Suitable location for Etobicoke. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Easy to order only, by phone
Not a good location, I ordered 2 med. pizza with chicken and zucchini, there is barely 1 piece of chicken and zucchini per slice. Very stingy on engredients for a $18 medium pizza. Not ordering from this location again.
I have to say that there must be different people running this place the last year or so. It is no longer my favourite pizza. Using the wrong pepperoni now, have cut the toppings by half. Have to find a new favourite 🤨
Ordered 3-topping special, was a busy evening, grilled chicken was the best! Two staff made our pizza special! Thanks!
Fantastic service and people! I placed my order by phone, and it was hot and ready for me when I arrived. The Pizza Nova gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and super efficient! He double-checked my order with me, asked/reminded me about drinks and dips (which I added), and thanked me. It was a super pleasant experience, thx to this guy and the team. Food is hot and delicious, I ordered the lasagna, salad, and garlic bread. This is a super great store where we order from constantly because of the superb service in store and on delivery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Went tonight around 2345 and ordered a veggie slice and a deluxe slice both in a combo (7,25$ + 7,75$) total should’ve come to 15$ + taxes (16,95). Guy working at the counter said the same total quickly, I didn’t really heard what he said and passed me the machine, I tapped my phone and then he gave me the paper receipt from the debit/visa machine and it showed that I paid 19,18$. I didn’t have the option to add tip so I don’t know where that 2,23$ extra came from… I questioned him twice and he said yes, it’s the total with taxes which doesn’t makes sense at all. Then he left in the back of the kitchen and didn’t come back so we eventually left… the first time we went we had such a great experience, it was a different worker… but tonight it was disappointing… not sure what he did with the extra money.
This is roughly the 4th time in a row where I was served a cold slice and every time it's semi warm at the bottom cold on top. I returned to the store to reheat it and they ended up tossing it and giving it a new one however I would have been fine just reheating and not wasting food. More effort should be taken to periodically check oven temperature as you risk serving cold pizzas to clients
We have been fans of Pizza Nova for years and this branch didn't disappoint either. Very vegan friendly and great choice of toppings along with Daiya Dairy-free cheese. We got a home delivery and it was smooth. Definitely recommended.

This is my go to pick up spot in the neighbourhood for family pizza night. Some points to note: the pizza is tasty and well priced for the quality, the wings are always crispy and delicious and it s clean. As well, the staff are always friendly and polite
Got 2 medium pizzas, one just plain pepperoni/cheese, the other cheese, pepperoni, spicy sausage, green peppers, onions - well done. We also ended up getting 2 boxes of wedges. The food was cooked perfectly. Some other Pizza Novas burn the tips of the wedges, but these were perfectly seasoned and golden brown. Probably the best wedges you can get for take out. Some reviews commented about their bill being incorrect, but I ordered & paid online and picked up in person, so I did not encounter any issues. Great place, will go again for sure.

this is a terrible experience. the lady at the front (ash) was very rude to me, we waited so long for the pizza. She was not courteous whatsoever, completely ruined my perception of Pizza Nova.

This pizza Nova sucks. They claimed to deliver my order that never showed up, and started describing the wrong house still trying to insist that it was delivered, then they stopped answering the phone. 0 stars.
They were unable to handle the Friday night volume. Unacceptable for a business that sells exclusively pizza.
Overall a standard experience at a pizza nova. Still my favourite fast food pizza chain but the restaurant itself wasnt exciting or boring.
Pizza slice was falling apart as I picked it up. Dough felt under cooked as well.
The Pizza Hut near Lawrence is better

I ordered off of Über eats and it took 1 hour for it to deliver and be made. I am unhappy with the services and the quality of the food. The slices were uneven, the cheese was placed in globs, and the toppings were also placed all over. The dough we requested well done and it came out soft and gooey.
Always fresh and ready, employees are very polite and make your food fast without losing quality.
The girl on the phone is very rude, I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza by phone and she pretended that she did not understand what I was saying just because of my strong accent

Doesn t reply to the calls
Ordered a large pizza and wings my bill after a tip was over 50$. Got it upstairs and it was soggy and cold took over an hour to get to my place down the street. And all they wanted to credit me was 10$. Did not enjoy the pizza at all, and wont ever call pizza nova again. Worst pizza ever, couldnt even eat it.

Horrible service, I received my pizza almost 2 hrs after I called, only to hear them tell me that I was called 1 hr ago and did not pick up, which was untrue & they insisted the driver would come back to drop that pizza, when I told them I wanted a fresh pizza because it would most likely not be hot anymore they took another hour to deliver my pizza and there was a hair on my pizza so I threw it out, when I called customer service to complain and ask for my refund I was on hold for an hour and never got a call back with an explanation as to why they hung up on me and never got me the supervisor on the line which is what I had requested... Horrible, horrible, never ordering pizza nova again.

An older Asian man working alone and under pressure late that night and he did a great job taking care of all and our 2 large pizzas And wedges ! very generous serving of toppings was fresh and delicious ! Highly recommended for food and service!

This place makes very good pizza! I order online and drive in from northern Etobicoke. Its very busy on Friday nights so you know youre getting a fresh one from them... no worries about some pizza being made up ahead if time or anything like that... A word of caution though... their sizes might be a bit smaller than other chains though. Evenso, I love the pizza from here! Fresh, plenty of toppings, good crust! Not too hard or not super doughy either!
The pizza was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. They sell individual slices and complete pizzas. I can recommend this place.
Can t follow simple instructions on what pizza to make, screwed up my order (wasn t even close to what I ordered) and the people inside had the audacity to tell me I m wrong and were being rude to me when I politely brought it to their attention..I ve worked at pizza stores before, when a mistake was made, we took it on the chin and made another one because mistakes happen, we definitely did not argue with the customer. This location is no where near as professional as the pizza nova by my area in central etobicoke.
Staff is innificient and completely unreasonable, I would not recommend this loctlocan.
Pizza is a bit thin and some of my potato wedges were burnt but pizza did taste good and pretty fast delivery

One guy who works weekdays keeps making the pizza well done and this last time he told me if I wanted it normal I should ask for lightly cooked what a joke another kid always tries to steal a couple dollars off you by not using the computer just writes it down and picks a number
Pretty standard Pizza Nova. They have a wand in the washroom to wash your butt if thats something that you are interested in.

The pizzas here are definitely gourmet !!! I dont enjoy pizza like I enjoy this novas is soooo good thats for sure. A must experience, especially veggie lovers they have such variety spinich with eggplant and much more the cheese is so soft, 5 stars a given
What an experience! From ordering, to requesting the pizza be brought downstairs because my daughter was asleep in the car. The gentleman who brought it to the car was so kind and considerate. This is my favourite pizza place now. We are so impressed. What a nice man. Cant wait to go back
