The WORSE service I have ever seen or received! Im actually sad because I love Pizza Nova and this is the only one in my area. The Tall bald guy is extremely rude, zero sign of friendliness and has no patience at all! He should not be allowed to deal with public nore provide customer service. Today will be the very last time I stepped into this store and I walked out super hungry as I decided to cancel my order due to his terrible behaviour... also, the older asian lady speaks barely any English, is not friendly and literally shouts instead of speaking. She has a hard time taking customers orders and makes you repeat everything multiple times! I wish I could contact the owner and express my experience to them. Oh well, another lost loyal client...
They put the vegetarian pizza with the pork I told here I was Muslim and I do not eat pork and she yelled at us and started a fight for no reason
Pizza was is delicious but the service was awful. The man handling the counter was extremely rude and gave me and my colleagues attitude when we asked for something twice because he did not acknowledge us in the slightest.
Pizza is average, but the customer service was a little shocking, walking in to order two slices to go and I noticed they where putting out fresh pizzas, I simply asked if they where going to put out a deluxe pizza and the man behind the counter just said “Nope” I wasn’t sure if he was talking to me with such tone so I asked again just to be sure (it was a little hard to hear inside the store so maybe he didn’t hear me) sure enough with a blank face and same attitude the man just shook his head. The whole encounter from walking in - to paying he just had the worst attitude, and literally shoving the machine in our face… The pizza wasn’t the problem, it hit the spot! but the service is appalling, please consider hiring nicer staff for this makes me not want to come back …
The food is over cooked and from inside is very hard the food is really bad 😐 The customer service as well I think the guy who wearing the cap if he working as officer will be more success
It's an unassuming storefront. It's for picking up pizza to go. A few tables and chairs if you want to eat a slice in. Staffs are friendly, and the pizza is yummy. Probably the best tasting of the takeout/delivery chains. More expensive than others but you get what you pay for. No reason to give them anything less than a full five stars. It's great for what it is: mainstream delivery pizza.
Love their pizza.. Goto place for quick eats! Pizzas are always well cooked. The price is reasonable. This place has small seating area though.
Staff here are almost always friendly. The pizza is always cooked to our liking and the pick up special is well worth the wait. During less busy times, you can pick up a pizza within 10-15 minutes (it’s closer to 20-35 minutes during peak hours) and there is lots to do close by (from a quick grocery shop at the metro down the street to a park within a 5 min walk) while you are waiting. There aren’t many seats, however, for those who want to ‘eat in’ there is an indoor and outdoor seating area. Usually it is no problem to find a seat. When I want pizza this is the first place I call. Even picky eaters are satisfied with the pies here!

I go there because its close to work and I love pizza from there.
I ordered a lasagna and it was too acidic, the tomato paste was spoiled, please improve the quality of your ingredients or do not offer expired food.
Horrible customer service. Dip was defective so I asked the lady if she could kindly replace it. She told me no and claimed I dropped it. She was very rude.

The best pizza nova location in Toronto, very generous on ingredients and always fresh and on time , very good quality and service.
Its bad enough you guys are charging $14 for 10 chicken nuggets (polini) but when you cant even count to ten and short your customers all youre really doing is alienating them. I wont be back.
Our go-to if we want to just sit around and get great pizza and beer.

Exceeded expectations
Well thats 3 strikes. What a horrible slice they just gave me for the 3rd time. This one was probably sitting there since yesterday. Cant believe Im saying this but youre better off going to the pizza pizza just north of here. Amd if you happen to be there around lunch time, I really hope you like screaming kids. Id just stay away in general
Pricey but not bad
Very poor customer service, very bad attitude against customers. I tried to use my gift cards and their machine is defective which doesnt read the stripe of the card properly. They always try to blame you give them a hard time. I have had this situation for at least 4 times. Every time they will ask you to buy bigger size pizza as they said they dont have the slice of pizza available and apparently they dont want to make it to sell you half or even smaller portion. Today is the fifth time I tried to use my card and today they have no excuse such as no time, machine is broken etc. I have been a loyal customer with pizza Nova for about 10 years. And this is the worst store I ever had.

