I have ordered trough uber eats around 6 pm, they said my order will arrive 7:05 and then 9. My kids went to sleep and when we woke up next morning they said order completed.when I called uber support, they said it’s the store issue and I should have have contact. I deleted uber account and this store gets 1 star.
pizza was good, was told on the phone the total is 23$, only him showing up tk my door and telling me it’s 35. I give him 2 20 dollar bills and he just runs with the money not giving me tip, i was gonna tip 2$, but don’t take the whole 5? i’m not even employed right now i can’t find a job like come on? i’m not gonna go follow you. Pizza is okay, i like your food just get ur prices right!
We ordered delivery, food was amazing. but we had asked for extra saucy pollini and they ended up being very dry. Other than that, we had asked for clean cutters and hot on arrival which were executed wonderfully.
Went in to get a slice of pizza at this location...there was only half a pepperoni pizza left and one slice of another pizza so as I approached the glass a worker from the back brought out a fresh pizza from the oven and put it behind the glass. I said I will have a slice of the fresh pizza, the cashier said no that pizza has to be sold as a whole pizza, it is $20.00 but I will give it to you for $13.00, I said I can't eat a whole large pizza by myself...she was clearly agitated, brushed her hand back and forth would not even look at me and said I can only have a slice from the older pizza already there...it was very confusing...since when do they put a whole pizza for sale under the glass with the other pizza slices...then the worker from the back came up took the pizza and sliced it, put it back for individual slices to be sold then they started conversing in their own language...what kind of business is being run at this location so it is my last time going there, very bizarre and very belittling
I love visiting this location. I literally have no complaints. All employees have been great. Never a miss with my orders. Price is fair. Restroom is clean. There’s nothing else to say. Great Job!
So I live by this plaza, and had ordered from them due to my leg injury, 3 weeks ago. I USED skip the dishes .And let me tell you from I ever ordered food this place is one of the worst place in history for Me. They kept bumping up my order it says 10 minutes for my order to arrive then when it's time they kept bumping up the delivery time,until my order came approximately over 1 hr late almost 1 hr and 30 minutes late. I tried to contact them. They put the phone down, laughing in the background, put me on long holds, seemed like I was a joke. My kids and I sat they almost 2 hrs waiting for our pizza , I was upset because it was dinner and even the manager didn't handle the issue well, when I ask to speak to manager ,the person on the line said I am the manager. Only for him to treat me like garbage also, and they told me my order is on schedule, everytime I looked and my order said its arriving, it kept going up, imagine waiting for pizza so long,and then I said we'll this should be free because 1 it's way over the time,2. The pizza was cold and hard. They did this because skip doesn't deal with their deliveries. I never knew a restaurant can behave like this. I called like 10 times to see where my order was all they did was hung up in my ears and pretend like I was getting my order ,the Manger there ( if it was) is highly unprofessional and awful. They played with the phone like kids , the girl put the phone down and they were mocking me in the back ground. This is not a place to trust with your food, if they don't take customer service seriously why should anyone eat from them. Imagine what they would do to the food. It was like a group of kids working there the way they were laughing at me in the background I waited for someone to come back , on the line,and no one did. I hung up called back and they just deliberately kept hanging up on me. And these are all Indian people here ...so to show you when people are against them being In Canada citizens have every right . I can never trust this location with my food.And the sad thing is I had just moved to this area.
This location has very high-quality pizza and usually offers a good variety of slices. The staff are nice and friendly, the store is clean, and there is enough parking space available. Overall, it serves my needs as a great pizza shop. Don’t miss this place if you live in Etobicoke.
Spacious but quite busy around lunchtime because of the students that drop by. Sometimes it gets really crowded because they're with their friends. There's maybe 25 seats available. Security checks on this location frequently. Otherwise, pizza tastes consistent across the pizza nova chain.
Terrible dough, tastes like cardboard. Overdone. Paid for extra cheese and extra sauce and it was not provided.
The westway location went above and beyond. they made a custom pizza for a family members birthday that they usually dont make.

