Pizza Nova in Toronto

I won t be coming back - lady at the front was cleaning with chemicals and fake washed her hands. No soap and 1 splash of water. Then decides it s a good idea to pack out cans, dips and food. Pretty disappointing, wonder how the food is prepped in the back

Stayed up till 3am waiting on my order I paid for and it never came. They offered to remake the order the next day .it should have been free but since it wasn t I had to decline. Can t support that.

I ordered a panzerotti on line. Waited 15 minutes and when I got there, no order. I was told that sometimes online orders dont make it through. WHAT? You have an ordering system that will waste customers time with no food. How messed up is that? Why bother to have an online ordering system?

I appreciate the many topping options and the light, delightful pizza. Better quality ingredients and yet affordable pricing makes it shine over the competitors. If only they could offer halal options, itd be an absolute five stars.

I have been ordering pizza from this pizza Nova for the past 20 years, I always order my go to special deluxe pizza and it never disappoints. It is always freshly made . Pizza Nova is so lucky to have Nima and his family operating at this location. I only go and eat at this particular Pizza Nova.

It is just another pizzeria like many others. Respectfully, it does not provide anything BEYOND the capabilities of other competitors, however, it does do the job and satisfy taste buds. Regrettably, during a rush of orders, their consistency will fall short. Sometimes broken, absurdly uneven, or lukewarm pizzas.

I always order with uber eat from them their driver is not professional at all tonight he called me and I didn t pick up the phone cause am working then when i saw my phone and picked it up he started shouting at me and being rude which is not acceptable! Please try to hire a professional drivers will never order from it again

I eat a lot of gluten-free pizzas. The crust here was the best that I have had so far. It was pricey though.

The place is understandably busy but not clean with very limited parking mostly blocked by its own delivery guys.

We visited last night. We ordered a special called home run bundle. It was $29.99. The portions were so small we only got about 10 pieces to begin with and they were little end bits of wedges. The pizza was so tiny even my 11 years commented on how small the slices were. Came with 5 wings and 5 chicken bites. The meal itself was not worth the $35.15 I paid for. I would have expected to get more for the price.

I just ate a burnt garlic bread with cheese & chicken bites that were extremely dry.

Got deliver door was excellent and hot feel bad for the driver had to walk up to the 6th floor elevator was broken thanks guys

Horrible experience ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. Showed up to no parking then was told I had to wait while they prepared it. Watched 6 other people who ordered after me get there pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni and garlic bread. Update : pizza is burnt garlic bread is soggy. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else for pizza.

Messed up my order, charged me the price of two larges for two medium poverty pizzas. Cashier seemed incompetent and did not apologize and instead he blamed the POS system and the other workers in the back. The pizza was SUPER thin crust even though we didnt order thin crust, definelty trynna save money on dough eh. I was CHEESED. it then gave me upset stomach and mega GAS. Will never go to any pizza nova ever again. Papa jones is the way to go. Pizza nova? More like pizza novASS.

Don t try their white wheat pizza. I regretted instantly.

Half the staff have masks on below their nose and when the owner is in she makes everyones pizza with no mask on. Pizza is usually cooked perfect but if you have a concern with covid I would highly recommend not eating here.

This Nova used to be my high school lunch cafeteria 25yrs ago. Their pizzas are still as good as the old days. I highly recommend it!

Today I went to this store, and I met a young man who is very knowledgeable about the pizza what customer want and friendly. It was sooo delicious and perfectly cooked for what I asked. I never had an experience like this before at any of the pizza stores. Thanks for that gentleman ( I gues his name is Nima, not sure). Im a regular customer of this store but I never seen him before. Every time I come here asked the cashier to make sure it s not burnt, but every time it s burnt. And the someone else walked in then asked for a slice of pizza, she was touching the cash and her face, counter and then she touched the pizza with her bare hand. That just gross me out. Not coming back here for sure.

