The guy made a point of not properly heating up my slice He seemed more interested in getting me out of the store than properly preparing the food I paid for
I ordered delivery as I was working the election. When the pizza arrived it appeared as someone had dropped the pizza and all the toppings were in one corner of the box. Called customer service and mentioned how the pizza was destroyed. The lady on tje phone kept calling me mamme even after i had corrected her no less than 4 times i was a sir.. I took a picture of the mess and while I writing the email to customer service I was disconnected. Needless to say this made a bad situation much worse. I called back received a second customer service person on the phone who looked at the pictures and basically dismissed my concern even though she agreed that the pizza was a mess. I point blank asked her if the store was going to remake the pie and her response was I guess the store can do that. I asked her when the second pie was sent to please send some napkins these calls were made mid afternoon when I am sure the store was not busy. As I was sharing the pizza with other staff I did not get to eat any of the pizza until 2 am the next day. My whole break was spent trying to convince customer service to resend the order so my workmates could eat.
My 2nd time going to take out The hawaiian slice combo best in the Mount Pleasant area. Recommend from a friend she comes from very far to this pizza nova location
Gotta say initially I was scared when they closed their prior location Just a couple blocks here up on Mount Pleasant. Pleasantly surprised, and happy, they opened up their new location. Which is that much more pleasant given Its newness, if that's a word. We pre-ordered by phone and was provided a time for pick up for arrival. These guys were spot on! And quite friendly I'll add. As you can see or not see I was unable to include any pictures. I was a bit remiss in snapping The requisite shots prior to la familia digging in. The kids had at it and everything went in a heartbeat and was gobbled up quickly😄 Anyways, on what we ordered ( Subtle self-pitch here but it was another deal closing little celebration)... It was a chicken feta spinach medium pizza for the wife and I, Also ordered a medium Hawaiian and the go-to cheese pepperoni, Oh and some chicken wings, lastly as a side, I got myself a panzarotti peperoni cheese and mushroom but of course. Needless to say, it was all good special shoutout or mention to their dipping sauce. And I speak to the tomato sauce which leans towards a marinara-esque flavour or taste... I know I know I'm butchering the English language. Please excuse my taking liberties. In sum highly recommended good food pretty good prices and friendly service👍 Cheers
One of my favourite pizza shops. This store lives up to pizza nova’s expectations, always fresh toppings, always put together well and always made to your request. The staff are friendly every time I walk in we get a friendly greeting and a little conversation about the day (when they are not busy of course). Definitely will be going a life time customer of pizza nova and of this store as long as I live near it.
Very solid pizza joint, but the panzerottis could be a little better value.

How terrible the attention of the person who was on duty. I asked him for a slice of pizza and a few seconds later I told him that he will exchange it for me, he ran to take it out of the oven and threw it on top of other existing slices. (July 17, 3:30 pm). Its too bad that they hire these types of people.

Absolutely wild to me that not one of the staff members there knew how to redeem a gift card. My partner ended up just paying for the whole order out of pocket, but that s unacceptable. Please properly train your staff.

Went to go grab my pick up my order tonight. I got there early so I waited in my car, and an employee comes out for a smoke and i watch him pick his nose for over a minute. When i finally go in the restaurant, he follows inside and I wait to see if hell wash his hands before he serves me but he doesnt. I left and didnt get my order. Avoid this location
Wish I could give 0 stars, the manager Yadi is extremely rude and doesn t have any sense of customer service or compassion, he was yelling at his driver for making a mistake and was extremely demeaning! Regardless if he is the manager, you should never speak to your employees in a threatening manner, he was aggressive and should not be in that position. He told him he would charge him next time he made a mistake. This was an abuse of power and clearly this doesn t seem like the first time either, he was very comfortable speaking in that sense in front of customers. It made me very uncomfortable to see him yelling and I am never coming back to this location.
The store person attitude is not good. Get angry and irritated by asking the price for pizza 2 times. Disgusting attitude. Never come to this store again