Lately the pizza is inconsistently cooked. I never ordered well done in the past but sometimes they severely undercook the pizza so that the Pepperoni isnt even curled at all and flat and the onions still look raw. Other times they cook it like they usually do, like the way they cook their slices. When I told them to bake it for a little longer they really overcooked and said is this the way you want it? I think they deliberately overcooked it in spite. I didnt want to complain again they were being nasty. So I said thats fine. Ive been ordering regular for 15 years never had to order well done until lately. The owner responded and said to contact them so they could make it right I still havent heard back from them after a week and a half. Never going back.

We ordered in at the Delta Hotel. The Los Chorizo pizza and the meatballs. The pizza was decent, they skimped on the sauce but the meatballs were horrendous. The online menu said three authentic meatballs in tomato sauce we received five pathetic small dry meatballs that tasted like cheap frozen ones. Going to go to our local Pizza Nova when we get home to see if the quality is the same. May just be a franchise thing .some franchise owners don t follow serve the quality that is expected from the original company
This is one of the worst pizza nova location.not only do they skim on the toppings, but even on the wings they barely put any sauce.customer service doesn t help and definitely head office doesn t either. The people working there are rude especially the the guys . Avoid at all cost if possible

I used to LOVE Pizza Nova especially from this location on the Westway in Etobicoke. I get the vibe that it s been taken over by cost cutting and sell for more owners and people who don t know how to make a real pizza anymore. Lots of attitude from the cashiers and the pizza lacks fair ingredients and sauce. The crust is tastelss and dry with half the tomato sauce hardly any ingredients that used to be one of the better choices in pizza. In the area. Bring back the Italians and remove the current culture that is wrecking the good image of this, what used to be, great brand. Dominic WHERE ARE YOU. I now go the Luca in Mississauga. It s worth the drive and never disappoints.
Ask to go for washroom she is asking people who was working inside like Washroom is out of order right they said yes out of order as soon as they said that to me one person came out of the washroom and he was one of their workers You guys are joke man washroom is the basic human being need hope you understand one day let me tell you one more thing I was working pizza nova for 2 year in different locations you don t need to ask to go for washroom you can go it s a franchise place they allow people to go washroom. To be polite even asked to go to washroom and they lied poor guys
This location is one of the worse pizza novas, they never keep up with their variety of slices and they stop making slices around 7 or 8. I dont the the owner or manager knows how a pizza shop is supposed to be run. They never have pepperoni or veggies slices. Head office should visit this location at night and see whats available. Today is feb 12 and again they have no slices, stop selling your franchise to people that dont understand how a pizza shop is run.

Hey owner, why would you charge $1.50 for dipping sauce. Today, I went to this place where I ordered a Jumbo Charcoal Pizza (no toppings), 2 dipping sauces and 2 cans of coke. And for all these things, This guy charged me $31.62. When I asked him why he would charge $1.50 for the dipping sauce he said the owner told him to do so. Just want to tell you guys please double check your bill before making any payment.

The store is very nice. It has nice staff with nice environment. The pizzas are really tasty and made with generous amount of topping. Nice in quantity and worth for price. Should go there! They have a nice customer service.

My friend and I ordered a pizza, and the delivery guy was super nice. Pizza left a lot to be desired. Barely any toppings, and the flavor was closer to a delissio you bake yourself at home. Price was quite expensive as well for what you get

If youre the type who likes to wash your hands or use the washroom facilities. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! The washroom is always out of order, they will tell you its out of order, that you can use Tims washroom at the end of the plaza. Its been that way for the past six months that Ive been noticing. Its a homeless people using washroom problem. So it is always closed From a customer perspective this is unacceptable! Enjoy pizza elsewhere, I hear Tims now serving flat bread pizza
We ordered pizza. We wanted two medium pizzas. A little bit confusing re their special deals. Finally figured it out. Pizza was done well and on time. We ordered it at the store and waited for it.

