Worst service with pathetic attitude, staff was not even bothered to greet customer and were not even sure what they were doing. Highly recommended if you wanna spoil your mood and waste your money. Hi there, In addition to your response, firstly I would like you to know that we never left and we dined in at your place, so clearly you’ve mistaken me for another customer. We were a group of 4 and there was just one lady at the counter making an online order we waited there for 10 mins for her to greet us but in vain as she did not smile nor was she welcoming for even a bit. There were no prior customers in your store. Secondly we ordered for a pesto sauce base and there was hardly any pesto sauce in the bottle, rather than adding a new one they just added olive oil in it and shook the bottle which I felt was below the Pi Co. quality. I usually always go to PI Co because I love the pizza there and how freshly it is made but your store unfortunately changed my whole perception about it. Thirdly the person helping the lady there was a young boy I guess he was new to the store as he hardly knew anything about how to make a pizza or what is a good customer service but that is understandable hoping him to be new at your store. He took about 15 mins to make my pizza which usually is not the case in other stores. Overall I was shocked with this experience at PI Co and extremely disappointed with the unprofessional, impolite and lazy staff working there with no enthusiasm to meet the customers nor make the food. The last two times I bought a pizza, it was burnt on the bottom. Two years before we enjoyed the pizza and everything was great. Please bring back the quality of pizza as it was before
Solid option for lunch. Tasty and good flavour combos. They do have some char on the pizza and bottom, but I like it that way. Crispy on the outside but the middle of the slices are not as crispy as they should be with this amount of char. Bathroom was out of order
I recently ordered a Margherita pizza during a buy one, get one offer, and it was one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. The dough was burned on the bottom, resulting in a bitter taste that overpowered any other flavors. Additionally, the pizza arrived cold, making it even less enjoyable. The overall taste was incredibly disappointing—bland and unappetizing. Despite the appealing offer, the quality of the pizza was so poor that it ruined the meal. I am highly dissatisfied and will not be ordering from this place again. It was a truly pathetic experience.
Great value for its price. The place is clean and atmosphere is very pleasant. San marzano tomatoes on the pizza sauce makes it taste outstanding. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.
The service 10/10 I really enjoyed the experience of making my own extravagant pizza, it never felt like there was too much and the staff was extremely cheerful and patient. I also saw how they treated homeless people when they would walk in and it was admirable. This team leads with kindness and my gluten free pie: 10/10
Walked past PiCo while I was on the hunt for some lunch in the area. There was a line-up so I figured I should check it out. To be fair the pizza was alright, not bad but also not spectacular. i had the Liberty pizza from the menu. The only complaint I have is, I wish the toppings were seasoned. That would have made it a great pizza. True rating would be 3.5 I suppose. They seemed to have a wide range of toppings to select from if you wanted to make your own, which was nice to see. There was a good amount of seating as well inside. Filled up quickly at lunch time since there was a queue though. The staff were great and kept the long line up moving at a good speed, the pizza base was nice and not super thin or thick crust. Just the perfect amount of thickness. It was well cooked no soggy base either. It's not a bad option at all if you're looking for a quick bite. Maybe ask to season the toppings (at least the veggie ones).
Absolutely delicious! We came here just to try and it was totally worth it. The pizza dough is phenomenal with texture and taste. We ended up buying a sweet and a Margherita pi and everything on it even the spicy infused olive oil was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly as well and helpful. Plus always good when the place is clean! Definitely coming back. Picture is my sister enjoying the pizza haha
Placed an order on Uber for one large salad. And it wasn t a big order. The delivery person told me to call the restaurant because he has been waiting there for 20 mins and the employee didn t answer how long it will take and told him she was busy. This has never happened when I went in person. Service has always been friendly & great. This is not the service I was expecting and especially as a customer myself had to contact the restaurant as they didn t respond to the delivery person. Moreover, it is missing the 2nd protein! It usually takes 20 mins to deliver, today, it took double the time.

