I recently visited this location and had an outstanding experience! The pizza was incredibly delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and mouth-watering. The toppings were fresh, and you could tell that a lot of care went into preparing each pie. A special shoutout to Biraj, one of the employees, who made the experience even better. Biraj was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Its rare to find someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and Biraj truly stood out. Highly recommend this pizza place for both the food and the fantastic service!

Worst pizza and garlic bread i have ever had.

Very inconsistent - last nights pizza was overly chewy and rubbery. Very unpleasant to eat. Other past orders are sometimes like this or really good.

When I travelled Italy, there was a tour visiting Pizza restaurants. Pi Co. Pizza has exactly same taste like the pizza restaurant in Italy ! I think dough is different from other pizza places because of fire oven. In Italy they use same fire oven like this place. Another fire oven dough places are nearby Kettlemans bagle and Bagle House little up north on Yonge. If youre looking for quick gourmet pizza, this is the place you should go.

The staff here is good and professional. They were very helpful in guiding me with the order. The pizza I had was so good and tasty, their oven is super fast!!!. Love it! Will visit them again.

We ordered a craft your, but this location gave a very small portion of toppings, much less than the others.

What a gem of a store! The staff were so friendly and welcoming - the pizza was delicious! (Tempted to try the Nutella cookie next time!)

Horrible service. Made order for delivery, 2 hours later had to call to find out Pi Co had no idea what had happened, other than someone took it. Called support line took another 20 minutes to find our yep, it was made, taken by someone who was not the driver. No one bothered to redo the order or let us know.

I really like these pizzas. The dough is good, and the ingredients are correct. I advise never to take anything other than San Marzano tomato sauce. The other, more American, is sweet and totally ruins the taste of the pizza. Only downside... They cook the pizza with basil. I dont understand why.

I ordered delivery. It arrived ice cold with instructions to re-heat in the oven. No thanks! I thought I was getting fresh pizza i.e. HOT! I might as well have bought frozen pizza and cooked it myself. It would have cost half as much and tasted better

If the dough/crust tasted better I would have given it 5 stars. The crust was dry and flavorless so if you come here I recommend getting something to dip your crust in. I am aware that this is neopolitan style but I had better. No issue with the ingredients Pi Co has many options and they do a great job at cooking the pizza at perfect temperature. For the same price range you can go to blaze pizza and get more value for your buck.

*4.5 My favourite type of pizza is margarita pizza, so I was really excited to find an option that was also true to authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. I ve had the pizza many times and it s consistently good. The ingredients are fresh and the crust is amazing super crispy and has a slight charred flavour which brings out the sweetness of the tomato sauce. It is definitely a thin-crust pizza, so if you re a fan of light pizza, you ll enjoy this. They also have an option for unlimited toppings, which I m looking forward to trying just to switch things up a bit. Their Sweet Pi option is also great it s completely customizable and quite good. I m docking .5 stars because while it s good, it s not very consistent. Sometimes it s great, and other times I ve found that they ve skimped on the toppings/filling. All in all, great pizza and the fact that they re on Ritual helps to make for a quick transaction.

I just ordered from this place for the first time through the uber app. I was incredibly disappointed because... The pizza was 40 minutes late and very cold. It came with some reheat sticker telling me how to redeem what they just gave me. After preheating my oven to 400 as instructed, and then waiting 3 minutes for it to warm, I finally took a bite and burned my mouth despite their warning. The pizza was delicious!

This is a solid pizza joint and great if you want pizza quickly. What I do is get the margherita pizza and (at home) dip it in olive oil. The texture of the dough is wonderful and I think works better with some sort of dipping sauce or olive oil.

We ordered the pizzas for delivery. I thought they were kinda average. Not bad but not amazing either. We got the Camden and Yorkville specials. We could not really taste the truffle on the yorkville, which was a bit disappointing. The garlic bread was more like garlic pizza bread than actual bread.

good choice of flavors, you can set up your pizza, however place with very dirty tables, the attendants chatting all the time between them and do not care about the place!

Jaw Breaking pizza Crust. Hard as leather, lost a tooth. Only the middle of the pizza is edible. Shameful!!!

We were quite happy with our pizzas and found the sandwich shop approach to making pizza interesting.

Visited on a Saturday evening found staff friendly and efficient. First time using this concept (the sandwich shop style ordering) yet had a chuckle figuring out how to navigate the ordering. Went for the pepperoni pizza and it was excellent. The restaurant also served beer, yet, there was a limited supply on offer. The prices were on the upper scale for pizza. Clean and modern store. Id go again if I needed a quick bite.

A good neapolitan style pizza. Their margherita is on a decent level, which is a good baseline for the rest of the menu. The pizza was enough to feed one person, but for $12 its on an expensive side. Their online order process is smooth but can be improved.

From the three times I ve ordered from them now. Always a fail. I ve asked for chili oil multiple times, which is a staple in Napoli style pizza joints. Never comes. Not even an alternative. Just another franchise that isn t that good. Would advise anyone to to elsewhere if possible and spend your hard earned money wisely.

I had the worst experience ever. I ordered salad with chicken and they literally served it with raw chicken. Its been a month that I cant eat any food that has chicken in it!!!!!!