Way too expensive for the products and amounts given. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, an order of rice balls and a few sauces and with delivery it came to $42 with no tip. 2 things from a fast food pizza shop should never be that expensive, and it wasn t even that good. The pizza dough was very thin, only 6 small slices, hardly any pepperoni, and I only got 3 small rice balls that didn t fill the container. Absolute rip off, will never order from here again.

Worst pizza joint in Canada. They have a bunch of workers doing nothing working on the same thing. I waited one full hour for a large cheese pizza. One hour for flour and cheese. Unacceptable. Got takeout. Employee that served me was rude for absolutely no reason. Pizza was not cooked fully. Chicken bites had barely any sauce on them. Wont be returning.
ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE LOCATION!! Love ordering from here. The food is always on time and fresh. I usually order for my meetings and never had to deal with any missing or contaminated items with any deliveries.

I have been vegan for 8 years. I order from my local pizza Nova and the pizza Nova by my grandmothers house multiple times per month. I have never had an issue with the DAIYA cheese on the pizza at any point in time from either of those two locations. For some reason at THIS location they dont seem to have the same respect or understanding for people with dietary restrictions or lifestyles. My original panzerotto arrived and when I took a bite not only did I smell mozzarella cheese but I also tasted it. As an Italian person who grew up eating it multiple times per week, raw as well as in pastas and on pizza, I know what it looks and taste like and perhaps it was only 5% mozzarella, but there was absolutely dairy cheese in my Panzo. The only alternative is that the daiya they are using is spoiled or gone rancid, either way it tasted disgusting and I advised them to replace the cheese before replacing my order, which they must not have done because the replacement went into the trash as well because it tasted exactly the same. I dont appreciate being told that the reason my pizza tastes this way is because its likely the first time Ive ever tasted non-dairy cheese. I KNOW what my food should taste like and the way it tasted today both times is far from that. No one from my office will ever be ordering lunch from your facility again and I hope people reading this review will take that into consideration and choose a different location or alternate pizza restaurant to order their pizza from.
Quick service, friendly staff
Ordered through App, 20 minutes til ready App said got to location 10 minutes later to pay. Went back to pick up 15 minutes later to be told not ready. They didn t start making it until I paid. When I asked the gentleman that handed me my order about it,the cashier says I TOLD YOU One says they never received order while the other one is telling me the printer was down. 35 minutes to PICK UP a pizza. Other places DELIVER faster. There are lots of pizza places to go to, this is not one of them.

I order from this location all the time and it s normally pretty good. Today was the first time my delivery driver with somebody new he was absolutely horrible. He placed my 20 wings on top of my pizza which caved in the pizza box so I was picking half my top is off the top of the pizza box and then he didn t carry the pizza box flat, so it all squished into one corner that I don t even think he really even put it in a thermal bag because the pizza wings were ice cold when they were delivered. I called customer service and basically was given no credit. If I could give us a negative star rating, I would. Save your money in order for the better pizza chain.
I would give a negative star if I could. I ve been ordering here for years and really liked enjoyed the pizza and the convenience. But I ordered a party pizza yesterday and not only was it not done when I arrived to pick it up - the cashier gave herself a tip without my knowledge. Because of COVID I was trying to keep my distance from the register so when it was time to pay, I just tapped my card. But I noticed something was off when she didn t ask if I wanted a receipt. When I asked for one she got nervous and gave me the wrong one. So I checked on my phone, and the price that showed up on my bank app was not what I was told when I placed my order on the phone. When I asked her this she said they know add a tip for big orders and we have the choice to cancel it when we paid. My order was $38, not what I would consider big. This seems so manipulative and wrong to take advantage of someone during these times because they are trying to socially distance and consider everyone s safety. I have and always will tip for services, but I would like to maintain my choice to do so. I know that we are all living in difficult times and we should support the people who are working now, but to give yourself a tip without the consent of the customer is wrong. What if I couldn t afford it? What if my card was maxed and I had only enough credit for my order? I won t be ordering here again, and if this is something that head office is telling the cashiers to do at all Pizza Novas this is very disappointing.
Today Jan 18th, 2021 I had to really use the bathroom and the manager refused to let me. Despite the pandemic, he should have had the humanity to let me use the facilities and ask me to sanitize/wipe or whatever.
Disappointment will start here!!! , As I And Many Others have discovered with Many years of being a customer/ customers with sub par expectations!!!. Just throw ur $$$ down a sewer or burn it. This will be more Joyful then wasting it on horrible food and rude service. I still remember the owner yelling at me because I requested A non burnt pizza that was completely black and seemed to be be cooked for several hours, and some how I was to blame for it being burnt?. Hi I am buying pizza /slice from pizza nova(Martin grove and west way) since long. Pizza quality is very good as compare to other pizza nova store and store customer service is also good.
Discriminates against those with disabilities. I entered with my vested and clearly labeled service dog. I wasnt in there 1 minute then this lady says to me no dogs allowed take it outside. My impairment is not physical. I was so embarrassed and felt devalued so I left. I will not be bringing any business back to any Pizza Nova.
Ordered pizza last Friday.. it was below expectation. Amount of cheese was low below.. it was dry and tasteless. Taste of pizza is detoriating at this pizza store.