Placed my order on a Sunday evening 10pm and I m still waiting for my pizza!! it s 11:46pm!!!! There must be a better way.
Owner doesn t have a brain. When you see him washing his windows get away from him.
I tried to place an order online while placing my order the system crashed. I tried calling several times no one answered. After having to walk over to find out my order did not go through. I ended up going somewhere else.
Staff very friendly and know HOW TO DO GLUTEN FREE. We have allergy and I notice attention that is not use to see for that! Also the pizza very good and perfect even for a quick bite P Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option
In my opinion this place is perfect for everyone. It is probably the best pizza place I ve been so far in Toronto. Half of my family is also gluten free so we were really lucky that the place had the option. The employees there were so nice that they cleaned the whole counter just to be careful to not mix the normal flour with the gluten free one. The pizza was cooked really well and they are really fast with the process. I think this place was amazing and hope to come here again when I come back to Toronto.
McKenzie did a great job knew exactly what I wanted she was awesome. Honestly kind heart need more of her. Her customer service is incredible only reason I d come back. The pizza was great too but she made it 10 times better.

Grabbed a regular sized Superfood salad. Was very fresh and tasty. Price is a bit steep at $19 after tax. Plastic fork and standard keyboard in my photo for scale.
My husband and nephew really liked the pizza here, so I decided to give it a try. I dont see what they liked so much about it. The pizza dough was thin and a little soggy, not crispy at all but wet instead and nit flavorful. The toppings were fresh and a good amount of choices to choose from, but the pizza just wasnt tasty. The customer service, on the other hand, was great! The staff were all welcoming, friendly, in good spirits, and seemed to like working there. I would have given this establishment a 2 for the pizza, but the staff was so great that I decided to give them a 3 .

If you know Pico you know what to expect. Decent pizza for a docent price. No frills no bells just overall good pizza. The service at this particular location has always been great and its usually not too busy.
Had one of their pizzas today well visiting my son who is in hospital. By far the best tasting thin crust pizza I have ever had. Customer service was awesome as well. Would definitely recommend.

Who cares about the atmosphere Google lol, this place has BY FAR the best non-wheat crust of any pizza ive found in YEARS, to the point where its no longer a compromise, but a standard. With a solid selection of unlimited toppings and cheeses, if flavour is your priority this is the place for any well traveled preference pizza cravings!
1st time eating here. Loved all the choices and how quick the pizza was ready. Tasted so good! Next time, Ill ask for well done. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust was really good. Vegan cheese was not daiya and delicious

I ordered pizza with potato, mozzarella, parmigiana cheese, truffle oil. It was greasy, disgusting something topped with ample amount of mayonnaise. Mayonnaise on pizza! Don t tell Italians. And you call this not fast food but fine dining? Ridiculous! I took it back to ask what is on top of the pizza, they said truffle oil! Are you kidding? Since when sour mayonnaise is called truffle. Don t waste your money and spare your health, stay away from this fake pizzas.
We were excited to try these pizza as they had vegan options available, but both pizzas (vegan and regular)was way tooooo salty, disappointing :(

Do not buy here from Uber or any delivery site. Worst pizza I have ever had. Was cold, uncooked. How are you delivering pizza saying to reheat. This is like frozen defrosted pizza. I don t know if it s because it s there Uber promo so they just have them pre-made.
I had the pepperoni pi, and it is one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. PI Co uses fired ovens, which results in the classic margherita style crust. It is very thin in the center, with round, puffy crust around the outside. The crust was perfectly baked with the right amount of blackened spots for flavour. The sauce is delicious, thicker than average, but still tastes like fresh tomatoes. The pepperoni was thin, spicy, and even had the now rarely seen curled bowl shape, trapping the delicious grease inside. But what really made this perfect was the mozzarella. It was delicious, stretchy, juicy and satisfying, and I highly recommend you get a pie with the mozzarella so you can taste it for yourself. I have tried other Pi Co locations in the area, and the pizzas were not as good as this one. I think it is up to the skill of the servers and the freshness of the ingredients. If you can, try to walk a little farther to this specific location. There were no power outlets, but I was able to use my laptop on the big tables. I forget if they had Wifi.
Recommend the truffle aioli sauce! Very tasty and restaurant was clean.

Walked in to order a pizza but I was ignored. There was no greeting nor anyone taking any order. Honestly didn t expect this was Pi-Co. The workers were too busy in their own world.
This location has reopened as of Sept. 28, 2020! The space is large and immaculately clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The Margherita Pizza was delicious!
I ordered 2 Margherita pizza..... Less than 7 basil leaves in total, cannot even taste flavor of basil lol, first time try, will be last time. So disappointed about Pi Co.

