Ordered pepperoni pizza and there was only 1 pepperoni per slice and mozzarella sticks and some of the sticks didn t even have cheese inside. Is this normal? lol

Came in to order the smallest pizza on the menu, the personal one. Waited half an hour before someone arrived with it. Seemed like other people also were waiting just as long as I was. So much for fast food .

Worst location ever. I ordered two pizzas on Uber and one was entirely wrong. It was supposed to be a chicken pizza and they just gave a veggie. I waited for an hour for the order to arrive for nothing. I d never suggest this location to anyone.

The person standing at reception, a little girl with spectacles, doesnt know how to speak politely, learn to speak with kindness, someone first give them a hostess training, they seem like a bit frustrated women to me, correct these things & then sell pizza, second their pizza is usually cold. Never order from this location!!

I had a horrible experience with this pizza hut. I ordered delivery from here and they messed up my order. I called back and asked for a replacement. I ended up waiting double the time I was told to recieve it and when I did, the delivery driver looked annoyed with me, and the pizza looked like if someone had dropped it. The cheese and sauce were all over the box and crust.

Only one suggestion, add one more infront desk service plz. All good food yummy, service amazing, Atmosphere good. The pizza layout is very good. If add spinach for topping --- the way to fantasy. Spinach is soul of pizza. Vegetarian options: Pineapple and Tomato

They initially messed up my order but offered to remake it for me which was great. Pizza was good, hit the spot.

Although I had already paid for my order online, the delivery person asked to step inside (without a mask) and asked how I wanted to pay. All they had to do was hand me the pizza. The pizza itself was undercooked and not cut properly.

Ordered the Wednesday medium pizza deal for delivery - my pizza got here on time and was still warm despite it snowing & being -15 outside. I love Pizza Hut.

Extremely Fast Delivery. Doesnt matter the day or the time or the weather, theyll get to you fast. I once I had the pizza delivered in only 20 minutes, and Im not even that close to the restaraunt. Always hot, always high quality.

Very funny situation)) I put order in 4.48 pm, buy one get free. Order came by 5.29 pm and I get call at 5.30 pm regarding that. They rejected to provide order free , even though timeframe is 30-40 minutes for delivery). I paid, but I was against. I followed up with manager of the store as well as with customer service. I found this ridiculous because my order havent meet timeframe. I amnt consider after that Pizza Hut as top pizza restaurant, they can get money for this order for sure. Thx for amazing custom service and for need to argue about money when conditions werent meet. Have a wonderful evening)

Aggressive delivery driver. Food is usually hot, tasty, and fantastic but the drivers are too focussed on how youre tipping. Not impressed.

If I had been a tourist midtown Toronto I would have said I want to go home...It was the worst pizza Ive ever had I asked for thick crust and didnt check until I brought it to everyone and was so disappointed with what the pizza we couldnt see any ingredients...

Please check your pizza before you pay for it we received no ingredients on our pizza microscopic shards of something I dont know what bad pizza never will I go to pizza hut ever again....

Absolute nightmare. Order from anywhere but here. Took an hour and a half before my order even showed up. I refused the order at this point because they had already lied to me multiple times to tell me the order was on its way or almost here. Then screened my calls afterwards and sent them to the call center where the6 had no idea what was going on. I called from my wifes phone and they picked up right away. Avoid this Pizza Hut if at all possible.

Failed to deliver. Failed to take accountability for it.

While I lay on my bathroom floor no more than 15mins after eating a few slices of pizza from this location. I will spare everyone the symptoms I m experiencing and just say I m quite physically ill. I would think twice about ordering from this restaurant.

Order from another location if possible. Terrible experience, I made an order. When the estimated time had passed and I called them to ask, they said, well start now, itll take 30 minutes, weve been busy since this morning. I said, dont worry, just cancel it. She goes, are you sure? Its on the way. LOL. I started laughing, how can someone be such a bad liar. Another franchise that guarantees time would be 100% better.

My order was late almost 20-30min and did not get my dipping. I asked to deliver again for my dipping and they said it will be 3 hours.... this is not my fault but why I have wait for my item? wired, bad experience. No apology from stuff at all Food

Convenient location and I like Pizza Hut but I found that employees did not wear masks when I entered, twice. It seems that they wear masks only when they are dealing with customers.

They Served me colder and older pizza for one of my skip pick up order. Order was under name of Dias and order number is 245012766(if they say this is a fake review). really disappointed with dried chicken, not extra cheese(I paid extra in my original order) etc. How ever Skip has agreed to do 50% refund. I believe that pizza was cooked 3-4 hours earlier for sure and previously cancelled order from another customer.

So disappointing. Ive had poor experiences before with this location. But I was giving them another chance as I hadnt ordered from them for awhile. I wish I would have ordered from ANYWHERE other than here. The service, the presentation, customer care were all terrible. If you can, pick a different location.

Ordered from this place twice. Both times the pizza was under cooked and cold by the time it got to me.

Unlike other pizzerias this is the best pizza in taste and price.

Amazing food. I keep ordering every now and then. Their food preparation amazes me every time. The ingredients are fresh always. I use the Pizza Hut app to order. Their app has great offers and points which can be redeemed. Mostly a take-away pizza place. I wish they had a sit-in area to eat as well.