Went to buy lunch here and ordered a deluxe slice. The worker handling the front (female) was very unprofessional. Pizza was not warmed up properly not even sliced properly. I had to ask her for napkins And a bag, which should be common sense to anyone buying food!! Not customer friendly.

The dark hair female who was wearing a red uniform top wasnt wearing her mask while speaking to her friend. The other female who was attending the cash. The pizza fell short of the Pizza Nova standard. If it were possible to give a fraction of a star... I would! Disappointing experience.

Thank you to the Pizza Nova call center who was able to resolve my issue when I had trouble with the order details being lost. The wrong Pizza was sent and they were able to send the right one without hassle. Great customer service.

Terrible experience: I ordered a half pepperoni half cheese pizza. They forgot to cook the pepperoni and then added it added it at the end without saying anything. I asked to see the pizza before paying and found the raw pepperoni on top. After pointing out to them what they did they acknowledged that they did in fact make a mistake and offered to remake one properly. Unbelievable, if I had not checked before leaving I would have got home and then really been upset. Terrible experience and had to wait an additional 20 minutes.
You can never tell what youre going to get quality wise- awesome or undercooked. But one things for sure you will wait about 25 minutes for a one topping medium pizza. Longer if you called ahead
In this location I had mi first pizza nova, the service is normal in the local but one time in a call order, the guy don t keep the price like the web site so I called for second time for this mistake and they solved.

We usually order online and our order is unfortunately assigned to this store based on our delivery location. Our pizzas have arrived missing toppings on numerous occasions, and today it came almost an hour late (stone cold). The Pizza Nova customer service rep I spoke to was also horribly rude.

Best pizza in the area. Better than Pizza Pizza, Hut, Dominos, your local pizzeria, etc. Whatever youre ordering, make sure you get it well done. You get a pizza thats 10/10.

Never coming back again to buy Pizza here. There was a lady sitting on phone,say hi to buy pizza and asked me which pizza I want and I said this one in the middle and told me with bad attitude saying, Dont play around, which one do you like? Am like what???. What costumer service is this?? Do something about your staff Pizza Nova and give proper training for good costumer service. Staff are just sitting and always on phone.
Just bought pizza, very happy people working,greated me with a smile, especially Hanoor and Parveen! Also the whole team! GREAT job all of you. Enjoyed my visit in this store! Highly Recommended for a pizza break. Kudos to the team.

If you want burnt wings, look no further. How disappointing to get home and see this is dinner. The sad thing is, someone put these wings in the box and just didnt care enough to let us know or to try and make it right. With all the pizza places around one would think they would take a little pride in there product.

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery. Called and was told the driver had already tried to deliver but clearly to the completely wrong address than what was provided. No call or attempt to contact me from the driver or store....such poor customer service.