I placed an order for small pizza, wedges and dipping sauce .. right after I placed the order they called and said they have no wedges and will replace with garlic bread with cheese (my only option) so okay whatever then about 10 min later I get another call and she said they have no creamy garlic dipping sauce.. what? So okay whatever again then about 40 min later my pizza is delivered and I have to say it was awful the crust was SUPER thin and I didn t ask for that and there was next to nothing base sauce (tomato sauce) The pizza had no flavour I was super disappointed I m not sure if they changed owners or what the case may be but I won t be ordering again.. sorry pizza Nova you blew it this time just not the same..

This is by far one of the best pizza places around. I ordered the charcoal crust which is crunchy and unique. The toppings were generous and cooked to perfection. I changed my order to contactless delivery and assumed the tip would automatically be taken out but it wasnt. I felt aweful after the driver left and my receipt showed that it wasnt. I appreciate the hard work of all these wonderful people and always give a generous tip. Will go to the store sometime this week to give a tip.

There was a big confusion between me and the cashier (male) because he actually gave me the wrong pizza (gave me a pizza that was for Joshua). The email for MY pizza said 26.70 and the Joshuas pizza was 31.35. I left my 30$ on the counter to get my phone in the car to show its suppose to be 26.70 and the cashier just took my money and kept saying you dont have any more money? its not our problem or something like that. He comes at my car to tell me I have the wrong pizza and got my pizza that was you guessed it 26.70. I was indeed correct all along. Another cashier (female) had to deal with me after he gave me the wrong pizza. Didnt like how he handled the situation at all perhaps check the name next time my good sir since I do not work at the store so you know what to look out for. I clearly had proof on from a Pizza nova email the price I was prepared to pay. Will definitely pay ahead of time and have my name in all caps next time or go to another store.

If you are choosing to order pizza somewhere, DO NOT choose Pizza Nova. Absolutely atrocious customer service. My order came completely plain even though we ordered two toppings on the app and were denied a new pizza or even the addition of toppings. The customer service worker even pulled up our history of pizza orders and saw that we have ordered a little over 100 pizzas with pizza nova and were still refused. You are pizza nova and can t make one $10 pizza (not even $10 for you, around $2, which my first purchase covered and my future purchases would ve covered time and time again) because your life long customer was not satisfied? Are you kidding? Even the worker at this location (Mary) was unbelievably rude. Horrible, horrible, horrible we ve been ordering from pizza nova for ten years and this one location ruined it for us, not at all how you run a business.

Better pizza compared to Pizza pizza or Dominos. The crust is thinner but still tastier. Unfortunately found a hair inside the pizza box on June 18, 2020 purchase. Otherwise I prefer their pizza.

Very random food quality control. My salad still have dirt in it! Some lettuce in the bottom of the box were clearly not cleaned/ rinsed well enough. I didnt realize until I almost finished it. Quite slow service.

Ive been eating at Pizza Nova since years their Pizzas are so delicious! Today was my first visit at this location and their customer service was excellent! Definitely Im going back to this location.

Had a delivery and the driver under charged me $10. The store phoned me (at work) and said I needed to pay the driver the shorted $10. They were extremely aggressive.I said I wont be available til the next evening at 7pm. They called me right at 7 and said the driver would be right there. He never showed up. I called and no answer. The next day with no warning the driver showed up at my door. I told him he was out of luck.. In my business If I make a mistake I have to cover it. Pizza Nova just lost me as a customer.

Went there at 11:45pm asked the girl Howmuch would she sell me all the leftover slices she said 5$ a slice I bought 2 slices she took out the rest of the slices and threw it out in the garbage right in front of my eyes. She could have sold it to me at a discounted price which she didn t and the slices I bought weren t even fresh. Kinda disappointed to be honest. I felt like I was eating their trash. The owners are really good people by the way. Very friendly guy before he sold me a good pizza for discounted price because the person who ordered didn t show up.
