Ordered a pizza. Received a pizza with a missing slice. Pizza went to waste as someone CLEARLY took a slice. Seal was not stuck to the box. Pic attached. Driver apologized. Store didn't answer as they were closed as that time. Called them to inform them, someone said they'd help us, we actually placed another order, and then had the RUDEST woman call back. Completely hostile, aggressive behaviour. Not understanding at all. Argued with us for 20 mins over the phone for absolutely no reason AFTER A REORDER HAD BEEN PLACED. I legitimately order Pizza But in Etobicoke everyday, and this was possibly the WORST interaction I ever had. I'd rather spit on the food from this location rather than eat it. Ask yourself, would you eat a pizza with a missing slice? Disgusting to say the least. Save yourself.

Extremely frustrating. I walked in at 12 and the restaurant closes not till 2. I was not able to get a personal pizza due to them saying they “did not have the dough” even tho they had the dough for every pizza more expensive then the personal. I don’t understand how they are advertising personal pizzas with a closing time of 2am when they cannot that or give anything to compensate that offer. Manager wouldn’t even give me his name let alone talk to me without being dismissive. One star review is more then generous for this store with terrible quality and service.
Pizza was delicious. Fast delivery We ordered 4 pizzas. One of them had pepperoni instead off beef. Luckily the other 2 with no pork was enough and it all worked out. Other then that wonderful!

I made an order through Uber. If you want to get served poisons food because they send you pizza that s is not cooked well , frozen sauce and stale chips by all means go ahead and order. Oh and if you think about complaining to the store manager will close the phone in your face and will keep repeating contact Uber , because Uber made the order not them. I tried calling several times all staff kept answering contact Uber and closing the phone in my face I am not sure what standard or service that s being provided it does not feel Canadian very poor. Pizza Hut is allowing obvious issues with food and staff to go on with no repercussion.

I typically get a pizza from this Pizza Hut once a week and I enjoy my pizza everytime! They offer great walk in deals, and they are quick with making your order. My go-to is their $10 medium 2 topping pizza, which feeds my partner and I, and sometimes leaves leftovers for lunch. Trust me, pineapple and hot peppers is 10/10 with this deal! Definitely a great takeout option if you live in the area, or if you are visiting High Park and you want to grab something for a picnic!
Vegetarian options: Walkin special personal pizza is filling and tasty. It was just $2.49 and definitely worth it. Food : 5/5

Decided not to tip using my card for delivery because I had $5 cash at home I was going to give the driver, but when I answered the door he threw the pizza at me and whipped this receipt at my face, so I decided not to offer any tip in the end. Here s a tip, you don t need to sh*t yourself over minimal things like a tip you thought you didn t get, especially if you didn t give me a chance to actually tip you. I personally prefer to tip after the service is done. I will not be ordering from this location again.
People working are always friendly, and preparation is quick. But they dont cook their pizzas or something--every time my pizzas end up undercooked and soggy. Either Pzza Hut changed their recipe or this location microwaves their pizza and lets it sit out.

My family has been a long time Pizza Hut fans. This is the first time where they messed up our order which is okay. As sometimes mistakes happens but the way the female cashier at this location communicated with rude condescending tone was unprofessional. The pizza and wings were delicious but im giving 2 stars solely based on their poor customer service. I recommend avoiding this location if you want to avoid rude employee who makes customers feel bad for bringing up their mistake.
I ordered pizza of the day it was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza. It arrived with no cheese. My kids will not eat that. I have been on hold for 30 min so far with no answer
The call centre number is full of people that cant help you and hang up on you. This High Park location doesnt answer. I waited an hour and half for pizza that arrived cold and no one could help me find out any info regarding my order. Absolutely disgusted and will move on to King Slice or Dominos

I have been a longstanding fan of pizza hut above other chains , staff has been always profesional except for yesterday . My advise is stay away from Sunday evening staff . I have encountered the most rude and unprofesional woman , she identified as the shift manager, but I guess she was on a bad mood , I told her we are no coming back on her shift , she said that is very good you are not coming back she even raise her voice I have to ask her please dont do that. I did not review the food because we could not even place an order,. IT WAS A SIMPLE WALK IN 10 DOLLARS SPECIAL we could not even make a purchase because she made it difficult and very condescendent specially towards my husband limited english . Shame on pizza hut branch l dont think that staff should represent you . We ended up choosing dominoes pizza few blocks north from bloor on pacific and in future order online . I took my time to write this review because the other staff have been nice however the fact she identified as manager with that lack of customer skills is a statement itself .