This is the only franchise that takes ages to cook a pizza. Usually +20min. Please!! You guys need to get it together, Pico is such an amazing place and it s just 1 block from my house. I would love to stop walking 5 blocks to go to the one on Bay.
You get unlimited vegetable toppings on the salad, but since you re reading this, you can t see how hard I just did air quotes. I think I just broke my fingers. Want corn? Sure! but be prepared for them to bestow on you 4 sad kernels, one on each quadrant. I asked for some artichoke hearts for a zesty pop of acid & watched stunned as my salad artist took one piece & meticulously shredded it in her fingers before including it & moving on. Oh, is that the last cucumber known to man? That s the only explanation for the careful portioning. This salad cost $16, and I get the feeling that $15 of that went straight to the owner s new Porsche. I am ashamed that I didn t budget myself enough time to go to one of the numerous options nearby, and I will live with that shame as long as I live. Hungrily yours.

Wow! I just had the best pizza I ve ever had! I walk into the store absolutely starving, I was so excited to eat. I am welcomed by a great kind man named Spencer! I get to the custom area and we have a great talk! Then it was pizza time. I told him I ve never done this before >.< and this incredible man held my hand the entire time and made me what was probably the best pizza I ll ever have, all with a smile on my face. He was so patient and kind to me the entire time and I ll be sure to go back as soon as possible! Thank you Spencer!

Great pizza! Affordable and delicious gluten-free dough and the staff are always friendly and efficient! 100% recommend :) Only complaint is that the company doesnt allow tipping other than in cash- most of use arent carrying cash these days ... so it sucks when you cant show the staff your appreciation! This is pretty much the only place serving food where there isnt a tip option when paying. Company needs to change this policy!
Soggy pizza and the prices have gone up quite a bit over the years. The eggplant was also very hard and difficult to chew. Honestly I was really into it when it first opened but the quality has gone down while the prices get higher and now I am just Kinda over this place.
A must try for every foodie and pizza lover. One of the best pizzas Ive ever eaten. The price is reasonable, so many topping options, Doug is so nice and tender, staff was super friendly, in 2 mins youll have your pizza in hand.
Best pizza you can get in Toronto for less than 15 dollars! But please tell your staff to cut the c** of we don t recommend adding so many toppings , if you offer unlimited toppings! If you wanna prevent your customers from having as many toppings as they want, stop advertising unlimited toppings! Aside from that, the pizza is tasteful and the service is good!
Better than I expected! You pick your crust, sauce and generous toppings. The crust is thin and although it looks small I didnt finish it. They had five young people working there who seemed efficient and were very friendly. I would come here again. Just make sure about the gluten free crust Im sure my girlfriends was not G.F.

Super friendly staff but just ok pizza ... I was thinking it should be more delicious than this but it was just ok , and 3 star because the crust wasnt cooked enough so I put them on the oven again ... cheese was good tho, plus their craft pizza is mostly just cheese , maybe 1 or 2 of each topping youre ordering

Awesome neopolitan pizzas made fresh to order. They also offer salads now which is interesting. Can imagine they get quite busy which may take a while to order your pizza but had no problems when I went recently although the office crowd wasnt in full swing.
Pi Co is a regular go to for lunch. The price is great. We share one between two. Its clean. Professionally run. The owner introduced herself so its like a traditional neighborhood pizza experience. By the way, if you havent tried it, you should. Its really good.

I was able to order everything, without restrictions! I was well cared for. As an improvement, I suggest treating the pizza dough or oven time so that it does not puff up, as well as having a greater variety of wine and beer.

Delicious and fresh ingredients! Can get busy at lunch hour and the Ritual doesnt work for this location, but worth the wait.
Excellent service and food. Really enjoy that I can customize both my pizza or salad with a massive amount of options. This is one of my favorite spots for a quick bite while at work.

Very good well priced wood burning fire pizza. 14$ for basically all toppings, friendly staff, and pretty good tasting. Pizza is a bit thicker than the higher end wood burning places but still a very good spotted bottom crust. Will go back.

They have really amazing pizzas! Tons of toppings to choose from and that crust reminds me of the pizzas that we had from Naples, Italy! At the recommendations of the staff, we also ordered a Sweet Pi for dessert and that was so good too!! We did Nutella, strawberries, bananas & it was delicious!
We tried the savoury pizza and really enjoyed choosing our own sauce and toppings! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was made with fresh dough and cooked instantly! Highly recommended and we will come back!
Terrible pizza. Paper thin, cold the moment I received it and I wanted only extra pepperoni with cheese. I asked for extra, they only put 5 pieces. Its $17+ for a cold, thin, with bare minimal toppings. Edited: I was partially refunded with a coupon. I have yet to use it, but thanks for the jester
