I ve been everywhere!!!! They are so generous with their pepperoni and burrata and everything else. The crust melts in your mouth and it s the perfect thin/thickness. Their sauce is sooo creamy but not heavy. Also!! Their prices are so decent esp for Toronto. Beautiful location and the brick wall is so cute inside. Also, the owners cute :) he also named a pizza after his daughter

A fantastic addition to the Beaches. My wife and I get the Ricotta and Greens pie, it s amazing. The crust is light, has a great undercarriage, nice char. The ricotta is beautiful and fresh, lots of spinach. It goes great with the arugula that goes on top, the pepper bite rounds out the flavour profile perfectly. Goes great with your choice of hot sauce. Dave, the owner, is a super nice guy. The Beaches is better for having you and your business here!
Doesn t disappoint and just the type of pizza joint the beaches needed. Fresh high quality ingredients and priced well for the size of pizza. Owner is great and knows the secret to an awesome pie. Perfect addition to east end and something we ve needed for such a long time!

Some of the best Pizza Ive ever had! Im from Los Angeles, California and we have some of the best pizza in the world. I stumbed upon Otherside pizza as Im staying in an airbnb up the street. The ingredients are top notch, the flavor is amazing, and the undercarage is firm. if you are in Toronto and you love Pizza, you need to check this place out!
Gigantic pizza at reasonable slices! There were 3 of us splitting 2 pizzas and that was waaaaay more than enough given the size. We got the Beach and the Mikey. My friends found the Beach too spicy but I actually thought it was the tastier of the two (thought the Mikey could have ised more kick). Will definitely stop by if Im in the area.

Unbelievable pizza & atmosphere! Really great NY style pizza, had the pepperoni & it was delicious the garlic dip is AN ABSOLUTE MUST. Best dip in the city hands down. The owner was absolutely lovely, had a wonderful chat with him & thoroughly enjoyed it. Brought our NB son to dine in, casual seating & great people watching spot. Looking forward to coming back to try the other pizzas!

There is pizza and there is Pizza. This is PIZZA. Dining in is definitely preferred as the crust is pretty much perfect. And crust is really what pizza is all about and getting it right is the art. Couple that with an interesting set of toppings and you ve got the making of excellent New York style pizza. The crust is thin and delicious. The toppings are imaginative without being crazy. As a friend of mine said to me, it s her go to for pizza. Same.

Very, very tasty pizza in beaches east. We had ricotta and greens, pepperoni and Mikey. Great service. Was so good I was already thinking about the next visit before I finished the meal.
Stopped by late night before closing. Dave sorted me out with a couple slices of the Burrata. It s great to have a top tier pizza place in the Beaches. Nice crust with good char and chew. The toppings were fresh. An added bonus having an Asian-owned shop with inventive toppings. Will be back again soon.

Came in for a slice and a beer, sauce was tasty and full of herbs. The person working the counter was very friendly, we tried the garlic dipping sauce that was flavorful and thick. Chill vibe, spacious seating for the size of the place. Id definitely return!

Really good Pizza. Had the Mikey. Dough was on point, with a slightly sweet sauce, and small pepperoni so you get a couple in each bite. Staff were super friendly, like almost to the point where I felt they knew me. Will be back to try The Beach.

We were nearby for a concert and went here before the show to get food. The dude who greeted us had to have been the owner - friendly, had the Leafs game on, greeted us warmly. Waited about 15 minutes for a freshly made pepperoni pizza. On our walk back to where we parked, someone walking by literally stopped us and asked if they could see the pizza because they had heard such great things. Pizza was great. Maybe TOO much pepperoni, but thats just me. Big fricking pizza. Ate a slice 5 hours later and it was still delicious. I think next time i would ask for well done, but thats preference. 8/10 would go when were back in town with time to enjoy once again.

Finally tried this pizza after all the great reviews. Did not disappoint! It was excellent. Only thing I would complain about, is that it was maybe 1 min overcooked. That being said... I am just picky would definitely recommend it. David rhe owner is great!

Wow! Othersides crust is perfect (light, chewy with a bit of a crisp), so any of the pizzas would be great but the Nora and the Beach are my favourite! Dave is so welcoming and passionate about what he does. This is a must try! Make sure you get the basil garlic dipping sauce!
Ordered off of DoorDash. Delicious pizza that is appropriately sized for the price you are paying. When ordering from somewhere Ive not been before I always go for the base cheese pizza to get an idea of the quality of pizza, and this definitely rates highly. I will be ordering from here again.

Pizza has a nice garcliy taste to it definitely my new fav pizza place. The store owner is also very friendly and welcoming. He comped me a dipping sauce my first time there. Highly recommend trying out the sauce even though you dont neccesarily need it because the pizza tastes amazing on its own!

The best homemade pizza in the area. The pizza is 12/10. Everything is class from the owner Dave at front of house to the homemade brick oven pizza, garlic oil drizzled with pecorino on top. Great value and grateful for Otherside pizza in the community. Great vibes. Thanks Dave and team.

