This Pizza Hut is one of the best places out there, the service here is amazing and the food is one of a kind as it is made with passion as I can tell by the amazing pizza slices they provide. Fantastic Experience at Coxwell Pizza hut! I recently visited Coxwell Pizza hut and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was amazing, and it really set the tone for a great visit. I tried peproni pizza, and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors and the presentation was beautiful, the customer service was top-notch, etc. What stood out the most was time it took. It’s clear that Pizza hut takes pride in their craft. The only slight downside was a bit of a wait time, but it was more than made up for once I tasted their garlic bread and nuggets. I highly recommend Coxwell Pizza hut to anyone looking for best customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We ordered online from the Coxwell location last week and had a great experience. They were out of large pan pizza & the staff went above and beyond to 1)let us know the issue, 2) offered a very gracious solution, and 3) the pizza was visually perfect & delicious. Probably our best pizza hut experience in literally years. Typically pizza hut is reliable when we order at Danforth location, but the Coxwell team really stepped up on this one & this will be our new preferred location. Highly recommended!!
I had this pizza today from Pizza Hut (Coxwell Avenue), and it was really delicious. Also, I had an amazing service experience by one of their crew member & the service was really fast. I highly recommend anyone to try pizza at this location 👌🏻
My order was the most basic order you could possibly order. It was the daily special Hawaiian pizza. Very basic all you need to do is put on cheese pineapple and Ham. Somehow they managed to miss the ham and all I got was cheese and pineapple. Not to mention that pizza is raw. Worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had the other location on Danforth is better than this location. I wish I checked the reviews here before I ordered. All they need is a few more bad reviews to make it into the 2s. Lol omg I feel like they just give you whatever is close to what your ordered and just use whatever they have in stock. I'm scared to eat another slice. Better eat it while sitting on the toilet. Something tells me that's where my pizza was made. Something tells me they don't have pizza in India. Looking at this places reviews the only people that rate it 4 stars or higher are from India. Must be employees or family of this location

I was regular to hut, but yesterday s worst experience i never recommend any one to order from pizza hut this branch. Should try local pizza points and avoid money waste . Food was soggy, uncooked, tasteless, even shapeless. Food : 1/5

I placed an order on August 30th 2024 around 6:24PM at the Pizza Hut at 985 Coxwell Ave. I canceled the order around 7PM that day because I placed it for delivery but the restaurant claimed I had placed it for pick up. The restaurant informed me they canceled the order and that a refund would be back in my account within 5-7 business days. However, it s Sept 10TH 2024 and I have still not received a refund. I have contacted the store multiple times and have been told many different things for the delay in refunding my money . at this point it s considered THEFT!

Tonight my fiance and I picked-up a veggie pizza from your location and hands down it was the best pizza. The crust was literally PERFECT- it was so good. Whoever made our pizza on April 29th at 6:47pm did amazing.

Ordered creamy chicken alfredo pasta. Chicken was undercooked and the pasta barely had any sauce. I contacted pizza hut. No response for over one week. Never coming back here!

Easily one of the worst Pizza Hut locations in Ontario. Ordered online twice, once yesterday and again today, only to have this location randomly cancel my orders both times. Go to another location, or order from a smaller pizza chain, if you want service as this Pizza Hut branch does not want your business.
Ordered a medium Canadian pizza, a medium BBQ chicken pizza, and boneless chicken wings with sweet and spicy sauce. The food tasted good and was fresh.
So greasy. I have no idea why this place is always so greasy. It s gross. Pizza is drowning in grease. Won t order here again.