They never have some items on the menu, I tried to order for months macaroni with meat and they never have it, but the staff is friendly and the food is good.
Signs in windows advertising walk in specials that they re not prepared to sell to customers when they walk in. Typical 2023 Canadian customer service you come to expect from the same folks that work at every Tim Hortons now too. I ordered a pizza and called to have one of the pizzas changed. The lady kept me on the phone saying she didn t have my order. I hung up and called Back immediately she said I have your pizzas In the oven and no changes can be made. They lie and will yell at you and take no fault. The worst place I have dealt with. They will yell at you and say they didn t do anything. I will not take being lied to and yelled at.disputing customer service.

The lady over the phone was/is very rude. I had a credit on my account for a large pizza and even though it was an online order where the order history is saved (meaning I had all the information regarding the credit , in additional to being attached to my phone number) she kept telling me that her system is showing something different. It s funny because she is the same lady that gave me credit on October 10th. Same voice, same disrespectful tone and manner. Rather than arguing with her, I took her offer of $10 credit rather than credit for the large pizza. I plan to ensure my online orders do not go back to this location. Seems like she is the customer service person and I rather not deal with her.
My experience at the neighborhood Pizza Hut was quite standard. The pizza tasted as expected, nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, the staff was less than welcoming, with no greeting and an immediate inquiry if I was there for a DoorDash pickup. It lacked the usual friendly atmosphere found in neighborhood eateries.
I ordered fries for the first (and last) time, came in a solid lump cold and flavorless. I ordered wings, typically pretty good..Ive had two and stopped, as I believe they are not cooked through. The medium pepperoni lovers is cold and soaking in grease. NEVER AGAIN!

My first choice for takeout!
I ordered a number of toppings on my pizza, one being black olives.. they charge 3$ per topping yet I have like 8 olives on a large pizza they don t give you what you pay for. I don t recommend this location, it s a rip off. Not to mention my pizza took an hour and ten minutes to get to my house and the pizza arrived COLD. The driver was nice but the restaurant has TERRIBLE service. Never again.
Sorry but this is the very first time this location really disappointed me. I ordered 2 large pizzas ahead of time, thin crust. One was BBQ chicken. Arrived at requested time, staff just chilling, my order not started and WOW, they forgot about it. Big rush to get them out, sooooo, not thin crust and a miserable amount of chicken on the pizza. No apology either. Do better.
Disappointed. I called a minute after my order was placed to ask for light sauce( I had forgotten to specify when I initially ordered) and the guy was unsympathetic telling me theyd have to make a new pizza... :( I guess Ill have to rip off the toppings and scrape the overly sauced pizza....
Service was awesome! Very friendly guy taking orders, he even helped me (an indecisive person) choose the best value for the food I wanted. Also gave me a paper menu to see everything better. Food was even better! Had no idea Pizza Hut had such amazing crust. The $17 box deal (2-topping pan pizza, 5 breadsticks, 5 boneless chicken) is extremely worth it!

I usually order from UberEats or doordash but I wasn t satisfied with my last order. The toppings were alright but the pizza was undercooked on the bottom. The bottom was colourless and greasy. A good pizza should have colour on the bottom. I m sorry but I don t like a greasy bottom pizza.

Pre-covid, was a nice place to get some pizza and hangout with friends. The pizza would be hot and fresh, and exactly like you ordered. They could be slightly more generous with single toppings, just a tiny bit.
Website does not allow to customize the pizza like no tomatoes on one half. Have to call the customer service who will then say that they cant do anything and have to transfer to store. The store will then never pickup. Had to wait for half an hour without any response or customer service helping. Horrible service. Order pizza from pizza hut only if you are willing to wait half an hour to order a pizza.

Ordered Thin Pizza Lovers Large size from you on Sep28 and got very frustrating experience. Order was placed at 12:31PM, it was delivered at about 1:31PM, which is totally fine. Upon attempting to pay for my order using Mastercard - POS has been unable to catch connection and finalize the sale. Delivery guy was very helpful and apologetic about situation, however, after trying multiple times indoors and outdoors(I work at office, and for security reason we arent allowed to leave secure area behind bullet resistant wall), yet I was forced to violate my work policy due to malfunctioning POS. Pizza was too thick and cold at the moment when I finally got to enjoy it. Had to call the store so I can pay via phone in the end. Got a coupon for bread sticks like its going to change anything. 3/10, bad Filed complaint with customer support, requested an E-mail with answer - 3 business days in and no reply PizzaHut does everything in its power to create a larger pool of customer for every other pizza chain with such an attitude. Everything about experience was unpleasant to the highest degree: 1)Long Delivery 2)Malfunctioning equipment 3)Lack of responsibility 4)Ignorance of customers satisfaction
