I came in not knowing deals ask for a small pepperoni pizza not thinking it would cost 16 dollars for it,when I asked about the slices not even bein equal, I ask to speak to a manager, after I realized there is a walk in special,the manager was actually the one who made my pizza,as a manager I would think she would of offer me a better deal which was the larger 3 topping walk in special,she never suggested it at all,after I was mad about my pizza she said nothing could be done.Once my Uber arrived all of a sudden she can give me the large for what I paid for the small,she knew I couldn't wait since uber arrived, which made me even more mad,this place sucks in customer service,I feel scammed.
Unfortunately, the service at the counter left a lot to be desired. The lady taking my order seemed rushed, barely giving me a chance to think or finish what I was saying. Even though I was speaking slowly and clearly, she didn’t take the time to ask if I wanted drinks or any extras—I had to keep reminding her that I needed a drink and dipping sauce. It felt like she just wanted me to place my order quickly and leave, rather than ensuring I had a good experience.
I order today pizza margarita but un unusally the test comes more feel like tomato sauce with less cheese.
Ordered 22 medium buffalo wings for $30 and they were really good taste wise, but they were also the tiniest wings I've ever seen in my life. Definitely won't be buying them again.

This is the pizza I received when ordering half and half, clearly it’s missing a slice 🤷♂️ I don’t accept the excuse, said by the person in the store, that it’s exactly 12 slices, when there is a tiny slice which caused a full slice to be missing. I paid for a full large pan pizza but I don’t get a full slice, doesn’t seem fair.
I ordered on ubereats and my food is ready to go by the time I get there. Really nice and small, so not many places to sit down and eat but the pizza is always delicious and good. Love their choices and menu, maybe have a bigger area to sit down and relax is what I would suggest . But a great atmosphere here so I'll be there again!

I tried ordering personal pizzas for my entire family and was not informed of a limit. The cashier proceeded to tell me that there is no and I could order as many pizzas as I wanted for my family but she later told me that she could only make 4 pizzas because there is no more dough. I accepted that offer of 4 pizzas and once a new customer came in ordering the same thing, she had no problem making pizzas for him. I told her she should have told us that there s a limit of 4 pizzas and not that she ran out of dough. She blatantly lied to me, and then argued with me and said that she never said such a thing and proceeded to call me a liar. Other customers were present and also informed her that she was caught lying because they ALL heard her tell me that she ran out of dough but then made more pizzas for someone else. Rest assured I don t give my money to businesses that lie to their customers. If they can lie about little things like this, I have no way of guaranteeing their food is even safe or clean. I will not be coming to this location again

they have idiots working here tried making an order for delivery and she said she couldnt find my address all while saying it was 8 minutes away so its either you found the address or you didnt and she also said for me to call the call centre for the closest pizza hut, if your 8 minutes away how much more closer do you need to be

Same good pizza hut flavours and quality, but I like this location due to the easy access and has parking. Other PH in the neighborhood are a pain to park at. Process can be better, PHs pricing is high in general.
I always eat Super Supreme extremes cheese, good but not like it should be. 2022/01/29 update: quality reduced at 50%, toppings quantity reduced, I ordered extra Cheese and received nothing, they gave me the box not in a bag so my pizza arrived cold. Too bad Pizza Hut.

The cute cashier helped me get an online deal and helped me through my phone at the counter which was awesome. 1 medium pizza and the second free! Pizza was good. Its pizza hut so dont expect some grand Italian pizza. It was still good pizza. Always love the stuffed crust.They also bake the pizza crust really nice. Never burnt like pizza pizza. Great staff. Very nice and friendly. Small lil restaurant but still cute and modern inside.

Ive been ordering from this lcoation a couple times now, and each time has a different experience. The pizza ranges from excellent to mediocre, I believe they suffer consistency issues. Each time I picked up the pizzas, staff is always professional and courteous. Recently, their website glitched and added an extra pizza in my cart when I checked out. I didnt notice until I paid, luckily the staff at the store refunded me the unwanted purchase. The email confirmation also never told me how long the order would take to complete, I hope they fix the site!

If I could give a zero I would. Ive never had a good experience with the pizzas Ive ordered from this location. My latest order delivered by Uber Eats was completely wrong. The driver says this is the pizza they gave him. Called the restaurant they say they gave the driver the correct order. Restaurant takes zero responsibility and tells me I have to deal with Uber Eats. If the restaurant gave him the actual correct order how could he possible have a completely different pizza... He drove directly from the restaurant to my home. The restaurant obviously gave the driver someone elses order. I will never order Pizza from this location again.
There is hardly any sauce on the pizza it almost has no taste! Just cheese and bread. This is like the second or third time. Please fix this . Or I ll have to keep going to the one on Bloor st W.
They are cheating on topping...They have cut the mushrooms into a quarter of its original size and hardly they put any cheese on the pizza...so basically you are paying to eat the crust...

I ve eaten here around 7 times and it s always been fresh and consistent. This is my favourite location and close to home.

This location always has very quick and friendly service whenever I order online for pickup. Theres sometimes a wait when ordering in person, so I highly recommend to order ahead by phone or online.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This location has The WORST Pizza Hut Pizza I have ever tasted. The pizza was undercooked, there was hardly any sauce, and the golden crust that we all love was completely undercooked and saturated with oil. Their chicken wings were only partially cooked/fried. We had to put the wings in the oven just so they would become crisp. We have ended up throwing out the rest of our order. Disgusting all around! I would recommend that you spend your hard earned money at another Pizza location. You will be disappointed
This location is 1.5kms alway from my home and they refused to deliver. I asked what there delivery radius was and was told I don t know but I won t deliver to your address. Guess I ll be calling pizza nova

I ve gone here about three times. First time I had a great experience, great walk in special, made the pizza well and the wings were seasoned properly. Second time, the wings lacked in season and was actually missing the proper quantity. My most recent experience (today) I ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese. Not only did it cost an arm and a leg, but the pizza barely has any cheese. Seems as if the quality is decreasing each time I go... if I m paying 18$ for a medium pizza I would expect it to be made well. ):
