I order a $30 pizza from pizza hut the pizza I got has way to much tomato sauce that it became sour and the bread is way hard and completely wrong from how it is typically made. It looks and tastes exactly like dominoes pizza. They probably hired someone from Domino's pizza. Immensely disappointed.

Do not order from this Pizza Hut. On TWO seperate occasions, this location has 'forgotten' to deliver my drink and refused to refund me or go back and get one. Both times they've told me to call and ask for store credit, and both times the person on the phone didn't listen to me. Once is an accident. Twice is pure incompetence. Whether it is the delivery driver, or the manager who is incompetent, I don't care. Something needs to be seriously fixed before I ever consider giving my money to this location.
Worst customer service! We had a bad experience with them during my mom’s birthday. We ordered the pizza in advance, paid, and told them a specific time for it to be delivered (5:30pm). At 5:40 we still haven’t got the order so we called. At first they told us it not ready yet and it will arrive in 15 min. When the pizza arrived 5:50 the guy on the phone I was talking to kept insisting that I haven’t paid yet even tho I told him many times that I have a receipt on my hand. Instead I was told to check my bank account! That is not the right manner to talk to your customer. It is obviously that the person I was talking to is not knowledgeable enough to do his job. When I told them that we specifically ask for a certain time to be delivered, they keep making excuse that the time that we ask is the time they will only start making the pizza. Literally says on the receipt deliver at 5:30! Went to the store and argue with him but he’s still very rude and did not apologize for the inconvenience that they caused! PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS STORE OR TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY!

Could do better, ordered 74$ worth 3 medium and 1 large pizza all 4 pizza was stuffed in the edges for cheese payed extra 14$ for the stuffed cheese on all 4 pizza , the dough on the edges was raw and uncooked, the pizza needed more time in the oven then rushing the order out of the door. Such an embarrassment in front of the guest ended ordering from another restaurant.
Hair present in ppizza ,, If we compained. Then they say , the hair is not in pizza dow , it is in box. Why we do it ? We gave their pizza to store. We donot do it for 11 dollar pizza. Thankyou pizza hut

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!! Customer service is so trash they are so rude , they always give the wrong order and than argue that it is not their fault .. must be the ghosts fault then. Wherever you work you need to provide or try to provide the best customer service , some people may not agree or like what you have to say BUT as a customer when you are trying to be reasonable with speaking with the manager and they are just rude and dont try to make light of the situation than you deserve what you get.