Tried Craft Yours pizza. Lot of toppings to choose from. Pizza was ready within no time. Requested it to be well done, inspite of that it got a bit soggy. Vegetarian options: Many veggie toppings to choose from! Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free dough and vegan options too

Friendly service and convenient location on yonge street. Clean tables and washroom on site. Their prices have increased substantially.

My place to go for salads. Ordered online but realized when I got home a quarter of the ingredients I asked for was missing. I wont take my chances ordering online, next time Im ordering in person. Still a great salad but could have been enjoyable if all the toppings was there.

I love it here. Staff are knowledgeable about the product and the place is very clean.

I went in to create my own for takeaway and it s super quick, only 90 sec to cook but could have done it a little longer. Not sure if that s an option. Plus this has loads of cheese, I guess I could have asked for less. Overall cool concept and glad I tried it.

They cook your pizza really fast, maybe 2 minutes in oven but in order to do it the crust is very thin. Similar to Subway in terms of choosing your own toppings. Premium price for small pizzas.

First of all it s fast and really well managed. Second coming for Europe a lot of pizza company in Canada have a too American approach to pizza. I like it simple and super tasty exactly how pizza should be. Nice roping to add. I am really happy to have a pi co close by anytime I like in Toronto !

Spent $30 on a small, gluten-free pizza. What I got was a completely BURNT-TO-A-CRISP pizza! the entire crust was black, the toppings were black...it was not edible! I called and they said theyd have the manager call me back. And then...no one called back! I called back three times and no one picked up. Unbelievable they would deliver a pizza like that!! And then not even bother to rectify the situation. Truly shocking! Ive ordered from this location many times before. Never again. Quality and customer service truly lacking. I honestly still cant believe I was delivered a burnt pizza. Like SERIOUSLY?!!!

I ve been to another Pico location, but I m extremely disappointed with this one. I went on a Wednesday night and I don t know if it was an off day or if it was this location, but the pizza was EXTREMELY SALTY. I got a Craft your own pizza and yes I know you can say it might have been the toppings I chose, but I ve been to another Pico and chosen similar ingredients but it was not even close to this level of salty. I came with my dad and this was his first time at Pico but we were both really disappointed. We didn t know what to do so we just let the workers there know our pizza was salty on the way out. I definitely won t be visiting this location again.

More than enough pizza for one person. Enjoyed mine with marinara sauce; mozzarella cheese; chicken; bacon; pineapple; hot peppers and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

Your classic margherita pizza. Baked close to perfection with air bubbling of the crust. Cleanliness of the establishment could be improved upon. Close to the Eglinton subway station for convenience. A solid 4 star pizza joint.

A bit pricey, but you can get a good selection of toppings. Good to ask how it all works if its your first time though!

This place is great if you like your pizza crust to be as thin as a piece of paper in the middle and the crust to be as thick as a dinner roll, and if you like 90% of your toppings including sauce and cheese to be distributed within a 5 cm radius of the centre of the pie. Enjoy.

The best gluten free pizza I ve ever had!! I ve tried it twice now and it s SO freaking good!! Takes pizza night to another level!! Doesn t seem like you re eating gluten free at all, the taste and texture are amazing!! I want the recipe!! 100% recommended!!

Ugh. The pizzas were cold and there was a sticker on each box with reheating directions. Salad with rotting spinach leaves. Delivery also took 15 minutes longer than scheduled. We usually order from the St. Clair Pi Co which takes a bit longer to deliver but is awesome. Will never order from this location again.

Two bad experiences in a row. I m allergic to wheat & the first time I ordered (delivery) they arrived with no marks on the box to indicate GF. I took them back to the store. They kept saying I know this is gf but the person making this claim hadn t made the pizzas. I had to explain over and over that I couldn t take the chance. If she was wrong, I would get sick. She put up a fight but eventually they remade the pizzas. They didn t refund me the delivery charge and didn t offer me anything for the effort I had made to fix their mistake. This time, I included a note in the instructions asking them to mark the boxes GF so I knew for sure they were safe. They didn t do that. They were also 40 minutes early I ordered for delivery at 5pm and they arrived just after 4. I won t be ordering from them again.

Love this restaurant, specially the pizza. However, I wish they have a extra glass covering on their glass partition (separates the people and the toppings) .. some people, when they order, they go beyond that glass partition and when they speak, you can see theyre spitting.. this actually irritates me... I stopped going. :(

A custom pizza will run you $15, and a Margarita $12. The pizza is handmade by staff in front of you as you tell them what youd like on it, then placed in the pizza oven for a few minutes. A fast process which adds to the popularity of this chain. Ingredients arent too flavourful, but the staff is friendly, and you get the exact pizza you expected. Nothing out of this world; an average pizza that you have creative control over.

This place is as close to Kramers make your own pizza place, from Seinfeld, as you can get. Tons of toppings to choose from and everything is high quality. Its tempting to just get everything but I would recommend getting 4 or 5 max as the pizza tends to get soggy otherwise. They craft the pizza right before your eyes, and bake it in a highly specialized pizza oven that bakes it in a couple minutes. The vibe is definitely a fast food kind of atmosphere with lots of tables and chairs to sit at. It is also one of the only places in Toronto where you can get LaCroix, that I know of.

Pizza was really good however a little bit hard to eat because of the big slices.