This pizzeria is a fantastically formidable, and a gloriously gluttonous gastronomical journey of discovery for the Torontonian pizza connoisseurs. Chef Dave, makes fabulous pizza sauce, sublime crust, however, the piece de resistance is their superlatively superior secret tasty morsel the roasted pineapple on the pizza. The pineapple, and their cheese blend are both beyond reproach, and compare. Worthy of the 5.0 stars, for they are wholly commendable, and recommendable, henceforth, and futuristically thus then.
This place is definitely the best pizza Ive ever had in Toronto !! Theyre rating of 4.9 does not lie. It should be a 5 !!! The pizza was delicious. The crust was amazing. Toppings perfect and that sauce . I went to Badiali pizza last week and waited 1hr and 50 mins, their pizza was great but the Otherside is definitely a step above. Dave, the owner is a class act. Anyone that Loves Pizza must try this place. You will not be disappointed. 5 star

My wife, son and I have been wanting to try Otherside Pizza for a while now, we decided to try it today as we were in the neighbourhood. The Buratta pizza was 5/5 and the service was excellent! Dave is very friendly and welcoming! We ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! Thanks Dave!
These guys do up a really good pizza. Large size, fresh ingredients...a really good meal! We have ordered a few times since our first visit and the taste of these pies is the best! Really friendly folks working there as well.
Another amazing spot for pizza in the east end. Weve been ordering here for a few months now, and my only complaint is that I wish they had more pizzas to try. Other than that, you cant go wrong with any of their options - just make sure to get the basil garlic dipping sauce too!
Fantastic pizza, even better on reheat!! The beach combines the nostalgia of spam, the heat of Serrano peppers, and the mellow sweetness of pineapple. Loved the Korean-inspired menu, hope to try some of the other pizzas soon. Excellent value too it s a MASSIVE 18 pizza.

I had a simple cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, loved the thin crispy crust and the obviously good and fresh quality ingredients. Seriously I found my new favourite pizza in town.
Just outstanding! The restaurant is very cozy and casual, there kind that makes you feel like youre at a friends place. The service is great! Pleasant and very friendly. The pizza... Its just amazing! Great quality ingredients mixed in a very tasteful combination where, not only you cant go wrong with your selection but also will be very satisfied. From the basic mozzarella to any other flavour... You will be positively surprised.

Pizza is better on the other side. Keep those words in mind, as the folks behind Otherside Pizza are pushing out some seriously good pizza. From classics such as margherita, cheese, or pepperoni, some of their home grown ideas like the Nora are where it is at. Named after their daughter who is a mix of Italian and Korean, the Korean bulgogi, scallions, and kimchi aioli are a sleeper combination. Run, dont walk to Otherside.

Got delivery on 2 pizzas and a salad. And mustn t forget the basil dip. The pizzas I heard were on the floppy side but it was quite the opposite. They were perfectly crisp and the pizza was excellent. Whoever topped the pepperoni did a marvellous job and some spots had a nice stack of pepperoni - not stingy at all! Prices are on point and the pizzas are huge. Really enjoyed them and will certainly have again.

Never been to this place physically (yet) but that s the only pizza I ve been ordering on UberEats for the past 6 weeks. On that note, whoever did two of my pizzas yesterday, August 12 around 8 pm - you re the GOD/GODDES, the pizza was straight out of heaven and I d say it genuinely goes to top 3 pizzas in my entire life. Just absolutely amazing and exquisite all around. Will visit this place soon to dine in and experience their atmosphere.

The pizza place that does not make enough dough. Its almost laughable to me as someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over 14 years. How about tomorrow you make ten extra doughs . They cost you nothing to make and to not have pizza for customers 1 hour before closing is just flat out a joke. How about going to KFC and they dont have chicken. Jokes. Their pizza is good dont get me wrong . Buy its not that good. There are many other places in the city with better pizza. There prices are high for the amount of toppings you get anyways. Total fail on there part. Good way to lose a local .
The pizzas are so delicious - perfect crust, fresh ingredients, and massive slices. We got the burrata and pepperoni pies and yummy garlic dip. The owner went above and beyond to help me out after the Uber eats driver messed up our order pickup and that kind of service quality is unmatched. Will be back!!
This place serves the best pizza! I had the Ricotta and Greens with amazing and fresh ingredients. On top of the incredible pizza, the cream puffs here make it more worthy to visit. Dave and Crosby will make your day here at the Otherside!

Not only is it fantastic pizza but the staff/owner/management are amazing. Truly go out of their way to make sure every customer gets the best possible pie. Pizza is unreal and unique. I suggest getting it well done so the crust is a little more firm. The pizzas are massive. One can easily feed 3 people and possibly 4.
I had the Nora pizza the other day.. oh my goodness, so good! So many yummy flavours on one pizza. I also really like the crust at otherside. I feel like the crust would be so amazing with butter chicken

My brother and I were craving a late night slice and decided on Otherside Pizza on Queen. We ordered the King Roni and were disappointed at all! Nice crispy crust and base followed by a tender airy dough that wasn t heavy. The cheese and char cup pepperonis went well together, with a nice touch of fresh oregano on top. Met the owner (what a gent), he made us feel welcome and of course provided great service and care to us. The atmosphere was laid back and eye appealing with lots of space on the table to eat. Looking forward to trying out the other selections soon. Great place! (Should ve taken better photos but we had to just dive in haha) Vegetarian options: Salads, cheesy bread Wheelchair accessibility: Access is on ground level with the sidewalk.