TERRIBLE. foods fine. mediocre. but you know what???? I placed an order at 7 pm and got it at 10. THREE hours later. because they messed up my order and the driver said he would bring it back asap. he didnt. got it an hour and 45 mins later. RIDICULOUS. and for my refund they made the driver pay! are you kidding??? dont order if youre hungry - you wont get it. customer service was nice but said they couldnt refund without not giving me my order. ended up getting one because there was a communications mishap and they had to RE ORDER it. ON TOP of that, they forgot my sauce. I would give negative stars if I could. do yourself a favour and dont order. much better pizza at other places.

Family run franchise of pizza Nova. Been in business for decades, and for good reason. Pizza slices are top tire for what most pizza novas have to offer. Great spot.
Got a couple of pizzas via telephone order. One was a gluten free crust with pesto. It was tasty and well made. They had baked it just right.. the edges were crispy and the base firm but not hard! 2 visits, two great experiences.
I ordered thin crust, well done. I got not even regular and not cooked. I paid for spice and I didnt get. They put pepperoni like is a product costing 300$ per kg. Bad bad bad
Best slice of pizza in the neigbourhood. Delivery and pickup is debateable. Staff is always in a bad mood or rude. Recommend for walk in slice, not for ordering.
Never fresh, always dry cardboard. Why? A place you would go to only if you have to. They had a location in Scarborough with a resteraunt attached, there they made good pizza, here they make the bad pizza. Why?

Great experience. Food was quickly and efficiently made. The service was amazing. The cashier, an older man, was incredibly nice and patient, even though it was a late night order. Would definitely come again.
Very tasty
They always run out of pepperoni slices at lunch so you have to buy a more expensive slice. And it s always over cooked on the bottom. Very dry and crunchy.

Pizza is good. The staff are great. I was walking by and noticed a small fire across the street with embers blowing into the street (someones cigarette not properly extinguished in potting soil that must have had paper or sawdust mixed in). Popped into the pizza nova. Explained the situation and the staff immediately loaned me a bucket and water. Crisis averted. ; ). Thanks to the staff here.

Got my order wrong (BBQ sauce instead of tomato). Had to wait twice for pickup order. ALWAYS check, everyone!! But...giving 5 stars because they were nice enough to let me keep both pizzas

Pretty good location.
Bought a double cheese and pepperoni to have the crust soggy and all the toppings slide right off when i pick up any slice. Looks like he threw cheese ontop of a pepperoni from the shelf and reheated it. I bought the same pizza a day before, it was great. Wont be returning to this location. Id post photos if i could

Took them 40min to make 10wings while I stood in the shop. They didn t even taste good
If you have a guest and want to eat pizza for dinner, dont order from here. I was very embarrassed. sloppy, ugly, tasteless, something bad came.

Pizza is great as usual as is the price. The shop I went to in particular was really warm but not the end of the world.
One of my favourite pizza nova spot. Always on point. Staff are friendly, they even remember my order only after 2 visits. The place is small, with a few seats indoor and outdoor. but I usually go there at night, so no problem with finding seats.
This is a great pizza place to grab a slice. They have many options and fast service. There are options for many different diets. They never run low on drinks. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants a quick slice of pizza. Wheelchair accessible. Overall a nice place to go.

very rude staff, forgot to make my pizza twice. Finally had to cancel after waiting for well over an hour. Staff was rude and not willing to accommodate, told me to either wait more or cancel. No apologies, just a were busy excuse. My proposal for free delivery was also outright rejected! Never again.

Friendly staff and consistent chain quality.
We ordered at 5 20 on Halloween they said 20 to 30 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and was in line behind 8 other people all there to pick up. At least 2 people walked out after being told there pizza wasnt in yet an hour after they had ordered. Another 2 or 3 left after just getting ged up waiting without being told how long it would take. If the one person at the counter would have tried to be organized and called out names for pickup or asked people waiting for names. Instead she vanished backstage most of the time. I waited for 20 minutes and walked out. They called at 7 30 and said the pizza (ordered at 5 20) was ready.
Well not that pizza nova is best pizza in town but this location is my favorite and they are good, they are ok between nova I think