Ordered a pizza, money taken from my credit card and pizza never delivered. No refund, no explanation.
Pizza dough and sauce as well as garlic bread were a bit bland for my taste. Would probably go for the spicy stuff next time.
Worst pizza i dont know how they prepare the terrible sauce , never buying here again and so expensive for medium pizza
The regular family party pizza was ok but we needed a gluten free pizza and that was terrible. I would order any of the regularly doughs again but never the gluten. They really need to find an alternative for that one.
Food was good and service was great
This location use to be great. 2x now I have ordered extra sauce on the base and it comes almost dry like eating cardboard. Also, when you pay for extra ingredients like garlic (which is super cheap), don t only put a couple of pieces of garlic that doesn t even cover every slice. The delivery man is awesome. Thanks,
Better than other pizza places
I was told my order couldnt be delivered on time because there was no tip added for the courier. I ordered through uber and this is partly feedback for uber too but I didnt like the tone I was spoken in with the person on the phone. It was rude and insulting. FYI some of us like to tip after the food is delivered to us and I have never had this problem with another restaurant before.
We have absolutely loved dealing with every delivery person as well as store employees at this location. We had a bit of an issue with an order delivery and this is what came back after they made it right 100% for us ( photo won t upload but a couple little Nutella with a not you re important to us . This is what customer service is all about.

Bad service. Cancelled our order with no explanation after we waited 40 minutes.
We walked in at 11:10 PM on Sunday and the hours on the door and on google says it is open until 12 AM on Sunday. The man inside said hello and we asked for a moment so we can figure out what we wanted. He came back and asked us what we want before interrupting us saying we actually cant order anything because they are closing in a few min. We left with no food because he was too lazy to serve us. almost an hour before the posted closing time.
Asked for a vegetarian slice and got pepperoni slice. Had to throw it away.
Staff is always kind and go above and beyond, the pizza is always perfect
Unbelievable! My husband and I went here today with our 2 small children. While parking in a vacant parking spot Not labeled for delivery drivers etc an unbelievably abrasive driver proceeded to scold us and advise us not to park there. He said Dont park here No matter how polite we attempted to be he was rude and dismissive There was no alternative parking available and the spot was for customer use. Terrible staffing choice and the reason that I will no longer order from this location in the future which I typically do several times per week.

Have had now two orders from this location both so disappointing. Last night I ordered via ubereats and got a burnt on the outside not fully cooked on the inside panzerotto and an overcooked garlic bread.
Decent pizza, not the best in T.O. but for a snack , walking buy, the service was good, it was hot, the cheese was good pepperoni was okay.

One of the best locations. Always consistent and friendly staff. Vegetarian options: A lot of veggie options. Dietary restrictions: Dairy intolerance and they have both dairy and gluten free options. Parking: A few spots at the front of the store but also other spots in the plaza and plaza across!

We have been a big fan of This Store and their pizza for more than 9 years. Very tasty pizza for the price and in my opinion the best Tasting Pizza Nova in Toronto, I tried many other Pizza Novas on the road and in the city and none come close to this one.

Great pizza
Ordered through uber eats. However this restraunt uses their own delivery people. They were 30 minutes later than the latest delivery time posted and the food arrived luke warm (which is generous) Unimpressed, wont order again.
Their pizza has almost no cheese on it. They are very cheap on toppings and cheeses.

I love this pizza but the location is terrible. You always have to squeeze past the double parked cars to get in. And why put someone that is hard of hearing at the front to help customers? Not smart considering how many competitors there are close by.

I phoned in an order for a large pepperoni pizza today at 12:30 pm and it was delivered at 1:20 pm. The order took 50 minutes and the pizza was lukewarm. I live two minutes down the road and it took almost an hour! I dont think Ill order from them again.
Its a pizza nova, on the scale of fast food pizzas I would say this is one of the better ones, not as good as pizzaiolo but half the cost. Way better than pizza pizza dominoes and pizza hut which are all similar in price.

Pizzeria on site or to take away open until midnight. The pizzas are good and the salads too. The staff is welcoming, nothing more. The job is done. Almost impossible to eat on site because space is limited. At best 3 people can eat there. Delivery rates are inexpensive, ranging from 2 or 3 dollars more to the order. The menu is varied and the pizzeria is very busy.
We ordered 2 large pizzas for $47.45. We were told that it will be delivered in 30 -40 minutes but it took 45 minutes. One of the pizzas was burnt and was dry and had an unappetizing burnt taste. One of the pizzas was vegan since it was served to a child who is alergic to dairy. Sadly, he flared up after eating a slice of the non-dairy vegan pizza. The pizzas were bland and nor as good as pizzas from other companies. It was my 1st time ordering from them and it was also the last time that I order from them. Panagos pizzas and many other nearby pizza shops are much tastier and of MUCH better quality

*Mount Pleasant & Eglinton location only. The bruschetta pizza was fantastic, and Im reticent to say that about pizza-chain pizza. Side note: I think that one can tell a lot about a place from the state of its bathroom... This place had a very clean bathroom. Id order from here again easily.

North America style pizza, which can be eatable at certain locations. At the Islington and Rutherford location (four stars), for example, they offer good pizza variations and the pizza is properly cooked inside/outside. Order line reps, rude at times, are another hit or miss.

When you go inside, on a tray you see the vegiterian pizza , mixed up with ham pizza , the place looks dirty, the bakers dont wear hair nets, or gloves , its really dissatisfying . In the display, vegetarian pizza should always be kept on a separate tray, away from the other meat product. Also when taking shredded cheese from the bulk, always use gloved hands. I love pizza novas pizza but this particular store needs improvement and if all stores are like this maybe Ill try other brands

Would not recommend that place for people who are about to have good (GMO Free) ,tasty and quality pizza.Wasted almost 35 dollars for medium size trash called pizza and chicken wings with barbecue sauce that you can buy at Metro store for much cheaper. I could buy a wonderful pizza at Panago and wonderful chicken wings at KFC down Mount Pleasant road for about the same money(may be AN EXTRA 5 $) but I would not feel myself like I just ate some 15$ crap which was actually 35$.Pizzeria itself is really dirty and old.People whom working there are rude and wearing dirty clothes.
I am a huge fan of pizzas and pizza nova is easily the best pizza I have eaten in the GTA. Their chicken ceasar sandwich is to kill for. Its all in their bread... that easily makes it one of the best pizza and sandwich in town

Have been ordering from Pizza Nova for close to 18 years. Some times I will pick up in person. In my opinion they are the best pizza franchise in Toronto. In 18 years, I think I had a total of 3 problems with my orders. Their customer service department responded quickly to my issues. High marks to their customer service people

WARNING, BE CAREFUL IF ORDERING FOR BUSINESS MEETINGS. Yesterday I called Pizza Nova, to arrange delivery of pizzas for 25 persons who were attending my very important kick-off business meeting. I explicitly asked Pizza Nova dispatcher that pizzas must arrive by 11.15 AM. Dispatcher called closest Pizza Nova store at 758 Mt Pleasant Rd to confirm if they can deliver by that time. Pizzeria confirmed and I have placed the order. My meeting finished at 11.30 and I asked my colleagues and business partners if they can wait few more minutes. It was 11.45 and at my embarrassment, people starting leaving the meeting room empty stomachs. At 11.50 Pizza Nova delivery finally arrived. I was standing with 4 party boxes and 25 cans alone with my assistant. Pizza Nova should never promise delivery, but I guess they did it because they did not want to loose $150 worth of the order. Despite my asking in the begging that this is business meeting, and that it must be on the time they still delayed. Not professional move.
Had their Gluten-free multi-grain pizza and it was great.
Went here for a slice. I ordered the Hawaiian. The spice was good but they hardly warmed it up. There was some sort of mystery liquid leaking from the garbage that had been there for a while and had formed a two foot by two foot puddle. Most of the floor tiles are cracked. The place is really in rough shape. The staff seemed okay but it seemed like I was interrupting them. Even though the pizza slice itself was actually pretty good, I dont think I would go back to this location again.
